Abstract

Students who have social anxiety will affect lecture activities as well as daily activities. Students who experience social anxiety while undergo lectures could weaken memory skills, have difficulty focusing and have poor academic performance. This study wanted to examine how training design reduces social anxiety in students with introverted personalities using behavior rehearsal techniques. This study used the research and development methods. This study developed a training design using behavior rehearsal techniques with predetermined steps, namely potential and problems, collecting literature study data, product design, design validation, design revision, and product/design trials. The design validation process was carried out by 3 experts validators who are competent in the field of guidance and counseling. The participants in this study were 10 students of IAIN Palangka Raya with the criteria of having social anxiety with an introverted personality. The result of this study was acceptability/acceptance of expert validators obtained an assessment score of 88% with very good criteria with slight revisions. The training design developed to reduce social anxiety in introverted students was decent and could be used with some revisions.

Abstract

Media cetak merupakan produk perkembangan dalam informasi. Dan tulisan ini akan mengangkat artikel tentang bagaimana pandangan para pelanggan media cetak yang pada kali koran harian kalteng pos dimana pada edisis hari Jum’at terdapat rubrik Mimbar Jum’at. Dari hasil ini nantinya kita akan mengambil benang merah bagaimana peran media cetak pada aktivitas dakwah para ulama. Dimana selama ini metode yang dimaksud adalah dakwah bil qalam atau dakwah melalui tulisan yang bisa termuat didalam surat kabar Kalteng Pos.

Abstract

Early marriage issues must be a serious concern since it could lead to the quality of human resources problem in Indonesia in the next few years. Even though early marriage in Indonesia is illegal in Indonesia's law, the rate of early marriage is still high. Moreover, this problem should be solved, and a preventive approach is needed to overcome this problem. In this community service, Community-Based Research is used to strengthen the community. Its implementation has four main stages: laying the foundation, planning, information gathering/analysis, and acting on the findings. This service is for senior high school students in Pagatan Hulu, one of the areas with the highest number of marriages in Central Kalimantan. The activity implementation involved the Students Organization (OSIS) members as Catalysts. The activity results show that the catalysts can discuss this issue based on their experiences through Focus Group Discussions. Furthermore, the catalysts also carried out activities with eleven grade students, including sharing knowledge about Child Marriage and Its Impacts, Inspiration Sharing Talkshows, Planning Skills, and Overcoming the challenges skills.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of individual counseling interventions using a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach in improving the Self-Esteem and social skills of adolescents who experience low Self-Esteem. The results of the study showed that through four stages of meetings, the intervention succeeded in improving client behavior significantly. The initial stage shows that the client is not yet fully aware of the problem of low Self-Esteem, but with the counselor's approach to building a good relationship, the client begins to consider making changes. The final stage shows significant changes in the client's social skills and self-confidence through positive interactions with friends. During the counseling process, counselors also utilize verse 119 of Surah An-Nisa as a warning against negative thoughts and self-defeating behavior. This research shows that individual counseling interventions with a CBT approach have great potential in improving the Self-Esteem and social skills of adolescents who experience low Self-Esteem, although further research is needed to measure the long-term effects.

Abstract

Service management becomes important to provide a good service to the learners in general, especially on learners inclusive. The focus of the issues examined is how the pattern of service management, especially learners inclusive in SMAN 4 Palangkaraya and how the factors that hinder the management services on learners inclusive, and are there any obstacles in providing services to students at SMAN 4 Palangkaraya inclusive. This study used a qualitative approach, using a sampling technique is purposive sampling.

Abstract

Multicultural of meaning can be understand various aspects of life , but more often come to the surface when touched by religious and multicultural education. Pluralist in about have a religion always touted though still much conflict do in the name of religion. In the world of education , just as the discourse of multicultural education, theory , concept , or the like is not on the level of the students have not his actions to realize in life should be. Conceptually speaking , should probably dig the meaning of multicultural local wisdom in the sphere of culture , in order to preserve the local culture and inheritance until not even left forgotten . Huma Betang is a special custom home Dayak tribe , meaning the philosophy contained in it is to appreciate , appreciate the diversity and united together. In this paper highlights how multicultural about have a religion can be understood in the domain and in the domain of education is not merely a matter of discourse but be applicable in understanding the life of nation and state .

Abstract

AbstractForum Kerukunan Antar Umat Beragama (FKUB) is a mediating institution on interfaith harmony, especially in the city of Palangkaraya. The question is how the value model of socialization of the value of togetherness conducted by FKUB Palangka Raya city so that it can bridge the life of tolerance between religious communities in the city of Palangka Raya. The methodology of this study is to use a research and development approach with a modified analysis of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the working pattern of FKUB Palangka Raya works in accordance with the planned work program, proved to be able to handle several cases related to the establishment of houses of worship and its scope, prioritize the objectivity to produce mutually agreed decisions based on consensus reached agreement. The development of socialization of the value of togetherness is derived from several values such as the value of ideology (universal truth), religious values, cultural values. By way of coaching, intensive direction, then this togetherness attitude can be well established, especially supported by the value of local wisdom is the philosophy of "Huma Betang"

Abstract

Manajemen mutu merupakan bagian penting pada sebuah produk baik barang maupunjasa, pengorganisasian mutu pendidikan dalam rangka mewujudkan salah satu fungsi manajemenpendidikan itu sendiri. Setiap fungsi secara tidak terpisah memiliki peranan dalam menjagajaminan kualitas. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menjadi pilihan untuk menjabarkanstrategi manajemen mutu Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu Al Ghazali Modern SchoolPalangka Raya, yang didahului tahapan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi ditemukan hasil:manajemen mutu pada fungsi pengorganisasian dalam rangka memberi layanan terhadap siswa,tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan serta sarana di SMP Islam Terpadu Al Ghazali Modern SchoolPalangka Raya terpenuhi pada aspek; 1) tujuan pengorganisasian sebagai service motive,danprofit motive, 2) jenis layanan yang terkoordinir dalam satu komando, 3) pengelompokkanberdasarkan hubungan antar kegiatan, 4) anggota yang aktif terlibat dalam pengorganisasian, 5)memiliki rincian tugas berupa Job Diskriptions dan Standar Operasional Prosedural di tingkatdivisi, 6) wewenang yang terdelegasi secara baik, 7) rentang kendali secara kolektif.

Abstract

Background: Max Weber's theory of rationalization and bureaucracy offers a critical framework for understanding organizational structures in Islamic education. However, the standardization inherent in bureaucratic systems often conflicts with the decentralized and value-driven nature of Islamic education. Purpose: This study explores the reconstruction of rationalization in Islamic education management through Weber's bureaucratic theory, analyzing how it can be harmonized with Islamic values. Method: A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted, synthesizing research from databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Result: The findings reveal that while Weberian bureaucracy, characterized by hierarchical authority and legal-rational procedures, enhances efficiency, it may also introduce rigidity that limits innovation and adaptability to modern challenges. This study proposes a balanced approach that integrates bureaucratic efficiency with Islamic ethical principles, emphasizing flexibility, value-based leadership, and cultural integration. Implication: The research provides valuable insights for policymakers and educational leaders seeking to modernize governance frameworks while preserving core Islamic values. It highlights the importance of adapting Weber's bureaucratic model to meet contemporary educational demands without compromising spiritual and moral integrity. Conclusion: The study concludes by advocating for an integrated approach that combines bureaucratic structures with Islamic values, fostering management systems that are both efficient and responsive. Future research should further explore the application of Weber's theory in Islamic education, focusing on leadership, cultural considerations, and the implications for governance and educational reform.

Abstract

The urgency of this research lies in the need to reconstruct a more humanist, fun, and liberating learning model of the Qur'an Hadith, in accordance with the needs of the times and the character of digital learners. This study aims to analyses the learning model of Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTsN 1 Palangka Raya by using Paulo Freire's Critical Mazhab approach, as well as identifying opportunities and challenges in implementing dialogical learning and building critical awareness (conscientização). The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation, while data analysis used descriptive-critical techniques based on Freire's theory. The results show that although some teachers have realized the importance of a dialogical approach and started using digital technology, the learning model is still dominated by the banking education pattern. Students are still positioned as passive recipients, with little room for discussion and reflection on the meaning of Qur'anic teachings in the context of real life. The main obstacles include limited time, lack of teacher training, and strong old pedagogical habits. The implication of this research is the need for pedagogical transformation through critical education-based teacher training, contextual curriculum development, and creative integration of digital technology as a dialogical medium. Thus, Al-Qur'an Hadith education is not only a means of mastering the text, but also an empowerment tool to form critical, active, and contributive learners in the digital era.
