Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Laritta Bakery Shop Dharmahusada Surabaya. The study originates from a research gap that has not specifically explored the dimensions of product quality in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty in the bakery industry. This research employs a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The sample consists of 96 respondents selected using Simple Random Sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results show that product quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction (β = 0.398; t-value = 5.538; p = 0.000) and customer loyalty (β = 0.661; t-value = 10.298; p = 0.000). Customer satisfaction also significantly affects customer loyalty (β = 0.317; t-value = 3.181; p = 0.001), although its impact is smaller compared to product quality. These findings highlight the importance of improving product quality, particularly in terms of reliability, aesthetics, and durability, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study provides strategic contributions for Laritta Bakery in increasing competitiveness and retaining customers.

Supervisor II: Dr. Sarwani, Drs, Ec, M.Si, Ak, CA, CPA. The purpose of this study is to examine several factors that affect managerial performance. Some of the factors tested and analyzed are budget participation, motivation, and competence at Datu Kandang Haji Hospital. The sample used in this study were managers at Datu Kandang Haji Hospital. The sample selection method uses the saturated sampling method (census), which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. The number of managers sampled in this study were 33 managers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that budget participation has a positive effect on managerial performance. Motivation and competence have no effect on managerial performance at Datu Kandang Haji Hospital.

Abstract

A company’s reputation plays an important role in shaping how people see the values the company holds. The rising concern about climate change and global warming has made environmentally conscious stakeholders pay more attention to the environmental impact of a company’s activities. This situation has made environmental performance a key factor in helping companies improve their business value. In this context, one strategy that can be used by the banking sector to respond to sustainability issues is adopting a green banking approach. This study aims to examine the influence of political and military connections on green banking disclosure in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the years 2019–2022. The study uses a quantitative approach. The research population includes 45 banking companies listed on the IDX, and 21 of them met the sample criteria. The findings show that political connections have a significant positive effect on green banking disclosure, while military connections have no significant effect. Companies with political ties tend to be more careful in their operations, which leads them to build a stronger reputation in public, one way being through the disclosure of green banking implementation.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of asset management on the effectiveness of fixed asset management through the variables of fixed asset inventory, legal audit, fixed asset valuation, fixed asset optimization, and supervision and control of fixed assets. This type of research is quantitative, using purposive sampling techniques, which are limited to certain individuals who can provide the desired information and who understand and are able to provide a complete picture of fixed asset management. The unit of analysis in this research is all working units managing regional government property in 38 (thirty-eight) Regional Apparatus Organizations (SOPD) within the Province of Central Kalimantan. The working unit managing BMD will be represented by individual BMD officials, namely the User Asset Manager in each SOPD and the Head of the SOPD as the Asset User, with a total of 76 respondents. Data collection techniques utilize questionnaires, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the analysis tool used being IBM SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that the variables of fixed asset inventory, fixed asset valuation, fixed asset optimization, and supervision and control of fixed assets have a negative and significant effect on the effectiveness of fixed asset management, while the legal audit variable has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of fixed asset management.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases such as stroke and heart failure. Non-pharmacological interventions are increasingly recognized as essential alternatives, particularly due to the potential long-term side effects associated with antihypertensive medications. This study aims to examine the effect of foot soak therapy utilizing warm water, salt, and lemongrass on blood pressure reduction among individuals with hypertension. The study was conducted on 25 hypertensive residents of Anjir Serapat Muara Village. A quasi-experimental approach employing a one-group pretest-posttest design was implemented. The findings revealed that 92% of participants experienced a decrease in blood pressure following the therapy. This foot soak therapy demonstrates potential as a complementary intervention in the management of hypertension within community settings and has been proven effective in lowering blood pressure in the majority of participants.

Abstract

The purpose of the article to analyze and empirically provethat the COVID-19 pandemic moderates the effect of competence, work motivation, and entrepreneurial orientation towards the business performance of SMEs. This study applies an explanatory approach to explain the causal relationship between variables through the hypothesis testing. Research data was collected by utilizing a questionnaire distributed to 130 SMEs and configured in 44 center groups in the city of Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted by Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.” Theresearch finding indicates that the COVID-19 pandemic as a moderating variable of the influence between variables. However, it turns out that not all the relationships regarding the COVID-19 pandemic are significant or strengthening.The empirical findings from the results of this study indicate that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant effect on competency, entrepreneurial orientation and business performance, as well as demonstrating the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance.As for the effect of work motivation on entrepreneurial orientation and business performancehas an insignificant effect

Abstract

By looking at data from industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, this study found that financial performance increases as operating costs increase, and conversely, financial performance decreases as revenue increases. This research method is quantitative research with descriptive analysis techniques. The unit of analysis used is secondary data in the form of annual reports with data collection techniques, namely in the form of documentation of financial reports of industrial sector companies accessed through the website www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 for windows application. The number of samples in this study amounted to 24 industrial sector companies with a total observation of 4 years (2020-2023) so that 96 research samples were obtained. The results of this study indicate that first, the operating expense variable has a positive effect on Return On Asset performance. Second, revenue shows a negative effect on Return On Asset performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal control systems, quality of human resources, utilization of information technology, and implementation of accrual-based government accounting standards on the quality of financial reports of Religious Courts throughout Central Kalimantan. The findings indicate that the Internal Control System is the most dominant factor (coefficient 0.327) in influencing the Quality of Financial Reports of Religious Courts throughout Central Kalimantan, followed by the Implementation of Accrual-Based Government Accounting Standards (coefficient 0.264), Quality of Human Resources (coefficient 0.251), and Utilization of Information Technology (coefficient 0.236). The adjusted R-squared value of 0.782 indicates that 78.2% of the variation in financial report quality can be explained by these factors, affirming the model's explanatory power. The mean values of the variables indicate that all aspects, including Financial Report Quality, Internal Control System, Human Resource Quality, Utilization of Information Technology, and Implementation of Accrual-Based Government Accounting Standards, have been implemented well.

Abstract

This study examines the causal relationship between online promotion strategies and the distribution of digital marketing materials with increased sales of MSMEs on Instagram. The background is changes in consumer behavior and developments in digital technology that have encouraged MSMEs to adapt to social media marketing. Using quantitative methods with an explanatory research design and purposive sampling techniques, 96 respondents who had purchased MSME products through Instagram were ob-tained. Data analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients. The results indicate that digital ads and marketing content have a positive and significant impact, both partially and simultaneously, on sales growth. Based on the test results, the digital advertising variable was proven to have a positive and significant influence on sales growth, as indicated by a t-value of 3.843, which exceeded the critical value of 1.661 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The marketing content variable also has a positive and significant impact, reflected in the t-value of 7.559 > 1.661 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables positively and significantly influence sales growth, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 249.092 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, the integration and consistent use of these two strategies can improve the sales performance of MSMEs and their competi-tiveness in the digital market.

Abstract

Penjualan adalah ilmu dan seni mempengaruhi pribadi yang dilakukan oleh penjualan untuk mengajak orang lain agar bersedia membeli barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Tujuan dari bimbingan teknis adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan IKM/UMKM dalam menyikapi perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang dikenal sebagai revolusi industri 4.0 yang tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi secara perlahan beralih kearah digital baik dibidang industri maupun perdagangan. Sebagai acuan bagi pelaku usaha dalam melakukan transaksi melalui digital marketing yaitu 1). UU no. 7 tahun 2014 tentang Perdagangan, bahwa perdagangan melalui sistem elektronik adalah perdagangan yang transaksinya dilakukan melalui serangkaian perangkat dan prosedur elektronik, dimana setiap pelaku usaha wajib menyediakan data dan/atau informasi secara lengkap dan benar. 2). UU No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, antara lain bahwa pelaku usaha dalam menawarkan barang dan/atau jasa yang ditujukan untuk diperdagangkan dilarang menawarkan, mempromosikan, mengiklankan atau membuat pernyataan yang tidak benar atau menyesatkan mengenai tawaran potongan harga atau hadiah menarik yang ditawarkan. 3). UU No.11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) sebagaimana telah diubah oleh UU No. 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan atas UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) antara lain bahwa Setiap orang dengan sengaja, dan tanpa hak menyebarkan beritra bohong dan menyesatkan yang mengakibatkan kerugian konsumen dalam transaksi elektronik dikenai sanksi pidana penjara maksimum 6 tahun dan/atau denda maksimum1 milyar rupiah. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ke lokasi dan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan Fokus Group Diskusi (FGD) dengan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tangerang Provinsi Banten dan beberapa pelaku bisnis yang tergolong IKM/UMKM, bahwa pada umumnya kegiatan penjualan produk masih dilakukan secara offline melalui pihak ke tiga namun demikian terdapat beberapa IKM/UMKM telah melakukan kegiatan penjualan melalui digital marketing terutama untuk pasar dalam negeri. Yang akan datang para IKM/UMKM mengharapkan untuk mampu menjangkau pasar luar negeri (ekspor).
