Abstract

This study reconnoiters how the richness and local wisdom of Malay culture are preserved through the taste of coffee which has its authentic philosophy so that it becomes a strong branding. Count on the marketing public relations strategy of pull, push and pass to build a brand awareness of "Kopi Para Raja". Using strategic marketing public relations which is called Three Ways Strategy to intricate on how the strategic planning being established. The research method using qualitative approach and case study method. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the Marketing public relations of Kopi Sekanak wants to instill the mindset of "Kopi Para Raja" into the minds of consumers which has come to the results in a successful partnership, bundling and marketing campaign by Kopi Sekanak, in the process of establishing the brand awareness. Thus the progression in maintaining the brand awareness starts from the phase of unknown brand to the initial brand of Kopi Sekanak has reached the stage of the awareness of consumers which means the success of Kopi Sekanak resulted from a synchronized marketing efforts to promote Kopi Sekanak , Kopi Para Raja as a coffee brand.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan model pembelajaran yang mengajak peserta didik untuk aktif mengajukan pertanyaan. Pertanyaan yang dikonstruk kemudian diajukan adalah pertanyaan yang diperkuat atau dilengkapi argumen. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi pebelajar mengajukan pertanyaan adalah Model Inkuiri. Model pembelajaran inkuiri menjadi salah satu model pembelajaran yang memiliki pengaruh besar bagi pendidik untuk mengimplementasikannya disekolah. Dalam model inkuiri ini merupakan model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik sehingga proses belajar menjadi lebih efektif. Peserta didik akan lebih aktif dalam proses belajar, karena pembelajaran lebih berfokus pada peserta didik. Bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dalam meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini, selain untuk memenuhi tugas ujuan tengah semester (UTS), yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran inkuiri dalam mengembangkan keaktifan peserta didik, serta dapat di aplikasikan dalam proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Leuweunggajah Village, Ciledug Subdistrict is one of the villages that has the potential of objects and tourist attractions through the development of Islam which is an attraction so that it is necessary to analyze tourism potential through tourism development strategies in Leuweunggajah Village. This research was conducted in Leuweunggajah village to obtain a potential and mapping of tourism objects and attractions in Leuweunggajah village so that it can create a tourism development strategy from the potential of tourism objects and attractions in Leuweunggajah village. This research method is done by observation, interview, and documentation in data collection. The results of data collection from observations, interviews, and documentation can be described using SWOT analysis and continued analysis of priority strategies based on internal strategic factors and analysis of external strategic factors in tourism development as a tourist village. Research conducted in Leuweunggajah village has 7 (seven) potential objects and tourist attractions, namely: Baitussu'ada Mosque, Sacred Well, Habib Toha Tomb, Friday Kliwon Tradition, Wanit Tani Putri Wanaliman Group, Coffee Packaging Handicrafts, Geol Crackers, where each object and tourist attraction has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in identifying potential at once in tourism development. In the tourism development strategy of Leuweunggajah village, it must improve the quality of facilities, improve human resources through various kinds of training and the support and participation of the Leuweunggajah village government in order to improve the quality of the economy of the Leuweunggajah village community.

Abstract

Ngenang Island, Nongsa District, Batam City is a tourist destination that has a variety of natural wealth that has not been visited by enough domestic or foreign tourists. Awareness of tourism from the community and the readiness of the community in one of its supporting elements, namely human resources, especially in terms of grooming, is expected to be one of the auxiliary values in increasing the flow of tourists, especially on Ngenang Island. Referring to the above, it is felt that it is necessary to develop tourism awareness and grooming for members of POKDARWIS Ngenang Island. It is necessary to conduct a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) so that POKDARWIS and other tourism drivers on Ngenang Island get a deeper analysis of what are the potentials and opportunities that can be achieved in the future in order to increase their tourism potential. Abstract

Many MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) actors are covered by their lack of knowledge about digital marketing and electronic commerce (e-commerce). Take advantage of the potential in digital marketing and how to create good digital content to attract customers. Based on various facts obtained from the field, it can be formulated that the problems that arise in the EPI (Excellent Preneur Indonesia) MSME community are: lack of content creation and content sharing for digital marketing content. This problem prompted the community service team to provide outreach regarding digital content creation for the development of the MSME community. The method used is in the form of lectures, then questions and answers, and practice of creating content. The outreach was attended by 25 participants and went smoothly. This service activity produced results, including being able to increase knowledge and motivation as well as participants' ideas for creating digital content for the business they were running and adjusted according to target customers.

Abstract

Digital content has become part of the massive public relation movement which makes it worth research in order to gain new insight or new perspective. Banyuwangi Tourism is part of it, making tourism movement through their digital content posted in Instagram of @banyuwangi_tourism. With Qualitative Content analysis, we get to know how it is constructed and discovering that Indonesia is equally contributes to Indonesian tourism even though they’re not dollar owners who trades with dollars. This also proves that tourism still had strong ties with western favoritism.

Abstract

This study examines the improvement of the quality of education management, education personnel, and social studies subject educators. The study focuses on improving the quality of education management, educators, and education personnel, specifically in social studies subjects. The method used in this research is Library Research. The research stages include 1) Data collection, which is carried out by collecting written data from books, journals, and articles relevant to the model being analyzed, and 2) Data analysis, namely content analysis, where data obtained from literary reading materials is analyzed in depth. The result of this research is that improving the quality of Management is needed to improve the quality of educators in social studies subjects and education staff so that implementing activities in an educational institution runs optimally, effectively, and efficiently. Compared to the preceding years, the Management of educators and education workers at the school or institution that was visited has started showing signs of improvement in their overall performance. The use of certification and the supply of benefits as a mechanism to increase educator welfare is beginning to function even though there are still specific inadequacies in the system.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the factors that influence excellent service in the context of the Caffee industry, with a focus on customer experience at Momoo Juice Bar & Caffeé Harbor Bay, Batam City. The research method used was a combination of a survey of several Caffee guests and in-depth interviews with customer service managers. The research results show that aspects of employee involvement, speed of response to customer requests, and quality of interaction have a significant impact on the level of guest satisfaction. Additionally, the findings highlight the importance of ongoing employee training to maintain high standards of service excellence. The implication of this research is the need for Momoo Juice Bar & Caffeé Harbor Bay, Batam City and perhaps also other cafes in the same industry to focus on developing employee interpersonal skills, using technology to increase response to customer requests, and increasing interdepartmental coordination to ensure a positive experience. seamless guest. This research contributes to the understanding of the importance of excellent service in the hotel industry and provides practical guidance for managers in improving the quality of service provided to guests.
