Abstract

Pengabdian  Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan terhadap UMKM yang tergabung dalam Ikatan Pengusaha Muslimah (IPEMI) Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dengan harapan para peserta kegiatan berani melakukan terobosan untuk berwirausaha kembali dengan mengaktifkan sumber daya yang ada. Kami merasa perlu mengajukan hal ini karena di dalam SDM salah satu fungsi SDM adalah memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan sehingga melahirkan semangat, memecahkan permasalahan, melahirkan inovasi baru.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, UMKM, Covid-19

Abstract

The Autism Café Project (PCA) Malaysia was founded in August 2016 by Adli Yahya, a father of an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) child. With 7 ASD staff and 9 others, PCA provides ASD youth with a better future and a safe space to work. PCA allows them to reintegrate into society by having a cafe and 3 food stalls where they can train and work. One of the PCA issues is financial management for daily operations. The Collboration among PCA, Sultan Salahudin Syah Alam Polytechnic, Selangor, Malaysia and Pamulang University, Indonesia were held on 7 of March 2024 in Kualumpur. UNPAM Chancellor, Dr. E. Nurzaman, M.Si, M.M., Acting Director of Polytechnic Ts. Dr. Ahmad Aftas Bin Azman and PCA Manager provided knowledge sharing according to their expertise. A cooking demonstration by the ASD PCA was also given. PCA provided the results of the International Community Service (PKM-I) survey for the UNPAM Magister Management Study Program QRIS application for financial management and they concluded that financial management of PCA Malaysia has been effective and efficient since the first week of March 2024

Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder that affects communication ability, social interaction, and behavior. The Autism Café Project Malaysia is a social initiative aimed at empowering individuals with autism through training and employment opportunities. Effective Human Resource Management (HRM) is crucial to enhancing the performance of autistic students in the workplace. This initiative aims to implement HRM at the Autism Café Project Malaysia to improve the performance of autistic students. Additionally, it aims to provide practical experience for students and faculty in applying HRM concepts in real-world contexts. The activity took place at Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Polytechnic, Selangor, Malaysia, involving 80 participants including autistic students, students, and faculty members. Methods included preparation, training implementation, practice and simulation, as well as evaluation and monitoring. Training covered personal and social skills development, HRM application, job skills, and entrepreneurship. Through this initiative, autistic students demonstrated improved performance in various tasks at the Autism Café Project. Students gained a better understanding of applying HRM in real situations, while faculty successfully guided and provided constructive feedback. This activity also fostered a more inclusive and supportive community.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes to marketing strategies, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that need to adapt to stay competitive. This community service activity aimed to enhance the understanding and application of digital marketing among MSME actors in Lebak Regency, Banten Province, as a strategy to increase their sales performance. The activity was held on June 30, 2024, at the DPRD Building of Lebak Regency, involving 25 lecturers and master's students of Management from Universitas Pamulang (Unpam) as facilitators and 50 local MSME participants. The program was carried out through a structured approach consisting of preparation, implementation, and closing stages, using a combination of material presentation and practical sessions. The results showed increased awareness and skills among MSME participants in utilizing digital platforms for marketing, such as social media, e-commerce, and content creation. This initiative implies that targeted digital marketing training can play a pivotal role in supporting MSMEs to adapt in the digital era and improve their market reach.

Abstract

Abstract:Every job that utilizes services and human resources certainly require a salary for payment. This fee will be used to fulfill the necessities of life, both for the personal needs of workers, and other needs including household necessities. However, it is undeniable that in the reality of granting wage, it often experiences some obstacles, either caused by workers or from the company itself. Consequently, this creates a conflict that requires resolution. Therefore, it is necessary to manage this conflict resolution of labor or workers' earning according to the Indonesian labor law. This study applied qualitative research methods with literature and empirical approach. Data are collected through the analysis of legislation and the phenomenon that occurred in real life. The results of the study revealed that there are still many conflicts overpayment of labor wages, so the companies have to apply labor salary management based on applicable regulations. Thus, it is necessary to practice the resolution of disputes in this matter maximally, particularly related to the provision of a reasonable wage between the workers and the company.Keywords: Conflict Resolution, Labor Wages, Companies Abstrak:Setiap pekerjaan yang menggunakan jasa dan tenaga manusia sudah pasti membutuhkan upah untuk pembayarannya. Upah inilah yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, baik pribadi pekerja, maupun kebutuhan lainnya termasuk kebutuhan rumah tangga. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa dalam realita pemberian hak upah, kerap mengalami kendala, baik yang disebabkan dari buruhnya maupun dari pihak perusahaan pemberi upah. Sehingga hal ini menimbulkan konflik yang membutuhkan penyelesaian. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan manajemen penyelesaian konflik sengketa pemberi upah buruh atau pekerja ini, dengan didasarkan undang-undang ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur dan empiris. Data yang didapat melalui analisis peraturan perundang-undangan dan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan.  Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa masih terdapat banyak konflik pembayaran upah buruh, sehingga perusahaan harus mampu menerapkan manajemen pemberian upah layak buruh yang didasarkan aturan yang berlaku. Oleh Karena itu perlu dilakukannya praktik penyelesaian sengketa dalam persoalan ini secara maksimal, khususnya terkait pemberian upah yang layak antara pihak buruh dan perusahaan.Kata kunci: Penyelesaian Sengketa, Upah Buruh, Perusahaan АннотацияКаждая работа, которая использует услуги и человеческие ресурсы, безусловно, требует заработную плату. Эта заработная плата будет использоваться для удовлетворения жизненных потребностей как для личных нужд работников, так и для других нужд, в том числе бытовых. Однако, нельзя отрицать, что в реальности, предоставление заработной платы часто сталкивается с некоторыми препятствиями, вызванными либо работниками, либо самой компанией. Следовательно, это создает конфликт, который требует разрешения. Вследствие этого, необходимо управлять урегулированием конфликтов разногласий по оплате труда в соответствии с индонезийским трудовым законодательством. В этом исследовании применялись качественные методы исследования с литературным и эмпирическим подходом. Данные собираются путем анализа законодательства и явлений, которые произошли в реальной жизни. Результаты исследования показали, что по-прежнему существует много конфликтов по поводу выплаты заработной платы, поэтому компаниям приходится применять управление надлежащей заработной платы на основе применимых норм. Таким образом, необходимо максимально применять урегулирование разногласий в этом вопросе, особенно связанных с предоставлением надлежащей заработной платы между работниками и компанией.Ключевые слова: Урегулирование конфликтов, Трудовая заработная плата, Компания

Abstract

Fraudulent behavior has become the center of attention recently. Fraud also occurs in the academic world, better known as academic fraud. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of (1) pressure on academic fraud behavior of accounting students in Banjarmasin; (2) opportunity to  academic fraud behavior of accounting students in Banjarmasin; (3) rationalization to academic fraud behavior of accounting students in Banjarmasin; (4) capability to academic fraud behavior of accounting students in Banjarmasin; (5) ego to academic fraud behavior of accounting students in Banjarmasin; and (6) collusion to academic fraud behavior of accounting students in Banjarmasin. The population of this study is 2,404 accounting students in PTN or PTS in Banjarmasin. At the same time, the sample of this study was derived based on Yount’s sampling percentage table. There are 120 students determined as the sample. The data were collected by deploying a google form questionnaire to the respondents. The data was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. This study concludes that only rationalization and capability significantly influence the academic fraud behavior of accounting students in Banjarmasin. At the same time, the other elements of fraud hexagon, such as pressure, opportunity, ego, and collusion did not significantly influence the academic fraud behavior of accounting students in Banjarmasin. The results of the research serve as input for academics to improve the learning system and make efforts to minimize opportunities for academic fraud by students. These efforts can be made by improving the control system during exams and self-assessment assignments

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keahlian, Kecerdasan emosi, Kepemimpinan dan Gaya negosiasi Manajer Proyek Terhadap Keberhasilan Proyek Teknologi Informasi Pada PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri. Metode penelitian ini yaitu asosiatif deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 62 manajer proyek yang bersifat sensus atau sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS Versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Keahlian (X1), Kecerdasan Emosi (X2), Kepemimpinan (X3) dan Gaya Negosiasi (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan. Keahlian, Kecerdasan Emosi, Kepemimpinan dan Gaya Negosiasi memberikan kontribusi atau sumbangan terhadap Keberhasilan Proyek sebesar 95,9% dan sisanya 4,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan nilai Fhitung 360,792 > Ftabel 2,533, dan nilai sig < 0,05 pada a = 5% maka Ho4 di tolak dan Ha4 di terima. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Keberhasilan Proyek Teknologi Informasi di PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri akan meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya Keahlian, Kecerdasan Emosi, Kepemimpinan dan Gaya Negosiasi dari Manajer Proyek

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze community empowerment strategies through developing a competitive creative economy in an effort to increase family income at UKM Shaza Depok. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The unit of analysis in this research is the source who is the informant, namely the owner of UKM Shaza Depok, the Management Department of UKM Shaza Depok and employees who work at UKM Shaza Depok. Data collection techniques in this study: interviews, observation, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) techniques, documentation. Data analysis uses 2 kinds of methods, namely SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) and Balanced Scorecard. The results of the research show that the community empowerment strategy. From several results from the Balance Scorecard (BSC) perspective, what Shaza Depok UKM needs is: (1) Strengthening village communities as subjects of empowerment development, (2) Improving the welfare of village communities, (3) Increasing village community satisfaction with Shaza Depok UKM services, ( 4) Optimizing competitiveness in an effort to increase income, (5) Increasing community participation in developing product innovation and improving more creative marketing, (6) Improving product and service quality, (7) Increasing employee work motivation, (8) Increasing competency employees, and (9) Improving product information technology and systems.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT PLN. Quantitative research methods were used, with 85 respondents selected through sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumptions, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing with SPSS 26. The results show that motivation and discipline have a significant effect on the performance of PT.PLN employees. Simultaneously, both positively and significantly impact employee performance, with a coefficient of determination reaching 60.9%, while other factors influence 39.1%. The research concludes that motivation significantly increases employee productivity and performance at PT. PLN. Management can design motivation programs, such as financial incentives, career development, training, or work environment improvement. Discipline also has a positive effect, so it is necessary to develop policies that support and increase employee discipline levels through training and an effective reward and sanction system. Furthermore, the findings show that the combination of discipline and motivation positively impacts employee work results. Therefore, management needs to consider these two aspects to improve overall performance. Development programs that support discipline and motivation can be an effective strategy for achieving company performance goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai Direktorat Standarisasi dan Pengendalian Mutu Kementerian Perdagangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 36,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,480 > 1,984). Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 45,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,111 > 1,984). Pendidikan dan pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 53,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (55,255 > 2,700).
