Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Islamic education learning model  during Covid-19 pandemic at state Junior High Scool. This qualitative approach is done intensively, researchers participate in the field, record carefully, perform analysis, make. The type of research taken is field research that is research that collects data done by obtaining through investigation based on field. Data collection methods use observation, interview and documentation methods. the results showed that the researchers carried out at the State Junior High School 3 Cileungsi, that by giving assignments and the types of assignments used with steps for selecting good and not boring task materials suitable for students, the teacher would easily explain and students would be interested and pay attention and be actively involved in working on group assignments. Learning Islamic Religious Education by using the task method is less effective. The Learning Process of Islamic Religious Education During the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the State Junior High School 3 Cileungsi was less effective due to the difficulty of learning via online, preventing students from understanding the learning process of Islamic religious education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze acts of violence on children in Karawang district and analyze acts of violence on children and their effects according to reviews of psychology and Islam. The research method used is a case study of data collected through observation, interviews, psychological tests, and documentation. Research results show that acts of violence on children in Karawang district are a form of emotional abuse and sexual violence. That is, children experience sexual deviation, sexual harassment, bullying, and depression. According to the psychological review of violence, this can affect behavior patterns later in life and according to the Islamic religion, is a violation of children's right to live, grow, and develop properly and thoroughly. The impact can affect the growth and development of a child can also shape the character and character of children in the future.

Abstract

Kasus pernikahan dini di Indonesia banyak jumlahnya, pernikahan umumnya terjadi karena beberapa faktor , misalnya karena faktor ekonomi. Upaya pemerintah (KUA) dalam menanggulangi pernikahan dini menjadi kurang efektif karena adanya perbedaan pandangan Agama dan Negara dan penilaian masyarakat terhadap pernikahan dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terkait nikah di bawah umur, penyebab terjadinya nikah di bawah umur, dampak nikah di bawah umur, serta peran kantor urusan agama dalam menanggulangi banyaknya nikah dibawah umur di masyarakat teluk jambe timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari perundang-undangan, wawancara, dan observasi. Abstract

Violence against children is a disgraceful act committed by adults or adults at the age and thought below children, thus preventing children from fulfilling their sexual needs. The impact of sexual violence on children in the form of physical, psychological and psychosocial children. Sexual violence against children does not only occur in the public sphere but can also occur in the family sphere. Families are diverse in society in which there are people such as mothers, fathers, and children who have different roles. Sexual education in the family is intended to foster a child's attitude of vigilance when the density of children begins to enter the community. This writing aims to show the extent to which the family plays a role in providing sexual education to children. In this paper, the descriptive qualitative method with analytical techniques uses data reduction techniques, data presentation and finally drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that each level of time or age of sexual education given to children is different, such as at the childhood level the provision of sexual education can be in the form of directions to recognize body organs and teach cleansing, but in language that is easily understood by children at their age. The level of adolescent sexual education that is not appropriate should be in accordance with the type and for adult level children, sexual education is more directed at giving direction or advice to go to a new life when the time comes.

Abstract

Basically, the principal's goal to improve teacher professionalism at SMPN 2 Teluk Jambe Timur in determining the direction of the development of the progress system in school institutions cannot be separated from the responsibility and cooperation of every human resource in the school in carrying out the process of activities in the field of education, with the principle goal in preparing learning programs. and increasing professional skills for teachers so that they can be included in training, seminars, courses, and workshops without resorting to policy development, policy implementation, and policy evaluation. As a result, several programs to improve teacher skills will be in accordance with the school's vision, mission, and goals. Therefore, a strategy is needed to increase teachers at SMPN 2 Telukjambe Timur Karawang. The method used in this research is a qualitative research by applying naturalistic studies. Researchers used data collection techniques with the following methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. while the approach used in this study is a qualitative naturalistic analysis. So that the findings show an increase in teacher professionalism by the principal to make his work more effective, having professional expertise and skills in carrying out his professional duties as a professional teacher by attending seminars, training courses, and workshops. As well as other facilities that have not been fulfilled so that they can be completed by covering the limitations for an educator in trying to improve soft skills in the field of activities ranging from sports and other fields of art and dance.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is an Islamic educational institution that grows and is recognized by the surrounding community, with a dormitory system (complex) where students receive religious education through a recitation system or madrasa which is fully under the guidance of a central figure, namely the cleric with a mosque as the central point that animates it. . Viewed from the point of view of science taught in Islamic boarding schools are divided into two forms, namely; salafi pesantren (traditional/classical) khalafist pesantren (modern). Al-Fathimiyah Islamic Boarding School is a boarding school that adheres to a modern traditional education system where the students study classical books and also study general subjects in general. In improving the discipline of students, pesantren teachers have their own strategies that are applied to improve student discipline. However, the researchers found a lack of understanding of the students towards the level of discipline and caused some students to underestimate or ignore the rules and regulations of Islamic boarding schools, thus making students who did not violate the footsteps of their friends. It is this bad influence that makes teachers and boarding school administrators not stay silent and strive continuously in enforcing student discipline. The researcher used this type of research with descriptive qualitative methods. Collecting data using observation and interview techniques and starting from several supporting theories in the field that are used as conditions for scientific objects ranging from strategic management applied by Islamic boarding schools to taking advantage of situations and conditions that occur in the field related to student discipline at school. . The results showed that the strategies that are often used by Islamic boarding school teachers in improving the discipline of students include: habituating students to always behave disciplined in every boarding activity in accordance with the rules of the Islamic boarding school, giving advice and punishment if there are students who violate and do not obey the rules. boarding school, providing motivation and direction by the pesantren teacher to each of his students

Abstract

LGBT merupakan tindakan penyimpangan seksual yang melanggar hukum Islam, sunnatullah, dan hukum positif. LGBT juga bentuk  perilaku tindak pidana (jarimah) dan dosa yang amat besar serta dapat     mendatangkan azab, sebagaimana azab yang Allah SWT timpakan pada kaum Luth. Selain itu, terdapat kontroversial terhadap perilaku ini, ada yang menyatakan bahwa LGBT merupakan perilaku yang melanggar berbagai hukum, dan ada pula yang memperjuangkan hak para LGBT agar legal secara hukum. Kabupaten Karawang menjadi salah satu daerah yang ditemukan terdapat komunitas LGBT didalamnya. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh, komunitas LGBT bergerak secara online. Maka, penelitian ditujukan  Untuk menganalisis  persepsi dan pemahaman masyarakat kabupaten Karawang terhadap isu LGBT secara komprehensif, dengan  menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dan angket  disebar secara luas. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa persepsi dan pemahaman masyarakat kabupaten Karawang tentang LGBT mengarah pada persepsi dan pemahaman yang seharusnya, yaitu sesuai dengan pandangan hukum Islam. Mayoritas masyarakat memahami LGBT merupakan penyimpangan seksual, LGBT dikategorikan sebagai perbuatan fahisyah dan jarimah, had dan ta’zir bagi pelaku LGBT, akibatnya dapat menimbulkan berbagai penyakit dan merusak tatanan kehidupan sosial.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of Indonesian people who carry out interfaith marriages (Muslims with non-Muslims) this is evidenced by the presence of 24,677 couples who married different faiths in 1980, then in 1990 there were 26,688 couples, while the latest data in 2000 were 2,673 couple. Although the nominal number of interfaith marriages has decreased since 1980-2000, the number of around 2673 couples is still relatively high. In fact, Islam and Indonesian laws strictly prohibit it. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and behavior and can be observed from the facts that exist today. The results of the research obtained are: all people agree that the law of interfaith marriage is unlawful and the marriage is not valid because it violates Islamic law and Indonesian law Not a few people (respondents) argue that the causative factors for interfaith marriage problems are lust, wealth, throne and lack of religious education, so it doesn't matter if you have a partner of a different religion even to the level of marriage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendidik manusia agar mampu mengaplikasikan sebuah media pembelajaran dalam bentuk puzzle guna mengembangkan kemampuan membaca serta menulis huruf hijaiyah yang baik dan benar. Membaca huruf hijaiyyah pada anak usia dini dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai macam metode salah satunya adalah metode demonstrasi. Penggunaan metode pengajaran yang tepat dan sesuai dengan karakter anak dapat memfasilitasi perkembangan berbagai potensi dan kemampuan anak secara optimal sehingga tumbuhnya sikap dan perilaku positif bagi anak. Adapun media yang digunakan disini yaitu media puzzle.

Abstract

Technology in this digital era has become a very important study in teaching and learning activities in schools. So from now on, educators in schools need to be equipped with information and communication technology that will support the course of learning in e-learning in the future. Educational institutions strive to produce human resources who master the demands of the times, of course, know science and technology better and have professional qualities in their fields. Leads to Information and Communication Technology or what is called technology related to data retrieval, collection and storage and distributing it to a human audience which is presented in the form of software or other printed magazines. The purpose of this paper is to find out how proficient the teacher's activities at the Nihayatul Amal school are when using ICT learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects for students studying at school. To answer the problem, the researcher uses a literature study with qualitative research methods with a library research approach and is combined with the Filed Research approach, so that data collection uses observational studies and interviews so that the collected data is complementary to one another. The results obtained from this study are that ICT-based learning emphasizes the development of abilities (competencies) using multimedia in the learning process with certain standards so that the results can be felt directly by students. When viewed from the implementation, the ICT-based PAI learning process carried out at the Nihayatul Amal MA Rawamerta Karawang has been running and scheduled well. Based on the observations made by the researchers, the teacher was disciplined in teaching and the students were diligent in following the lesson. The ICT-based PAI learning process at SMP Negeri 2 Semarang has several components that must be fulfilled, namely learning planning, learning implementation, learning methods, types of multimedia or ICT use, learning methods and evaluation.
