Abstract

The era of globalization requires organizations to increase competitiveness through the improvement of human resources (HR). The factor of increasing human resources is job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is an important element needed by employees, so position analysis is one of the determinants of job satisfaction. This study aims to find out the relationship between job analysis and employee job satisfaction. Used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to review 10 relevant scientific articles and journals from the last five years. The results of the study show that job title analysis has a significant influence on job satisfaction. The placement of employees according to their competencies increases work comfort and productivity. In addition, job satisfaction is also influenced by other factors, such as organizational culture, training, and leadership style. This research provides insight for organizations in managing human resources, especially through the application of effective position analysis.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan psikologis merupakan elemen kunci dalam mencapai kualitas hidup yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mindfulness sebagai pendekatan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis melalui kajian literatur. Mindfulness, yang berakar pada praktik meditasi, didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan untuk hadir secara penuh dalam momen kini dengan sikap menerima tanpa penilaian. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, yang mencakup analisis berbagai penelitian terkait dampak mindfulness terhadap pengelolaan stres, regulasi emosi, dan peningkatan kualitas hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam mengurangi stres, kecemasan, dan depresi, serta meningkatkan kesadaran diri, fleksibilitas emosional, dan hubungan interpersonal. Teknik-teknik seperti meditasi pernapasan, kesadaran tubuh, dan penerimaan emosi terbukti efektif dalam mendukung keseimbangan mental. Dengan demikian, mindfulness dapat diintegrasikan sebagai intervensi strategis untuk memperkuat kesehatan mental individu dalam berbagai konteks kehidupan.

Abstract

Dynamic business challenges encourage organizations to develop new methods to improve productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency. Employee performance, according to responsibilities (Cita LW, 2016), determines organizational success. Optimal performance requires emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction. Self-efficacy, an individual's belief in accomplishing a task, is critical. Motivation, influenced by the employee's attitude towards the work situation, is also crucial, with a proactive and positive attitude strengthening motivation for optimal performance. The method used in this research is the literature review method, where data is collected from various publication sources such as books, journals, research articles, and other relevant sources. The results of this literature review research show that Self Efficacy has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction and employee motivation. Self Efficacy helps employees feel appropriate and comfortable in their jobs, set clear goals, put in maximum effort, and persevere in the face of challenges, which overall improves their performance. Although innovation is expected to improve performance, its implementation is still not optimal and innovative features are not fully utilized. Therefore, further support and training is needed so that employees can effectively utilize innovations to maximize organizational performance.

Abstract

Dalam era keterbukaan informasi, kehumasan menjadi elemen strategis untuk membangun citra positif lembaga pemerintah, termasuk Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Pelatihan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pegawai dalam komunikasi publik dan tata kelola acara resmi sesuai standar protokoler nasional. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya BPS untuk membangun citra positif lembaga dan memastikan profesionalisme dalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugas kehumasan serta protokoler. Hasilnya terdapat peningkatan pemahaman karyawan BPS mengenai kehumasan dan keprotokolan, meningkatnya kemampuan dalam menyelenggarakan acara sesuai keprotokolan dan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi. Manfaat yang didapat karyawan adalah mampu komunikasi publik dan tata cara kelola protokoler dan untuk perusahaan meningkatnya citra positif perusahaan dimata publik. Pelatihan Kehumasan dan Keprotokolan bagi pegawai BPS selama dua hari berjalan dengan baik dan mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan.

Abstract

This study describes the relationship between parenting style and prosocial behavior in class VII to IX students in Bekasi City. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between parenting atyle and prosocial behavior using 115 respondents who are students of SMPN X Kota Bekasi. The method used in this study was Spearman’s correlation analysis to dee the relationship between the two variables studies and the data analysis process using the help of IBM SPSS 25 software. The results in this study showed a significance value of 0.000 or p < 0.05, so it was expressed by the value of the correlation coefficient equal to 0.508**, which indicates a relationship between the two variables with a positive relationship with the direction of the moderate category. Based on the correlation test results, it was fount that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted; namely, there was a relationship between parenting style and prosocial behavior. So to improve students prosocial behavior, the advice that can be given to parents is to review the parenting style that will be given to children so that they can routinely hold meetings related to student behavior at school and for students to actively participate in activities maintained by the school to improve prosocial behavior.

Abstract

This study explains the relationship between self-control and the tendency of social media addiction to Tiktok in students of SMAN X Tambun Selatan. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Self control and the tendency of social media addiction in students of SMAN X Tambun Selatan, with a total of 139 subjects using quantitative research methods. Subjects were determined using purposive sampling techniques based on predetermined characteristics and subject willingness. This study uses the Self control scale instrument from Averill and the Social Media Addiction Tendency scale from Griffiths. The correlation test in this study used the non-parametric correlational analysis method from Spearman with a correlation coefficient of 0.771 with a significance level of 0.000 which indicates that p> 0.05 which means there is a relationship between Self control and Social Media Addiction Tendencies. As for suggestions that can be given by researchers, namely entering into groups or outside communities so that addiction to social media does not occur.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi pertandingan atlet dituntut untuk dapat memiliki kepercayaan diri pada dirinya, sebab hal penting yang mempengaruhi prestasi atlet adalah kepercayaan diri. Kepercayaan diri dibutuhkan sebagai kesiapan mental yang dapat membuat diri menjadi lebih percaya dengan kemampuan diri sendiri baik saat latihan maupun saat bertanding. Dukungan sosial merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting untuk mendukung kepercayaan diri seorang atlet dalam mencapai prestasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kepercayaan diri dalam menghadapi pertandingan pada atlet karate Inkai kota X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi untuk melihat hubungan dari kedua variabel yang diteliti dan proses analisis data menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 27. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 166 responden dan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,335 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001 atau (p) < 0,05 yang menunjukan adanya hubungan diantara kedua variabel dengan arah hubungan negatif yang lemah. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi tersebut, ditemukan bahwa Ha diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan kepercayaan diri.

Abstract

Penerapan analisis jabatan menjadi strategi penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran analisis jabatan dalam mendukung efisiensi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan meninjau sepuluh jurnal terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa analisis jabatan membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pekerjaan, menyusun deskripsi dan spesifikasi jabatan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi alokasi sumber daya manusia. Proses ini memungkinkan perusahaan menempatkan individu yang tepat pada posisi yang sesuai dengan keterampilan mereka. Selain itu, inovasi seperti hybrid working dan e-kinerja memperkuat dampak positif analisis jabatan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Dengan implementasi yang berkelanjutan, analisis jabatan dapat memitigasi tantangan operasional, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, dan memastikan pencapaian tujuan strategis perusahaan.

Abstract

Safety riding in traffic results from a complex interaction of various factors, one of which is driver behavior, influenced by cognitive aspects such as knowledge of traffic signs. This knowledge is an important indicator of prosocial behavior in the context of driving. This study explores riders’ knowledge of traffic signs and the disciplines contributing to the likelihood of traffic accidents. Non-compliance with traffic regulations is often the basic trigger for accidents, which not only have material impacts but also pose a risk of physical injury and death. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological methods to explore a person’s awareness and compliance in traffic, and how safe riding behavior develops. Two research subjects and two informants were selected as study participants through the purposive sampling technique to obtain relevant data. The research results show the subject’s understanding of safety riding, their awareness of traffic, and their level of compliance with traffic regulations. Although police officers have tried to implement the principle of safety riding, in reality, many people have still not internalized safe driving behavior. Hence, traffic accidents remain a worrying problem.

Abstract

Helicopter parenting has a significant effect on the development of students independent learning, particularly among students in countries with a collectivist family culture, such as Indonesia. In an Indonesian context, the role of parents in their children's academic lives is fundamental, and many parents are involved in every stage of their children's education. Nevertheless, some studies indicate that students raised in an environment where parents exert significant control tend to rely more heavily on their parents when making academic decisions, such as choosing a major, setting career goals, or even seeking employment after graduation. This study aims to examine the influence of Helicopter Parenting on the Self-Directed Learning (SDL) ability of students in Indonesia. Data were collected from 112 college students using a questionnaire that had been tested for reliability (Cronbach's Alpha SDL = 0.959; HP = 0.946). The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant negative relationship between Helicopter Parenting and SDL (r = -0.695, p < 0.01). A simple linear regression showed that Helicopter Parenting explained 48.3% of SDL variability. These findings show that excessive parental involvement impacts low student learning independence. Moreover, this research provides theoretical implications for autonomy theory in collectivist cultures, as well as practical recommendations for parents and educational institutions to support the development of SDL. Theoretically, this study implements the theory of autonomy in a collectivist culture; practically, this study offers strategies that can be applied by parents and educational institutions to support the development of independent learning in students.
