Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to examine the new conceptualization of human resource competence in the face of the era of Society 5.0.  The concept of human resource competence 5.0 based on spirituality is a new conceptualization generated based on a broad and in-depth literature review that is aligned with the need for human resource competence to be able toface the era of Society 5.0 which is characterized by the use of robots, Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things while maintaining the values of spirituality within. The concept of spirituality-based human resource competency 5.0 in  the previous study produced three dimensions on human resource competence 5.0 based on spirituality and can have a practical function for the business world, where human resource managers can implement the concept of spirituality-based  human resource competence 5.0 for The company is by better understanding the important dimensions for employees to  be able to adapt in the face of changes

Abstract

Society 5.0 can also be interpreted as a concept of a human-centered and technology-based society. The competency model will support the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process so that companies can attract the talents needed to build their HR performance. Thus, the development of a competency model for Society 5.0 has considerable value in terms of education, training, and human development perspectives in facing the era of change, especially Society 5.0. The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of existing research and practice competency models and continue the development of competency models for Society 5.0. The research method uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is a research method used to collect, review and synthesize relevant literature in a particular research field. A literature search was conducted through academic databases, such as PubMed, ERIC, and Google Scholar, using appropriate keywords such as “human resource competency”, “society 5.0”.  Next, this data is analyzed to identify patterns, trends, and consistencies in the findings. This study found that concepts of industrial revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 focus on increasing the digitalization of the value chain, with humans as the main component in Society 5.0. To face the Society 5.0 era, human resources need to adapt to future challenges with high-level thinking abilities. Society 5.0 presents opportunities and challenges for companies. Human resource competency requires hard skills that are adapted to the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian prestasi kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Deli Serdang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 76 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dari persamaan regresi Y = 20,099 + 0,458X + e. Pada uji hipotesis parsial (Uji t) variabel penilaian prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (9,570 > 1,665) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,553, artinya variabel motivasi kerja dapat dijelaskan sebesar 55,3% oleh variabel penilaian prestasi kerja, sementara sisanya 44,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Deli Serdang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh berjumlah 76 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dari persamaan regresi Y = 5,550 + 0,452X1 + 0,715X2 + e. Pada uji hipotesis parsial (Uji t) variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (6,536 > 1,665) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (8,190 > 1,665) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) variabel lingkungan kerja dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel (74,620 > 3,12) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,672, artinya variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan sebesar 67,2% oleh lingkungan kerja dan efikasi diri, sementara sisanya 32,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the agricultural sector, trade sector, and service sector on the Gross Regional Domestic Product in Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study, where the data used is secondary data obtained from BPS Deli Serdang Regency. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, using 12 reviews to find out how the independent variable influences the dependent variable. After testing, the results show that the agricultural sector has a significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Deli Serdang Regency, the trade sector also has a significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Deli Serdang Regency, and the service sector also has an effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Deli Serdang Regency. From the statistical test results, the value of Fcount > Ftable was obtained, namely (42.06520 > 4.76). Likewise simultaneously or jointly the relationship between the independent variables (Agriculture Sector, Trade Sector, and Service Sector) has a significant effect on the bond variable (Gross Regional Domestic Product) in Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship was an important factor to increase the economic growth of our country. Muslimpreneur was an actor of entrepreneurship that have an identity with personality and characteristic as a true moslem to run their business with islamic value. The real effort that we can do is to shaping and instill principles of moslempreneur soul by entrepreneur based sharia courses. The aims of this research was to knowing how to shaped of spirit moslempreneur soul by entrepreneur based sharia courses. The research method is qualitative descriptive and the data collected by observation and interview. Abstract

Pentingnya kinerja karyawan sebagai tolak ukur bagi perusahaan untuk menilai kemampuan, produktivitas dan memberi informasi yang berguna bagi hal yang berkaitan dengan karyawan. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dapat berupa masalah kompetensi, human relation dan iklim kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, human relation dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian. Jumlah sampel 51 responden yang dihitung dari jumlah banyaknya pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket (kuesioner). Analisa data asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, Uji F dan koefisien determinasi.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan perhitungan bahwa kompetensi, human relation dan iklim kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian. Hasil ini dapat dilihat dari uji Fhitung sebesar (13.075> 2,71) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Kompetensi, human relation dan iklim kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukkan oleh R-square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,716 (71,6%).  Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, human relation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, iklim kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara simultan Kompetensi, human relation dan iklim kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian.   Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, human relation, iklim kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of visionary leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance at the central statistical agency for Deli Serdang district. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique, amounting to 40 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 12.107 + 0.495X1 + 0.428X2. In the partial test (t test) the Visionary Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a t calculated value of 5.374 > t table 1.986 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a t calculated value of 2.570 > t table 1.986 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneous significant test results (Test F) Visionary Leadership and Job Satisfaction variables simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an F count of 142.714 > F table of 3.10 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. test results The coefficient of determination 〖(R〗^2) obtained an R Square value of 0.885 meaning that the Employee Performance variable can be explained by 88.5% by the Visionary Leadership and Job Satisfaction variables while the remaining 11.5% is explained by other variables not included in the study This.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management through job transfers, increasing professional competence, and extrinsic motivation to improve employee performance, especially in the plantation sector. PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur is a state-owned company that prioritizes AKHLAK values in its management practices. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of job transfers, professional competence, and extrinsic motivation on employee performance. The research approach used is quantitative associative with multiple linear regression analysis method. The population in this study were all employees of PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur totaling 125 people, with a sample of 95 respondents determined by the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques were carried out through field studies, documentation, and questionnaire distribution. Data analysis was carried out by testing validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed that partially, job transfers, professional competence, and extrinsic motivation each had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously the three variables also had a significant effect on employee performance. This finding emphasizes the importance of implementing appropriate HR management policies to support company productivity and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Adversity Quotient on employee performance at CV. Mitra Pratiwi. OCB refers to employee voluntary behavior that goes beyond their formal duties, while Adversity Quotient describes an individual's ability to face challenges and work pressures. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample of this study consisted of 50 employees selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that OCB and Adversity Quotient have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. This finding confirms that employees with high levels of OCB and good resilience in facing difficulties are more likely to have superior work performance. Therefore, companies need to improve a work culture that encourages positive voluntary behavior and builds employee mental resilience in facing work challenges.
