Abstract

This study analyzes the strategy for improving the professionalism of personnel at the Indonesian Air Force Personnel Maintenance Service (Diswatpersau) and the strategy for utilizing the Sibekor application to support the procurement performance of Field Personal Equipment (Kaporlap). Using a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews with eight informants across levels were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate seven mutually reinforcing dimensions of professionalism (competence-expertise, dedication-loyalty, responsibility, work ethic, creativity-innovation, adaptability, efficiency-effectiveness). Meanwhile, key gaps lie in unequal digital literacy, the lack of institutionalization of innovation, and the consistency of data-based evaluation. In the technological realm, Sibekor improves traceability, transparency, and service speed, but the impact is uneven due to device/network limitations, suboptimal cross-system integration, and variations in user capacity. Recommendations include implementative steps for user staff, namely ensuring the accuracy and completeness of procurement data through double-checking and SOP compliance; conducting regular monitoring to reduce delays; participating in socialization and creating brief guides to maximize the use of application features; and strengthening cross-departmental coordination through official communication channels and recording follow-up actions in the application log.Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi peningkatan profesionalisme personel Dinas Perawatan Personel TNI Angkatan Udara (Diswatpersau) dan strategi pemanfaatan aplikasi Sibekor untuk mendukung kinerja pengadaan Kelengkapan Perorangan Lapangan (Kaporlap). Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap delapan informan lintas jenjang, data diolah dengan analisis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan tujuh dimensi profesionalisme yang saling menguatkan (kompetensi-keahlian, dedikasi-loyalitas, tanggung jawab, etika kerja, kreativitas-inovasi, kemampuan beradaptasi, efisiensi-efektivitas). Sementara celah kunci berada pada literasi digital yang belum merata, belum terinstitusionalisasinya inovasi, serta konsistensi evaluasi berbasis data. Pada ranah teknologi, Sibekor meningkatkan keterlacakan, transparansi, dan kecepatan layanan, namun dampaknya belum merata akibat keterbatasan perangkat/jaringan, integrasi lintas sistem yang belum optimal, dan variasi kapasitas pengguna. Rekomendasi mencakup langkah implementatif bagi staf pengguna, yaitu memastikan ketepatan dan kelengkapan data pengadaan melalui pengecekan ganda dan kepatuhan SOP; melakukan monitoring berkala untuk mengurangi keterlambatan; mengikuti sosialisasi serta membuat panduan singkat guna memaksimalkan pemanfaatan fitur aplikasi; dan memperkuat koordinasi lintas bagian melalui jalur komunikasi resmi dan pencatatan tindak lanjut pada log aplikasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM), khususnya dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan penilaian kinerja di era transformasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Artificial Intelligence dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan berdasarkan kajian literatur yang relevan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui penelaahan mendalam terhadap artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional, buku teks, serta laporan organisasi internasional yang relevan dan diterbitkan dalam rentang tahun 2015–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI dalam MSDM berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui sistem penilaian berbasis data, umpan balik real-time, serta pengelolaan pengembangan kompetensi yang lebih terarah. Penerapan AI juga memiliki implikasi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan, baik dalam bentuk pengurangan beban kerja administratif maupun potensi munculnya kecemasan dan tekanan psikologis apabila tidak disertai dengan transparansi dan keadilan algoritmik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan penerapan AI dalam MSDM tidak hanya bergantung pada kecanggihan teknologi, tetapi juga pada kebijakan organisasi yang berorientasi pada kesejahteraan karyawan.

Abstract

Digital banking is rapidly transforming commercial bank operations by improving efficiency, service quality, and sustainability orientation. Banks face increasing pressure to balance financial performance with environmental and social responsibility. In Indonesia, this transformation is closely linked to Green Banking (GB) practices and operational efficiency to support sustainable business performance. This study examines the effect of digital banking on the sustainable business performance of Indonesian commercial banks and investigates the mediating roles of GB and efficiency, as well as the moderating role of foreign ownership. The population includes all KBMI 3 and 4 banks, totaling 13 commercial banks. A saturated sampling technique was used, and the data were analyzed using EViews 12. Digital banking significantly enhances sustainable business performance and promotes GB and efficiency. GB positively affects sustainability and mediates the digital banking sustainability relationship. Efficiency (measured by BOPO) improves sustainability but does not mediate the effect. Foreign ownership does not moderate the relationship. Digital banking contributes to sustainability mainly through strengthening GB rather than efficiency alone. The absence of mediation by efficiency and moderation by foreign ownership represents an important boundary condition and a key contribution of this study.

Abstract

RPL merupakan kebijakan pengakuan atas capaian pembelajaran seseorang dari pengalaman kerja, pendidikan nonformal, maupun informal untuk memperoleh pengakuan akademik setara dengan capaian pembelajaran formal. Implementasi RPL menjadi strategi penting dalam menarik minat calon mahasiswa profesional yang telah memiliki pengalaman kerja, namun belum memiliki kualifikasi akademik formal. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa keberhasilan penerimaan mahasiswa jalur RPL sangat bergantung pada kesiapan kurikulum dan manajemen fakultas. Kurikulum berperan sebagai inti dari pelaksanaan RPL yang harus dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan tiga aspek utama, yaitu (1) fleksibilitas struktur kurikulum, (2) kesetaraan capaian pembelajaran, dan (3) validasi pengalaman kerja. Melalui desain kurikulum adaptif berbasis capaian pembelajaran (Outcome-Based Curriculum), fakultas dapat menjamin kesetaraan mutu akademik antara mahasiswa jalur reguler dan jalur RPL. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen penerimaan mahasiswa RPL yang efektif melibatkan perencanaan berbasis analisis SWOT, penguatan tata kelola akademik, serta peningkatan kerja sama dengan lembaga profesi dan dunia industri. Penerapan strategi ini tidak hanya memperluas akses pendidikan bagi masyarakat profesional, tetapi juga memperkuat posisi kompetitif Fakultas Hukum UNSURYA di era digital.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of service quality and consumer perception on iPhone purchase decisions, mediated by consumer satisfaction among 200 consumers in Depok City, Indonesia. Using Smart PLS-SEM analysis, findings reveal that service quality significantly impacts consumer satisfaction (?=0.412, p<0.001) and purchase decisions (?=0.328, p<0.001). Consumer perception demonstrates significant effects on satisfaction (?=0.385, p<0.001) and purchase decisions (?=0.294, p<0.01). Consumer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between service quality and purchase decisions (?=0.189, p<0.01), and between consumer perception and purchase decisions (?=0.176, p<0.01). The model explains 68.3% variance in purchase decisions, confirming satisfaction's crucial mediating role in premium smartphone purchasing behavior.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of advertising content on purchase intention among 500 consumers in Jakarta, Indonesia, focusing on Generation Z as a moderating factor. Employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), we investigate the mediating roles of brand awareness and brand image in the advertising- purchase intention relationship. Results demonstrate that advertising content significantly affects purchase intention both directly and indirectly through brand awareness and brand image. Generation Z membership significantly moderates these relationships, amplifying the effects of advertising content on brand outcomes. These findings contribute to advertising effectiveness theory and provide actionable insights for marketers targeting digitally- native consumers in emerging markets. The comprehensive model explains substantial variance in purchase intention, offering practical implications for developing generation-specific marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to improve public understanding of the importance of taxes as a primary source of funding for national development. This is based on data showing the low level of tax awareness and literacy among the public, particularly in the Babelan area of ​​Bekasi, which results in suboptimal tax compliance. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with participatory education through assistance activities. This activity combines the provision of social assistance with direct tax education to the public. Educational materials cover the function of taxes, the benefits of taxes for infrastructure development, education, and social welfare, as well as the importance of the community's role as taxpayers. The results show that an educational approach based on social activities, such as assistance, is effective in increasing public understanding and awareness of the role of taxes. The public becomes more open and enthusiastic in receiving tax information because it is delivered in a humanistic and contextual atmosphere. In addition, this activity also strengthens the relationship between educational institutions and the community. The results of this study indicate that integrating social activities with tax education can be an effective strategy in improving public tax literacy and compliance. Therefore, it is recommended that similar programs be replicated sustainably in other regions by involving various stakeholders to support the optimization of tax revenue and the smooth running of Indonesia's national development.

Abstract

The food industry is one of the business sectors that is future-oriented, as evidenced by food being one of the basic needs of the community. Therefore, it is necessary to examine customer loyalty in the food industry through the role of customer satisfaction, service quality and food quality, as in this study. In developing this research, quantitative descriptive methods were used by involving a sample of 100 respondents to obtain analysis data, which was then processed and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research reveals that there is a significant positive correlation occurred of service quality along to food quality which affecting customer satisfaction. And this customer satisfaction also affects in increasing customer loyalty to Subway Indonesia. These results indicates that Subway Indonesia needs to maintain their improvement on service quality and food quality which served based on consumers expectations, so as to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
