Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric and co-authorship analysis of the field of social entrepreneurship and the creative economy. By examining thematic clusters, research trends, emerging opportunities, and author collaborations, the analysis reveals key insights into the evolution and current state of this interdisciplinary domain. Thematic clusters highlight the integration of social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and creative industries, emphasizing their interconnectedness. Research trends indicate a shift from foundational concepts to the inclusion of entrepreneurial ecosystems, sustainability, and the impact of technology and support structures. Identified research opportunities suggest further exploration of synergies between social and creative entrepreneurship, enhancement of support systems, and assessment of long-term impacts. Co-authorship analysis underscores the collaborative nature of this field, while also identifying areas for increased interdisciplinary integration. These findings offer valuable guidance for researchers, educators, policymakers, and practitioners aiming to advance knowledge and practice in social entrepreneurship and the creative economy.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the technology industry, focusing on thematic clusters, research trends, potential research topics, and author collaborations. The analysis reveals that diversity and inclusion are central themes, with significant attention also given to gender diversity, equality, and innovation. Recent research trends highlight emerging areas such as accessibility, disability, and artificial intelligence. Potential research topics identified include accessibility and inclusive design, intersectionality, and the role of leadership in promoting DEI. The author collaboration network shows strong intra-group collaborations but limited inter-group interactions, suggesting opportunities for broader interdisciplinary research. This analysis provides valuable insights into the current state of DEI research in the tech industry and identifies key areas for future exploration to foster more inclusive and equitable environments.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the Sharia Partnership Programme, sustainability management, and green technology use on sustainable economic development in Banten. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 respondents using a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that all three factors have significant positive effects on sustainable economic development, highlighting the importance of integrating ethical financial practices, sustainability management, and technological innovations. The findings suggest that these strategies play a crucial role in promoting sustainable growth, offering valuable insights for policymakers and business leaders seeking to enhance sustainability efforts in Banten and similar regions. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of sustainable development and provides practical recommendations for fostering economic growth that aligns with social and environmental goals.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of visionary leadership, curriculum innovation, and educational resource management on the quality of character-based education in high schools in West Java, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 high school students through a Likert-scale survey. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that curriculum innovation has the most significant positive impact on character-based education, followed by the management of educational resources and visionary leadership. These results underscore the importance of adopting innovative curricula and effectively managing educational resources to enhance character education. Visionary leadership also plays a critical role in setting a direction for character development, though its impact is more pronounced when combined with curriculum and resource management. The study provides insights for educators, policymakers, and school administrators in creating an educational environment that fosters both academic and moral development.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the relationships between digital competency training, job happiness, employee productivity, and turnover rates in the Indonesian e-commerce industry. Data were collected from 128 employees working in various e-commerce companies through structured questionnaires. Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis was employed to analyze the data. Theresults reveal significant positive relationships between digital competency training and both job happiness and employee productivity. Furthermore, job happiness and employee productivity exhibit significant negative associations with turnover intentions. These findings highlight the importance of investing in digital skills development, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee productivity to reduce turnover rates in the e-commerce industry. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed, along with suggestions for future research.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis investigates the evolution and thematic structuring of research concerning the implementation of character education in school curricula. Utilizing data sourced from major academic databases from 1893 to 2024, this study maps out the academic discourse through VOSviewer. Our findings identify distinct thematic clusters such as curriculum integration, ethical considerations, and the role of character education within religious and civic education. Temporal trends indicate a shift from foundational discussions to a focus on the implicit dimensions of character education, such as the hidden curriculum and character-building across educational levels. Potential future research opportunities were identified in less explored areas such as independent and culturally specific curricula. The analysis of the author collaboration network reveals a robust community with significant interconnections among key scholars, highlighting both dense clusters and emerging researchers. Overall, this study offers a comprehensive overview of the field, demonstrating its dynamic evolution and the collaborative nature of research that contributes to ongoing debates and educational practices in character education. This work not only charts historical and current trends but also provides direction for future scholarly endeavors in this vital area of educational research.

Key findings indicate a robust focus on integrating AI within higher education and a significant emphasis on educational technology across various specialized domains. Temporal analysis reveals a progressive shift toward exploring advanced topics such as generative AI, reflecting the field's rapid adaptation to new technological advancements. Additionally, the author collaboration network illustrates a vibrant and interconnected academic community, while also identifying less explored areas like language education and AI in art education as promising fields for future research. The study highlights the dynamic nature of AI research in education, showcasing both the depth of current integrations and the potential for innovative applications that could further transform educational practices.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of government support, professional development programs, and school committee participation on teacher performance in East Java, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 230 teachers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal that government support has the strongest positive effect on teacher performance, followed by professional development programs and school committee participation. Together, these factors explain 57.7% of the variance in teacher performance. The findings highlight the importance of comprehensive strategies to improve teacher performance, emphasizing the need for strong government policies, continuous professional development, and active community involvement. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers and educational leaders seeking to enhance the quality of education through improved teacher performance.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research focused on education budget management and school infrastructure quality in disadvantaged areas from 2000 to 2024. The analysis explores key themes such as financial management, infrastructure development, and the role of technology in enhancing educational outcomes. Results reveal that effective budget management and strategic resource allocation are pivotal in improving school facilities and overall educational quality, particularly in under-resourced regions. The integration of technology, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, offers promising solutions for bridging gaps in access and learning quality, although the digital divide remains a significant challenge. Furthermore, strong leadership and community involvement are identified as crucial for the successful implementation of educational reforms. This study underscores the importance of a holistic approach that combines financial management, infrastructural improvements, and technological integration to address educational disparities in disadvantaged areas.
