Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between the quality of police services and public perception by using service quality and perception variables. The method used in this research is linear regression analysis with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 130 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results in this study show an R square value of 0.140 or can be interpreted as 14%. This value provides an explanation that service quality as an independent variable influences perceptions as a dependent variable by 14% while 13.3% is influenced by theoretical factors that are not explained in the research. The results of this research show that there is a negative and significant influence between the quality of police services on community perceptions at the Tambun Selatan Police Station.

Abstract

This study explores the model of work stress and its impact on productivity through a comprehensive systematic literature review approach. The objectives of the study are to analyze the complex dynamics of work stress, identify determinants, and explore effective intervention mechanisms to mitigate its negative impacts. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with meta-synthesis techniques, conducting an in-depth analysis of ten leading scientific journals published between 2020-2024. The results of the study revealed that work stress is a multidimensional construct influenced by individual, organizational, and contextual factors, with key variables including workload, social support, organizational climate, and demographic characteristics. The findings indicate that work stress significantly affects psychological well-being and productivity, with different impacts based on gender, type of work, and organizational context. This study concludes the need for an integrative and proactive approach to work stress management, which does not only focus on individual interventions, but also transforms organizational structures and cultures.

Abstract

In recent years, the idea of leadership has changed dramatically to keep up with the quick advancements in technology, society, and the economy. Effective leadership has a direct impact on organizational productivity. A leader who properly manages human resources makes sure that workers are efficient and productive. Leaders create a positive work atmosphere, improve employee motivation, and give clear directions. Effective leadership increases productivity and helps organizations reach their objectives. Therefore, a leadership approach that emphasizes individual development is essential to enhancing overall organizational performance. In this study, the literature review approach is used. The results of this study of the literature suggest that inclusive, flexible, and technology-based leadership are all necessary for effective leadership in the current day. Employee engagement, well-being, and performance have all been demonstrated to improve under leadership that emphasizes personal growth and active team participation. Leadership that prioritizes technology utilization, interpersonal interactions, and change adaptation is essential to an organization's future success.

Abstract

Penempatan jabatan yang sesuai dengan kompetensi pegawai akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, maka dengan ini diperlukan metode kompetensi dalam analisis jabatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat metode kompetensi dalam analisis jabatan serta pengaruh penerapan metode kompetensi dalam analisis jabatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian literatur yang digunakan untuk meriview jurnal-jurnal yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu metode kompetensi memberikan penjabaran mengenai perlunya memperhatikan kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang diantaranya yaitu baik dalam kompetensi pendidikan, keterampilan dan sikapnya. Serta pengaruh dari penerapan metde kompetensi dalam analisis jabaan yaitu dapat memberikan keefektivan dalam bekerja serta meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

Keadilan organisasi menggambarkan sejauh mana individu merasa diperlakukan secara adil di tempat kerja. Hal ini melibatkan penilaian terhadap keputusan pimpinan, persamaan yang dirasakan, serta hubungan antara individu dengan lingkungan kerjanya. Dimensi-dimensi seperti keadilan distributif, prosedural, dan interaksional berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi positif terhadap keadilan, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Library research yang berfokus pada pengumpulan data. Sumber penelitian didapat melalui buku referensi, jurnal ilmiah, dll. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis 10 jurnal yang menunjukkan bahwa penerapan keadilan organisasi tidak hanya meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan tetapi juga produktivitas organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada artikel yang sudah di teliti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi keadilan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Persaingan antar perusahaan yang semaki ketat, dunia kerja menjadi semakin kompleks. Karyawan dituntun organisasi untuk tidak hanya menguasai keahklian teknis tetapi juga keterampilan non-teknis, sehingga perusahaan memprioritaskan perlatihan dan pegembengan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisin desain asesmen tenaga kerja: teori, metode dan implikasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi dari sumber-sumber literatur yang relevan dengan pembahasan ini. Hasil anilisis menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan metode asesmen tenaga kerja telah mengalami evolusi yang signifikan dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dan teori. keberhasilan implementasi metode-metode ini menunjukkan pentingnya adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi sambil tetap mempertahankan prinsip-prinsip evaluasi yang tepat.

Abstract

This research explains the relationship between violence in dating and resilience in students at X University, Bekasi City, which is one of the private universities in Bekasi City. This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between dating violence and resilience using 137 respondents from Universitas X. The method used in this research is quantitative correlational analysis with the aim of seeing the relationship between the two variables studied, in data analysis process using with helm of IBM SPSS 25 software. The results in this study show a correlation coefficient value of – p < 0,05. This value provides an explanation that violence in dating and resilience has a negative relationship. Based on research results which show that there is a relationship between violence in dating and resilience in students as University X.

Abstract

This study explains the relationship between servant leadership and the quality of work life of X employees in Jakarta, which is a private financial services company. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between servant leadership and quality of work life using 113 respondents from company X. The method used in this study is quantitative correlational analysis with the aim of seeing the relationship between the two variables studied, which in the process of data analysis using the help of IBM SPSS 25 software. The results in this study showed a value of correlation coefficient spearman’s of 0.772 or p < 0.05. This value explains that servant leadership with quality of work life has a positive relationship. Based on the results of research that shows that there is a relationship between servant leadership and the quality of work life in employee X.

Abstract

Amidst the increasingly fierce global competition, human resource management (HRM) has become an important component in enhancing employee competence to support organizational performance. By analyzing ten journal articles, this research investigates the impact of training interventions on employee competence. The research results show that training improves employees' knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The methods used, the relevance of the material, and the quality of the trainers are all factors that influence the quality of the training. Training has also been proven to enhance employees' ability to adapt to changes, accelerate the achievement of company goals, and help them develop their own careers. One of the main recommendations is the structured measurement of training outcomes and aligning training programs with the needs of the organization and employees. According to the research findings, well-planned training is a strategic investment that helps the company succeed.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat bekerja sama dalam membangun pemahaman mengenai pendidikan melalui kegiatan; sosialisasi, sosialisasi ini dilakukan oleh mahasiswa untuk melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu sebagai wujud pengabdian. Tujuan sosialisasi untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai parenting untuk membimbing dan mendidik generasi muda yang berkualitas. Masa perkembangan pada anak berpengaruh terhadap masa depannya, peran orang tua menjadi pondasi bagi anak, sehingga kemampuan parenting dibutuhkan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan di RW 007, Kampung Teluk Buyung Kelurahan Marga Mulya Kota Bekasi yang dilaksanakan pada 11 November 2023. Sosialisasi Total 45 peserta ibu rumah tangga yang hadir pada kegiatan sosialisasi, kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar, antusias, dan menyenangkan sehingga peserta merasa bahagia dalam mengikuti sosialisasi, memberikan pengetahuan mengenai parenting yang tepat dan dapat memanajemen stress dengan positif sehingga dapat diimplementasikan dalam kesehariannya.
