Abstract

This study aims to improve maslahah mursalah in organizations, measured from the perspective of today's active workers, and how they view maslahah mursalah in their respective workplaces. Humanistic leadership and work recognition are important and influential in implementing Islamic HRM in organizations. This study is motivated by several research gaps, especially the lack of research on maslahah mursalah in Islamic HRM. The method used in this study is quantitative research with a sample of 120 active workers in Grobogan Regency. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the criteria of working for a minimum of 2 years, aged 21-35 years old. Data analysis in this study is conducted with the SmartPLS 4.1 analysis tool. The study results show that humanistic leadership significantly influences work recognition, humanistic leadership significantly influences maslahah mursalah, work recognition significantly influences maslahah mursalah, and work recognition mediates the relationship between humanistic leadership and maslahah mursalah. On the other hand, there are findings related to the new concept of maslahah mursalah in organizations based on the perspective of today's workers who place more emphasis on knowledge, recognition, and reward.

Abstract

Intense competition makes companies have to be able to compete in the global industry. Improving the quality of human resource performance has an important role in improving the quality of the company. Various factors can support HR performance such as self-competence, Islamic work ethics and information technology. Someone who has self-competence and a good Islamic work ethic can improve the performance of his human resources. Support from information technology expertise can also strengthen the relationship between self-competence and Islamic work ethics in improving HR performance. This study uses SPSS 16 testing. The results of this test show that self-competence and Islamic work ethic can affect HR performance. Meanwhile, information technology cannot be a moderator and does not strengthen the relationship between self-competence and Islamic work ethics on HR performance in MSMEs in Central Java. This means that information technology in MSMEs has been widely used, but its use is not optimal and so it is not able to support improving the performance of its human resources

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada RSUD dr. Gondo Suwarno Ungaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin, menghasilkan 120 responden yang terdiri dari pegawai RSUD dr. Gondo Suwarno Ungaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan software SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Hipotesis 1). Budaya organisasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Hipotesis 2). Selain itu, budaya organisasi mampu memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja pegawai secara positif dan signifikan (Hipotesis 3). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat dapat memperkuat dampak kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya rumah sakit untuk mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan memperkuat budaya organisasi guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Manajemen RSUD dr. Gondo Suwarno Ungaran diharapkan dapat menyusun program pengembangan kepemimpinan yang mendorong komunikasi, motivasi, dan inovasi, serta memastikan penerapan nilai-nilai budaya organisasi secara konsisten.Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap literatur tentang kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja pegawai, khususnya dalam konteks rumah sakit daerah. Studi lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi variabel lain yang dapat memediasi atau memoderasi hubungan ini, seperti motivasi kerja atau kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of green banking practices and human resource management (HRM) on innovation capability and examines the mediating role of knowledge management in enhancing Sharia banking performance. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees using a saturated sampling technique. The findings reveal that HRM significantly affects green banking, innovation capability, and knowledge management. However, innovation capability does not significantly mediate the relationship between green banking and performance, nor between HRM and performance. In contrast, knowledge management significantly mediates the effect of HRM on Sharia banking performance. The results highlight the critical role of HRM and knowledge management in driving organizational performance, while emphasizing the need for more effective implementation of green banking and innovation strategies to realize their full potential impact.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kabupaten Sragen memiliki potensi besar dalam budidaya jamur tiram yang kaya serat, β-glukan, dan antioksidan sehingga berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi pangan fungsional ramah diabetes. Namun, pemanfaatannya masih terbatas, baik dari sisi diversifikasi produk maupun strategi pemasaran. Tujuan: Program ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok tani “Berkah Tani” melalui inovasi diversifikasi olahan jamur tiram dan penguatan strategi pemasaran digital, sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah produk sekaligus mendukung kesehatan masyarakat. Metode: Kegiatan dilakukan dalam empat tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi tepat guna, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Pelatihan mencakup diversifikasi produk (abon dan es krim jamur tiram), edukasi pangan fungsional, kemasan dan labelisasi, serta pemasaran digital. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, diskusi kelompok, dan uji coba produk. Hasil: Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan mitra mengenai manfaat gizi jamur tiram dan teknik pengolahan pangan fungsional. Mitra juga berhasil mengembangkan branding dan strategi digital marketing sehingga mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dampak program terlihat pada peningkatan kemandirian kelompok tani, bertambahnya nilai ekonomi produk, dan meningkatnya kesadaran akan pangan sehat ramah diabetes. Simpulan: Program pemberdayaan ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas mitra dalam diversifikasi produk pangan fungsional dan pemasaran digital. Inovasi berbasis jamur tiram tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan ekonomi mitra, tetapi juga mendukung promosi kesehatan. Kata kunci: Jamur tiram, pangan fungsional, diabetes, pemasaran digital

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital, penciptaan bersama nilai-nilai Islam (Islamic Value Co-Creation), kapabilitas inovasi, dan keberlanjutan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Grobogan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), penelitian ini melibatkan 95 responden dari total populasi 125 pelaku UMKM yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan kinerja UMKM, namun tidak signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Sebaliknya, Islamic Value Co-Creation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi dan keberlanjutan kinerja UMKM. Kapabilitas inovasi juga terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara Islamic Value Co-Creation dan keberlanjutan kinerja UMKM. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam proses bisnis serta meningkatkan literasi digital guna mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik berbasis nilai religius dalam pengelolaan UMKM guna menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan di tengah dinamika ekonomi yang terus berubah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Strategic Innovation Quality (SIQ) on Competitive Advantage (CA) and Human Resource Performance (HRP), with Technological Innovation Capability (TIC) as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on employees of Lawu Group Tourist Attractions in Central Java, with a saturated sample of 255 employees. A quantitative research method was applied using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS).The results indicate that SIQ has a positive influence on TIC and HRP. TIC also has a positive and significant impact on CA and HRP, while it mediates the relationship between SIQ and CA. However, the direct relationship between SIQ and CA is not significant, suggesting that technological innovation capability plays a more dominant role in creating a competitive advantage than strategic innovation alone. These findings highlight that in the tourism industry, strengthening technological innovation capabilities is crucial for enhancing both competitive advantage and human resource performance.The study's implications suggest that the management of Lawu Group Tourist Attractions should focus on strengthening technological innovation strategies to enhance competitiveness and optimize employee performance. Moreover, organizations need to emphasize technology development as a bridge between strategic innovation and competitive advantage. This research contributes academically to the development of strategic innovation theories in the tourism sector and provides practical recommendations for tourism destination managers to improve organizational performance sustainably.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose This study investigates the role of AI-enhanced human resources in environmental innovation strategy, green accounting, and sustainable development performance within the state-owned sharia banking sector. Method - Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS), the research involves a sample of 250 employees from various state-owned sharia banks in Central Java. Result - The results showed indicate that the implementation of AI in human resource management significantly contributes to environmental innovation strategy and green accounting, which in turn supports sustainable development performance. Additionally, green accounting is found to play a critical role in enhancing organizational sustainability performance. Implication - These findings offer valuable insights for strategic policies in the sharia banking sector, aiming to achieve sustainable development goals through the integration of intelligent technology and eco-friendly practices in organizational operations. Originality - This research provides the first insights that serve as a foundation for academics and policymakers to develop more comprehensive models for sustainable development in the sharia banking.

Abstract

This research aims to find the role of Organizational Learning Culture and Workplace Empowerment on Workplace Spirituality through Knowledge Sharing Behavior as a mediating variable in PT. Sidomuncul herbal medicine industry, Semarang Regency. This research is quantitative research using the Partial Least Square SEM PLS application tool, carried out to test hypotheses with the aim of strengthening the hypothesis or rejecting theories or hypotheses from existing research results. the population was permanent employees at PT. Sidomuncul herbal medicine industry, Semarang Regency. The Human Capital Technology Division and Market Capability Division were deemed suitable for the Knowledge Sharing Behavior variable, totaling 255 people consisting of 200 male employees and 55 female employees. The sampling technique used in this research is census with the aim of the total population being used to determine the sample size, the research used a census technique of 255 respondents. The results of this research prove that Knowledge Sharing Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Workplace Empowerment, Knowledge Sharing Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Workplace Spirituality, that Organizational Learning Culture has a positive and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing Behavior, that Organizational Learning Culture has a positive and significant effect on Workplace Spirituality, Knowledge Sharing Behavior can greatly mediate the influence of Organizational Learning Culture on Workplace Empowerment.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of humanistic leadership within the Ministry of Religion, Semarang Regency, particularly in how it enhances organizational learning capability (OLC) through the perspectives of Maqasid Syariah and knowledge management.Humanistic leadership emphasizes human values, interpersonal relationships, and self-development within organizations. This study explores how humanistic leadership can improve OLC through the perspectives of Maqasid Syariah and knowledge management. Using a qualitative method with in-depth interviews, data was collected from employees regarding their perceptions and experiences with humanistic leadership, Maqasid Syariah principles, and knowledge management practices. Thematic analysis identified patterns in the application of these principles in the work environment. Findings indicate that humanistic leadership significantly fosters a work atmosphere conducive to learning and innovation. The incorporation of Maqasid Syariah values, like spiritual and intellectual well-being, supports an ethical and inclusive organizational culture. Additionally, effective knowledge management practices, such as documentation and knowledge sharing, reinforce OLC by motivating and engaging employees in continuous learning. This research underscores the importance of integrating humanistic leadership with Maqasid Syariah and knowledge management in organizational development strategies. The Ministry of Religion can leverage these findings to enhance employee performance and capability, promoting the achievement of organizational goals more sustainably.
