Abstract

Demam berdarah merupakan penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Jumlah kasus demam berdarah terus meningkat. Salah satu kabupaten di Sumut dengan kasus DBD tertinggi adalah Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dengan kecamatan penyumbang kasus Dbd tertinggi adalah Percut Sei Tuan dengan persentase kasus sebesar 16% pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemodelan risiko dengan melibatkan beberapa kovariat dimana kriteria perbandingannya menggunakan nilai BIC terkecil. Hasil uji homogenitas menunjukkan data kasus demam berdarah cenderung tidak homogen. Hasil korelasi spasial menunjukkan hasil plot cenderung membentuk kelompok atau cluster. Hasil pemodelan yang diperoleh proses cluster Cauchy setelah eliminasi merupakan model terbaik, dimana kovariat kepadatan rumah sakit, curah hujan, suhu, dan kelembaban berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyebaran penyakit demam berdarah di Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

Abstract

Excess or lack of inventory that is too large is a problem that can trigger increased costs so that companies do not get the benefits they should. The purpose of this study is to minimize the cost of inventories of crude palm oil using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method and EPQ (Economic Production Quantity) methods at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. From the results it is known that economic orders according to the EOQ method in 2017 amounted to 2.741,222 tons and in 2018 amounted to 2.825,927 tons. The difference in total inventory costs generated using the EOQ method and company conditions in 2017 amounted to Rp71.605.439.976,17 and in 2018 amounting to Rp60.884.174.907,3. The optimal amount of production (EPQ) in 2017 and 2018 was 146.226,147 tons. The difference in total inventory costs generated using the EPQ method and the condition of the company in 2017 and 2018 amounted to Rp102.771.704.121,63.

Abstract

The optimization model is one of the systems analysis models identified with operation research. The transportation method is part of a linear program that is used to organize and distribute resources that provide products to places where they are needed to achieve transportation cost efficiency. The working principle of the Least Cost method is to give allocation priority that has the smallest unit cost (the smallest unit cost). The MODI (Modified Distribution) method is a method of solving transportation cases developed from the Stepping Stone method. This research was conducted at PT. Mabar Feed Indonesia which is engaged in the feed sector. This study aims to determine minimizing transportation costs at PT. Mabar Feed Indonesia which will later become input for the company. The results showed that the transportation cost before minimization was Rp . Then the costs incurred after using the Least Cost method in the initial solution amounted to Rp . After using the Least Cost method, the final solution is to make MODI more optimal and the total transportation cost is Rp .

Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia affects the need for household furniture. With the increasing demand, consumers have to wait a long time for the requested furniture. This causes sales to not be optimal due to consumer disappointment which results in cancellation of requests. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal development of sales and make a production schedule based on the forecasting results obtained. The data of this research are window sales at UD. Podomoro Asahan from July 2016 to July 2021. The data was processed using the ARIMA and Winters methods and then compared between the two methods.The results of the study used the ARIMA method, namely using the ARIMA model (0,1,1) with an error value of MPE -0.079772% and MAPE 16.592778%. The results of the study used the Winters method, namely using the smoothing constant α=0.546225; β=0.259846; γ=0.116178; with MPE error value -0.39785% and MAPE 39.78471%.

Abstract

The greenhouse effect is a term used to describe the earth having a greenhouse effect where the sun's heat is trapped by the earth's atmosphere. This study aims to model the greenhouse effect and then predict the greenhouse effect in the coming period using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method. In this case, time series analysis and reference data for 31 months are used, from the period January 2017 - July 2019, the results of the ARIMA model that are suitable for forecasting the greenhouse effect are ARIMA (4.2.0) with Mean Square Error (MSE) of 161885

Abstract

Rice as a staple food consumed by almost all Indonesia people every day, an adequate supply of rice is needed to meet the needs of the community. Perum Bulog as a government company engaged in food distribution, one of which is rice, plays an important role in the management of rice food stocks. During the rice distribution process, Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan incurred transportation costs with a large amount. To solve these problems, companies need to use the right methods. One of the methods that can be used for distribution problems is the transportation method. There are two steps to solving transportation problems: the initial solution and the optimal solution. The initial solution uses the Total Opportunity Cost Matrix-Modified Extremum Difference Method (TOCM-MEDM) and the optimal solution with the MODI method. The purpose of this study is to minimize transportation costs at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan.  The results of the study show that the use of TOCM-MEDM costs Rp. 151. 103,050 and after the optimization test with MODI it was reduced to Rp. 141,635,000 so that the company could save transportation costs up to 9%, from the initial cost of Rp. 154,847,000 to Rp. 141,635,000. In short, by using the Total Opportunity Cost Matrix-Modified Extremum Difference Method (TOCM-MEDM), the first solution and optimal solution of the MODI Method is the right method to minimize the operational costs of rice distribution in Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan.

Abstract

The young generation growing up in this area often has limited access to quality education, especially religious education. This phenomenon is a serious problem in various regions including North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to analyze the crisis of Islamic education in the young generation that occurred in Tanjung Beringin Plantation Village. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the analysis used is interactive data analysis with stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data sources used in this study were obtained from primary data sources through interviews and secondary data obtained from books and journals related to the discussion. The results of the study showed that several results were found, including: Lack of educators, The importance of government support, The unavailability of non-formal Islamic educational institutions, Lack of parental roles. The solution that can be given to overcome some of the above is to provide non-formal Islamic religious education institutions that are complete with various facilities and teachers who have abilities in the field of religion.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pemasangan pin lokasi usaha pada Google Maps agar lebih mudah ditemukan oleh konsumen. Melalui fitur petunjuk arah, berbagi lokasi, serta ulasan yang disertai foto, pelaku usaha dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam menemukan lokasi usaha sekaligus memperoleh umpan balik atas layanan yang diberikan. Program pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan langsung kepada pelaku UMKM di Desa Bangun Purba. Sebanyak 12 pelaku UMKM berhasil mendaftarkan lokasi usahanya, dengan 10 di antaranya mendapatkan ulasan pelanggan pertama dalam minggu pertama setelah verifikasi. Data usaha yang terdaftar kini menampilkan informasi akurat, mudah diakses, dan muncul dalam pencarian relevan di Google Maps. Selain itu, ulasan pelanggan terbukti meningkatkan kredibilitas dan menarik minat konsumen baru.

Abstract

Analisis beban kerja merupakan kegiatan perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan tenaga sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai. Jumlah tenaga rekam medis yang ada melebihi kebutuhan yang sebenarnya, dan hal ini dapat berdampak negatif pada produktivitas karyawan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengukuran beban kerja yang objektif berdasarkan kondisi nyata di lapangan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis beban kerja objektif adalah Full Time Equivalent (FTE). Data mengenai beban kerja dikumpulkan melalui pencatatan pada instrumen seperti daily log dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis dan dikonversikan menjadi nilai indeks FTE. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja supervisor dan pelaksana rekam medis tergolong normal. Dengan demikian, Puskesmas PB Selayang II Medan Selayang memiliki cukup tenaga rekam medis untuk memenuhi kebutuhan berkas rekam medis pasien.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to optimize the use of sewing materials to maximize production output at Rumah Jahit Nila through the application of a linear programming model in the allocation and use of sewing materials in planning and maximizing production output. The implementation methods include mapping processes and data requirements and formulating a linear programming model relevant to the scale of Nila Sewing House MSMEs, as well as training and live demonstrations using QM as software to determine optimization solutions. The evaluation was conducted on 15 participants using a 1–4 Likert scale instrument with four assessment indicators, namely, training content, presenter's subject-matter expertise, event facilities, and benefits of the program. Descriptive analysis showed an overall average of 3.43 on a scale of 4, with a percentage level of 85.8%, which is in the Very Good category. In order, the indicator achievements are Presenter’s Subject-Matter Expertise = 3.53 (88.33%), Benefits of the Program = 3.47 ( 86.67%), Training Content = 3.40 (85.00%), and Event Facilities = 3.33 (83.33%). These results confirm that the competence of the speakers and the relevance of the benefits are the main strengths, while the content and facilities of the activities are areas for priority improvement. This program has successfully improved participants' technical capacity in modeling and implementing linear program-based raw material optimization, while also providing a foundation for operational implementation to reduce waste and increase throughput.
