Abstract

Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim population in the world does not necessarily make it an Islamic society (Al-Mujtama' al Islami). This is because the living system that oversees it is not an Islamic system or rule. Secularism and capitalism are still the spirit in making various laws and regulations. So that the feelings and thoughts that are born and appear are liberal feelings and thoughts. The purpose of this study is to find the concept of Al-Quran education Surah An-Nahl verse 112 in shaping Islamic society. With the literature study method, researchers found the foundation of this education is Islam. The goal is to form a society that obeys, hastens and accepts Islamic law in total. So that the security and prosperity of Islam are bestowed by Allah for them. This goal must be supported by the application of Islamic law by the state, unity based on Islamic aqidah, enforcement of amar ma'ruf nahyi munkar and legal sanctions that make deterrent and atone for sins.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to mention examples of code switching or code mixing for Arabic teachers in the Majma' Al-Lughah Al-'Arabiyyah Whatsapp group, explain the meaning of code switching or code mixing used, and mention the factors that encourage the use of code switching and code mixing.  Design/Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. The researcher collected chat data from the Majma' Al-Lughah Al-Arabiyyah WhatsApp group related to code switching and code mixing, then performed data classification, analysis, and conclusion. Findings: Researchers found 22 code mixing, and 6 code switching. While the factors that cause the use of code mixing and code switching are seven, namely: (1) Arabic speaking habits, (2) speakers do not master Indonesian, (3) limited meaning, (4) as a form of respect, (5) use of more popular terms, (6) enhance a sense of humor, and (7) speech situations. The most dominant factor is the speaker's habit of speaking Arabic and the speaker is not fluent in Indonesian, and the least dominant factor is the factor of increasing prestige. Research Limitations/Implications: This research is limited to Arabic teachers at the Majma' Lughah Al-Arabiyyah institution, with a span of only two months. Even so, this research has been able to provide an overview of the use of code switching and code mixing in the Majma' Al-Lughah Al-Arabiyyah WhatsApp group as a whole.

Abstract

Purpose- Arabic is a language that is rich in meaning, learning Arabic is one of the keys to reading the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam. Such is the case at STIBA Ar Raayah, a high school in which there are students who come from all over the island in Indonesia, to study Arabic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mistakes of STIBA Ar Raayah students in Arabic dialogue. Design/Methodology/Approach- This research uses a qualitative approach and analytical descriptive method. The researcher acts as the main instrument. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data coding, data display and conclusion drawing. The researcher explained the grammatical errors by students and then proposed a new program to overcome this problem. Findings- Based on the results of the research, STIBA Ar Raayah is supported by an Arabic environment and good teaching methods so that none of the students speak except in Arabic. However, even though this school has an environment and is supported by good teaching methods, there are still shortcomings that need to be corrected, and the media used in correcting these errors are comics because comics are considered effective in correcting student errors in dialoguing in Arabic. Research Limitation/Implications- Students who make mistakes in dialogue in Arabic are quite large. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a language improvement program that is appropriate and fun for students. The researcher suggests comics to be a program in analyzing grammatical errors in daily dialogues.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the dirosah masaiyah program on the da'wah competence of students of the STIBA Ar Raayah 4th semester Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program in 2022-2023. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data were collected using participant observation techniques. The results showed that the extracurricular da'wah activities of dirosah masaiyah were dirosah tarbawiyah, riyadhoh, yaumul haasuub, dirosah tajwid, and dirosah ushul fiqh. The da'wah activities of dirosah masaiyah play a role in improving the da'wah competence of students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program of STIBA Ar Raayah semester 4 in 2022-2023 in terms of intellectual, physical, personal, social, and spiritual. The supporting factors are enthusiasm/motivation, curiosity, sense of responsibility, a sense of filial piety towards parents, love, class fanaticism, a sense of competition, attendance, respect for the speaker and also closeness to the speaker. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of student interest, the lack of suitability of some presenters or activities, the absence of presenters, the absence of good organization, student boredom, the absence of presence and also the existence of the presence itself which makes students feel forced and not sincere in participating in activities. The implication is that it is necessary to make a policy of student participation and their achievements in the dirosah masaiyah program will add academic value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problem of quality management of integrated Islamic school network education in the field of curriculum and student affairs at SMP IT Insan Mandiri Sukabumi City. This research uses a research approach and descriptive methods. Data retrieval techniques with interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of integrated Islamic school network education management at SMP IT Insan Mandiri was able to improve the quality of education very well so as to give birth to a generation of students and students who have a charitable character and are able to compete with schools in Sukabumi city. In solving and solving every problem in the school, the principal as the policy maker always holds a Syuro (deliberation) every time there is a problem that occurs in the school, both related to the curriculum and student affairs of the Integrated Islamic School Network.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze one of the da'wah confrontations that have occurred in Indonesia, namely the case of persecution of ulama during the Amangkurat I period. This research uses a historical approach method with library research. During the time Amangkurat I led Java, there was political turmoil in the Islamic Mataram Sultanate. Amangkurat accused the ulama of collaborating with Pangeran Alit in an attempt to seize the Mataram throne. Which eventually led to the massacre of the ulama and their families by Amangkurat I. Islamic Mataram went into decline during Amangkurat I's time. Many of Amangkurat's policies were detrimental to the people. As a result, there were rebellions that caused Amangkurat I to lose his power.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate a curriculum concept for Islamic Religious Education based on minority fiqh at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) level. The subjects of this research are Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Imam Cikembar in Sukabumi Regency. This research is categorized as a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study found that the concept of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum for minority Muslims is directed towards building harmonious relationships with followers of other religions. The teaching strategy emphasizes the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method, making students more responsive to the reality of diversity. The evaluation focuses on assessing the understanding and affective aspects of positive behavior within the plurality of society.

Abstract

Integration of Islamic values in learning can be one of the solutions in the midst of a secular education system that separates religion from life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the success of the integration of Islamic values in sociology learning in fostering Islamic character at SMA PGII 2 Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method of case study type. The researcher acts as the main instrument. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data coding, data display, interpretation of findings and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, the successful integration of Islamic values in sociology learning at SMA PGII 2 Bandung has not been seen as a whole, but only at the level of curriculum integration and partial learning culture. As for the characteristics in the planning and implementation of new sociology learning in the integration stage of justification of sociology material with verses of the Koran. The level of success of the integration program of Islamic values in sociology learning in students is seen from the characters in sociology subjects such as religious, honest, disciplined, responsible, caring (mutual cooperation, cooperation, tolerance, peace), polite, responsive, and pro-active. However, the characters in sociology subjects have not been integrated with Islamic values. Therefore, the character must be integrated with Islamic values so as not to lose value. The goal is that students practice the character in sociology in a fully integrated manner between hablumminallāh and hablumminannās.

Abstract

Penggunaan bahan pewarna alami untuk batik memiliki beberapa keunggulan karena menghasilkan warna khas yang eksotis dengan pencitraan yang eksklusif dan bersifat ramah lingkungan akibat limbah yang dihasilkan  mudah terdegradasi.  Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan ekstrak pewarna tekstil dari secang (Caesalpinia sappan L) dan jambal (Pelthoporum pterocarpum) dengan berbagai jenis pelarut terhadap kualitas warna yang dihasilkan dalam aplikasinya pada kain mori. Metode ekstraksi secara maserasi dengan menggunakan beberapa jenis pelarut, yaitu air, etanol, etanol asam, metanol, dan metanol asam. Dari ekstrak yang dihasilkan kemudian diujicobakan terhadap kain mori setelah diberi mordan. Jenis mordan yang digunakan adalah tawas, kapur dan tunjung. Pengamatan yang dilakukan meliputi rendemen ekstrak, intensitas warna ekstrak, intensitas warna pada kain mori dan uji kelunturan. Hasil ekstraksi dari masing-masing zat warna mempunyai rendemen dengan kisaran 10,76 sampai 23% untuk secang dan 12,52 sampai 23,51% untuk jambal. Intensitas warna ekstrak dengan nilai hue tertinggi dihasilkan dari ekstrak metanol asam secang (77,95) dan terendah ekstrak metanol secang (64,44).  Hasil aplikasi ekstrak secang terhadap kain mori dengan berbagai bahan mordan menunjukkan bahwa nilai hue terendah dihasilkan dari ekstrak air dengan mordan kapur (8,41) dan nilai tertinggi dari ekstrak metanol asam dengan mordan tawas (59,64). Untuk ekstrak jambal nilai hue terendah dari ekstrak metanol mordan tawas (50,06) dan nilai hue tertinggi dari ekstrak air mordan tunjung (82,80). Dari uji kelunturan, nilai ΔE terkecil (3,30) dan tertinggi (58,21) masing-masing dari ekstrak etanol secang dengan mordan tunjung dan ekstrak air secang tanpa mordan.

Abstract

Background: Children with Special Needs is the term used to describe children who have developmental disorders. These disorders can arise due to internal factors within the child's own development or external factors. Because of these limitations, people, especially in developing countries, generally perceive them as children who have lost their right to education and empowerment. Purpose: This article aims to present the results of research related to the right to education for Children with Special Needs   from an Islamic education perspective. Method: This research uses library research methods by attempting to analyze the collected data (content analysis), both from the Qur'an and the Hadith, and of course from sources published in scientific journals about their right to education. The general view of children with special needs   is that they are exempt from legal obligations and empowerment. Therefore, the role of Islamic education is very much needed to change the negative paradigm of society towards them. Conclusion: Children with special needs in Islam, with all their limitations, are still regarded as Muslims who do not lose their rights and obligations and are not stripped of their title as caliphs of Allah SWT on this earth.
