Abstract

Every company has several factors that become a strong foundation as a basis for advancing the success of the company. This study aims to statistically test and provide empirical information about the effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable with the object of research of 230 respondents of PT Hartono Plantation Indonesia employees determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance and job stress on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction in millennial employees in the finance department of state-owned companies in Indonesia, the companies studied were PT Jasaraharja. The method and approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative with an associative causal level of explanation. The sample used in this study amounted to 213 samples, namely millennial generation employees ranging in age from 26-42 years. Sampling technique through a survey using a questionnaire distributed via social media using a Likert scale as a measure. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS 24 was employed for model analysis in this research. The results of this study prove that there is a significant influence between work-life balance and job stress on employee performance. and analysis of the mediating variable proves that there is an indirect influence between work-life balance and job stress on employee performance through job satisfaction. this research is expected to overcome the problems of work-life balance and job stress for millennial employees and through this research it is hoped that PT. Jasaraharja can increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and emotional intelligence on affective commitment and job satisfaction as mediating variables among millennial employees in medium to large-scale industries in West Kalimantan. The study utilizes a descriptive quantitative research design with a sample of 200 millennial employees who participated in the survey via questionnaire. The sampling technique utilized the purposive sampling method, targeting employees working in the industrial sector in West Kalimantan, encompassing both contract and permanent employees from various divisions. A five-point Likert scale of 1 (Strongly disagree) to 5 (Strongly agree) was employed for data collection. In this study, the use of statistical software for measurement and analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS 24. The findings indicate that the work environment and emotional intelligence positively and significantly impact job satisfaction. Additionally, both job satisfaction and the work environment positively and significantly impact affective commitment. Nevertheless, affective commitment is not significantly impacted by emotional intelligence.

Abstract

Mutu layanan kesehatan sangat bergantung pada kinerja tenaga keperawatan yang merupakan ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh locus of control dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, khususnya perawat, di RSUD Dr. Soedarso Pontianak. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode SEM-PLS, melibatkan 70 responden perawat dari berbagai unit pelayanan. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa variabel locus of control memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (t = 2,805; p = 0,005), yang mengindikasikan bahwa perawat dengan kontrol internal yang tinggi cenderung memiliki tanggung jawab dan inisiatif lebih besar dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Iklim organisasi memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat serta signifikan terhadap kinerja (t = 3,334; p = 0,001), hasil ini menggambarkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, termasuk dukungan atasan serta komunikasi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas kerja. Secara keseluruhan, kedua variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 58,9% variasi dalam kinerja pegawai (R² = 0,589). Penelitian ini menjadi penting karena belum banyak dilakukan pada konteks RS tipe A di Kalimantan Barat, khususnya Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dokter Soedarso sebagai rumah sakit pendidikan dan rujukan tertinggi. Selain itu, kajian sebelumnya umumnya hanya menganalisis faktor psikologis atau struktural secara terpisah. Studi ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman lebih komprehensif sebagai dasar peningkatan mutu layanan keperawatan. Manajemen rumah sakit disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan program pelatihan teknis dengan pendekatan psikososial guna meningkatkan kinerja tenaga keperawatan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology have drastically changed the way teenagers communicate and build their identities. One of the popular social media platforms among students is TikTok, which can be used as a tool for education and self-improvement. Objective: This community service activity aims to improve junior high school students’ understanding of the concepts of personal branding, time management, and the positive use of social media. Method: The implementation of this activity is educational socialization conducted through interactive presentations and group discussions, accompanied by assessments using pre-tests and post-tests in essay format, the number of participants in this socialization activity was 183 9th grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya. Results: From the results of the delivery of materials and the provision of post-test questions, there was an increase in students’ understanding of the aspects discussed, students in grades 9A-9B experienced an increase of 20%, students in grades 9C-9D experienced an increase of 51%, while students in grades 9E-9F experienced an increase of 48%. From the results of the activity, there was an increase in students’ understanding and knowledge regarding personal branding, content, and time management. ABSTRAKKemajuan dalam teknologi digital telah secara drastis mengubah cara komunikasi dan cara anak remaja membangun identitas mereka. Salah satu platform media sosial yang terkenal di kalangan siswa adalah TikTok, yang bisa digunakan sebagai alat pendidikan dan peningkatan diri.  Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMP mengenai konsep personal branding, manajemen waktu, serta penggunaan media sosial secara positif.  Cara pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi pendidikan yang dilakukan melalui presentasi interaktif dan pembicaraan kelompok, disertai dengan penilaian menggunakan pre-test dan post-test dalam format esai, jumlah peserta dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini sebanyak 183 siswa kelas 9 SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya.  Dari hasil penyampaian materi dan pemberian soal post-test, terjadi peningkatan terkait pemahaman siswa terhadap aspek yang dibahas, siswa-siswi kelas 9A-9B mengalami peningkatan sebesar 20%, siswa -siswi kelas 9C-9D mengalami peningkatan sebesar 51%, sedangkan para siswa-siswi kelas 9E-9F mengalami peningkatan sebesar 48%.  Dari hasil kegiatan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan para siswa terkait personal branding, konten, dan manajemen waktu.

Abstract

The community service activity is based on the problem of a lack of creative activities and understanding of current technology in the 4.0 era. Observations and interviews with the Chair of the Perpustakaan Bahagia Mendawai, revealed that many children living on the coast of the Sungai Kapuas, particularly in Kampung Caping, have minimal understanding of technology. Despite the library having facilities such as four computers, but there are no teachers who have free time to teach the children in the village. To address this, nine work programs will be implemented to enhance children's abilities in using digital technology and educational approaches through creative activities. These programs include Beads Workshop, Microsoft Word Training, Design Training via Canva, Education on Saving and Practicing Making Piggy Banks, Daily Schedule Making Training, Collage Crafts, DIY Used Bottles, Social Media Management, and Bahagia Mendawai Library Administration Management. The goal is to transform children who have never used a computer into proficient users, especially in Microsoft Word. The use of computers in learning activities plays a crucial role in increasing literacy by requiring children to read books before taking typing training and then accessing information more widely. This helps develop the reading and writing skills needed in the current 4.0 era. The aim is to contribute positively to creating a young generation skilled in technology use, fostering creativity, and promoting strong literacy from an early age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Ada lima variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, Lingkungan Kerja (X1), Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (X2), Kompensasi (X3), Komitmen Organisasional (Z) dan Kinerja (Y). Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran data kuesioner secara offline dan online kepada karyawan Pabrik PT. Rafi Kamajaya Abadi di Kabupaten Melawi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 60 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, keselamatan kesehatan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, keselamatan kesehatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun komitmen organisasional tidak mampu memediasi variable keselamatan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasional terhadap stres kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Media (Tribun Pontianak). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan Perusahaan Media (Tribun Pontianak) pada Tahun 2023. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus). Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21.Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, sedangkan iklim organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Hasil pengujian hipotesis selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan pengujian pengaruh langsung dan tak langsung, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh sebagai variabel yang memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Media (Tribun Pontianak), sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh sebagai variabel yang memediasi pengaruh iklim organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Media (Tribun Pontianak).

Abstract

The entertainment industry is prevalent worldwide, one of which is Indonesia. This represents the existence of a wave of Korean culture or what is usually called the Korean Wave. Products from South Korea have become one of the attractions for fans of Korean culture in Indonesia in recent years due to the increasing popularity of the Korean Wave. One example is beauty products or cosmetics from South Korea. This research aims to determine the influence of brand ambassador, country of origin, and brand credibility on purchase intention for Some By Mi products in Indonesia moderated by consumer ethnocentrism. This research is a type of quantitative research. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 210 respondents. The sampling technique in this research used nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling type. The analysis technique used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) using the AMOS 24 statistical tool. The research results show that brand ambassador, country of origin, and brand credibility positively and significantly affect purchase intention. Meanwhile, consumer ethnocentrism as a moderator negatively and significantly influences purchase intention. This research can contribute to business people responding to consumer preferences with diverse ethnocentric backgrounds.

Abstract

Technological advances and the development of digitalization have changed marketing activities by making it easier for consumers to make purchases via e-commerce. The presence of e-commerce makes it easier for Generation Z to make purchases and ends up making online impulse buying. This research aims to determine the influence of fear of missing out (FoMO) and hedonism on online impulse buying of Generation Z consumers using Shopee, mediated by subjective norms and attitude. This research involved 205 people from various regions in Indonesia who were collected online using a purposive sampling technique with a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS 22. This research shows that FoMO and hedonism positively and significantly effect online impulse buying Generation Z Shopee users. Meanwhile, subjective norms and attitudes mediate the influence of FoMO and hedonism on online impulse buying. This research can contribute to the theory of online impulse buying in consumers in the digital era and for businesses in the digital era to be a reference in knowing how consumer purchasing behavior patterns are on online shopping platforms, especially in e-commerce.
