Abstract

Kinerja Keuangan UMKM Canting Buana Kreatif terletak di Padang Panjang, Sumatera Barat secara kinerja kurang memadai dilihat dari pekembangan dan pendapatan perusahaan terlihat perkembangannya kurang meyakinkan. Penerapan Financial Management System (QRIS) dalam peningkatan pendapatan UMKM Canting Buana Kreatif Padang Panjang, Sumatera Barat dalam upaya Peningkatan peningkatan pendapatan UMKM Canting Buana Kreatif Padang Panjang, Sumatera Barat, yaitu dengan Memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu manajemen dalam Penerapan financial management system (QRIS). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai manajemen bisnis, pengelolaan keuangan dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pesisir.Pengabdian ini berjudul Penerapan Financial Management System (QRIS) dalam peningkatan pendapatan UMKM Canting Buana Kreatif Padang Panjang, Sumatera Barat adalah Memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu Financial Management System (QRIS). Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman UMKM tentang pentingnya optimalisasi jumlah personil dalam kebutuhan produksi, menentukan kebutuhan personil yang sesuai berdasarkan ukuran usaha, jenis produk, kesiapan pasar, dan ketersediaan modal serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengembangan penjualan produk para pelaku UMKM binaan Breto Institute pada berbagai sektor. Metode digunakan yaitu seminar dan diskusi mengenai kewajaran jumlah personil dengan penggunaan teknologi dan informasi dalam meningkatkan pengembangan penjualan produk. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa para pelaku UMKM binaan Breto Institute akan mampu bersaing pada pangsa pasar dengan adanya tingkat efisien dan efektivitas yang kompatibel pada aktivitas produksi.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Penerapan Transformasi Digital Pada Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Organisasi Dapat Mempersiapkan Karyawan Dengan Keterampilan Masa Depan Sehingga Dapat Meningkatkan Produktifitas Ekonomi Mikro Pada Koperasi UMKM Kemang Raya, Kecamatan Kemang, Kabupaten Bogor. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu manajemen dalam pengembangan kolaborasi anatar sumber daya manusia dengan sumber daya teknologi di era digital dalam industri usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) pada koperasi kemang berdaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai manajemen, pengelolaan keuangan, pemasaran produk dan penerapan MSDM dalam kolaborasi antara sumber daya manusia dengan sumber daya teknologi di era digital dalam industri usaha kecil, mikro dan menengah (UMKM) pada koperasi kemang berdaya. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyakat ini adalah bahwa akan dilakukan pendampingan manajemen dalam pengembangan sumber daya teknologi di era digital dengan dibentuk kelompok-kelompok penguna digital dalam upaya mewujudkan kesejahraan usaha kecil, mikro dan menengah (UMKM) desa jampang.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of Motor Vehicle Tax Relief Incentives, Service Quality, Taxpayer Knowledge of Taxes, Tax Sanctions, Taxpayer Awareness, Tax Administration System Modernization, and Income on Compliance in Paying Motor Vehicle Taxes at UPPD Banjarmasin 1 and 2. The Population of this study was Motor Vehicle Taxpayers registered in UPPD Banjarmasin 1 and 2. The determination of the number of total samples used the Ferdinand Formula as many as 340 Motor Vehicle Taxpayers with purposive sampling technique. This Study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data quality testing used validity and reability tests. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The model fit test used the F-test and the coefficient of determination (R2), the hypothesis testing used the T-test. The results of this study indicated that motor vehicle tax relief incentives, service quality, knowledge of taxpayes about taxation, modernization of the tax administration system, and income significantly affected compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes at UPPD Banjarmasin 1 and 2. In contrast, tax sanctions and tax payer awareness did not significantly affecr the compliance in paying Motor Vehicle Tax in UPPD Banjarmasin 1 and 2.

Abstract

Masjid Al Ikhlas  dan Masjid Al Mukhlishin  adalah dua buah masjid yang ada di kota Banjarmasin – Kalimantan Selatan, yang merupakan objek dimana pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada tahun 2024. Tujuan dari pengabdian  masyarakat ini adalah untuk menyebarkan kesadaran akan pentingnya peran sistem informasi terutama sistem informasi akuntansi dalam membantu para pengurus masjid  dalam menghasilkan informasi keuangan yang berkualitas dan benar-benar dibutuhkan  manajemen dalam pengambilan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan akan sistem informasi  dikedua masjid tersebut, kemudian dibuat sistem/perangkat lunak informasi yang diperlukan dan diberikan pelatihan serta dukungan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem/perangkat lunak informasi tersebut. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan dari pengabdian ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan dalam hal kemampuan SDM untuk mengoperasikan aplikasi komputer akuntansi seperti yang di harapkan. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi yang didapat menyimpulkan bahwa mitra saat ini sudah bisa melakukan pencatatan akuntansi menggunakan software yang kami buat dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan sesuai standar akuntansi keuangan.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of bank health levels using the RBBR (Risk Based Bank Rating) approach and bank size on profit growth in Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2022. The RBBR approach includes Risk Profile, Good Carporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital and Bank Size. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that uses secondary data with documentation studies in the form of conventional commercial bank financial reports which have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, namely www.idx.co.id, Financial Services Authority http://www.ojk. go.id, Bank Indonesia www.bi.go.id, and websites of related banks. The population in this research is all Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, so that a sample of 39 banks was obtained. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 26. The results of this research show that Risk Profile which is proxied by Non Performing Loans (NPL) has a significant negative effect on profit growth, Earnings which is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), and Capital which is proxied by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect on growth. profit, while Good Corporate Govenrnance (GCG) and bank Size have no effect on profit growth. Practically, this research is to provide information, references and consideration for Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange to be able to increase bank profit growth by paying attention to the bank's health level and bank size by determining policies, making strategies and planning. to continue to improve the quality of bank performance, which will have an impact on increased profit growth, so that it can provide value for investors or other stakeholders

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence Tax Services Quality, Tax Sanction, Compliance Cost, E-filing, Tax Knowledge, and Tax Payers Trust on taxpayer compliance. The Independent variable is Tax Services Quality, Tax Sanction, Compliance Cost, E-filing, Tax Knowledge, and Tax Payers Trust. While the dependent variable is taxpayer compliance. This research is a quantitative research. The population as the object of research is all Corporate Taxpayers registered and required to report at KPP Madya Banjarmasin. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method and obtained 145 samples of Corporate taxpayers. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis and analyzed using SPSS 25. The result of this research showed that Tax Services Quality, Tax Sanction, E-filing, Tax Knowledge had an effect on the compliance of Corporate taxpayers registered with KPP Madya Banjarmasin, while the Compliance Cost and Taxpayers Trust had no effect on the compliance of Corporate taxpayers registered with KPP Madya Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry is one of the most competitive sectors, compelling business players to leverage digital technologies like Google Ads and Google Maps to boost sales. This study aims to analyse the influence of Google Ads and Google Maps on consumer purchase decisions at Bakso Royal Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed using surveys as the data collection technique, involving 99 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis results indicate that both Google Ads and Google Maps significantly influence purchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) for each. The regression coefficient values reveal that Google Maps has a greater impact than Google Ads in influencing purchase decisions. The coefficient of determination test yielded an R² value of 0.513, meaning 51.3% of the variation in purchase decisions is influenced by these two variables, while the remaining 48.7% is affected by other factors. These findings suggest that integrating digital strategies through Google Ads and Google Maps can effectively enhance business visibility and appeal, thereby positively impacting consumer purchase decisions. This study provides valuable insights for business players to optimise digital technologies to improve their competitive edge.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between brand awareness, brand trust, and brand loyalty in men's care products. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from a sample of men's grooming product consumers through an online survey totaling 160 respondents determined using a convenience sampling approach. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through testing research instruments with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between the level of brand awareness and brand trust and the level of brand loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of increasing consumer awareness and trust in men's grooming brands to strengthen brand loyalty. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance of effective marketing strategies to build and maintain brand awareness and brand trust, increase consumer loyalty, and maintain brand position in a competitive market. This research makes a significant contribution to our understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between brand awareness, brand trust, and brand loyalty in the context of men's grooming products, and provides a foundation for further research in this domain.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance digital literacy among the youth of Hasanuddin Madjedi Mosque in Banjarmasin, focusing on preventing cyberbullying and Online Gender-Based Violence (OGBV). Initial observations revealed that 95% of the mosque's youth use digital media but lack a comprehensive understanding of the negative impacts of harmful content, particularly related to cyberbullying and OGBV. The activity was conducted through a series of socialization and training sessions involving 40 youth participants. The methods included education, training on creating positive content, the application of technology utilizing digital platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, as well as post-activity mentoring and evaluation. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in participants' understanding of the dangers of cyberbullying and OGBV, along with their skills in producing positive digital content. This program is expected to serve as a model for digital literacy programs for other community groups, involving local communities and educational institutions.
