Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya keterampilan berbicara dan pemahaman konsep matematika pada anak usia dini, yang dipengaruhi oleh pendekatan pembelajaran yang masih bersifat satu arah. Kondisi ini berdampak pada kurang optimalnya kemampuan anak dalam berkomunikasi, berinteraksi, dan memahami konsep dasar matematika secara bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Number Head Together (NHT) berbantuan media audio visual dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dan pemahaman matematika anak usia dini. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu tipe Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 246 anak usia 5–6 tahun, dengan sampel uji coba sebanyak dua kelas yang ditetapkan secara acak menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan instrumen yang telah divalidasi melalui uji validitas isi, validitas butir, serta reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial, meliputi uji prasyarat normalitas, homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan penerapan model NHT berbantuan media audio visual terhadap keterampilan berbicara dan pemahaman konsep matematika anak usia dini, sejalan dengan tujuan penelitian. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi strategi kooperatif dengan media multimodal dapat menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah rendahnya kemampuan dasar anak. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi guru PAUD dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran yang lebih aktif, kolaboratif, dan sesuai karakteristik perkembangan anak.

Abstract

The lack of media variation used by teachers in the learning process has an impact on student learning outcomes which are still low. This study aims to determine the design, quality, and effectiveness of problem-based flipbook media on science content for fifth grade elementary school students. This study is a development research with the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were all fifth grade elementary school students totaling 29 students. The data analysis technique in this study was quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The research data were collected using a questionnaire sheet and multiple-choice test. The results of the study showed that the problem-based flipbook product is effectively applied to the content of science lessons, especially the material on eating and being eaten in a class V ecosystem in elementary schools. The implication of this study is that there needs to be support and commitment from the school to always apply media in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to assess several aspects regarding the performance of State High School teachers in Denpasar City, namely: 1) the level of determination of transformational leadership on teachers' performance, 2) the level of determination of work ethic on teachers' performance, 3) the level of determination of organizational commitment on teachers' performance, 4) the level of determination of work motivation on teachers' performance, and 5) the combined determination of transformational leadership, work ethic, organizational commitment, and work motivation on the performance of State High School teachers in Denpasar City. The study employed an "ex-post facto" approach with a large sample of 233 participants. The findings revealed significant insights: Firstly, there was a significant determination between transformational leadership and teachers' performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.433 and an effective contribution of 9.01%. Secondly, there was a significant determination between work ethic and teachers' performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.314 and an effective contribution of 4.71%. Thirdly, there was a significant determination between organizational commitment and teachers' performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.255 and an effective contribution of 0.38%. Fourthly, there was a significant determination between work motivation and teachers' performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.513 and an effective contribution of 19.01%. Finally, collectively, there was a significant determination between transformational leadership, work ethic, organizational commitment, and work motivation on teachers' performance, with a double correlation coefficient of 0.575 and a determination of 33.1% on the performance of State High School teachers in Denpasar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the positive and significant influence of participative leadership, religiosity, spiritual intelligence, and organizational commitment together on teacher performance at the Saint Yoseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative research strategy. Data analysis used in this study is a partial significant test (t-test) and a simultaneous significant test (F-test). The results of this study are that participatory leadership has a partial positive effect on teacher performance at the Saint Yoseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 3.294> 1.98 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Religiosity has a partial positive effect on Teacher Performance at the Saint Yoseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 3.160> 1.98 and a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Spiritual Intelligence has a partial positive effect on Teacher Performance at the Saint Joseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar. This is evidenced by the t-test value of 3.799 > 1.98 and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Commitment has a partial positive effect on Teacher Performance at the Saint Joseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar. This is evidenced by the t-test value of 2.127 > 1.98 and the significance value of 0.036 < 0.05. The study found that all hypotheses in this study have been proven significantly. Participatory leadership, religiosity, spiritual intelligence, and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The variable that has the greatest influence on teacher performance at the Saint Joseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar is spiritual intelligence. The implication of this study is that participatory leadership, religiosity, spiritual intelligence, and work commitment have an equally important role both individually and together in improving teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the learning modelProblem Based Learning with the help of trainers and teacher pedagogic competencies on student learning outcomes in the subject of Class XI TITL Electrical Motor Installation at SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar. This type of research is included in the type of researchpre-experiment. The population in this study amounted to 44 people. The sample in this study were 40 people who were determined by techniquesimple random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and conductingpretest before experiment andposttest after carrying out the experiment. Data analysis was performed using a one-way covariance analysis technique. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant influence from the application of the learning modelProblem Based Learning at the price of Fcount= 280.382, p = 0.000. (2) After the pedagogic competence is controlled, there is a significant influence from the application of the learning modelProblem Based Learning with the help of a trainer indicated by price Fcount=294.285, p=0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation strategies of the Tri Hita Karana values in strengthening students, character and 21st-century competencies at SMP Negeri 2 Tabanan. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytic approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation within the school environment. The findings revealed that the values of Tri Hita Karana, which include Parahyangan (spiritual), Pawongan (social), and Palemahan (environmental), have been systematically implemented through intracurricular, cocurricular, and school culture programs. The integration of these values has significantly contributed to fostering students’ religious character, social harmony, environmental awareness, and adaptive abilities, as well as enhancing their academic and non-academic competencies to meet 21st-century demands. The key supporting factors include strong stakeholder commitment and adequate school facilities, while the main challenges are related to globalization influences and teachers’ workload. The study concludes that the implementation of Tri Hita Karana values effectively cultivates students with strong character, adaptability to change, and 21st-century competencies encompassing critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity skills. The study recommends continuous collaboration among stakeholders to optimize the integration of local wisdom values within the national education system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role and synergy of Tri Hita Karana (THK) values ​​in character formation of elementary school students based on local wisdom in Tabanan Regency, Bali. The study used a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that Parahyangan values ​​play a role in building the foundation of students' religious character and discipline through the habituation of spiritual activities integrated into school routines. Pawongan values ​​strengthen students' social character through harmonious interaction patterns that foster empathy, cooperation, and a sense of social responsibility. Meanwhile, Palemahan values ​​shape ecological character through students' direct involvement in environmental conservation practices. The main findings of this study indicate that the synergy of Parahyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan forms a holistic character education structure, where the spiritual, social, and ecological dimensions are mutually reinforcing and inseparable. Theoretically, this article expands the study of character education by offering Tri Hita Karana as an integrative conceptual framework based on local wisdom, capable of bridging moral-spiritual, social, and environmental approaches within a single, contextual and sustainable character education model in elementary schools.
