Abstract

In the current era, customers are more critical and intelligent in determining which bank to use so banks need to understand customer needs and preferences more deeply. Optimal service quality is one of the keys to retaining and attracting customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality and its impact on BCA customer satisfaction, which is then expected to provide more insight into this matter. The research method used is qualitative with literature study data collection. The results of this study indicate that BCA's service quality is very good, but still needs to be improved, especially regarding digital services. Then, service quality can have an impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi repositioning PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) di era kendaraan ramah lingkungan. Maraknya isu perubahan iklim dan tingginya penggunaan kendaraan konvensional di Indonesia berdampak buruk bagi lingkungan, sehingga pergeseran ke kendaraan listrik (EV) dan hybrid menjadi penting. Sebagai pemimpin pasar sepeda motor di Indonesia, AHM perlu repositioning strategis agar tetap relevan dan kompetitif. Strategi yang diimplementasikan AHM meliputi penawaran harga kompetitif dan variatif, membangun citra sebagai pelopor kendaraan ramah lingkungan, menawarkan solusi mobilitas terintegrasi, serta membangun kolaborasi strategis. AHM menawarkan berbagai produk dengan harga kompetitif dan insentif menarik. Perusahaan ini juga meningkatkan investasi dalam penelitian dan pengembangan, serta meluncurkan produk kendaraan ramah lingkungan yang inovatif. Selain menjual kendaraan ramah lingkungan, AHM menawarkan solusi mobilitas terintegrasi seperti stasiun pengisian daya dan aplikasi mobile. Kerja sama dengan pemerintah dan perusahaan lain dilakukan untuk mengembangkan infrastruktur dan teknologi kendaraan ramah lingkungan. Melalui strategi-strategi ini, AHM berusaha memposisikan diri sebagai pemimpin industri sepeda motor ramah lingkungan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Service quality is a crucial element in determining the level of customer satisfaction in the banking sector. This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction in Indonesian banks. The main focus lies on how banks are able to create quality services to maintain customer loyalty. This article uses the literature review method to identify factors that influence service quality, strategies implemented, and perceived benefits. The results show that service quality has a significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction. Service improvement strategies such as technology development, employee training, and effective communication are the keys to success.

Abstract

The Suzuki XL7 is one of the car models produced by PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) in Indonesia. Since its launch in 2020, the car has undergone significant development, especially with the introduction of a hybrid variant in 2023. This article aims to analyze the import and export phenomenon of the Suzuki XL7 from 2019 to 2024, as well as the challenges faced in the process. Through an in-depth literature review, this research will explore the various variables that influence the success of the Suzuki XL7 in the domestic and international markets. The research method used is literature analysis, which involves collecting data from various reliable sources. The discussion will cover market analysis, marketing strategies, as well as case studies related to challenges and solutions in the face of global competition. The conclusion of this research will provide a comprehensive overview of the Suzuki XL7's position in the Indonesian and global automotive industry.

Abstract

Consumers have the choice to purchase or not buy products on the market. Because of this freedom, consumers are often influenced by certain situations and conditions, such as quality and brand image. The market is a place to prove that products produced by producers are affordable to consumers. With the growth of social media, the role of influencers has become important as parties who influence consumers to buy the products they produce. This study shows that product quality has a positive and significant influence on social media influencers. Brand image does not significantly influence social media influencers. Social media influencers play a significant role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. The better the brand image, the greater its influence on purchasing decisions through social media influencers. The higher the product quality, the greater its influence on purchasing decisions through social media influencers.

Abstract

This research employs a quantitative research methods to analyze the important role of Public relations (PR) in building brand equity and the existence of Wuling Air EV electric car products in Indonesia. In an era that increasingly emphasizes environmental issues, the automotive industry is turning to environmentally friendly vehicles such as electric cars. Wuling, as a newcomer in this market, faces challenges in building consumer trust and competing with established brands. Through effective PR strategies, such as media relations, digital campaigns, and active participation in social media, Wuling strives to increase brand awareness, positive image, and customer loyalty. With a focus on educating consumers about the benefits of electric vehicles, Wuling Air EV is expected to maintain and strengthen its position in the competitive automotive market.
