Findings reveal a positive trend in blockchain adoption, with larger organizations and those in urban areas more likely to integrate the technology. Participants generally perceive Zakat management processes as clear and accountable, although improvements in accessibility are identified. Regression analysis demonstrates a statistically significant positive relationship between blockchain adoption and transparency. Challenges include technical barriers and high implementation costs, while opportunities include increased donor trust and operational efficiency gains. Policy implications suggest regulatory frameworks to support institutions, and organizational strategies recommend phased implementation and capacity-building initiatives. The study contributes insights for policymakers, Zakat institutions, and researchers navigating the intersection of traditional charitable practices and innovative technologies.

Abstract

With job satisfaction acting as an intervening variable, the purpose of this study is to ascertain if corporate culture and work discipline have an impact on employee performance. All of the participants in this study are employees. Saturated sampling or complete sampling are the sampling criteria used in this study. There were 100 samples used in this investigation. This kind of study data is included in quantitative data. Literature reviews, questionnaires, and interviews were employed by researchers. The existence of a link between latent variables and the indicators that make them up is known as the measurement model. The instrument's validity and dependability are evaluated using this model. A model that links apparent and latent variables is called the structural model. We use R2 as the dependent construct in PLS to assess inner capital. T-statistics and Patrial Least Square (PLS) were utilized in this study's data analysis. These conclusions can be drawn from the data analysis results: Job satisfaction and organizational culture characteristics are unaffected. The work discipline variable has an impact on job satisfaction. There is a relationship between employee performance and organizational culture. Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationships among personality traits, job characteristics, work motivation, and job performance within the context of the Indonesian hospitality industry. Utilizing a sample of 220 participants, a robust structural equation model was developed and tested. The model demonstrated excellent fit indices, reinforcing its effectiveness in capturing the complexities of the variables under scrutiny. Hypothesis testing revealed significant positive relationships between job characteristics and both job performance and work motivation, as well as between personality traits and job performance and work motivation. The model's high explanatory power (R²) and predictive relevance (Q²) underscore its utility in understanding and forecasting outcomes in the studied industry. The findings offer valuable insights for organizational practitioners aiming to optimize employee performance and motivation in the dynamic landscape of the Indonesian hospitality sector.

Abstract

Within the context of the manufacturing sector in Banten, this research explores the impact that the integration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), conflict management, and work flexibility have on the work-life balance of employees operating in that sector. Through the use of a quantitative research methodology, data were gathered from a total of 160 samples by means of a structured questionnaire that utilized a Likert scale that ranged from 1 to 5. Through the utilization of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3), the data were examined in order to determine the links that exist between the variables. According to the findings, high-resolution information system (HRIS) integration considerably improves work-life balance by optimizing human resource operations and increasing employee access to information. Effective conflict management practices are shown to mitigate workplace tensions, further contributing to a better work-life balance. Additionally, work flexibility is found to be a crucial factor in allowing employees to manage their professional and personal responsibilities more effectively.
