Abstract

This paper examines the system of determination of the profit margin on Islamic banks and conventional banks interest. Islamic banks applying the profit margin on financing products based NCC (Natural Contract Certainty), the business agreement that provides certainty of payment, both in terms of quantity and time, such as the financing Murabaha, Ijarah, Muntahia bit Tamlik, Salam, and Istishna. Determination of the amount of the profit margin made by reference to the profit margin, that determined in the meeting of ALCO (Assets and Loans Committee) Islamic banks. Whereas in conventional banks use the system of interest, that is the price to be paid to customers (who have deposits) and the price to be paid by the customer to the bank (customers who acquire a loan). The size of interest rates on deposits and loans is strongly influenced by both, meaning both deposit and loan interest influence each other. In addition, the influence of other factors, such as guarantees, term, government policy, and profit targets.

Abstract

The existence of women's cooperatives in Indonesia is significant even though there are not many large female cooperatives, but women's cooperatives are capable of assisting the government in overcoming national problems such as reducing unemployment, improving health, improving education and addressing gender issues. Cooperatives are a place for women to improve their family economy, self-actualization for women. Women are no longer just housewives but cooperatives have proven their superiority in empowering women as pioneers in helping micro-businesses in their region. Therefore women's cooperatives need to be grown and encouraged.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah variabel skimming pricing dan penetration pricing dalam strategi penetapan harga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen di PT. Matahari Department Store Makassar. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan di Matahari Department Store Makassar, hipotesis diuji dengan  analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh variabel skimming pricing terhadap minat beli konsumen di Matahari  Department Store dan tidak terdapat pengaruh variabel penetration pricing dan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Matahari  Department Store. Uji regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y=9,503 + 0,482X1 + 0,063X2 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel dominan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen di Matahari  Department Store adalah variable skimming pricing dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,482X1

Abstract

Response is interpreted as a response, reaction and answer. A response will appear from receiving the message after a series of communications. Financing is one of the bank's main tasks, namely the provision of funds provision facilities to meet the needs of the parties which constitute a unit deficit. Employee response is used in this case to find out how much employees respond well or are interested in financing Islamic banks. This research is descriptive qualitative using a phenomenology approach. Therefore, the authors chose to use qualitative research methods to determine how to search, collect, manage, analyze data from research results and draw conclusions.The results of the study show that: 1) The financing system on Islamic bank products uses four different patterns or systems, namely: profit sharing system, buying and selling system, rental system, loan system. 2) Facilities provided by Islamic banks in the form of providing funds to meet the needs of parties with a profit sharing system. 3) Respondents' responses indicate that most respondents gave positive responses. This condition gives the impression that the employee's response to Islamic banking is perceived positively by respondents. Of the various types of products in Islamic banks, only the savings that are most sought after by sharia bank customers and their reasons for choosing these products because of sharia-compliant, lawful and safe Islamic bank products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Non-Performing Financing on mudharabah and murabaha financing on the level of profitability and want to know the dominant variables that simultaneously influence the level of profitability at the Sharia xxx Bank. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. Data collection is derived from financial statements. The method used to test hypotheses is to use multiple regression analysis techniques, t test, f test, coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed: Based on the results of the t test (partial) which showed that the significance value of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) mudharabah financing was -1,761 with a significance probability of 0.220 which means it was greater than the α value of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Non-Performing Financing (NPF) mudharabah financing has a negative and partially significant effect on profitability (ROA) at the Sharia xxx Bank. And the results of the t test (partial) which shows that the significance value of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) murabaha financing is 2,422 with a significance probability of 1.36 which means it is greater than the α value of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Non-Performing Financing (NPF) murabaha financing has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA) at the Sharia xxx Bank. And the dominant variable simultaneously influencing the level of profitability at the Sharia xxx Bank is the Performing Financing (NPF) of murabahahyakni financing at 1.36.

Abstract

This research is to find out the system of cooperation between Travel and Islamic Banks in PT. An-Nur Maarif Parepare. And to find out how much an increase in the number of PT. An-Nur Maarif Parepare after cooperation with Islamic Bank.This type of research used in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive method, the data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that: 1). Cooperation system between PT. An-Nur Maarif and Sharia Bank in Hajj and Umrah are promotion, trust and service. The system of cooperation carried out in terms of promotion is the public financing. PT. An-Nur Maarif in building the trust of congregants and the community is to bring partners from the Islamic Bank in activities such as rituals. In addition to building and increasing the trust of the congregation, providing the best service to the congregation is also very important because if the congregation has felt the quality of service according to expectations can lead to a positive story from the congregation and it certainly will greatly affect travel and work partners because of the loyalty of the congregation can even attract prospective congregations. 2). Increasing the number of pilgrims depends on the services of the travel. One of the services provided by PT. An-Nur Maarif is collaborating with Islamic banks on funding. With the cooperation carried out by PT. An-Nur Maarif with Sharia Bank can be said to run well with evidence that the congregation has increased every year

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara analitis tentang strategi pemasaran yaitu pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Perguruan Tinggi Negeri. Analisis variabel penelitian digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan manajemen terkait dengan masing-masing variabel penelitian yang digunakan secara sendiri-sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah responden sebanyak 93 orang Mahasiswa IAIN Parepare. Kajian ini menggunakan tujuh variabel bebas yaitu Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4), People (X5), Process (X6), dan Physical Evidence (X7) sedang variabel terikatnya adalah Keputusan Mahasiswa memilih Perguruan Tinggi Negeri yaitu IAIN Parepare yang disimbolkan sebagai Y. Dari kelima variabel bebas yang signifikan dalam menentukan keputusan mahasiswa memilih IAIN Parepare, ternyata variabel promotion (promosi) yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan keputusan mahasiswa memilih Perguruan Tinggi Negeri yaitu IAIN Parepare.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide legal protection to the brand in the trade of goods and services. It is based on legislation specifically relating to brands, namely Law No. 15 of 2001, and legislation related to the brand. With the growing importance of this brand, the brand needs to be placed on the legal protection as an object against him over the rights of individuals or legal entities. Law No. 15 of 2001 aims to give more legal protection for rights holders of trademarks. To ensure the legal protection of brand in the process of trade in goods and services, then the owner of the brand is expected to register a trademark in order to obtain legal certainty.
