Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of content marketing and customer engagement on the purchase intentions of Generation Z users on the TikTok platform in Central Java, utilizing a quantitative methodology and the SmartPLS version 3.29 analysis tool. The sample of this study included 200 Tiktok Platform Users aged 16-28 years in the Central Java region. Data was collected through a questionnaire focused on content marketing, customer engagement, and purchase intention. An analysis was performed to examine the correlation between content marketing and customer engagement regarding buy intention and to evaluate the mediation function of consumer engagement in the correlation between content marketing and purchase intention. The outcomes of this study indicate that content marketing and customer engagement have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention, with customer engagement acting as a mediating variable in the relationship between content marketing and purchase intention. Furthermore, creating content by paying attention to Reader Cognition and sharing motivation, persuasion, and decision-making factors with Generation Z on the Tiktok platform will increase enthusiasm, attention, sharing, and learning in customer engagement so that it will encourage transactional interest or referential interest or preferential interest or an exploratory interest in customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen talenta dalam pengembangan karir dengan praktik capacity building di lingkup organisasi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai implementasi dan efektivitas strategi manajemen talenta yang diterapkan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pegawai dan pejabat terkait, observasi partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen talenta yang efektif di Kabupaten Semarang melibatkan identifikasi talenta potensial, pengembangan keterampilan melalui program pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan, serta evaluasi berkala untuk menilai kemajuan karir pegawai.Praktik capacity building terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk posisi yang lebih strategis. Keberhasilan manajemen talenta dan pengembangan karir di Kabupaten Semarang juga tergantung pada kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan pemimpin masa depan. Melalui capacity building, pegawai yang menunjukkan potensi kepemimpinan dapat diberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan manajerial dan strategis yang diperlukan untuk posisi yang lebih tinggi. Ini tidak hanya membantu dalam suksesi kepemimpinan tetapi juga memastikan kontinuitas dan stabilitas dalam manajemen pemerintahan.Faktor-faktor pendukung yang diidentifikasi meliputi komitmen dari pimpinan daerah, budaya organisasi yang mendukung pembelajaran, dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga eksternal. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi terhadap perubahan.Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen talenta, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Semarang perlu memperkuat sistem evaluasi dan umpan balik, serta memastikan adanya kesinambungan dalam program capacity building. Selain itu, penting bagi organisasi untuk terus berinovasi dalam metode pengembangan karir dan melibatkan pegawai dalam perencanaan karir mereka. Dengan demikian, dapat tercipta lingkungan kerja yang lebih dinamis dan produktif, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Talenta, Pengembangan Karir, Capacity Building, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Semarang

Abstract

Pemberdayaan petani kentang di Kecamatan Kopeng menjadi salah satu prioritas dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat agraris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan digital platform (Digital Platform Capability) dan manajemen rantai pasok hijau (Supply Chain Green Management) pada proses operasional pertanian kentang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode partisipatif dengan pendekatan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi kinerja petani di Kecamatan Kopeng. Digital Platform Capability diterapkan untuk membantu petani mengakses informasi pasar, teknologi budidaya terkini, dan platform penjualan secara langsung kepada konsumen. Sementara itu, Supply Chain Green Management diperkenalkan untuk memastikan praktik pertanian yang ramah lingkungan, efisiensi logistik, dan pengurangan limbah pada setiap tahap operasional.Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan petani dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk kegiatan agribisnis, seperti pemasaran produk melalui media sosial dan e-commerce. Selain itu, penerapan manajemen rantai pasok hijau berhasil mengurangi penggunaan bahan kimia berlebihan dan meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi hasil panen. Program ini juga berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan petani sebesar 20% dibandingkan sebelum implementasi.Kesimpulannya, pemberdayaan melalui integrasi teknologi digital dan pengelolaan rantai pasok hijau mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan usaha tani kentang di Kecamatan Kopeng. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan program ini adalah memperluas jangkauan pelatihan dan menciptakan ekosistem kolaborasi antara petani, pemerintah, dan pelaku bisnis agribisnis untuk mendukung transformasi digital dan keberlanjutan pertanian.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan petani, Digital Platform Capability, Supply Chain Green Management

Abstract

Islamic banking is facing increasing pressure to adopt sustainable business practices while maintaining compliance with sharia principles. In this context, Financial Technology (Fintech), Knowledge Management, Green Banking, and Sharia Compliance have emerged as critical factors influencing sustainability. This research aims to examine sustainable business models in Islamic banking in Central Java by analyzing the interrelations among these factors. A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was applied to data from 515 sharia bank employees. The findings indicate that Fintech significantly influences Green Banking, Knowledge Management, and business sustainability, but does not directly affect Sharia Compliance. Green Banking significantly impacts both Sharia Compliance and business sustainability, while Sharia Compliance mediates the relationship between Green Banking and sustainability. These results highlight the need for deeper integration between Fintech and Islamic principles. Islamic banks are encouraged to develop strategies that synergize technological innovation, environmental responsibility, and religious compliance to achieve long-term, sustainable growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the juridical-sociological review of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and ulama fatwas related to interfaith marriages in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach, combining legal document review and in-depth interviews with scholars, legal practitioners, and couples involved in interfaith marriages. Primary data were obtained from MUI fatwas, related articles in the KHI, and interviews with relevant informants. Secondary data were collected from related literature, legal journals, and previous research results. This study found that the KHI, which is the main guideline in Islamic family law in Indonesia, strictly prohibits interfaith marriages, as regulated in Article 40 letter c and Article 44 of the KHI. MUI Fatwa Number 4 of 2005 emphasizes the impermissibility of marriage between Muslims and non-Muslims, on the grounds of maintaining the sanctity of Islamic teachings. However, from a sociological perspective, the study shows that there are various challenges and social dynamics that influence the practice of interfaith marriages. Interviews with informants indicate that factors such as social policies, family pressure, and personal commitment are the main considerations in deciding on interfaith marriages. This study concludes that the development of laws and fatwas of ulama need to consider aspects of humanity and social diversity, in order to create a balance between adherence to religious teachings and the needs of an increasingly pluralistic society. The recommendations of this study include the importance of interfaith dialogue and the improvement of the KHI to include more inclusive guidelines in dealing with the dynamics of interfaith marriage in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan petani dan peternak merupakan salah satu upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunitas peternak telur puyuh di Kecamatan Getasan melalui strategi pemasaran produk UMKM berbasis digital marketing. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh peternak meliputi keterbatasan akses pasar, rendahnya literasi digital, serta kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pemasaran. Melalui program ini, dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemanfaatan berbagai platform digital, seperti media sosial, marketplace, dan aplikasi e-commerce untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran produk.Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup survei kebutuhan, pelatihan digital marketing, serta monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap penerapan strategi pemasaran oleh peserta. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peternak dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing, yang berimplikasi pada peningkatan penjualan dan perluasan pasar. Selain itu, terbentuknya komunitas pemasaran digital berbasis peternak diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah kolaborasi dan berbagi pengalaman dalam mengembangkan usaha secara berkelanjutan.Kesimpulannya, strategi pemasaran berbasis digital marketing terbukti menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM peternak telur puyuh. Pemberdayaan berbasis teknologi ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat transformasi ekonomi digital di sektor peternakan dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan peternak di Kecamatan Getasan.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan petani, digital marketing, pemasaran UMKM, peternak telur puyuh, Kecamatan Getasan.

Abstract

Purpose - This research aims to review Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding social welfare, Ibn Khaldun revealed that Allah outlined economic activities as an inseparable part of the social responsibilities that exist in society, and their incompleteness could threaten the continuity of world life and human existence.Method - This research is using a type of normative research, applying a library approach and a conceptual approach.Result - The result of this research indicates Ibnu Khaldun stated that Allah established muamalah activities as an integral form of responsibility in community life. Non-fulfillment can threaten world life and human welfare. In formulating three basic reasons for engaging in economic activity, Ibnu Khaldun explains that this is not only about fulfilling personal life needs. Ibnu Khaldun believes that the price of a good or service is influenced by the dynamic interaction between demand and supply. This concept highlights the interrelated relationship between the forces of demand and supply in determining the value of a product or service.  Implication - This study It is hoped that there will be management and supervision of market prices by the state in the field, as suggested by Ibn Khaldun in his great work Muqadimmah.Originality - In the economic context, Ibnu Khaldun also highlighted the importance of government vigilance regarding the amount of money in circulation.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to explore how the application of blockchain technology can contribute to improving human resource (HR) performance through a value co-creation strategy at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Central Java Province. This study uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method with employees at the managerial level to collect relevant data. Blockchain, as a technology known for its security and transparency, is expected to improve operational efficiency and collaboration between departments, which in turn has an impact on improving HR performance. Method - The method used in this study is qualitative, which is a research approach used to understand social phenomena in depth, from a complex and contextual perspective. In qualitative research, data is collected in a way that allows researchers to explore the feelings, thoughts, and experiences of respondents, and to understand the context in which the phenomenon occurs. Result - This study identified that blockchain can improve trust and communication between management and employees, creating a more cooperative and dynamic work environment. This allows companies to respond to market changes more quickly and efficiently. The study also revealed that blockchain can reduce administrative and operational costs through the automation of processes that previously required human intervention, such as payroll and contract management. The study concluded that value co-creation strategies supported by blockchain technology can be an effective tool in improving HR performance in the Islamic Banking industry. Implication - Recommendations for further implementation include training and developing employee skills in using blockchain technology as well as improving the company's information technology infrastructure to support this digital transformation. Originality - Blockchain, as a technology known for its security and transparency, is expected to improve operational efficiency and collaboration between departments, which in turn has an impact on improving HR performance. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of blockchain can strengthen the HR management system through the creation of shared value (value co-creation) between management and employees. Abstract

Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, berimbas pada peningkatan akan pentingnya keberadaan bisnis ritel atau retail business di tengah masyarakat. Semula dipandang hanya sebagai penyedia barang dan jasa, kini ritel dipandang sebagai bisnis yang semakin inovatif, dinamis, dan kompetitif. Untuk menjadikan ritel sebagai bisnis yang demikian, diperlukan pemberdayaan para pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya melalui bimbingan dan pelatihan sehingga kompetensi kewirausahaannya akan makin meningkat dengan pengelolaan usaha yang dijalankan menjadi lebih baik, efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk pemilik atau pimpinan toko ritel dan karyawannya untuk berlatih mendesain gambar dan teks menggunakan Canva sebagai alat promosi. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain pembuatan modul Canva sebagai panduan desain gambar, pembuatan kerangka kerja deskripsi kerja untuk setiap pemilik atau pimpinan usaha dan karyawan, dan hasil pelatihan desain gambar menggunakan Canva digunakan dalam bahan promosi seperti t-shirt, mug, spanduk, flyer, poster, banner ataupun sarana lainnya. Abstract

This research aims to explore in depth the application of Maqasid Syariah management in the Hajj and Umrah industry in Central Java and its contribution to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Hajj and Umrah industry faces challenges in aligning Maqasid Syariah principles with management practices that support sustainability. This issue arises from the need to meet the spiritual and religious requirements of pilgrims while also making meaningful contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a field interview approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews with various Hajj and Umrah industry players, including travel agents, service providers and relevant regulators. Theoretically, this research contributes to the literature on integrating Maqasid Syariah into halal industry management, particularly in the Hajj and Umrah sector. The findings expand the concept of Syariah-based management by providing empirical evidence on how Maqasid Syariah principles—such as fulfilling basic needs, environmental protection, and community empowerment—can be applied to support sustainable development goals. Practically, the findings offer guidance to stakeholders in the Hajj and Umrah industry, including travel agencies, service providers, and regulators, in designing Maqasid Syariah-oriented management strategies. These findings may aid in developing community economic empowerment programs, environmental conservation initiatives, and inclusive services for pilgrims.  This research concludes that Maqasid Syariah management has great potential for increasing the sustainability and competitiveness of the halal tourism industry in Central Java. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide insight for stakeholders in designing more effective policies and strategies to support a sustainable halal tourism industry.
