Perkembangan Era Globalisasi yang semakin meningkat, tidak lepas dari pengunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam membantu manusia dari segala aspek pekerjaan sehari-hari, contohnya dalam mengelola persedian barang pada gudang. Pada Spa Kampoeng Depok pengelolaan persedian barang dan pelaporan barang masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan pencatatan barang keluar dan masuk yang menggunakan selembar kartu stok dengan item barang yang sangat banyak menjadi tidak terkontrolnya pencatatan barang keluar dan barang masuk secara maksimal serta tidak menutup kemungkinan adanya selisih barang yang terjadi di gudang dengan laporan data barang. Dengan adanya selisih barang yang masih sering terjadi, proses pembuatan laporan yang akan diserahkan kepada owner menjadi lebih sulit dan memakan waktu lama dalam proses pengolahan datanya. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis membuat rancangan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall serta menggunakan User Centered Design dalamĀ mengembangkanĀ user interface. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan MySQL. Dengan tersedianya sistem informasi persediaan barang di Spa Kampoeng Depok diharapkan dapat membantu admin dalam mengelola persedian barang keluar dan barang masuk serta membuat pelaporan data persediaan barang menjadi lebih cepat, akurat dan informatifKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Persediaan, Metode Waterfall, User Centered Design

Suatu sistem yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan, efisien dan mengelola permasalahan yang ada. Sistem pembayaran iuran masyarakat yang ada saat ini dinilai kurang efektif karena masih menggunakan cara manual, yakni pengelola RT datang langsung ke rumah warga setiap bulan dan mencatat di buku catatan. Hal ini dinilai tidak efisien karena tidak semua warga selalu hadir. di rumah pada saat pengurus RT datang untuk meminta sumbangan, dan sering terjadi kesalahan pada saat proses pendaftaran sehingga menyebabkan pengolahan data sumbangan menjadi lama. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah merancang sistem pembayaran donasi yang terkomputerisasi dengan baik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan ketua RT dan anggota, Penelitian ini menggunakan UML sebagai alat bantunya dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Waterfall sebagai model pengembangan perangkat lunaknya. Penerapan sistem informasi pembayaran iuran bulanan memudahkan pembayaran biaya bulanan, mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pemasukan data pembayaran, data pembayaran disimpan oleh Bendahara RT Penyimpanan yang akurat dan tidak terjadi kesalahan pada saat memasukkan data iuran bulanan.Kata Kunci: Sistem informasi, Iuran, Warga, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat

The existence of digital disruption and millennial disruption in Indonesia has an impact on competition in all industrial sectors, both commercial and non-commercial industries, including the Jakarta Islamic Center Islamic Youth and Youth Council (Madaris). With increasingly massive digital developments, Madaris JIC must be able to adapt to develop the economy for the organization and its members. The problem currently faced by Madaris JIC is the difficulties experienced by Madaris JIC in empowering and improving the economy of the organization and its members, especially with the lack of experience in marketing products and advertising messages that are less attractive. Digitalization and the millennial era in Indonesia brought an effect to the competition in all industrial, commercial and non-commercial sectors that includes at the Islamic Youth Council of Jakarta Islamic Center which is known as Madaris JIC. By the advancement of digitalization which increases rapidly, has forced Madaris JIC to adjust with these conditions in order to develop the economy of the organization and its members. The obstacles that need to be faced by Madaris JIC is the lack of understanding in the use of graphic design applications which applied in products, packaging and posters in an effort to support economic empowerment within the organization. This became an urgent matter which one of that is graphic design education. Therefore, lecturers and students from Digital Business Study Program at the University of Nusa Mandiri (UNM) performed community service with aim to assist Madaris JIC youth to strengthen the economy of the organization and its members. The method used in this service is a persuasive lecture. This kind of service activity helps the participants to look for new ideas and use it to their products so as to improve their economy. The results of this assistance activity can increase the economy by 80% even though the selling price has increased due to additional operational costs in printing packaging designs that do not affect sales within the Madaris JIC environment. This activity also helps spread Madaris JIC da'wah through more creative and innovative product designs, packaging and da'wah posters so that it has an impact on Madaris JIC's brand awareness among the general public.

Community service activities are carried out to increase the competitiveness of South Tangerang City MSMEs in the era of society 5.0. In order to achieve this goal, there are various training activities in this community service, one of which is training in preparing simple financial reports, including introducing account names in accounting, recording transactions in basic accounting equations and preparing financial reports. Training in preparing simple financial reports as a strategic step to improve the skills of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in South Tangerang City in managing financial transactions. The main aim of this activity is to provide practical understanding and support to MSMEs in preparing simple but informative financial reports. The service method is carried out by providing training and direct assistance to MSME actors in South Tangerang City. The material presented includes the basics of accounting, recording transactions in basic accounting equations, as well as preparing financial reports, and interpreting financial information that is relevant for the needs of small-scale businesses. Training activities showed the results of increasing knowledge about preparing reports for MSME actors in South Tangerang City by 47%. The implications of this service activity can be used as a basis for developing similar programs to support the development of MSMEs and encourage economic growth at the local level.

Community service activities aim to provide socialization about strategies to achieve competitive advantage for the Ciptagelar Community, Sukabumi, West Java without having to abandon local wisdom and culture that has been strongly adhered to by the Ciptagelar Community. Community Service Activities for the Ciptagelar community aim to increase the role of local wisdom in empowering the community and building competitive advantages at the local level. The service approach is carried out through active collaboration with the local community. Service activities are carried out by means of outreach to explore and recognize local wisdom which is manifested in Ciptagelar in Sukabumi. Active community participation is the main basis in this process, so that increasing local knowledge and skills can make a positive contribution to economic development and sustainability in the area. The results of the service show that through a collaborative approach and community empowerment, the local wisdom of the Ciptagelar community can be integrated into various sectors, including micro and small businesses, tourism and creative industries. Increasing community participation in utilizing Ciptagelar as a local resource can open up new opportunities for sustainable economic development in Sukabumi. This journal provides a practical overview of how community service can be an effective instrument in exploring and building competitive advantages through local wisdom. The implications of this service activity can be a model for developing participatory strategies in utilizing local potential to increase the competitiveness and welfare of communities in various regions.

Passport is an important document for every Indonesian citizen who will be traveling between countries, but in the process to obtain a passport is a lot of red tape tripping obstacles and complex, so a little more inhibited in the management of passport. The government through the Directorate General of Immigration under the Ministry of Law and the Human Rights Republic of Indonesia made a breakthrough policy is helpful in the management process passports for citizens of Indonesia for easy, fast and effective through the use of information technology. Where present, if an Indonesian citizen wanted for a passport, can pre-register first via the website http://www.imigrasi.go.id. In this study all described in the management information related to passport online to the public, especially residents of Jakarta starting from the data entry applicants to pre-petition receipt printing that can be used as evidence that the applicant is the data contained in the proof of the pre-petition has included documents document requirements in the new passport, so that the applicant can directly execute the process of verifying the authenticity of the document, the process of taking fingerprints and photographs and interview process. This will greatly assist in the management of passport applicants who previously had to take at least up to 8 working days to more easily, quickly and effectively, because if you do the prepetition management of passport takes only 4 working days. So it is clear that the presence of all information technology activities will be faster and more effectively.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy of acquiring and retaining customers by taking into account the development of technologies relevant to the CRM application. With a CRM strategy, companies can establish a good relationship with customers. Maintaining customer loyalty (customer loyalty) must be carried out by the company in the long term to prevent the occurrence of a condition in which the product is lost in the absence of an "after sales service". The development of CRM itself cannot be separated from technology, therefore the use of a CRM company combined with a technology-based website will produce a line of target companies to face competition.

Expert Systems in Introduction of the Personality Type is an expert system designed as a tool to diagnose personality type with a dynamic knowledge base. This knowledge is obtained from various sources including research by experts in the field as well as books related to personality. Expert system method used is forward chaining. This expert system will display a selection of personality profile options that can be selected by the user, in which each option will bring the user's personality profile to get the final result. In the end, the system will display the results of the introduction of personality type and other details. The system is developed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Conclusions obtained in this study is that the expert system is designed to help make decisions that will be undertaken profession.

Saat ini, teknologi informasi berkembang dengan sangat cepat. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk secara optimal memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi tersebut dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa, terutama pengadaan perangkat IT yang menjadi elemen strategis bagi kemajuan perusahaan. Kondisi ini memerlukan satu sistem yang mampu mempercepat pengambilan keputusan dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah kesulitan dalam memilih vendor terbaik karena persaingan yang ketat di antara vendor, serta adanya kriteria yang bersifat subjektif. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini, perhitungan dilakukan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dan metode pengurangan tambahan sederhana (SAW). Vendor yang paling optimal dipilih melalui metode ini. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi: spesifikasi yang ditawarkan vendor, waktu pengiriman perangkat, durasi garansi, dan harga dari vendor. Selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian bobot nilai dokumen teknis dan finansial vendor dan akan mendapatkan perangkingan data. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data dan perangkingan diperoleh vendor dengan nilai terbaik yaitu PT. Bismacindo Perkasa dengan nilai 3,25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW adalah metode terbaik untuk menentukan nilai berdasarkan berbagai kriteria yang ditetapkan. Sehingga metode yang paling tepat di BRI dalam memilih vendor untuk pengadaan barang dan jasa menggunakan SAW.Kata Kunci: Pemilihan Vendor, Simple Additive Weighting, SAW, Sistem pendukung keputusan, SPK
