Abstract

Bank performance is a very important and significant picture for the parties with an interest in the bank. The parties with an interest in the bank include investors, creditors, customers, employees, government and the surrounding community. Given the large number of interested parties, the assessment of bank performance is very important. Bank performance is assessed based on how company management carries out all of its duties. Bank health is one of the factors that must be considered by both conventional and sharia banks in order to survive. This paper aims to compare the financial performance of Islamic banking with conventional banking in the third quarter of 2020 during the Covid 19 pandemic using the ROA financial ratio.

Abstract

Poverty is a person's inability to meet the needs of everyday life. Poverty is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately. One of the causes of poverty is because there are differences between income and expenditure levels that occur in various regions, this is what is known as inequality. The prevalence of insufficient public consumption is a condition in which people are unable to meet their needs properly and healthily. This is closely related to poverty. Because, if there is no poverty, it is possible that people's consumption will be fulfilled. This study uses a qualitative method in the literature approach. This research aims to examine more deeply related to poverty and inequality in Indonesia through the prevalence of insufficient consumption of the Indonesian people. The results of this study show that the poverty and inequality rates in Indonesia since March 2022 and the insufficient public consumption will also decrease. the insufficient consumption of the Indonesian people in terms of food consumption has increased from 2019 around 7.63, 2020 around 8.43 until 2021 it reaches 8.49. Abstract

Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan literasi kepada masyarakat tentang pajak dalam upaya meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan Pelaku UMKM Tanjung Rejo.Pesertanya adalah usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Desa Tanjung Rejo. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) Penyuluhan (Sosialisasi) dan edukasi tentang Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan, Jenis Pajak UMKM dan UMKM Bangkit dengan Daya Ungkit Ekonomi Indonesia (2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) (3) Pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM dalam pemenuhan kewajiban Pajak UMKM. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah munculnya motivasi dan kesadaran diri dari para pelaku UMKM untuk memperbaharui informasi terkait pajak karena fasilitas yang ada sangat bermanfaat bagi UMKM. Pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap fasilitas perpajakan yang dapat digunakan. Pemahaman pelaku usaha tentang Laporan Pajak dan prosedur pelaporan pajak. Pengelola UMKM juga langsung menerapkan literasi harmonisasi peraturan perpajakan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini tidak hanya bersifat satu arah, tetapi terjadi dua arah dengan sesi diskusi.  Diskusi berlangsung setelah penyampaian materi secara tertib dan terarah.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide a literature study of essential hard skill for students in Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA) era. The authors aim to base their new conceptualization on extensive evidence from literature review, and synthesis of the review of literature. An extensive literature review of essential hard skill for student in VUCA era is first carried out. Based on the review and synthesis of literature, an essential hard skill for student in VUCA era with three domain areas is conceptualized. The higher education curricula can now apply more specifically, any of the three dimensions areas of essential hard skill for student in VUCA era and understand the conditions under which a particular dimensions area is important for students to understand the changes caused by the VUCA and adjust the hard skills possessed by these changes.

Abstract

Development of technology today makes it easy to access information via the internet. The development of the internet affects the life of people who live side by side with gadgets and the internet. E-commerce is a model in the process of buying and selling products or services through the internet network. Current technological developments open wider market opportunities for MSMEs. The use of technology is a challenge for MSMEs to survive in the current industrial era 4.0. The main function of using technology is to facilitate every transaction made. This study aims to examine and explain the determinant factors (utility, convenience, attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control) that influence MSMEs to use e-commerce as a marketing medium in Medan City. This research was conducted on MSMEs that are members of the Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association (IWAPI) using the through questionnaire method, the researchers obtained 100 respondents. The results obtained using SPSS with the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing can be concluded through the t test that, usefulness variables, attitude variables, subjective norm variables, behavioral control variables do not affect the use of e- commerce for IWAPI-assisted MSME actors, while the convenience variable affects the use of e-commerce for IWAPI-assisted MSME actors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of halal labels and material safety on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, amounting to 88 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire / questionnaire. Partial research results Material Safety has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously the Halal Label and Material Safety have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated F value > F table with a significant value of 0.000, it can be concluded that the halal label variable and material safety simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination can be explained that the level of influence (R Square) of the halal label variable and the material safety variable on the purchasing decision variable is 0.700. It can be concluded that the halal label variable and the ingredient safety variable have an influence of 70% on the purchasing decision variable while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Halal label, material safety, purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and quality of work life on organizational commitment at the Department of Industry and Commerce, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 70 employees. The data collection method in this study uses primary data. By collecting data through observation and questionnaires (Questionnaire). Based on the results of the t test, it shows that leadership style, organizational culture and quality of work life have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of the F test show that leadership style, organizational culture and quality of work life simultaneously or together have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained an R Square value of 0.843 so that it can be concluded that in this study leadership style, organizational culture and quality of work life contributed to organizational commitment of 84.3% and the remaining 15.7% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.Keywords: leadership style, organizational culture, quality of work life, organizational commitment

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan dalam mengetahui dan menganalisa Pengaruh Karakterisitik Individu, Motivasi Berprestasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Regional II PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu semua karyawan pada Regional II PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV. Total sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 115 dengan teknik random sampling untuk mengumpulkan data karyawan Regional II PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV. Teknik mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dokumentasi serta kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran data Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menerapkan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Metode analisa data menerapkan regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian didapatkan karakterisitik individu dengan parsial memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berprestasi dengan parsial memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja dengan parsial memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Karakterisitik individu, motivasi berprestasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan simultan memberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan Regional II PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi bagaimana budaya organisasi, soft skill, dan hard skill mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja di PT. Bintang Utara Putra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh karyawan PT. Bintang Utara Pria. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 53 responden yang menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket dengan skala pengukuran data skala likert. Uji asumsi tradisional, validitas, dan reliabilitas digunakan dalam pendekatan analisis data. Regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam proses analisis data dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan, setidaknya sebagian, bahwa staf PT mendapat manfaat besar dari hard skill. Bintang Utara Putra. Bagi karyawan PT, soft skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Bintang Utara. Bagi karyawan PT, budaya organisasi mempunyai dampak yang besar dan positif. Bintang Utara untuk Pria. Secara simultan hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa hard skill, soft skill dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap karyawan PT. Bintang Utara Putra dengan nilai Fhitung (40,515) > Ftabel (2,79), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The influence of the internal work environment, job characteristics and organizational commitment on employee performance in the Serdang Bedagai Social Service (case study of data collection techniques). Government agencies were established with the aim of providing optimal civil, social and economic rights services to every citizen. Employee performance is influenced by various factors including the internal work environment, job characteristics and organizational commitment. This research aims to explain whether there is an influence of the internal work environment, job characteristics and organizational commitment on employee performance in the Serdang Bedagai Social Service. The population in this study was a sample of 30 people using population techniques. The independent variables are the internal work environment (X1), job characteristics (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Data collection methods used were questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis method used was percentage description analysis and multiple regression methods.
