Abstract

Guru adalah agen pembaharuan (agent of change) yang memiliki peran sangat penting dalam mewujudkan sistem pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan bagi para siswanya. Pandemi Covid 19 ini telah membawa banyak sekali dampak, baik dibidang ekonomi, pendidikan, serta bidang-bidang lainnya. Pada bidang pendidikan misalnya, aktifitas pembelajaran yang mulanya dilakukan secara luring (tatap muka), kini dilakukan secara daring (online), menggunakan internet melalui media e-learning. Edmodo sangat komprehensif sebagai sebuah course management system seperti layaknya Moodle, dengan antar muka (interface) yang menyerupai facebook yang merupakan media sosial popular saat ini,penguna tidak akan merasa asing bahkan akan merasa mudah untuk menggunakannya. Fakta yang ada dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penggunaan TIK pada bidang pendidikan di negara berkembang, seperti Indonesia, belum sebaik kemampuan TIK tenaga pendidik di negara maju. Kondisi yang ada dilapangan menunjukkan data bahwa tidak semua guru memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan TIK saat proses pembelajaran seperti menggunakan e-learning di SD Darul Ilmi Surabaya. Lemahnya kemampuan TIK dan kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang jenis-jenis media pembelajaran berbasis E-Learning menjadi suatu permasalahan tersendiri. Berdasarkan analisis permasalahan diatas maka dirasa penting untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan E-Learning berbasis Edmodo ini bagi guru di SD Darul Ilmi Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini meliputi metode ceramah, tanya-jawab, diskusi, dan latihan mandiri. Metode ceramah, tanya-jawab dan diskusi, digunakan pada saat pertemuan awal dan penyampaian materi pelatihan yang diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan. Metode latihan mandiri digunakan pada saat melatih peserta pelatihan mengisi bagian-bagian dari aplikasi Edmodo sekaligus untuk mengukur sejauh mana kemampuan telah dimiliki peserta pada saat pelatihan. Akhir dari kegiatan pelatihan akan dilanjutkan dengan rencana tindak lanjut (RTL). Dalam mengimplementasikan RTL ini, pengusul melakukan pendampingan secara online pelaksanaan pembelajaran E-leraning berbasis Edmodo pada lembaga mitra sampai pada saat evaluasi dan monitoring selama pelaksanaan 6 minggu.

Abstract

This article is structured with four objectives, namely: (1) to describe how to cultivate and utilize BSF maggots; (2) describe how to optimize the potential of milkfish as a local product; (3) describe the influence of the program on people's income; and (4) describe how to establish and develop the quality of local fishery institutions. The method of implementing KDP consists of the preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation, workshops and hearings, as well as program sustainability. The results of the service that have been carried out are the cultivation and utilization of BSF maggots, starting with socialization and cultivation training with ecologists and continued with the practice of making cages, hatching eggs, and care. Furthermore, training and assistance were also carried out on how to process and market processed milkfish products into nuggets with culinary practitioners. Based on the calculation results, the program has a significant influence on people's income, where the target community who originally did not work becomes an income or it can be said that their income increases by 100%. Then, a local fishery institution was formed consisting of village youths who were tasked with maintaining the consistency of program implementation so that it had a sustainable impact.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of information systems and technology plays an important role in improving the quality of management activities, one of which is the management of personnel data. One thing that comes to mind when talking about something that can be used to store, process and provide personnel data is a personal data management system. The personal data management system was developed to make it easy for users to collect and manage their data digitally. The Yii Framework-based Personnel Database application was developed to make it easier for employees and staff of the Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya to carry out their duties, both teaching and educational staff. Based on the explanation above, this research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the "Yii Framework-based Personnel Database Application" at the Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya. This research use a usability measurement test method. Measuring usability means measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The results of this study indicate, (1) the calculation results from the usefulness aspect show a percentage of 87, 4%; (2) the calculation results from the second aspect, namely ease of use, showed a percentage of 84, 2%; (3) the calculation result from the third aspect, namely satisfaction, shows a percentage of 85, 3%; (4) the results of the calculation of the overall usability test aspect get a percentage of 85, 4%, this means that the Staffing Database Application Based on Yii Framework, Faculty of Education, Unesa is very effective in supporting employee performance to improve the quality of their work.Keywords: human resource management; web based application; yii frameworkAbstrak: Perkembangan sistem dan teknologi informasi berperan penting dalam peningkatan kualitas kegiatan pengelolaan, salah satunya pengelolaan data kepegawaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji pengukuran usability. Mengukur usability berarti mengukur efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasaan user. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to optimize information services for residents of the Department of Education Management and the general public related to improving the quality of information services in a practical and integrated manner. The method in this study uses the Waterfall Model, which is 5 stages (Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Maintenance). The results of the research obtained products that have been in accordance with the design process following the Waterfall Model, in the form of the 'MP Mobile Apps' application starting from features to the process of filling in information on the application by adjusting the conditions and development of programs or activities organized by the Department of Education Management, so that the optimization of the information system through the E-PR concept is realized and has been used by residents of the Department of Education Management. Keywords: Development, Electronic Public Relations, Optimization, Management Information System Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu optimalisasi layanan informasi bagi warga Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan dan masyarakat umum terkait meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi secara praktis dan terintegrasi. Abstract

Good education management can certainly be carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible, which in the end is a positive response from users of educational services in the form of user satisfaction. There are several aspects to increase user satisfaction, one of which is information that is quickly received by the public and internal citizens of educational institutions. The method in this study uses the Waterfall Model from Winston Walker Royce, which has 5 stages (Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance). The purpose of this research is to emphasize the improvement of information services for department members and the general public, namely the quality of information services in a practical and integrated manner. The results of the “MP Mobile Apps” development show that the "MP Mobile Apps" application has met the eligibility standards to be implemented with an average of each. The category is as much as 85%.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) provide technical and skill-based education, but due to a variety of factors, not all students can attain their full potential. The guidance and counseling department at SMK plays a crucial role in assisting students with the development of their potential and personal issues. However, the implementation of guidance and counseling confronts numerous obstacles, including a lack of socialization among students, ineffective counseling reports, and ineffective document storage. The objective of this study is to develop a Guidance and Counseling Information System application that incorporates information technology as a solution to problems in the implementation of guidance and counseling as a business process. The result of this study is that the system's features are tailored to user needs so that it can assist the guidance counselor in monitoring and profiling disruptive students and identifying each student's potential. The conclusion of the study indicates that the proposed features of the guidance and counseling application include reporting convenience for counselors, access for instructors, students, and parents to view counseling reports, and access to student conduct reports for principals. It is anticipated that the research will facilitate the counseling process, enhance data administration, and promote the growth of student potential

Abstract

The quality of human resource performance was influenced by the welfare of human resources that can be provided as salaries/income to employees. Several theories are used to determine employee salaries or income, including pay for performance and position theory. In determining employee salaries, reasonable financial projections are needed in educational institutions. One projection method that can be used is the Capital Budgeting method, utilizing a profitability index model. The method used in this study is descriptive analytics by using a profitability index model to calculate projections and considering Pay for Performance and Pay for Position on pesantren expenditure items. The subject of this study was the management of Darullughah Wal Karomah Islamic Boarding School, namely the head, treasurer, head of staffing, and principal under the auspices of the pesantren with stages of data collection through interviews and document studies, implementation of analysis, and focus group discussion. Based on the calculation of pay for performance and pay for position and combined with the results of calculating the profitability index, it was found that the form of awards in the form of income that is suitable for use by pesantren is the use of pay for position theory for pesantren administrators and pay for performance for teachers and education staff. The results of this research can be used as a basis for Islamic boarding schools to compile guidelines for providing income to employees.
