Abstract

Aim from study this is for knowing is there influence environment work and compensation to performance employee with satisfaction work as variable between at PT Sinar Sun Sun Motorcycle. Study this use test validity, test reliability, test regression linear double, and test analysis track with help program SPSS version 20. Sample which taken as much 110 respondent. Study use approach quantitative with method technique purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out with deployment questionnaire use scale Likert for measure every statement. Results study show that there is influence positive and significant _ in a manner separated Among environment work and compensation to performance employee in a manner direct. Whereas mark significance influence environment work and compensation through satisfaction work no more big from influence direct.

Abstract

SMK NU Gresik has 736 students with the number of graduations reaching 225 per year. However, the development of IT (Information Technology) and globalization has influenced companies to innovate in industrial automation. As a result, less job opportunities and reduced absorption of SMK NU Gresik graduates in IDUKA (Industrial and Business World). The location plan for the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is at the Gresik NU SMK which has the potential to carry out entrepreneurial development activities and business development. In addition, SMK NU Gresik has the potential to become a school that produces entrepreneurs by embedding entrepreneurial concepts holistically or involving cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. Entrepreneurship lessons should be provided with a larger and more dominant portion when compared to other subjects that are oriented towards cognitive intelligence. The objectives of implementing PKM activities are; 1. Prepare students to enter the workforce and business world and develop a professional attitude. 2. Prepare students to be able to choose careers, be competent and able to develop themselves. 3. Preparing the middle level workforce to fill the needs of industry and the world of work at this time and in the future. 4. Prepare graduates to become productive, adaptive and creative citizens with a science and technology perspective. Through coaching in this PKM program, it can improve entrepreneurial spirit and skills so that they are ready to enter the industrial world and the business world.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competency and job satisfaction partially, and which variable between the two independent variables has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable on Office Subdistrict Cileunyi Regency Bandung. Study This method quantitative. Data Which used data primary And data secondary. Population study amount 21 person. Taking sample his research was population research, the technique used was total sampling. Data collection technique done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with use application computer ( Statistical Packages for Social Scienceties ) SPSS-25. Results study concluded that the competency variable partially had no effect on employee performance at Cileunyi District Office, Bandung Regency, and partial job satisfaction has a significant effect to performance employee on Office Subdistrict Cileunyi Regency Bandung, results from variable Job satisfaction has the most dominant effect compared to competence on employee performance at the office Subdistrict Cileunyi Regency Bandung. Abstract

A good education is obtained from the quality of good teachers. And the success of education is largely determined by the performance of teachers, both teacher performance in learning planning, teacher performance in the implementation of learning, teacher performance in learning evaluation, teacher performance in the task discipline, as well as the activeness of teachers in teaching in the classroom. Research methods using data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire method. The population in the study were teachers , which amounted to 75 people. The results of this study have 7 conclusions. First, transformational leadership directly affects teacher performance. Second, Transformational Leadership directly affects organizational commitment. Third, competence directly affects organizational commitment. Fourth, competence has no direct effect on Teacher Performance. Fifth, organizational commitment has no direct effect on Teacher Performance. Sixth, Transformational Leadership directly affects the performance of teachers without going through organizational commitment as mediation. Seventh, compensation directly affects the performance of teachers through organizational commitment as mediation.

Abstract

One effort to produce quality students is to increase teacher motivation and communication skills. School leaders need to pay attention to teacher motivation in dealing with difficult situations in order to improve the quality of education. In this assumption, motivation and communication are considered to be able to improve teacher performance and achieve educational goals. In addition to the teacher's communication role, the principal's leadership style also has an important influence. If motivation and communication are not optimal, this can have a negative impact on teacher performance. This phenomenon has the potential to result in a decrease in teacher performance.The purpose of this community service (PKM) view is that the success of schools in improving teacher performance can be influenced by the training and counseling provided to teachers, with the aim of improving the quality of teacher resources. One effort that can be done is to provide motivation and teach how to communicate well between teachers and students in overcoming obstacles in the teaching process and dealing with teaching-learning situations. The principal's concern through respect for teacher performance also plays a role in this, with the leadership style shown by the principal.Motivational counseling, attended by teachers and school principals, yielded results (1) Community Service Activities (PKM) can provide enthusiasm for changing maximum performance in school governance; (2) Community Service Activities (PKM) can improve and change communication between teachers and parents of students to become more humane and create mutual trust and respect; (3) Community Service Activities (PKM) can provide changes and evaluations of the Principal's leadership style and touch on improving teacher performance, building trust in teachers for the potential of teacher resources.Hope for teachers and school principals in PKM activities to provide changes and improve teacher performance and integrated communication between teachers, school principals and student guardians, so as to have an increased performance impact to assist in governance at the GKB Gresik Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School Foundation

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities consisting of individuals or legal entities that carry out their activities based on the cooperative principle as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship. The purpose of Community Service is to develop and provide assistance to application programs for the preparation of financial reports. The application for preparing financial reports is made based on the Microsoft Excel application. Assistance is carried out by training certain operators or officers appointed by the cooperative management. The financial problems of small and medium enterprises and cooperatives can be minimized by preparing accrual-based financial reports. Accrual-based transactions will record all transactions when they occur, even though they are not directly related to cash. Sales and purchase transactions on credit will be recorded immediately when they occur. Thus, the financial condition becomes more orderly and orderly, and this is what happened at the Bueka Assakinah Gresik Cooperative, thus requiring assistance in preparing financial reports. The approach method used in solving partner problems is to conduct an initial survey to find out existing problems, which is then followed by training. And the guidance is given to the partners of the Bueka Assakinah Gresik Cooperative by providing training, especially in the preparation of financial reports, using Microsoft Excel-based programs. The results of the training provide benefits (1) Partners are able to compile financial reports, especially for the Bueka Assakinah Gresik cooperative, (2) Partners are able to read and analyze financial reports that explain financial conditions at a certain time, (3) Problems being faced can be solved, (4 ) Partners are able to understand the importance of financial reports for an institution.

Abstract

In the context of education, the achievement of learning outcomes has an important role as an indicator of the effectiveness of the learning process. This study aims to examine the role of organizational commitment as a mediating factor in the influence of teacher competence and work ethic on learning outcomes. This study involved 31 instructors as the study population and used a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The research findings show that: (1) teacher competence has no significant effect on learning outcomes, (2) teacher competence has a significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) work discipline has no significant effect on organizational commitment, (4) work discipline has an influence significant effect on organizational commitment, (5) organizational commitment has a significant impact on learning outcomes, and (6) teacher competence directly influences learning outcomes through work discipline factors and organizational commitment which are closely interrelated.

Abstract

Education determines a country's development and standard of living. The nation's quality is impacted by the quality of education. Good education is common in developed countries. Good instructors are the source of a good education. Performance of teachers has a significant impact on student achievement in education. This research sought to ascertain the impact of transformational leadership and compensation on teacher performance at the Islamic Foundation for Education Malik Ibrahim Gresik via organisational commitment. A quantitative explanatory technique is used in this study. The following inferences may be made in light of the analysis's findings: Teacher performance is directly impacted by two factors: (1) transformational leadership; and (2) compensation. (3) Organisational commitment is directly impacted by transformational leadership. (4) Organisational commitment is directly impacted by compensation. (5) The performance of teachers is directly impacted by organisational commitment. (6) Transformational Leadership has a direct impact on teacher performance rather than acting as a mediator via organisational commitment. (7) Organisational commitment acts as a mediating factor between compensation and teacher effectiveness.

Abstract

This study is carried out to determine the factors that influence employees' intentions to leave their jobs in firms. The objective is to examine the impact of organizational culture and working environment on turnover intentions, with job satisfaction serving as a mediator. The research methodology employed in this study is quantitative, with a focus on a specific demographic. The sample for this study consisted of 271 employees from a corporation. The research findings indicated that both Organizational Culture and Working Environment have a positive and significant impact on Turnover intention. Organizational Culture also has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, while the Labor Environment does not significantly affect job satisfaction. Working Satisfying has a significant and positive influence on turnover intentions. Organizational culture has a meaningful impact on Turnover intentions through partial employment satisfaction as a mediator, and the working environment has a significant influence on turnover intensities through partial employee satisfaction. This implies that both the work culture and the work environment need to be consistent and comfortable within the organization's setting in order to reduce turnover intention. To achieve this, the company should maintain a consistent organizational culture and commitment, while ensuring that the work facilities are in harmony at the workplace.

Abstract

Ulama sebagai pewaris Nabi memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk terus melaksanakan tugas-tugas kenabian (prophetic) untuk melanjutkan misi Rasulullah saw., dalam membawa risalah Islam yang rahmatan lil ’alamin, menyampaikan ’ilmu pengetahuan, memperbaiki Keimanan dan Ketakwaan serta meluruskan akhlak umat khususnya di Kabupaten Gresik. Ulama adalah orang yang memiliki ilmu yang mumpuni (ulil Albab) memiliki sifat khasyyah, memiliki martabat mulia, banyak zikir, takwa, mencapai derajat iman dan keyakinan yang tinggi, komitmen dengan syariat Islam dan ajaran sehingga membawa dirinya memiliki sifat khasyyah (takut) hanya kepada Allah. Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Kabupaten Gresik sebagai pencetak kader ulama yang unggul dan kontemporer perlu kesungguhan dalam melakukan kaderisasi, Proses kaderisasi yang dilakukan selama ini masih dikelola dengan manajemen biasa, namun telah tertata sistematis dan menggunakan kurikulum yang mengacu pada kurikulum PKU-MUI Pimpinan Pusat. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar proses pengaderan yang dilangsungkan berpijak pada panduan resmi pendidikan kader ulama serta dapat menerapkan manajemen yang baik sehingga dapat menghasilkan PKU, yang berkualifikasi, dan kualitas yang memenuhi kriteria minimal sebagai kader MUI Kabupaten Gresik. Metode Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini; Pertama identifikasi dan sosialisasi program pengabdian PKU bersama MUI terhadap hasil pendidikan kader Ulama selama 3 tahun terakhir. Kedua Pembentukan tim instruktur penyusunan kurikulum PKU-MUI Kabupaten Gresik. Ketiga Penyelenggaraan workshop dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap proses perkaderan di PKU-MUI Kabupaten Gresik. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini seluruh peserta mampu memahami daan menyusun kurikulum sesuai dengan perkembangan pengetahuan dan teknologi terkini. Kemudian, peerta mampu mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi kurikulum yang telah disusun
