Abstract

Service Desk is a single point of contact (SPOC) between IT (Information Technology) serviceusers and IT service providers. Service Desks are the main entry point for users to get informationtechnology-related assistance. They act as intermediaries between users and other IT teams,ensuring that problems are resolved efficiently and effectively. This research aims to design andbuild a ticketing application for the service desk unit, by applying service level agreement to theapplication. The application built is expected to be a means of supporting activities at the servicedesk as well as being able to provide certainty for service users regarding the time required untilthe problem report is followed up.

Abstract

The development of information technology is quite extensive and global and has had a changing impact on all aspects ofhuman life. In the field of education, information technology is very necessary in order to support the performance ofeducation so that it can be useful in building an intelligent and competitive generation, one of which is at Global PersadaVocational School. Based on observations, Global Persada Vocational School does not yet have a teacher and employeeattendance system for processing teacher absence data. The obstacles that are often encountered in manual processing ofabsentee data are that it is very slow, ineffective, and makes it difficult for school principals to manage and check data onteachers who are present, and is even prone to losing absenteeism recap data. The aim of this research is to design andbuild a Web-based attendance system for processing teacher and employee attendance data for Global PersadaVocational School to make it easier to process teacher and employee attendance data. In building the teacher andemployee attendance system, the author used the SDLC method with the Waterfall model in designing the system andproduced a system with a simple interface that can help present accurate and relevant value data processing information.

Abstract

Indonesia's mobile technology adoption rate of 77.02% provides a great opportunity forcompanies to improve their services through mobile platforms. PT ABC, a ship service providerfor various needs, currently only uses web-based applications and needs a mobile-based shipservice application to increase efficiency and flexibility. This research aims to implement CleanArchitecture on a Flutter-based mobile platform to improve the structure and facilitate codemaintenance in ship service applications. The research method used is the prototyping method,with stages including Communication, Quick Plan, Modelling Quick Design, Prototype Formationand Deployment Delivery & Feedback. This approach enables faster application development,earlier identification of potential changes, and reduced risk of failure or mismatch with user needs.The results showed that the application of Clean Architecture in mobile-based ship service applications was successfully implemented so that it provided ease of maintenance. Blackboxtesting with 10 test cases ensures that the application functions as expected and is ready to be usedby PT ABC. User Acceptance Testing also shows that this application meets the needs of users andincreases the company's responsiveness to market changes, the test results reached 86.83%. Withthe division of business logic into usecases folders, the overall efficiency of development, flexibilityof change, and ease of maintenance of the system is increased. In conclusion, Clean Architectureproved to be the right solution to optimise PT ABC's business operations, facilitate applicationmaintenance and testing, and improve code understanding and readability for developers

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek fundamental dalam menjamin keselamatan tenaga kerja dan mutu operasional industri. Namun, proses sertifikasi K3 yang masih dilakukan secara manual rentan terhadap pemalsuan, keterlambatan, dan kurangnya efisiensi administratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem sertifikasi K3 berbasis web yang mendukung digitalisasi proses pendaftaran, validasi data, penerbitan sertifikat, serta verifikasi publik melalui integrasi teknologi QR Code. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan Agile Development menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum, yang memungkinkan pengembangan inkremental berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna secara bertahap. Sistem dirancang dalam tiga lapisan utama: frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), backend (PHP, MySQL), dan modul QR Code generator. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat memfasilitasi proses pendaftaran secara daring, menerbitkan sertifikat dalam format PDF, serta menghasilkan QR Code dinamis yang mengarahkan pengguna ke halaman verifikasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black-box Testing dan User Acceptance Test (UAT), yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai skenario dan diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Sistem ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi layanan sertifikasi, tetapi juga memperkuat kepercayaan publik melalui mekanisme verifikasi real-time. Integrasi metode pengembangan Agile dan teknologi QR Code terbukti efektif dalam membangun sistem layanan K3 yang adaptif, aman, dan akuntabel di era digital.

Abstract

A baby's condition during sleep is a condition that requires intense attention directly from the parents. The quality and quantity of baby sleep are very much affected by the conditions and setting of the environment where the baby sleeps, including the baby's space for movement, room temperature, light intensity, sound/noise, and humidity of the room. Keeping the quality of the baby's sleep is very important both for the baby and for parents. The Design and Development of a Baby Sleep Monitoring System Based on the Internet of Things (IoT) aim to help parents monitor their baby while sleeping and optimize the quality of baby's sleep by monitoring the conditions of the baby's bedroom environment without being present in person. Parents can monitor their baby's condition while sleeping by getting alerts to their smartphone if the conditions exceed the threshold of the ideal limits received from the IoT sensors, like sound sensor, movement sensor, temperature, and humidity sensor. Therefore parents can feel serenely in doing their daily activities, and the baby still gets theappropriate sleep needs.

Abstract

The prediction of student graduation has become an essential component in academic performance analysis, especially in identifying factors that influence student success. This study aims to develop a simple prediction model for student graduation status using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. The dataset used consists of student academic records, including Grade Point Average (GPA) and total completed credits (SKS). The data were processed and divided into training and testing sets to evaluate the model’s performance. The KNN algorithm was applied with various K values (1, 3, 5, 7, and 9) to determine the most optimal classification result. The experiment showed that the KNN model achieved the highest accuracy of 90% when K=3, indicating that the algorithm performs effectively in classifying students based on academic achievement. The results suggest that KNN can be utilized as an initial analytical tool for predicting student graduation likelihood, which can later support decision-making in academic management systems.

Abstract

Digital transformation brings changes to the business world by increasing efficiency, convenience, security, certainty and operational speed. CV Elang Java Mandiri experienced the positive impact of this by creating software to increase operational efficiency. However, the use of direct communication between the desktop application and the database causes vulnerabilities. The lack of a bridge between the desktop application and the database also indicates a lack of flexibility when adding other applications. Ransomware attacks on desktop applications cause losses and limitations in development. This research focuses on backend updates that use API as an integrator with the API-First method. OpenAPI standards and OWASP security principles are used to increase resilience against security threats. These steps were tested with OWASP ZAP and http test. The goal is to provide solutions to company problems, meet the need for more secure applications, and make application development easier.

Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged organisations to adopt information systems that are more efficient, accurate, and transparent, including in the management of personnel attendance. Conventional manual attendance systems still present significant limitations, such as high susceptibility to human error, data duplication, manipulation, and inefficiency in data processing and reporting. This study aims to design and develop a QR code–based attendance system as a digital solution to improve the reliability and accountability of attendance records. The software development process follows the Waterfall methodology, encompassing requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. System modelling is conducted using unified modeling language (UML) diagrams and an entity relationship diagram (ERD) to clearly define system structure and operational workflows. The implemented system enables attendance recording through QR code scanning integrated with a centralised database in real-time, supported by QR validity checks, location validation based on location name or GPS radius, prevention of duplicate scans within a five-minute interval, and automatic determination of attendance status as PRESENT or LATE. System testing is performed using the Black Box Testing method to verify functional compliance from the user’s perspective without examining internal code structures. The testing results demonstrate that all core system functions operate in accordance with the specified requirements and business rules, responding appropriately to both valid and invalid input scenarios. Furthermore, each successful transaction consistently generates attendance records and activity logs, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and accountability. Overall, the proposed QR code–based attendance system effectively enhances efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in attendance management and is considered suitable for operational implementation and further development.

Abstract

Desa Pasirwaru merupakan desa dengan jumlah penduduk 5.511 jiwa dan memiliki program unggulan di bidang kesehatan yaitu posyandu. Posyandu Anggrek I adalah posyandu di Desa Pasirwaru yang memiliki anggota 60 balita, 10 ibu hamil. Adapun peranan dari posyandu ini yaitu untuk memberdayakan, memberikan kemudahaan layanan kesehatan, penyuluhan untuk mengatasi stunting dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi bagi ibu hamil, memberikan ASI dan MPASI, akses air bersih, dan memantau pertumbuhan balita di posyandu. Kegiatan pemantauan pertumbuhan balita, dan ibu hamil di posyandu harus didukung oleh data yang lengkap dan akurat dari hasil setiap kegiatan posyandu. Adapun laporan data balita, ibu hamil saat ini di Posyandu Anggrek I masih menggunakan buku tulis. Hal tersebut menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan seperti buku mudah rusak, hilang, ketidak sesuaian dan ketidak akuratan pelaporan, duplikasi data , tidak konsisten, hak akses data yang tidak terkondisikan, media penyimpanan bersifat sementara, sulit dilakukan pengolahan data untuk menghasilkan informasi penting tentang gambaran kondisi balita dan ibu hamil di lingkungan posyandu. Oleh karena itu posyandu harus memiliki Sistem Informasi Posyandu untuk pelaporan data, pencarian data, pemantauan pertumbuhan balita dan ibu hamil yang diakses dengan mudah dan cepat sehingga memiliki keakuratan, keamanan, ketersediaan, kelengkapan data berkelanjutan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan dengan efektif dan efesien. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu penyuluhan kesehatan dan workshop penggunaan Sistem Informasi Posyandu. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kesadarana akan pentingnya kesehatan, tersedianya sistem informasi posyandu yang dapat digunakan masyarakat dan kader posyandu dengan baik dan benar untuk pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak dan ibu hamil.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menuntut adanya sistem keamanan data yang mampu melindungi kerahasiaan dan integritas informasi dalam proses pertukaran data digital. Salah satu metode yang широко digunakan dalam kriptografi modern adalah algoritma RSA yang termasuk dalam kategori kriptografi kunci publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem RSA Web Cryptosystem berbasis Python untuk pengamanan pesan teks serta melakukan evaluasi kinerja algoritma kriptografi berdasarkan ukuran kunci yang digunakan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan framework Flask serta memanfaatkan pustaka kriptografi Python yang mendukung mekanisme enkripsi dan dekripsi menggunakan skema padding OAEP. Aplikasi yang dibangun memungkinkan pengguna melakukan pembangkitan pasangan kunci publik dan kunci privat, proses enkripsi plaintext menjadi ciphertext, serta proses dekripsi ciphertext kembali menjadi plaintext melalui antarmuka berbasis web. Selain itu, sistem juga mencatat waktu proses enkripsi dan dekripsi untuk melakukan analisis performa algoritma RSA. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan ukuran kunci RSA 1024-bit dan 2048-bit untuk membandingkan waktu komputasi serta ukuran ciphertext yang dihasilkan. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa algoritma RSA dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dalam sistem berbasis web dan mampu melakukan proses enkripsi serta dekripsi secara konsisten. Namun demikian, peningkatan ukuran kunci memberikan tingkat keamanan yang lebih tinggi tetapi juga meningkatkan kompleksitas komputasi dan waktu proses enkripsi maupun dekripsi
