Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan serta mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah laki-laki maupun perempuan ditengah bayang-bayang patriarki. Selain itu, juga berfokuskan pada bagaimana tantangan kepemimpinan yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah laki-laki dan juga perempuan. Banten merupakan provinsi yang terkenal dengan seribu pondok dimana dengan mayoritas muslim memunculkan banyak tokoh serta pemimpin dari golongan laki-laki. Tak hanya itu, budaya patriarki yang langgeng serta masih kuat di Banten menjadikan atmosfer kepemimpinan laki-laki semakin pekat. Hal tersebut selaras dengan kedudukan kursi parlemen di Banten lebih besar diduduki oleh laki-laki dan sisanya perempuan.Tidak hanya dalam kursi parlemen saja, peran kepemimpinan perempuan dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya sebagai Kepala Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Kota Serang juga masih minim, sehingga dengan masih minimnya kepemimpinan perempuan di ranah Sekolah Menengah Atas tentunya ada perbedaan segi gaya kepemimpinan dalam memimpin serta bagaimana dalam mengatasi tantangan kepemimpinan dalam menjabat sebagai kepala sekolah. Lalu, dengan minimnya peran perempuan dalam kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Negeri di Kota Serang, penelitian ini juga dapat membantu kita memahami lebih lanjut tentang perbedaan gender dalam dunia pendidikan dan bagaimana hal itu dapat mempengaruhi cara seseorang memimpin sebuah institusi pendidikan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Deskriptif analitik menggambarkan dimana suatu objek yang diteliti melalui data yang telah dikumpulkan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ialah melalui tahapan observasi, wawancara dan juga dokumentasi. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan pandangan gaya kepemimpinan antara kepala sekolah laki-laki dan perempuan dalam memimpin. Perbedaan gaya kepemimpinan ini berupa sudut pandang dari penilaian siswa tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan laki-laki dan perempuan. Perbedaan gaya kepemimpinan ini berdasarkan sifat maskulin dan feminimnya seorang kepala sekolah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan serta membangun pola komunikasi.

Abstract

The focus of this research is student learning achievement which is caused by the level of family welfare. The aims of this research are 1) To find out whether there is an influence of the level of family welfare on student learning achievement in sociology subjects at SMAN 19 Tangerang Regency, 2) To find out how much influence the level of family welfare has on student learning achievement in sociology subjects at SMAN 19 Tangerang Regency.  Data collection techniques use questionnaries, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, in this study the samples chosen were 2 (two) classes, namely XI IPS 3 and XI IPS 4 for the 2022/2023 academic years. The results of research showed that 1) Based on linear regression analysis show that the regression equation is Ŷ = 90,671 – 0,027X, so that an r2 value of 0,005 or 0,5% is obtained. This shows that there is a negative and insignificant influence on the level of family welfare on student learning achievement in sociology subjects at SMAN 19 Kabupaten Regency it was 0,5%. 2) Based on the analysis of the stages of a prosperous family according to the BKKBN the respondents is in the prosperous family category 3, 3) Based on the analysis of learning achievement the respondents is in the high achievement category, In the end, analysis of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, students go to school to feel secure about their future and students go to school to get good achievements so as to improve their social status.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the social practice of catcalling in Cikeusal District. Catcalling according to Chhun (2011) identifies catcalling as the use of indecent words, verbal expressions and also non-verbal expressions which occur in public places, for example on roads, on sidewalks and bus stops. Verbally, catcalling in usually done through whistling or comments about a womens appearance. Non-verbal expressions also include glances of physical gestures that act to provide an assessment of a woman’s appearance. The method in this research uses a qualitative research method with a descrptive approach, meaning that the research results are formulated after all the data has been analyzed. In simple terms, it can stated that qualitative research is examining informants as research subjects in their daily living environment. The results of this research in clude the social practice of catcalling in cikeusal village, the meaning of catcalling in society.

Abstract

Secara umum, permasalahan KDRT terkait erat dengan minimnya akses perempuan untuk mengakses sumber daya ekonomi (modal finansial dan aset tetap, misalnya tanah, dan dari pendapatan untuk kesejahteraan lainnya), usia, tingkat pendidikan, keyakinan agama, dan lain-lain. etnis. Melakukan perbuatan fisik diperbolehkan dalam Islam yang dikatakan ta'dib (perbuatan mendidik) terhadap anak. Upaya penanganan yang diberikan kepada korban kekerasan adalah dengan memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling, agar mereka yang menjadi korban dapat memahami masalah dan penyebabnya, dapat mengetahui potensi dan kelebihannya serta dapat menentukan sendiri jalan keluar yang akan ditempuh oleh pihak korban. korban untuk menuntut keadilan dan tanggung jawab dari negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang perempuan korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dalam kehidupannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Studi kasus hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, terutama yang dialami oleh Perempuan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of smartphone use on students' learning motivation in Kp. Pasirsalam. Lebak Regency, Banten Province. Researchers used a quantitative approach with the population in this study, namely students who live in Kampung Pasirsalam and are still studying at the high school level, totaling 21 people. The sample used in this study is all the population with a total of 21 students, because it uses a saturated sampling technique as the sample. Collecting data using a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed to students who are still studying at the high school level in Kp. Pasirsalam, using simple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing are obtained as follows: 1) There is a significant effect between smartphone use and learning motivation. This is evidenced by the value of sig. = 0.002 < 0.05 and F count = 7.692

Abstract

The Covid-19 phenomenon encourages learning activities to be held boldly to reduce community mobility as one way to reduce the potential for the spread of Covid-19. With the emergence of a new habitus in the world of education, there are new models of learning in the pursuit of learning effectiveness. one of them is the application of the Blended Learning model, which is a combination of two learning models, namely online (in a network) and face-to-face meetings (face to face). This study aimed to determine how the implementation of the Blended Learning model at SMAN 4 Pandeglang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method, and observation, interviews, and documentation do the data collection. The results show that the process of implementing blended learning at SMAN 4 Pandeglang starts from planning by planning a schedule, developing strategies and teaching materials, and compiling an evaluation model; the implementation process has two forms, namely 30% Blended Learning by presenting students who have inaccessible access and courageous learning facilities. The second is 50% Blended Learning with 50% bold learning and 50% face-to-face; Blended Learning is also applied in sociology learning. The benefits of implementing blended learning are (1) reducing problems in bold learning, (2) making it easier for teachers to provide direct assessments, (3) motivating students (4) improving student learning outcomes. The evaluation model of blended learning is divided into two, face-to-face evaluation and evaluation through a bold platform.

Abstract

The aim to be accomplished in writing this article is 1). To find out how audio-visual learning media is practiced in Sociology subjects based on behavioristic theories of behaviorists, 2). To know how learners' behavior changes make use of the learning media during the learning process in the classroom. 3). To see if learners are becoming more interested in Sociology materials or otherwise. The study uses qualitative descriptive research methods and observations with a class action research model and interviews in-depth learners to supplement the study data needs. The subject of this study is a 10-grade learner of the social science program at SMAN 2 Serang city. The result of this study was that learners who learned by using the audio-visual medium tended to change their behavior better in processing the Sociology subject taught by the teacher in the class. To demonstrate such conduct requires repetition in utilizing the medium of study in Sociology subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the independence of students' learning during online learning which includes (1) behaving according to their own initiative, independence from others, level of self-discipline, and ability to solve their own problems; (2) the factors behind the formation of independent learning. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the aim of understanding natural events in the research object whose research results are presented descriptively. The research was conducted at SMA Cokroaminoto Sukaresmi Kab, Cianjur with the research informants being teachers and students of class XI IPS at the school. The data collection techniques through interview techniques and literature study and to test the validity of the research data using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that the level of independence of students in online learning of sociology subjects was still low and the factors that formed the independence of learning sociology for class XI students of SMA Cokroaminoto tend to be influenced by external factors, namely school factors and family factors.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar sangat mempengaruhi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan motivasi belajar siswa saat pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka di era new normal pada siswa kelas XII IPS di SMA Negeri 18 Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode sampling yang dipakai yaitu simple random sampling dan diperoleh 57 orang sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji analisis paired sample t-test. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu adanya perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa saat pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka. Menurut teori ARCS Keller saat daring, proses diskusi cenderung pasif, kurangnya kepercayaan diri siswa untuk bertanya dan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan belajar yang kurang kondusif. Berbeda dengan saat tatap muka, siswa cenderung lebih berani yang membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih interaktif dan dipengaruhi oleh suasana belajar yang mendukung.

Abstract

Students' interest in the subject of sociology varies, and some of them may be less enthusiastic about the subject, so an approach that caters to individual students' needs is necessary. The aim of this research is to outline the crucial role of teachers in implementing differentiated learning strategies in sociology and its impact on enhancing students' interest in the subject. This study utilizes a qualitative approach using a descriptive methodology, and data is gathered through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The research is carried out at SMAN 2 Pandeglang, located in the Banten Province. The research findings reveal several key points: (1) Teachers apply various customized learning strategies, such as grouping students based on their abilities, providing diverse learning resources, and assigning projects that align with students' interests. (2) Teachers act as facilitators, assisting students in identifying their interests, providing guidance, and challenging students according to their individual abilities. (3) The outcome of implementing differentiated learning is that students become more engaged in the learning process because they perceive the subject matter as relevant to their interests and personal experiences. In conclusion, the role of teachers is pivotal in cultivating students' interest in sociology at SMAN 2 Pandeglang through the implementation of tailored learning strategies. Teachers need to function as facilitators who understand students' needs and interests to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
