Abstract

The secret of trade now is already one form of investment expensively beside the form of another investment that must be maintained against all parties for not abuse for interest of another parties through one mechanism of inhonest competition. The secret of trade is information in field of technology and business that is not known by public, to have value of economy caused by useful in activity of business, and kept the secret by the owner of the Trade Secret. The protection of law for secret of trade can be separated into some parts, they are: 1. There is contract element/agreement 2. The right of owner of Trade Secret is noticed (there is right of exclusive) 3. Display of unlawfull actions 4. The solution of conflict in state court 5. The transfer of rights of trade secret 6. There is no time period of protecting trade secret.What is the attempt of trade secret owner in maintaining the existence of trade secret for solving the competition that is not healthy by competitors and there is no good intention, and what is the form of conflict solution in breaking of the trade secret. System of Trade Secret Protection has wider scope, because there is provision in it that the breaker can be claimed by civil and criminal matter. The giving of law protection on trade secret has important meaning, namely as foundation for effective protection for forms of information secretly categorized as secret of the trade by regulation of preventing unhealthy practice of competition that can damage the people. It is suggested the protection of Law for Trade Secret is stipulated in better focus because Secret of trade is asset or investment with high value and expensive of price for person or organization as inventor of the Trade Secret, therefore government makes law regulation to regulate the things needed particularly in protecting an asset of high economic value such as Secret of Trade.

Abstract

This paper examines the system of determination of the profit margin on Islamic banks and conventional banks interest. Islamic banks applying the profit margin on financing products based NCC (Natural Contract Certainty), the business agreement that provides certainty of payment, both in terms of quantity and time, such as the financing Murabaha, Ijarah, Muntahia bit Tamlik, Salam, and Istishna. Determination of the amount of the profit margin made by reference to the profit margin, that determined in the meeting of ALCO (Assets and Loans Committee) Islamic banks. Whereas in conventional banks use the system of interest, that is the price to be paid to customers (who have deposits) and the price to be paid by the customer to the bank (customers who acquire a loan). The size of interest rates on deposits and loans is strongly influenced by both, meaning both deposit and loan interest influence each other. In addition, the influence of other factors, such as guarantees, term, government policy, and profit targets.

Abstract

: Law Number 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System (SJSN) mandates that social security is mandatory for all residents including the National Health Insurance (JKN) through a Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). This study discusses how the contract system in the Mandiri Health BPJS, how the mechanism for collecting contributions to the Mandiri Health BPJS, and how the quality of BPJS Health guarantees in Parepare City for health services for Mandiri Health BPJS participants. This study included a qualitative descriptive study with an analysis of Islamic economic law in the Office of BPJS Health in the City of Parepare. The results of the study indicate that the contract system in the Independent Health BPJS in the City of Parepare is in accordance with Islamic economic law and the mechanism for collecting contributions from Mandiri Health BPJS participants is not in accordance with Islamic economic principles. Quality assurance of BPJS Kesehatan in the City of Parepare for health services for participants of the Independent Health BPJS in accordance with Islamic economic law.

Abstract

The study aimed to expouse the influence of Sharia Marketing characteristics which consists of Theistic (Rabbaniyyah), Ethical (Akhlaqiyyah), Realistic (Waqi'yyah) and Humanistic (Insaniyyah) variables on the interest of saving, and to find out the dominant variable that simultaneously influences on the characteristics of Sharia Marketing in the interest of saving. The research applied a quantitative research through descriptive method. The data collected by distributing questionnaires. The Multiple Regression Analysis method used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study found as follows; (1) the Theistic (Rabbaniyyah) variable has a positive and insignificant influence on the variable of interest in saving, (2) the Ethical (Akhlaqiyyah) variable has a positive and insignificant influence on the variable of interest in saving, (3) the Realistic (Al-Waqi'yyah) variable has a positive and insignificant influence on the variable of interest in saving, and finally, (4) the Humanistic (Al-Insaniyyah) variable has a positive and significant influence on the variable of interest in saving and the Humanistic (Al-Insaniyyah) variable has the most dominant influence simultaneously on the interest of saving.

Abstract

Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui program ilmu    pengetahuan bagi masyarakat dengan metode dampingan yaitu ABCD ini  adalah Aset untuk: 1) Meningkatkan pemenuhan taraf kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir terkait dengan keberadaan hasil tangkapan ikan yang diharapkan mampu menopang kehidupan anggota kelompok. 2) Meningkatkan penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan baru, ditinjau dari segi pelaksanaannya dapat menyerapan tenaga kerja lebih meluas dan diorganisir sesuai kesepakatan dan ketentuan bersama. 3) Meningkatkan kemampuan bekerjasama dalam kelompok, Kelompok Wanita Nelayan atau istri nelayan yang di dalamnya tergabung komunitas wanita nelayan. Pelaksanaan program dikemas dalam 3 (tiga) tahapan yakni: 1) Pemetaan aset individu, 2) Aset fisik dan sumber daya alam, dan 3) Produksi asset. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan wanita nelayan atau istri nelayan dapat memahami dengan jelas materi pelatihan pengolahan ikan yang dapat menghasilkan beragam jenis olahan produk yang berbahan dasar ikan.

Abstract

Environmental accounting basically requires full awareness of companies that benefit from the environment. Environmental accounting is accounting in which it identifies, measures, presents, and discloses costs related to company activities related to the environment. The purpose of this study is to find out how to identify, measure, and disclose environmental accounting and analyze according to sharia accounting at PAM Tirta Karajae, Parepare City through three sharia accounting principles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method and is a type of field research. The results of the study show that 1) the application of environmental accounting at PAM Tirta Karajae, Parepare City, is not in accordance with existing standards. 2) how to measure costs, such as the cost of maintaining raw sources using rupiah units in the amount issued by the company and referring to the cost of realization of the previous period's budget and has disclosed environmental management in expenditure costs. 3) the way of identifying, measuring and disclosing in environmental accounting is not in accordance with the three principles of sharia accounting, because the identification of environmental accounting costs has not been shown in the financial statements, while the measurement and disclosure of environmental management costs only attaches maintenance costs to raw sources in expenditure costs. Abstract

Shopee Paylater's current usage has increased drastically as a result of the post-pandemic transition of its majority millennial user transactions especially among college students whose majority is literacy and promotion as a factor of influence. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of literacy and promotion on the use of Shopeepay paylater on postgraduate students of IAIN Parepare. Result Research is a field research (Field Research) which is quantitative with an associative approach to knowing the influence of literacy and promotion on the use of Shopeepay paylater in postgraduate students of IAIN Parepare. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive with an associative approach. Which aims to find out the relationship between two variables or more.Research results show that: (1) Literacy (X1) has a significant influence on the use of Shopeepay paylater, proven with a significance value of 0,000 > 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.724.(2) Promotion (X2) has a significant influence on the use of Shopeepay paylater, demonstrated with a significance value of 0,801 < 0,05 and a regression coefficient of 0,037. (3) Then literacy (X1) and promotion (X2) have simultaneously or jointly influenced the use of Shopeepay paylater, proving a F-count value of 25,736 > F-table is 3.11 with a sig. p= 0,000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The growth of content marketing is encouraging social media users to engage in online marketing, which focuses on producing and sharing useful, timely, and consistent material to attract and retain a defined audience. This ultimately motivates clients to make profitable decisions. Through Instagram, @warkopshearlock uses content marketing to promote its products. The posts shared by Instagram @warkopshearlock through Instagram features aim to draw attention to the product and encourage customers to purchase it. This research aims to determine the extent to which consumer purchase interest is influenced by content marketing on Instagram @warkopshearlock. The technique used is a quantitative approach. Researchers used questionnaires to collect data. The population in this study consists of Warkop Shearlock's customers. Researchers employed purposive sampling techniques. To assess the extent of the influence between variables X and Y, researchers processed the questionnaire test data using Smart PLS 4. Based on the hypothesis test for the Content Marketing Variable (X), the t-statistic value is 13.321 > 1.96 or the p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, so H1 is accepted, meaning that Content Marketing on Instagram @warkopshearlock affects Consumer Purchase Interest. This indicates that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This study discusses the Marketing Mix Strategy and Its Impact on Sales Volume Improvement at PT. Hadji Kalla in Ajatappareng. The objective of this research is to understand the process of marketing strategy in increasing sales volume and the implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy to create customer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla in Ajatappareng. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This study is a field research. The data sources include primary data from direct interviews with the branch manager and marketing staff of PT. Hadji Kalla in Ajatappareng, and secondary data from books, journals, and related articles. Data analysis techniques involve SWOT analysis and data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is tested using credibility and dependability tests. The marketing strategy of PT. Hadji Kalla in Ajatappareng has successfully increased sales by expanding target markets, improving product quality, offering attractive promotions, ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining and nurturing loyal customers, optimizing media use, providing product guarantees, proving with testimonials and reviews, employing bundling strategies, and conducting appropriate evaluations. To enhance customer satisfaction, PT. Hadji Kalla in Ajatappareng uses the 7P Marketing Mix strategy, which consists of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. These seven elements have been well implemented and executed at PT. Hadji Kalla. The company offers a comprehensive product line and standard quality, affordable prices even with frequent customer discount requests, a strategic, comfortable, and clean location, affordable and effective promotions, friendly staff, adequate physical evidence, and a simple and practical delivery process.
