Abstract

Guru perlu memiliki perencanaan pembelajaran dalam modul ajar yang efektif dan optimal membantu siswa sesuai dengan standar nasional pendidikan pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Salah satu strategi yang digunakan dengan merancang modul dengan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang terintegrasi literasi menggunakan media video interaktif. Hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan yang dilakukan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dan melatih guru dalam perancangan modul ajar. Pelatihan dilakukan pada 20 orang guru yang ada di Sekolah Indonesia di Kuala Lumpur pada bulan Oktober 2024. Pelatihan ini mengadopsi metode pendekatan the Training Cycle. Proses pelatihan mencakup beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan dan pengembangan, pelaksanaan latihan, serta evaluasi pelatihan. Dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan yang dilakukan peserta sudah mampu merancang pembelajaran diferensiasi terintegrasi dengan media video pada kategori baik. Hasil kuesioner juga menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berhasil dilaksanakan dengan rata-rata peserta sangat setuju 45%  dan setuju 54% terkait pernyataan yang diberikan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan secara keseluruhan kegiatan PKM telah terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an RFID-based attendance application system to improve student discipline at SMP Negeri 7 Madiun, especially in school attendance and congregational Duhur prayer activities. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall which consists of ten procedural stages, starting from preliminary studies to product implementation. The results of the study indicate that the previous manual attendance system was less effective and efficient because it did not record attendance times accurately and was at risk of losing data. With the implementation of an RFID system supported by NodeMCU ESP8266 and smartcards as attendance cards, a system is obtained that is able to record attendance automatically, accurately, and in real-time. Teachers, parents, and students can easily monitor attendance data through the system. The conclusion of this study is that the RFID-based attendance system is able to maximize attendance recording, facilitate the management of attendance data, and improve student discipline both in learning activities and the formation of religious character.                                                                                                                                    Keywords: Student Discipline, RFID, Educational Information System, Digital Attendance

Abstract

Tujuan pengembangan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan desain sistem aplikasi presensi pegawai berbasis fingerprint di sekolah, memberikan kemudahan dalam pelakukan presensi pegawai di sekolah agar terekam dengan baik. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan rancangan penelitian pengembangan model prosedural. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah aplikasi presensi pegawai berbasis fingerprint. Dalam penelitian ini dimaksudkan mengembangkan produk presensi pegawai yang sebelumnya menggunakan model manual dikembangkan berbasis fingerprint selanjutanya dilakukan validasi oleh ahli dalam rangka memperoleh kelayakan toori, kelayakan praktis, dan kelayakan produk.

Abstract

The management information system is quite important in educational institutions. And for us it is a good way to play a big role, and a man the one good place to listen to those who have done it. Development technology is a good way to do a different way to change a big difference. Doel is a good way to do a good tyd. In that theory, that inligting ear that uses that softening inligting in that bedryf, that inligting ear that input, set, sagteware, hardeware, database, control and tegnology, sagteware, hardeware, database, control and tegnology. It is also related to the benefits and objectives of the management information system, as well as the role of the management information system which consists of interpersonal roles, informational roles, and roles as decision makers.

Abstract

This Research & Development research aims to develop and test the effectiveness of an Information Technology-based clinical supervision system to improve the quality of teacher supervision and learning at SDIT Permata Mulia. Using the Borg & Gall R&D method, the research includes needs analysis, product development, and trials and evaluations. The results show that the developed system is valid and practical. The implementation of this system is also significantly effective in improving teacher perceptions of supervision transparency (p < 0.001) and contributes to improving the quality of learning (substantial gain score increase in the experimental group). In conclusion, the IT-based supervision system is an effective innovation for optimizing clinical supervision and teacher professional development.

Abstract

This study is a literature review aimed at evaluating the policy related to the integration of the Basic Education Data (Dapodik) with the online New Student Admissions (PPDB) system in public junior high schools under the auspices of the Bojonegoro Regency Education Office. This integration is considered crucial for building a more open, effective, and accountable education system supported by accurate data. This study examines a number of related literature sources, regulations, and policy documents to explore the challenges, opportunities, and consequences of this policy on the implementation of online PPDB. The results of the study indicate that although the integration of data between Dapodik and online PPDB can strengthen data validity, improve data accuracy, and accelerate the selection process, its implementation still faces technical obstacles, limited human resource capacity, and disparities in facilities across schools. Therefore, it is necessary to improve coordination between relevant parties, strengthen the technical capabilities of school operators, and adapt regulations responsive to local conditions. The results of this study are expected to contribute as considerations in the development of policies for a more integrated and sustainable education system.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of academic supervision by school principals using a SWOT analysis approach based on a literature review. Through a systematic literature review of various research sources related to academic supervision and communication in educational management, it was found that strengths such as principal competence, structured supervision with effective communication between principals and teachers, and facility support are the main assets for successful supervision. Meanwhile, weaknesses such as time constraints, limited resources, and a lack of innovation in supervision and communication approaches remain challenges. Opportunities arise from supportive education policies, technological advances that can strengthen internal communication, and the role of active learning communities in sharing information and collaboration. However, threats such as dynamic policy changes and resistance to change require adaptive supervision strategies, open communication, and collaboration in order to optimize academic supervision. The results of this study provide an overview of strategies for school principals and policy makers to optimize academic supervision through effective communication approaches in order to improve teacher professionalism and the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of integrating generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) into digital learning environments in enhancing engagement and understanding among elementary school students. Employing a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control groups, the research involved 60 fourth- and fifth-grade students at Sekolah Indonesia Riyadh. The experimental group received instruction integrated with generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, over six weeks, while the control group engaged in conventional digital learning without AI support. Student engagement was measured through validated questionnaires capturing cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions, and comprehension was assessed using standardized tests. Results revealed statistically significant improvements in both engagement and understanding within the experimental group compared to the control group. The use of generative AI facilitated personalized, responsive learning, enabling students to interact meaningfully with content, clarify concepts in real time, and maintain higher levels of motivation and participation. These findings underscore the potential of generative AI as an effective pedagogical instrument in elementary education. The study further emphasizes the importance of teacher facilitation and institutional readiness in ensuring successful AI integration. Although limited by duration and context, this research provides empirical evidence supporting the thoughtful adoption of generative AI in education. Future studies are recommended to explore long-term impacts and broader implementation across diverse educational settings. The study concludes that generative AI, when applied within pedagogically grounded frameworks, can significantly enhance the quality of digital learning experiences for young learners.

Abstract

Pengembangan potensi pada siswa sekolah dasar merupakan hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian di sekolah, sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal. Pada usia sekolah dasar sekitar 6 – 12 tahun, merupakan masa-masa emas untuk pembinaan sejak dini, terlebih anak usia dasar belum mampu mengenali dan mengembangkan potensi dirinya sendiri tanpa bantuan orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana bentuk manajemen ekstrakurikuler yang tepat sehingga dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan potensi siswa di sekolah dasar melalui studi literatur. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menelaah berbagai sumber pustaka seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen ekstrakurikuler yang efektif terdiri dari aspek perencanaan kegiatan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi/pengawasan. Sekolah yang melaksanakan kegiatan manajerial ekstrakurikuler dengan baik dapat menjadi sarana strategis dalam pengembangan minat, bakat, serta potensi siswa. Perencanaan yang sistematis, pelaksanaan yang partisipatif, serta evaluasi/pengawasan yang berkesinambungan menjadi elemen penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan program ekstrakurikuler. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam membentuk siswa yang berprestasi, kreatif, dan berkepribadian kuat.
