Abstract

embentukan karakter sosial menjadi salah satu sarana bagaimana bangsa ini mampu menciptakan kehidupan yang cinta damai dan manusiawi dalam mewujudkan bangsa yang berkarakter sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan IPS dalam mewujudkan karakter warga negara yang baik. Maraknya penyimpangan yang dilakukan generasi muda seperti perkelahian, pencurian, pelanggaran lalu-lintas, dan tindakan asusila, genk motor, perusakan barang orang lain, kejahatan sekssual, pornografi, aliran sesat, yang notabene melibatkan anak seusia SMP-SMA, menjadi bukti betapa masih lemahnya pendidikan kita menyentuh karakter peserta didik. Pembentukan karakter sosial di sekolah harus dilakukan oleh berbagai komponen seperti guru, lingkungan sekolah maupun lingkungan keluarganya dalam menularkan nilai-nilai karakter sosial yang dilandasi solidaritas, loyalitas, kasih sayang dan pengorbanan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan “Kontribusi Kompetensi Guru dan Iklim Sekolah terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Sosial Peserta Didik SMP Negeri Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang dilakukan pada 17 SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Garut, yang mewakili kluster wilayah Garut Utara, Tengah dan Garut Selatan. Adapun variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kompetensi Guru (X1), Iklim Sekolah (X2), dan Karakter Sosial (Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 450 orang responden. Analisis data hipotesis yang digunakan diuji dengan menggunakan uji Analisis Jalur yaitu mencari pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap variabel penelitian yang diolah dengan bantuan SPSS for windows, IBM SPSS, dan Microsoft Excel . Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan 1) kompetensi guru terhadap pembentukan karakter sosial peserta didik sebesar 2,7%. 2) iklim sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter sosial peserta didik sebesar 3,39%. Penelitian ini merekomendasi perlunya penelitian lanjut tentang faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter sosial bagi pengembangan keilmuan dan pendidikan IPS.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the kahoot application in increasing learning interest of Civic Education Learning, the achievement result of increased interest in learning Civic Education by using the kahoot application, and the achievement result of the effect the implementation of the kahoot application in increasing Civic Education learning interest. This study uses a quantitative research design with the experimental model, True Experimental with the Pretest-Posttest of Control Group Design conducted on students in class XI with a research technique using Random sampling. Techniques of Data collection were carried out by giving a pretest in one group that was given a treatment or what was called an experimental class. After that, students are given a final test and questionnaire at the end of the lesson. The results of the study in terms of cognitive aspects (learning interest) showed that the study class results had a gain normalized by 0.75 or 75%, with an average pretest of students at 60.5 and an average posttest score of 90.5. Based on the results of the processing of research data shows that there is a significant influence between the use of the kahoot application and increasing interest in PKn Subject, namely 54.6%.

Abstract

Era globalisasi telah menyebabkan pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan dan pembelajaran. PKn merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang masih dianggap jenuh, oleh karena itu perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menjadi pendukung bagaimana pembelajaran PKn menjadi lebih menarik. Media video tutorial merupakan salah satu sarana yang efektif untuk menyampaikan pesan pembelajaran PKn. Dalam penelitian ini tujuan utama yang penulis ulas adalah motivasi belajar dan penggunaan media video tutorial serta efektivitasnya dalam pembelajaran PKn di SMA Negeri 19 Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Desig pada siswa kelas X MIPA 6. Hasil analisis data uji hipotesis menggunakan uji uji t dengan (Ha) penelitian diterima, artinya jika nilai PKn Kelas X pelajaran lebih dari 70 maka terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan efektivitas penggunaan video tutorial sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, diperkuat dengan rata-rata hasil tes meningkat, sebelum menggunakan video tutorial pretest = 39,80 setelah penggunaan posttest = 73,47. Uji koefisien korelasi mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan (r) = 0,809 artinya tingkat hubungan kedua variabel “Sangat Tinggi”, koefisien determinasi (d) = 65,5% dapat dikatakan penggunaan media video tutorial mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 65,5% sisanya 34,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media video tutorial sebagai media pembelajaran PKn dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 19 Kabupaten Garut. Sehingga diharapkan guru dapat memanfaatkan berbagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji legenda yang hidup dikalangan masyarakat kawasan Hutan Sancang, yang dikhususkan pada penelitian tentang keberadaan ilmu kanuragan rajah pakuwon. Hutan sancang di wilayah Garut Selatan, menyimpan banyak misteri legenda yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi sikap hidup masyarakat di sekitarnya. Pandangan-pandangan sakral tentang Hutan sancang serta kebesaran leluhur mereka yakni Prabu Siliwangi, telah melahirkan sikap yang memuliakan alam dan semua peninggalannya. Berbagai pantangan adat serta keyakinan akan kekuatan luar biasa bagi kedigjayaan manusia, lahir dari sikap dan pandangan sakral tentang hutan dan karuhun (leluhur), sehingga muncul kearifan lokal masyarakat setempat dalam menyikapi dan melestarikan lingkungan alam dan segala aspek ritualnya. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman di era Globalisasi saat ini, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan Ilmu Kanuragan Rajah Pakuwon nampaknya mengalami pergeseran, akan tetapi sebagian masyarakat masih melestarikannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Melalui pendekatan ini, segala bentuk fenomena sosial yang muncul dalam kajian penelitian dapat dipaparkan hingga menyentuh kepada pemaknaan yang lebih dalam pada suatu fenomena, dalam hal ini adalah kebermaknaan sebuah ilmu kanuragan rajah pakuwon bagi masyarakat Garut Selatan.

Abstract

This research aims to find information on student learning outcomes using the talking stick learning method in class VII of SMPN 2 Tarogong Kidul Garut. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method, a quasi-experimental research design using pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research was class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarogong Kidul Garut. Samples taken using purposive sampling technique were 1 experimental class, class VII-C and 1 control class, class VII-F. The instruments used in this research were test question sheets and observation sheets. Based on the results of SPSS 27 statistical analysis research, the initial abilities of the two groups were different from the average test scores. Meanwhile, for the final test results, the Sig (2-tailed) value was 0.000 and ɑ was 0.05, meaning 0.000 < 0.05, so it was rejected and accepted. The results of statistical tests regarding the influence of the talking stick learning method on social studies learning outcomes for class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Tarogong Kidul Garut are in accordance with the results of the gain test. The N-Gain obtained by the experimental class was 0.44. So the medium level category. So it was concluded that it was rejected and accepted so that there was an increase in student learning outcomes using the Talking Stick learning method.

Abstract

At the end of the 20th century, the world community was faced with a series of global issues including poverty, health and the environment. The main and dominant issue is environmental problems. The environment is one of the most important things because it provides all the needs of human life as well as the learning environment. Even though students realize the importance of a clean learning environment, the opposite condition occurs in the school environment. In a factual context, students' attitudes towards the environment have not been fully formed. Therefore it is necessary to understand the importance of environmental cleanliness for students through ecoliteracy activities. This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning model in social studies learning on increasing the ecoliteracy of students in junior high schools. This research was conducted at Asy-syarifiyah Middle School. The research subjects consisted of two classes, namely class VII A as the control class and class VII B as the experimental class. The results of the study show that there is an increase in ecoliteracy from the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This is evidenced by the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an average difference between the learning outcomes of the Pre-test and Post-test, which means that the Project Based Learning learning model increases Ecoliteracy.

Abstract

We can know the learning model from various sources as material for teaching and learning activities, in fact, the learning model exists to help teachers in the teaching and learning process so that it can be conveyed to students better and not saturated when the teaching and learning process takes place. Picture and picture type cooperative learning model as one of the learning models that can be used in the process of teaching and learning activities, where this model uses pictures as teaching media, but in fact, social studies educators, especially at SMP Negeri 2 Leles, rarely use other learner models and only use conventional models as learning models in the process of teaching and learning activities so that students tend to get bored, making many students' learning outcomes still under KKM. To determine the effect of learning using this picture and picture type cooperative learning model, researchers use a quantitative approach with a type of quasi-experimental research. The subjects of the study were class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Lelesa with class VIIIA as the experimental class and class VIIIB as the control class. The results showed differences in student learning outcomes before and after using the picture and picture type cooperative learning model in the teaching and learning process, this can be seen from the post-test scores that exceed the pre-test scores, this shows that students better understand social studies learning material when using learning models in the teaching and learning process, meaning that the picture and picture type cooperative learning model has a good influence on social studies learning outcomes where students experience improved learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Tiktok learning media on improving student learning outcomes in Civics subjects in class X SMK IT Muhajirin. This research uses quantitative methods with a Pre-Experimental research design (One Group Pretest- Posttest). Data collection techniques through documentation and tests. Documentation is carried out by collecting various data in the form of school administration file data and images that support this research. The test is carried out with questions given during the pretest and posttest. The population in the study was 5 class X skills with a total of 142 students. The sample in this research was students in class X TKJ 1, totaling 35 people using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a multiple choice test with 20 items that have been validated. The data analysis technique uses the Normality test, the N-Gain Test to determine the increase in learning outcomes and the t test to test the hypothesis. The research results show that the average student score is 55.14, which means it is still below the KKM score (75). However, after being given learning treatment using the Tiktok learning media, the average student score was 77.59, meaning it had exceeded the KKM (75). After carrying out the N-Gain test, 20% of the values ​​were high interpretation, 66% were medium interpretation and 14% were low interpretation. Meanwhile, for hypothesis testing, a sig of 0.00 was obtained, which means <0.5. So there is an influence of Tiktok learning media on improving student learning outcomes in Civics subjects in class X Muhajirin IT Vocational School.

Abstract

The problem of juvenile delinquency is an actual theme that a lot of the talk among parents, educators, religious social institutions and even governments. Teens often get stuck and deeds are always considered true regardless of other people and the environment. In this phase teenagers start searching for identity or identity. To prevent the occurrence of acts of delinquency committed by juveniles, it requires the participation of the attention of parents as educators in the family, so that teenagers can behave well. Based on the above problems, the authors conducted the study titled "The Role of Family Education In Anticipating Delinquency In the village Mekarsari Cilawu District of Garut". Formulation of the problem in this research is: "how the educational role of the family in anticipation of juvenile delinquency in the village Mekarsari Cilawu District of Garut". The hypothesis of this study is that if implemented with good family education, the juvenile delinquency in the village Mekarsari Cilawu District of Garut can be anticipated. The method used in this study: a descriptive analysis by observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature, and documentation. The population in this study were all heads of families and community leaders in the village of the District Mekarsari Cilawu. While sampled are 50 families and 10 community leaders. Abstract

Seorang guru dikatakan guru profesional jika telah melekat padanya kompetensi kepribadian. Kepribadian yang biasa dikenal sangat abstrak Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk mengkaji lebih jauh tentang kompetensi kepribadian guru sekolah dasar melalui penelitian. Fokus penelitian ini adalah berusaha mengungkap: (1) Kompetensi kepribadian guru di era society 5.0; (2) Upaya guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi dimana subjeknya adalah guru sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan (1) Kompetensi kepribadian guru-guru sudah mantap dan stabil, mampu bersikap dewasa, arif dan bijaksana dalam bertindak, berwibawa dan menjadi teladan bagi peserta didiknya. Di era society 5.0 ini guru-guru bisa mengimbangi antara IMTAQ dan IPTEK. (2) Sekolah dan guru-guru selalu berupaya meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadiannya melalui kegiatan pembinaan yayasan dan kepala sekolah, pelatihan tahsin, workshop dan IHT kurikum merdeka.
