Abstract

Abstrak - Le Nori Laundry merupakan unit usaha yang berada di daerah Depok Jawa Barat yang melayani jasa cuci satuan dan cuci kiloan. Pelayanan yang disediakan diantaranya paket cuci kering lipat,  paket cuci kering lipat setrika, dan paket setrika. Sistem pelayanan jasa yang saat ini berjalan di Le Nori Laundry dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, mulai dari penomoran nota, penerimaan layanan jasa sampai dengan proses pembuatan laporan bulanan. Hal ini seringkali menjadi masalah seperti nota yang hilang atau nomor nota tertulis dua kali. Selain itu  data pelayanan juga harus dituliskan kembali pada buku pelanggan, hal ini juga merupakan salah satu kendala karena jika petugas lupa untuk mencatat kembali nota pelayanannya, maka data transaksi tidak tersimpan dalam buku pelanggan. Selain itu, proses pembuatan laporan juga dilakukan dengan cara merekap data transaksi selama  sebulan, sehingga membutuhkan  waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efisien. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dibangun sistem informasi pelayanan jasa laundy bagi Le Nori Laundry dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dan aplikasi Netbeans IDE 8.1 serta MySQL. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi jasa laundry yang memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan penyimpanan data, pengolahan data dan menghasilkan laporan yang diperlukan secara akurat, tepat dan cepat.Le Nori Laundry is a business unit located in the Depok area, West Java, which provides unit washing and kilo washing services. Services provided such as folding dry washing package, folding dry washing package, and ironing package. The service system currently running at Le Nori Laundry is carried out in a conventional manner, starting from note numbering, receiving services to the process of making monthly reports. This is often a problem such as missing notes or double-written note numbers. In addition, service data must also be rewritten in the customer's book, this is also an obstacle because if the officer forgets to re-record the service note, the transaction data is not stored in the customer's book. In addition, the process of making reports is also carried out by recapitulating transaction data for a month, so it takes a long time and is less efficient. In this study, a laundy service information system will be built for Le Nori Laundry using the waterfall method and the Netbeans IDE 8.1 application and MySQL. This research produces an information system for Le Nori Laundry Laundry Services that provides convenience in storing data, processing data and produce the required reports accurately, precisely and quickly.

Abstract

GOKIL (gosok kilat laundry) is a service-focused business that offers clothes washing & ironing services, this business was founded in 2017 which is located on Jl. Tegal parang Utara 1, RT 006, RW 05, Kel. Tegal parang, Kec. Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta. there are problems from the GOKIL (Gosok Kilat Laundry) business, namely, not having a clear identity, still using a private house that is used as a residence, incomplete business equipment, and minimal marketing, which is still done only limited to recommendations from customers. This research aims to describe the theoretical stages of Design Thinking applied to GOKIL (Gosok Kilat Laundry) Business in an effort to find appropriate and effective solutions to problems for business sustainability. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive approach and uses the design thinking method to analyze problems from an internal and external perspective and in determining solutions, which consists of five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The results of this study indicate that there needs to be a solution to problem solving for business sustainability, so, a prototype proposal is given, namely first making a unique name to attract customer attention and making a business logo in the physical form of a banner, second making social media in the form of Facebook and Whatsapp as a touchpoint with customers as a marketing medium and facilitating the shuttle process, the author also updates the laundry packaging so that it is more environmentally friendly.

Abstract

The sale of camera accessories is one of the important components in business. However, currently the company faces several obstacles in the sales process. In addition, there is no system that suits the needs of customers in gaining access to camera accessories sold. To overcome this problem, this study aims to design and develop a prototype interface mockup design system for selling camera accessories. This research uses a prototype system development method by identifying user needs, analyzing existing sales processes, and designing appropriate solutions. Through needs analysis, it is known that customers need convenience in searching for products, seeing product details, making purchases. Meanwhile, admins need to have access to manage inventory, process orders, and view sales reports. The purpose of this study is to design a system based on customer needs so that it is expected to increase satisfaction in using the system. In addition, it is expected that this system can be the basis for further development towards integration with wider ecommerce platforms. The results of this system design can be used as reference material to develop a sales system

Abstract

Persediaan barang yang efektif dan akurat merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang kelancaran operasional suatu perusahaan. Namun, masih banyak perusahaan yang bergantung pada pencatatan manual, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti ketidaksesuaian data, kesalahan pencatatan, serta kesulitan dalam proses verifikasi dan pelacakan stok. PT. Serpico Printing Utama, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan paper packaging ramah lingkungan, menghadapi tantangan serupa dalam proses penerimaan material dari vendor yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan rentan terhadap kehilangan dokumen penting. Kondisi ini berdampak pada efisiensi operasional dan potensi kerugian finansial serta reputasi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi penerimaan material yang terkomputerisasi, terintegrasi, dan akurat guna meningkatkan efisiensi, akuntabilitas, serta ketepatan proses bisnis. Dalam pengembangannya, metode waterfall digunakan untuk memungkinkan fleksibilitas dan keterlibatan aktif pengguna dalam setiap tahapan iterasi sistem. Diharapkan sistem yang dibangun akan membantu proses inventory menjadi lebih cepat dan dapat di monitoring secara real time.Kata kunci: Waterfall, Persediaan barang, Penerimaan Barang

Abstract

Workshop on strengthening branding, storytelling, and social media-based promotion has been carried out to help female culinary entrepreneurs in the Sahabat Genggam Teman Indonesia (GTI) Community in Bekasi City enhance their digital skills. The training took place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the computer laboratory of Universitas Nusa Mandiri Jatiwaringin, Central Jakarta, as part of the 2025 DPPM Grant Program from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek). This community service activity aimed to improve the digital skills of female culinary entrepreneurs in the Sahabat GTI Community in Bekasi City through training in branding, storytelling, and social media-based promotion. The challenges faced were low understanding of consistent branding, effective storytelling techniques, and appropriate digital promotion. The methods used in this activity included practical training, simulations, and interactive discussions focused on improving participants' skills in creating logo designs, crafting product narratives, and utilizing social media as an effective promotional tool. The results of the training showed significant improvement, with an average increase of 85%, especially in branding and the use of social media for promotion. This training successfully provided a positive impact in enhancing participants' digital competence, which in turn can improve the competitiveness of their culinary businesses in the digital market. Empowering female MSME entrepreneurs through this training opens opportunities for the development of more professional and sustainable local culinary businesses in the global market.

Abstract

An artificial intelligence (AI)-based research proposal submission system is an innovative solution to improve efficiency and transparency in the academic selection process. This study develops a web-based system using the Laravel framework integrated with AI Agent to automatically review the title and abstract of lecturers' research proposals. This system is designed with a hybrid training approach, combining Supervised Learning (labeled data) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for semantic analysis. The implementation results show that the system is able to evaluate research proposals with high accuracy, including checking title-abstract alignment, identifying problem backgrounds, and assessing originality. The system also provides real-time statistics and evaluation records, supporting more objective decision making. The contribution of the research lies in the use of AI to automate academic processes, reduce the workload of human reviewers, and improve the integrity of the research roadmap

Abstract

The younger generation is a crucial asset in national development, and therefore needs to be equipped with strong literacy skills and character to face the challenges of globalization and the development of information technology. The high internet penetration in Indonesia, particularly among teenagers, has not been fully matched by adequate digital literacy skills. This leaves the younger generation vulnerable to misinformation, hoaxes, exposure to negative content, and various digital ethics issues such as cyberbullying. Therefore, systematic efforts are needed to improve literacy and instill positive character values ​​in the younger generation. This Community Service (PM) activity aims to improve literacy skills and strengthen the character of the younger generation through literacy training and character education. The methods used in this activity include material delivery, interactive discussions, and practical activities aimed at increasing participants' understanding of information literacy, digital literacy, and the importance of character values ​​in everyday life. The results of the activity indicate that participants gained an increased understanding of the importance of literacy, the ability to filter information more critically, and an awareness of the importance of ethics and character in the use of digital media. Thus, this literacy training and character building activity is expected to be one of the efforts in forming a young generation that is intelligent, critical, and has a positive character.Generasi muda merupakan aset penting dalam pembangunan bangsa sehingga perlu dibekali dengan kemampuan literasi yang baik serta karakter yang kuat untuk menghadapi tantangan di era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Tingginya penetrasi internet di Indonesia, khususnya pada kalangan remaja, belum sepenuhnya diimbangi dengan kemampuan literasi digital yang memadai. Kondisi ini menyebabkan generasi muda rentan terhadap misinformasi, hoaks, paparan konten negatif, serta berbagai permasalahan etika digital seperti cyberbullying. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya yang sistematis untuk meningkatkan literasi sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter positif pada generasi muda. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi serta memperkuat karakter generasi muda melalui pelatihan literasi dan edukasi karakter. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, serta kegiatan praktik yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai literasi informasi, literasi digital, serta pentingnya nilai-nilai karakter dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya literasi, kemampuan dalam menyaring informasi secara lebih kritis, serta kesadaran terhadap pentingnya etika dan karakter dalam penggunaan media digital. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pelatihan literasi dan penguatan karakter ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya dalam membentuk generasi muda yang cerdas, kritis, serta berkarakter positif.

Abstract

Barang Milik Negara (BMN) merupakan aset pemerintah yang berperan penting dalam mendukung pelayanan publik sehingga pengelolaannya harus dilakukan secara efektif dan akuntabel. Namun, proses peminjaman barang di Balai Penilaian Kompetensi (Bapensi) masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan kendala seperti lambatnya administrasi, kesalahan pencatatan, dan kurang optimalnya pengawasan aset. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi peminjaman BMN berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan aset pemerintah. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah proses peminjaman dan pengembalian barang, meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat administrasi, serta membantu monitoring aset secara lebih terintegrasi. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan BMN dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di lingkungan Bapensi.Kata Kunci: BMN, Sistem Informasi, Peminjaman Barang, CodeIgniter, Pengelolaan Aset

Abstract

The accelerated growth of digital technologies has transformed the tourism industry into a highly interconnected and platform driven ecosystem. This study explores how smart tourism ecosystems contribute to digital job creation within the platform economy, particularly in emerging tourism destinations. While previous research has focused on technological adoption and tourist experience, limited attention has been given to employment generation and local economic inclusion. This study adopts a method qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving tourism stakeholders such as local entrepreneurs, digital platform workers, and community leaders. The findings reveal that smart tourism ecosystems characterized by ICT infrastructure, data integration, and stakeholder collaboration play a crucial role in enabling new forms of employment, including gig work, digital entrepreneurship, and content-based tourism promotion. Platforms such as Traveloka and Airbnb facilitate market access, reduce entry barriers, and create flexible job opportunities. However, challenges remain in terms of digital literacy, income stability, and platform dependency. This study was contributes of the literature by integrating smart tourism and digital labor perspectives and offers practical recommendations for policymakers and also stakeholders to foster inclusive and sustainable tourism development.
