Relationships between partners are basically related to gender equality, without the concept of dominance in heterosexual relationships. However, many couples experience toxic relationships. Interpersonal communication in this kind of relationship tends to be negative, so it will create feelings of discomfort. This research aims to determine the occurrence of toxic relationships based on certain aspects. The phenomenon of toxic relationships in interpersonal communication between young adult students and students. The method used is descriptive quantitative with normality tests and characteristic tests. The sample used in this research was 105 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. The results in this study show a value of 58.34% which indicates the medium category and the significance value shows 0.74. This means that in this research, with the toxic relationship variable, the data obtained is normal and there is a toxic relationship in the bad temper aspect at Telekomunikasi Telesandi Bekasi Vocational School in class 15 and class 16.

Every organization has the same goal, which is to increase employee productivity, an important thing that affects employee productivity is employee performance. Performance is the behavior shown by employees while working, which contributes to the achievement of organizational goals. Organizational commitment is one of the important factors to improve employee performance in carrying out the assigned work tasks. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. X. The method used in this study is regression analysis to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable under study and the data analysis process using IBM SPSS 27 software. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents and was selected using purposive sampling technique. The results in this study get a linear regression coefficient value of 0.014 with a significance value of 0.204 or (ρ)> 0.05 which shows the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance is 1.4% and organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kesiapan individu untuk berubah dan rasa berdaya psikologis terhadap kesiapan organisasi untuk berubah Pada 2 BUMN. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 175 orang, dan diolah dengan mempergunakan analisis Regresi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, KIB (Kesiapan individu untuk berubah) dan RBP (Rasa berdaya psikologis) bersama-sama memiliki efek yang signifikan pada KOB (Kesiapan organisasi untuk berubah) dengan r-square. Kesiapan individu untuk berubah (KIB) sendiri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan organisasi untuk berubah (KOB). Sedangkan rasa berdaya psikologis sendiri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan organisasi untuk berubah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun baik rasa berdaya psikologis maupun kesiapan individu untuk berubah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan organisasi untuk berubah untuk perubahan, tetapi skor rasa berdaya psikologis sedikit lebih tinggi dibandingkan kesiapan individu untuk berubah untuk perubahan. Hasil ini dapat diterapkan tidak hanya pada unit kerja, tetapi juga pada lingkungan sosial pada umumnya dimana untuk merubah organisasi maka pemimpin perubahan perlu memerhatikan aspek kesiapan semua anggota kelompok maupun pemberdayaan anggota kelompoknya untuk dapat mencapai keberhasilan suatu perubahan.

Kesehatan mental siswa telah menjadi fokus perhatian di Indonesia dikarenakan menurunnya kesehatan mental yang dialami oleh siswa di sekolah yang diakibatkan oleh perubahan teknologi 5.0 dan adanya pandemi covid-19. Kesehatan mental pada siswa memiliki peran penting agar siswa dapat menggunakan kemampuan atau potensi dirinya secara maksimal dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup, serta membentuk hubungan positif dengan orang lain. Sekolah berbasis pada Layanan kesehatan mental sangat menjanjikan untuk menjangkau siswa yang membutuhkan melalui keterlibatan guru. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, guru perlu terus mengembangkan diri dan mendapatkan dukungan dari sekolah untuk menjadi penyaring sekaligus penyeimbang dan pembentuk mental peserta didik. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui program guru mentor. Kecakapan guru sebagai mentor dapat berguna dalam meningkatkan kesehatan mental pada siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi terkait peran mentor guru guna meningkatkan kesehatan mental pada peserta didik di sekolah serta melakukan sosialisasi kepada siswa tentang pentingnya kesehatan mental. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanan secara paralel di SMP Gameel Akhlak dengan guru dan siswa sebagai peserta kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan dengan FGD dan diskusi yang diterapkan pada guru dan siswa. Hasil temuan di lapangan menemukan bahwa siswa memiliki kesehatan mental yang cukup baik, meskipun diantaranya masih ada siswa yang memiliki kesehatan mental yang kurang baik. Selain itu, program mentoring dapat menjadi langkah yang efektif untuk memberikan wawasan pada guru terkait peningkatan kesehatan mental pada siswa di sekolah.

Job analysis is an essential component of developing an effective organizational structure. A systematic process known as “job analysis” is used to determine the responsibilities, authorities, and competencies required for each job position. This analysis helps organizations create a clear structure, prevent overlapping roles, and ensure that jobs are designed to support strategic objectives. This research conducted a literature study by looking at ten articles in relevant journals that included research objectives, results, and suggestions. To facilitate the presentation of the results, the data collected was analyzed and summarized in tabular form. The results show that job analysis is helpful in building an organizational structure that is flexible, efficient, and relevant to business needs. A structure based on job analysis can also improve efficiency, productivity, communication, and employee motivation as well as help organizations adjust to market and technological developments. Based on these findings, organizations are advised to implement job analysis on a regular basis.

This study explores the role of teachers as mediators in fostering students' intrinsic motivation—a key driver of independent and sustained learning. Intrinsic motivation encourages engagement in educational activities for personal satisfaction and growth, which is critical for academic and character development. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to examine teacher-student interactions at a junior high school in Bandung City. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving both teachers and students. The findings revealed that teachers significantly influence intrinsic motivation by acting as mediators and motivators. Strategies such as aligning teaching methods with students' interests, providing emotional and academic support, and creating an engaging learning environment enhance active participation. Furthermore, appropriately challenging tasks, constructive feedback, and meaningful praise bolster students' self-confidence and perseverance. These teacher-mediated practices not only improve academic outcomes but also foster students' self-worth and enthusiasm for learning. The results underscore the importance of a student-centered approach, which values individual needs and preferences, in cultivating a supportive and motivating educational environment. Teachers, by employing adaptive and engaging strategies, play a pivotal role in enhancing intrinsic motivation, thereby shaping a more effective and enjoyable learning experience. Future research should investigate the long-term impacts of these methods across diverse educational settings to refine their application and extend their benefits.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis peran analisis jabatan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pendekatan systematic literature review. Sumber data diperoleh dari sepuluh artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang dipublikasikan dalam rentang tahun 2016–2025 dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik content analysis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa analisis jabatan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui kejelasan tugas, tanggung jawab, dan standar kerja. Selain itu, efektivitas analisis jabatan diperkuat oleh integrasinya dengan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia lain, seperti motivasi, pengembangan karier, dan keamanan psikologis. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa analisis jabatan merupakan instrumen strategis dalam pengelolaan kinerja karyawan yang berkelanjutan.

In the context of rapid technological change and global transformation in higher education, innovative behavior among lecturers has become increasingly important. This study aims to examine the mediating role of critical thinking in the relationship between self-efficacy and innovative behavior among Indonesian university lecturers. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 200 active lecturers employed at higher education institutions in Bekasi and Jakarta and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The analysis involved measurement model evaluation and structural model testing to ensure construct reliability and validity. The results indicate that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on both innovative behavior and critical thinking. Furthermore, critical thinking exerts a significant positive influence on innovative behavior and partially mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and innovative behavior. These findings highlight the importance of integrating motivational and cognitive factors to foster innovation in academic contexts. From an educational psychology perspective, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the psychological mechanisms through which self-efficacy translates into innovative behavior, particularly through critical thinking. The findings offer theoretical contributions to social cognitive and innovation theories and provide practical implications for higher education institutions in designing professional development programs that strengthen lecturers’ self-efficacy and critical thinking skills to support sustainable innovation.

Employe psychological well-being is an important aspect that not only affects individuals but also the sustainability and effectiveness of the organization. One of the internal factors that plays an important role in shaping psychological well-being is self-acceptance. This study aims to understand the self-acceptance and psychological well-being of employes, specifically Human Resource Development (HRD) staff at PT Cabinindo Putra, a manufacturing company with high work demands related to accuracy, speed, and consistency. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods including in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGD). Data analysis is based on Ryff's theory of psychological well-being and Berger's concept of self-acceptance. The research results show that HRD at PT Cabinindo Putra has a good level of self-acceptance, as evidenced by confidence in one's abilities, the use of internal value standards, a responsible attitude toward mistakes, the ability to accept criticism objectively, and a realistic understanding of one's limitations. This condition supports the creation of emotional stability and positive psychological well-being in carrying out the strategic role of HRD. This research is expected to provide an overview of the importance of self-acceptance as a foundation for employe psychological well-being and to be a consideration for organizations in human resource development.

Penerapan analisis jabatan menjadi strategi penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran analisis jabatan dalam mendukung efisiensi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan meninjau sepuluh jurnal terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa analisis jabatan membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pekerjaan, menyusun deskripsi dan spesifikasi jabatan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi alokasi sumber daya manusia. Proses ini memungkinkan perusahaan menempatkan individu yang tepat pada posisi yang sesuai dengan keterampilan mereka. Selain itu, inovasi seperti hybrid working dan e-kinerja memperkuat dampak positif analisis jabatan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dengan implementasi yang berkelanjutan, analisis jabatan dapat memitigasi tantangan operasional, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, dan memastikan pencapaian tujuan strategis perusahaan.
