Abstract

BPR memiliki peranan yang besar untuk mendorong perekonomian daerah, namun kontribusi BPR dewasa ini relatif masih kecil. Dari segi perkembangan ROA dan ROE, BPR di DKI Jakarta dan Banten relatif tidak lebih unggul dibandingkan provinsi lainnya di Pulau Jawa, sementara kedua daerah berada dekat dengan pusat ekonomi nasional. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa kinerja BPR di kedua provinsi tersebut belum dapat dikatakan superior. Hal itu diduga berkaitan dengan adanya permasalahan dalam strategi bersaing dan kreasi nilai. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kreasi nilai dan strategi bersaing terhadap kinerja BPR di DKI Jakarta dan Banten. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 50 responden dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreasi nilai memiliki pengaruh yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan strategi bersaing dalam mempengaruhi kinerja BPR di DKI Jakarta dan Banten. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi model alternatif solusi bagi manajemen BPR di DKI Jakarta dan Banten, bahwa peningkatan kinerja BPR bertumpu pada pengembangan kreasi nilai terutama dalam penciptaan business partner, yang ditunjang dengan pengembangan strategi bersaing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Beban Kerja, dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT XYZ. Metode data dikumpulkan melalui data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 126 responden, dan sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, dan penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Probability Sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data Simple Random Sampling. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan dukungan program SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (melalui Uji T), Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Beban Kerja,dan Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ. Secara simultan (melalui Uji F), variabel Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Beban Kerja, dan Kompetensi secara bersama sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan PT XYZ. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa hasil uji statistik pada uji normalitas dinyatakan layak digunakan karena memenuhi syarat asumsi normalitas, pada uji heteroskedastisitas disimpulkan tidak ada heteroskedastisitas dalam model regresi, serta pada uji multikolinearitas dianggap layak untuk digunakan karena tidak ada tanda-tanda multikolinieritas. Selain itu pada R Square menunjukkan bahwa 59,2% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Beban Kerja, dan Kompetensi,sementara 40,8% sisanya dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The food industry is one of the business sectors that is future-oriented, as evidenced by food being one of the basic needs of the community. Therefore, it is necessary to examine customer loyalty in the food industry through the role of customer satisfaction, service quality and food quality, as in this study. In developing this research, quantitative descriptive methods were used by involving a sample of 100 respondents to obtain analysis data, which was then processed and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research reveals that there is a significant positive correlation occurred of service quality along to food quality which affecting customer satisfaction. And this customer satisfaction also affects in increasing customer loyalty to Subway Indonesia. These results indicates that Subway Indonesia needs to maintain their improvement on service quality and food quality which served based on consumers expectations, so as to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of career development, work motivation, and organizational commitment on the performance of Production Division employees PT. Greenspan Packaging Systems Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach, survey methods, and path analysis. The population is made up of employees of the Production Division of PT. Greenspan Packaging System Jakarta, totaling 84 people. With the saturated sampling technique, 84 respondents were obtained. The data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS 25.0. The research results show that: career development has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of 0.328; work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of 0.670; career development has a direct positive and significant effect on performance of 0.481; work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on performance of 0.268; and organizational commitment has a direct positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Production Division of PT. Greenspan Packaging System Jakarta is 0.246.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari sistem Kerja Work From Home (WFH), Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pembangunan Perumahan Presisi, Tbk. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden yang bekerja di PT Pembangunan Perumahan Presisi, Tbk di kantor yang terletak di Kukusan, Beji, Depok. Data yang digunakan dalam studi ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Work From Home (WFH), Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Lingkungan Kerja sedang Kinerja Karyawan merupakan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Work From Home (WFH) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pembangunan Perumahan Presisi, Tbk. Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pembangunan Perumahan Presisi, Tbk. Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pembangunan Perumahan Presisi, Tbk. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pembangunan Perumahan Presisi, Tbk.

Abstract

The aviation industry has high demands in terms of safety and operational efficiency. Aircraft engineers play a crucial role in ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft through strict and structured maintenance. However, the remuneration system implemented at the Aviation Facilities Calibration Center (BBKFP) is still based on flight hours, which is considered less appropriate to the workload and responsibilities of engineers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the strategy for implementing a remuneration system based on man hours maintenance and Release Maintenance in improving the performance of aircraft engineers at BBKFP. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that a remuneration system based on man hours has the potential to increase engineer motivation and productivity, but needs to be supported by a structured performance evaluation system to avoid a decrease in the quality of work. In addition, work-life balance factors, training support, and fair incentive mechanisms are important aspects in implementing this policy. Based on these findings, it is recommended that BBKFP adopt a remuneration system that is not only based on man hours, but also considers aspects of work quality and effectiveness. In addition, periodic monitoring and evaluation are needed to ensure that this policy can be implemented optimally without reducing flight safety and efficiency standards

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education level and job placement on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The background of this research lies in the importance of human resource management in enhancing employee productivity, particularly in the maritime service sector. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0.9.9. The results show that both education level and job placement have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was proven to mediate the relationship between the independent variables and performance, strengthening the positive effects. Appropriate job placement and sufficient education level can improve job satisfaction, which in turn enhances performance. The conclusion of this study suggests that company management should consider aligning education and job placement with individual competencies while also fostering a work environment that promotes job satisfaction. Therefore, proper human resource management strategies can significantly contribute to achieving optimal organizational performance.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of E-Service Quality and Product Quality on Purchase Decision for fashion products on the Zalora platform, with E-Trust serving as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, the analysis employs Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data were collected via surveys from 295 active Zalora users in Indonesia. The results indicate that both E-Service Quality and Product Quality significantly influence E-Trust, which in turn significantly affects Purchase Decision. Additionally, E-Service Quality directly and significantly impacts Purchase Decision, whereas the direct effect of Product Quality on Purchase Decision is not significant. These findings suggest that electronic trust (E-Trust) mediates the relationship between electronic service quality and product quality on purchase decisions. The study recommends that fashion e-commerce managers like Zalora prioritize enhancing digital service quality and consistently build customer trust, as trust plays a crucial role in driving purchase decisions. The practical implications of this research can guide marketing strategies and digital service development in the fashion e-commerce industry.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam hal akses, fleksibilitas, dan metode pembelajaran. Namun, adopsi teknologi secara masif juga mengungkapkan kesenjangan yang mencolok, terutama antara wilayah perkotaan dan daerah 3T (Terdepan, Terluar, dan Tertinggal), yang belum sepenuhnya siap dari segi infrastruktur maupun sumber daya manusia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara kritis peluang dan tantangan pendidikan di era digital, serta memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan berbasis konteks Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah studi literatur terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah dan laporan kebijakan terkini, serta observasi terhadap tren pembelajaran daring yang berkembang selama dan setelah masa pandemi COVID-19. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran, namun belum sepenuhnya inklusif karena masih terdapat hambatan seperti keterbatasan perangkat, konektivitas internet, serta kurangnya kompetensi digital di kalangan guru dan siswa. Selain itu, dampak psikologis akibat pembelajaran jarak jauh juga menjadi perhatian penting, seperti menurunnya motivasi belajar dan meningkatnya stres digital. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kebijakan yang mencakup pemerataan infrastruktur digital, pengembangan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan.

Abstract

This study examines the determinants of digital banking adoption intention among Book IV bank customers in Indonesia, focusing on the interplay between trust, security risks, and technological innovation. Using Smart PLS-SEM with data from 385 respondents, we investigate how technological innovation influences customer trust and perceived security risks, which subsequently affect digital banking usage intention. Results reveal that technological innovation significantly enhances trust while reducing security risk perceptions. Trust emerges as the strongest predictor of digital banking intention, while security risks negatively impact adoption. The study contributes theoretical insights into technology acceptance in emerging markets and provides practical implications for banks developing digital transformation strategies in competitive environments.
