In today's business world, many companies experience several obstacles in their business, especially in the world of animal feed business activities. And the prospect of the 2021 poultry industry cannot be separated from the condition of economic fundamentals, as stated by the Government and also Bank Indonesia (BI), which previously experienced a decline, it is hoped that there is optimism that the economy will recover in the second quarter of 2021, growing 5 percent, while BI's projection is around 4. 8-5.8 percent. However, the Indonesian economy has not been able to fully recover, the movement of the economy still depends on its human resources in carrying out its business activities, and also there are problems within the company, such as the workload given by the company to employees and the supervision of their work in operations. Companies in general have a goal to earn operating profits and strive to maintain and develop the viability of the business itself. HR is very necessary in this case to support employee performance so that it remains on the corridor to achieve organizational goals. This study uses a quantitative approach that has a population of all employees and the sample is 75 respondents, which is called a saturated sample. In this study the results show (1) there is a significant effect of Work Life Balance (X1) on employee performance (Y); (2) there is a significant effect of Work life Balance on the Work Environment (Z) on employee performance (Y); (3) there is a significant influence of the Work Environment (Z) on employee performance; (4) Work Life Balance can improve employee performance directly and preferably through the Work Environment as a mediating variable.

Abstract: The presence of food and beverage companies currently have an active role in the world economy, where the existence of such companies did not escape from the large number of funding. The funds obtained from some shareholders. Shareholding itself consists of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and public ownership. This research is quantitative research using observa- tion because it describes the relationships between variables through testing hypothesis. Samples taken from a population with specific criteria. The population in this study i.e. finance report food and beverage companies as much as 70 financial report of the food and beverage companies that are registered in BEI. The results in this study indicates that the managerial ownership variables have no effect on profitability, but institutional ownership and public ownership has an influence on profitability.

Companies must be able to compete, so it requires quality human resources (HR) and technology in the form of applications implemented by the company that can assist in achieving the company's vision and mission. This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of human resources and the Millennium Pharmacon International (SIMPI) Information System Application on the Performance of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the population and research sample of all employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. Surabaya branch as many as 85 people. The incoming data is processed and analyzed using the SPSS-26 program. The results of this study the quality of human resources has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk, SIMPI has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk, and the quality of HR and SIMPI simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk.

Expansion of PT. Petrokimia Gresik, which is getting bigger, requires large human resources as well. On the other hand, there is no permit for additional permanent manpower, while most of the human resources in the Procurement Compartment of PT. Peterokimia Gresik has entered its retirement period and there is no technology transfer for the migration of software used in the company, namely SAP software, so employee performance is ineffective. This study aims to analyze the effect of work effectiveness on employee satisfaction and performance, job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research, with a population and sample of employees who are part of the Service Procurement Department and the Goods Procurement Department at PT. Petrokimia Gresik with a number of 50 respondents. All incoming and appropriate data will be analyzed by smartPLS. The results showed that work effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work effectiveness on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the impact of employee leadership and team member exchange through organizational citizenship behaviour on the employee performance of foreign life insurances. This research uses the purposive sampling method for selection. One hundred sixty respondents are participating in the research used to test the model studied. The data is collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using the SEM AMOS program. This study showed that servant leadership positively affects organizational citizenship behavior, team member exchange, and employee performance. While team member exchange has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, team member exchange has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Subsequently, organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly impacts employee performance. The mediating effect indicated that team member exchange and servant leadership influence organizational citizenship behavior and affect employee performance. The study's results imply that when employees perform beyond their jobs (organizational citizenship behavior roles) and engage in team member exchange, they have quality social communication with the workgroup members. Additionally, employees who work under servant leadership can develop strong personal bonds. Employees with low levels of autonomy in their work can improve performance if mediated by organizational citizenship behavior.

Community service activities are the implementation of the practice of science, technology and cultural arts directly in the community as a dissemination of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and noble responsibilities in an effort to develop community capabilities, so as to accelerate the growth rate of achieving national development goals. The problem that exists in the foundation is that there is no independent effort and only expects donations from donors so that this service aims to provide input and help the Fadhilah Gresik Princess Orphans Foundation in seeking other funding income in managing the Foundation's operations. The implementation will use the method of giving lectures and direct training to administrators and orphans in learning to make handicrafts, and the training participants are administrators and female orphans with a total of 40 participants. The results of community service have been able to provide entrepreneurial motivation independently which is received with a good response, , and have been able to develop the potential of the Fadhilah Gresik Yatim Putri Foundation through handicrafts from Kur and Knitting ropes with real product results, and can provide solutions to income problems. Operational funds, by selling the handicrafts produced, through direct sales through online social media sales, so that later the Fadhilah Gresik Princess Orphans Foundation, can get income other than donors.

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a major challenge for the national fisheries sector in Indonesia. Short and long-term impacts due to the pandemic have the potential to significantly reduce production results from production processes that are not in accordance with the targets requested by the organization, and this results in changes in governance in the organization.” In the last 3 years, during the pandemic, frozen food companies experienced a decline in the performance of their managers since there were changes in existing management governance and also experienced a decrease in motivation through the level of desire to leave the company which was still there and this is supported by recording data regarding the turnover rate for employees. the managers. This study aims to analyze the influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of managers in frozen food companies, through the work motivation of managers, using quantitative methods with a population of 60 managers in frozen food companies with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis. The results of the study show that the influence of (1) Spiritual Intelligence has an influence on the manager's performance; (2) Management commitment has no effect on manager performance, (3) Spiritual Intelligence has an influence on work motivation; (4) Management commitment has an influence on work motivation; (5) Motivation does not affect the manager's performance; (6) Spiritual Intelligence can affect the performance of managers directly, although without going through the mediation of motivation; so from this it shows that the company should pay attention and continue to carry out moral improvement activities such as spiritual activities before work and increase the provision of moral moral guidance to its managers.

Every company certainly wants to achieve maximum performance. The level of performance in the company is a very important benchmark or persona. And the phenomenon that occurs in frozen food companies is a decrease in Manager level performance in carrying out their functions and duties due to changes in behavior, work environment, competencies of Managers in accordance with educational backgrounds and years of service that support their competencies.”"This study aims to analyze the influence of Competence and Intelligence on Manager Performance whether there is a need for Job Satisfaction as a mediation, and this study uses quantitative methods with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis, the population of managers is 60 respondents, and the results of the study show that (1) Competence does not have influence on manager performance; (2) Intelligence has no influence on performance; (3) Competence has no effect on Job Satisfaction; (4) Intelligence has an influence on Job Satisfaction; (5) Job Satisfaction has an influence on performance; (6) Competence can have a direct effect on the performance of managers even without going through job satisfaction, the competencies that have been given by the company are maintained and their human resource development programs are improved, while (7) Intelligence can have a direct effect on the performance of managers but must go through job satisfaction, it is necessary to have trust in managers so that they feel satisfied that their work is appreciated.

ABSTRACTEffect of Tax Planning, Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Size and Company Age on Earnings Management This study aims to find empirical evidence and analyze the effect of Tax Planning, Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Size, and Company Age on Earnings Management (Study on manufacturing companies on the Stock Exchange in 2016-2020). The sampling method used is purposive sampling method with a sample of 285 financial statements as the object of research. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software with a significance level of 0.05. The test results show that Tax Planning and company size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. Company age has a negative and significant effect on earnings management. while Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on earnings management. In general, Tax Planning and company size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. Company age has a negative and significant effect on earnings management. while Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on earnings management.ABSTRAKPengaruh Tax Planning, Corporate Social Responsibility, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Umur Perusahaan Terhadap Manajemen Laba Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh Tax Planning, Corporate Social Responsibility, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Umur Perusahaan terhadap Manajemen Laba (Studi pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI tahun 2016-2020). Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan sampel 285 laporan keuangan menjadi objek penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.05. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Tax Planning dan Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Umur Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Sedangkan Corporate Social Responbility tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba. Simpulan secara umum, Tax Planning dan Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Umur Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Sedangkan Corporate Social Responbility tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba.

Tingkat kemiskinan masyarakat ditandai dengan adanya pengangguran, keterbelakangan, dan ketidak berdayaan. Pemberdayaan ekonomi ditujukan untuk memberikan penguatan bagi masyarakat dalam mendapatkan penghasilan yang memadai, memperoleh informasi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan (skill) sehingga memperoleh peningkatan hasil secara ekonomi. Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini memberikan peningkatan skill masyarakat di lingkungan kecamatan Kebomas melalui pelatihan oleh mitra PT Permana Sidat Indonesia dan dukungan Fasilitasi oleh pihak Kecamatan Kebomas. Output kegiatan ini adalah 1. Terwujudnya peningkatan skill masyarakat tentang budidaya ikan sidat, 2. Tersosialisasikannya peluang usaha berbasis kemitraan, 3. Tersedianya peluang usaha baik sebagai mitra usaha mandiri maupun mitra kerja PT PSI, 4. Terlaksananya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui budidaya ikan sidat.
