Abstract

In the digital era and the development of social media, an effective digital marketing communication strategy is important for the hospitality industry. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing communication strategy used by Episode Gading Serpong Hotel through Instagram social media. The quantitative content analysis method is used to describe various aspects of the information and quality of the content uploaded by the hotel. Two different coders are used to ensure objectivity in the coding and data collection processes. This study also uses Krippendorf content analysis to determine the characteristics and conclusions of the uploaded message content. The research sample consisted of @episodegadingserpong Instagram uploads from January 2023 to April 2023 which focused on hotel promotions. The results of the study found that the digital marketing communication strategy carried out by Hotel Episode Gading Serpong through Instagram social media was effective in promoting the hotel and attracting consumer attention.

Abstract

The principal as the top manager in the school is the most important component which is a determining factor for school success in creating quality human resources in the school environment. The research objectives are: 1) Test the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance; 2) Test the influence of the principal's management on teacher performance; 3) Test the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance; 4) Test the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher job satisfaction at Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang State Senior High School; 5) Test the influence of the principal's management on teacher job satisfaction through job satisfaction; 6) Test the significant influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance; and 7) Test the significant influence of principal management on teacher performance at Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang Public High School through job satisfaction. The results of the study: 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance with a t count > t table (6,746 > 1,674) and a path coefficient of 0.984; 2) Managerial does not have a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance with a t count < t table (0.206 < 1.674) and a path coefficient of -0.031; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a t count > t table (2.117 > 1.674) and a path coefficient of 0.383; 4) Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction with a t count > t table (2,850 > 1,674) and a path coefficient of 0.564; 5) Managerial has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction with a t count > t table 1.919 > 1.674) and a path coefficient of 0.583; 6) Leadership Style through Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance with a t count > t table (5.167 > 1.674) and a path coefficient of 0.092 ; and 7) Managerial through Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance with a t count > t table (3.178 > 1.679) and a path coefficient of 0.153.

Abstract

The advent of the digital era has spurred numerous companies to employ marketing communications strategies. Such endeavours serve as a means to influence and remind consumers about the array of products or services they offer. A particularly prominent approach for companies entails utilising digital marketing communications. In this context, the focus extends beyond mere product promotion; instead, it centres on disseminating valuable, pertinent, and consistent content to captivate and retain consumers. For this study, Instagram has been selected as the platform of interest due to its prevalence as a content distribution channel. The primary objective of this research is to explore the practices of digital marketing communications employed by the Something brand through its Instagram presence. To this end, the Krippendorff content analysis method has been applied to discern the nature of posts related to digital marketing communications on the official Instagram account @somethincofficial. The analysis was conducted on posts from 1 August 2022 to 31 October 2022. The study's findings reveal that Somethinc's digital marketing communication practices on Instagram predominantly revolve around informative and reminding advertising. These strategies are pivotal in engaging the audience and reinforcing brand awareness on the platform.

Abstract

This study provides a thorough summary of a dataset that was built from systematic literature reviews undertaken between the years 2020 and 2022. The dataset presented in this study comprises a comprehensive collection of research studies pertaining to the domain of digital marketing communication, sourced from the SCOPUS Database. The utilisation of a systematic approach guarantees a comprehensive compilation, examination, and integration of pertinent scholarly publications, providing a unified perspective on the developing patterns, principal themes, approaches, and discoveries within this ever-evolving field. The dataset has been carefully curated to encompass a wide range of subjects that have been investigated in research on digital marketing communication throughout the designated timeframe. The dataset encompasses a range of topics that reflect the dynamic nature of digital marketing techniques, including the assessment of the effectiveness of social media advertising and influencer marketing, the exploration of the consequences of AI-driven customisation, and the examination of concerns related to data protection. In addition, the dataset brings attention to methodological intricacies, providing insight into the current research methodology, data sources, and analytical tools used to enhance knowledge in this field. The dataset is a helpful resource for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers who wish to understand the intricacies and advancements in digital marketing communication within the specified time frame. Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the impact of culture-based administrative management quality which includes planning, organizing school administration with a quality culture, implementing content standards, implementing process standards, and administering school infrastructure standards simultaneously which have a significant effect on teacher performance at Widya Karya Taman Sidoarjo Vocational School. This type of research was used quantitative, with a total sample of 84 teachers at Widya Karya Taman Sidoarjo Vocational School, with total sampling, with the analysis technique used using multiple linear regression with t test and F test tools. Partial and simultaneous research results show that quality culture-based administrative management includes planning, organizing school administration with a quality culture, implementing content standards, implementing process standards, and administering school infrastructure standards simultaneously has a significant effect on teacher performance, this is evidenced by a significance value of <0.05. It is hoped that the results of this study can improve the quality of human resources capable of playing a role in administrative management with a culture of quality. In an effort to increase administrative professionalism, it is necessary to develop collegial supervision, in addition to the supervision activities that have been carried out all this time.

Abstract

Aqua is mineral water product that has been friendly with Indonesians since long ago. They provide interesting nature promotion since Indonesian loves anything close to nature, it makes them trust the product of Aqua. As a trusted product with long sustainability, it will be an important data to analyse about Aqua. This paper used content analysis by Krippendorf to analyse the digital marketing communication from Aqua. The concept used by Aqua brand, that they use the Masaru Emoto product at branding their water being finding of the research. Water is plain, but with the nature aesthetic and famous Emoto’s pseudo-science, it attracts their audience to put long trust on them.

Abstract

Channel News Asia has been an excellent news site in Asia and other foreign countries because of its exceptional phrase complexity and informative text which is at par to The Guardian or VICE, despite being CNN tier news site by the web and operational design. Currently, the South China Sea conflict is part of the CNA’s subtle information delivery regarding UC-China rivalry without sounding like Yellow Journalism. Using Robert N. Entman’s framing analysis, the author was able to discover how CNA delivers the geopolitical issues to provide information regarding US-China rivalry in trade market.

Abstract

The emergence of internet streaming platforms has precipitated a fundamental transformation in the landscape of movie culture, transitioning it from conventional to digital formats. The advent of streaming platforms such as Netflix has significantly transformed the patterns of media consumption and the strategies employed for its promotion. Despite the novelty and appeal of this medium, particularly among younger generations, promotional strategies continue to rely on utilising content and streaming services to effectively engage customers. Content analysis is a research method employed to assess advertising strategies, with a specific emphasis on the utilisation of colour coding and cultural representation. The present study included a diverse range of advertising materials sourced from prominent streaming platforms across a span of time. This study focuses on the analysis of promotional colour schemes in order to identify recurring patterns or 'codes' associated with specific genres or topics. Furthermore, we analyse the utilisation of cultural elements in the promotional strategies employed by these platforms. These techniques have demonstrated a high level of effectiveness in effectively engaging their intended audience and enhancing awareness of the platform.

Abstract

This study examines a digital marketing communication model utilized by Trendy Noodle Station @youneedmie.official, a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study is driven by the increasing prevalence of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, with a specific focus on Warmindo (Warung Mie Indonesia or Indonesian Noodle Stall). Warmindo offers employment prospects for persons who are currently unemployed, enabling them to generate income. This study examines the context and significance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) within the economic framework of Indonesia. It highlights the inherent characteristics of MSMEs, such as their simplicity and adaptability, which facilitate self-management.The author used Krippendorf's content analysis approach to investigate the role of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in facilitating self-employment opportunities for those who are currently unemployed. This approach enables a methodical analysis of the several facets pertaining to the digital marketing methods employed by @youneedmie.official. The results of the study demonstrate the efficacy of digital marketing communication techniques in augmenting consumer engagement and improving sales performance.  The findings of this study indicate that the adoption of a professional digital marketing communication strategy can have a substantial positive impact on the business performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs)

Abstract

Mixue's Ice Cream and Tea became famous in Indonesia through the spread of their branches. They’re predicted to surpass McDonald’s in a few years. Their fast growth drives the reaction that they’re Ruko Kosong hunters, or the hunters of empty shop buildings. With its quick spread, Mixue becomes an important name to be analyzed with SWOT analysis, which would detail how Mixue stands on its own. The name immortality or collective branches has two different sides ever since the existence of Mixue. Mixue is a method whose name in a franchise doesn’t matter.
