Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Samratulangi Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang samratulangi palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Samratulngi palu. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan; (1) Kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Samratulangi Palu dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh Fhitung = 3,235 pada taraf nyata ? = 0.05 atau ? < 0.05. (2) Kompensasi secara parsial terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang samratulangi palu dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 1,454 sementara tingkat signifikasi t sebesar 0,042. (3) Kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Samratulngi palu dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 2,183 sementara tingkat signifikasi t sebesar 0,033.

Abstract

Community service is the implementation of science experience directly in the community. In general, animal husbandry in Sunju Village is directed at realizing advanced, efficient and resilient animal husbandry conditions. Efforts to increase livestock business opportunities, especially the broiler poultry business, require comprehensive regional policy support that can encourage increased productivity, product quality and market competitiveness. This service aims to increase the speed of the process of increasing the ability of human resources in accordance with the growth rate of development and can provide an understanding to laying hens about marketing channels from the farmer level to the final consumer and can also independently analyze the condition of the marketing channel in each channel in Sunju Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency. The method used in this service is a survey to the intended location, interviews and socialization to farmers. The results of the service changed the information data in Sunju Village focusing on product marketing in the marketing channel. The importance of the results of this service is that we are more about the various kinds of marketing channels that exist.

Abstract

One of the supporters of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in improving the economy, especially in the field of tourism destinations, namely the Hospitality Industry. The main objective of the hospitality industry is as a means of accommodation for temporary accommodation for guests who come from various places. In competing in the hotel industry, a strong management structure is needed, especially in the human resources (HR) department. The implementation method is carried out through the dedication and assistance method in the Human Resource Development (HRD) and Engineering Administration departments. The results obtained show that the role of the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) and the Department of Engineering in the hotel industry is an effort to improve the performance and quality of the performance of its employees because they play an important role in the hospitality industry, which aims to increase the productivity of the company's work, because a company can to develop and progress, of course, not only due to capital factors and a strong business strategy, but also great human resources (HR) and also fixing facilities if something is damaged or has an error.

Abstract

To compete in the hotel industry requires a strong management structure, especially in terms of controlling operational costs. Therefore, the company needs a cost control. Cost Control is one component to support the running of business activities in hotel companies. The role played by the cost controller is inventory, supervision and control of hotel spending costs to achieve.

Abstract

This study examines the role of compensation and work environment in influencing employee performance at the Central Sulawesi Province Social Service. This study used a quantitative approach. The population was all employees at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Social Service with 35 people. The determination of the sample used a census technique, which means that the entire population is used as the sample. Data were collected by observing, distributing questionnaires, and tracking secondary data. Data analysis used a multiple regression technique to see the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this study showed that compensation and the work environment simultaneously influence employee performance at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Social Service. Meanwhile, compensation partially does not influence employee performance. On the other hand, the work environment influences employee performance at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Social Service

Abstract

Motorized Vehicle Tax is a tax on ownership and/or control of motorized vehicles. In the implementation of the collection is carried out in the office with Samsat. The SAMSAT Joint Office involves three government agencies, namely: the Regional Revenue Agency, the Regional Police of the Republic of Indonesia, and PT. (Persero) Jasa Raharja Loss Insurance. The Technical Service Unit (UPT) Region 1 Palu SAMSAT has a work unit, namely the Billing and Determination Implementation Unit (PENTAP) which focuses on the billing section and determining the amount of tax bills to be raised. The method used in the preparation of this Final Project will be discussed descriptively regarding the Motor Vehicle Tax Determination Mechanism carried out by the Taxpayer Collection and Determination Unit at the SAMSAT Wil.1 Palu Office.

Abstract

Natural disasters are events or series of events that threaten and disrupt people's lives which are caused by natural or non-natural factors, causing casualties, environmental damage, and much more. (Isa, 2016). The occurrence of natural disasters on the regional economy is of course very influential, especially in changes in food commodity prices. Food commodities are a basic need that is important for maintaining human survival. Food commodities have a very important role in economic, social and political aspects. However, in terms of the economy, food commodity prices in Indonesia often experience price changes, especially for disaster-affected areas. Price changes in food commodities are the biggest contributor to the inflation rate in Indonesia. one of the efforts made to control inflation is to carry out a work program, namely the "Cheap Market Movement" which is the government's effort to control the inflation rate. The government agency that has the task of carrying out government affairs in the food sector is the Food Service of the Province of Central Sulawesi. In carrying out the tasks as intended. In this activity, the author carried out the target of activities in the Permanent Residence (HUNTAP) Layana, Mantikulore District.

Abstract

Kegiatan dalam proses produksi merupakan kegiatan mengelolah bahan baku menjadi barang jadi atau jasa yang siap untuk dijual dan dipakai. Oleh karena itu, dalam proses produksi roti tawar diperlukan perhitungan yang tepat mengenai biaya produksi yaitu penentuan harga produksi, dan penetapan harga jualnya. Roti tawar pada BNS Bakery adalah jenis roti yang banyak diminati oleh pelanggan dan memiliki tingkat penjualan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jenis roti lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam kegiatan proses produksi agar mendapatkan harga jual yang tepat dengan menggunakan metode variabel costing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif deskriptif dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan pengumpulan data selama periode tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode variabel costing didapatkan harga pokok produksi sebesar Rp 11.397 dan untuk penetapan harga jual produksi sebesar Rp 17.095. Dengan perbandingan harga yang ditetapkan oleh BNS Bakery sebesar Rp. 19.500, maka selisih yang didapatkan sebesar Rp 2.405. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga jual yang ditetapkan oleh BNS Bakery lebih tinggi dari perhitungan berdasarkan variabel costing.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan pelaksanaan pengamalan ilmu pengetahuan mahasiswa yang terlibat langsung dengan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada UMKM Kacandipa Teratai di Desa sunju Kecamatan Marawola Kabupaten Sigi, bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai pengendalian persedian bahan baku bagi pelaku UMKM. Memberikan pemahaman tentang perencanaan persediaan bahan baku yang optimal sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih efisien, dengan kata lain tujuan utama dari pengendalian persedian adalah kelancaran proses produksi dan penjualan dengan menggunakan biaya yang sehemat dan seoptimal mungkin. Metode yang dipakai adalah pendampingan kepada ibu-ibu pelaku usaha Kacandipa Teratai. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan bersama ibu-ibu tersebut berhasil meminimalisir pengeluaran, dengan adanya pengendalian persedian bahan baku maka diharapkan sebuah usaha dapat melakukan proses produksi untuk menghasilkan barang jadi yang kemudian dijual atau dipasarkan sesuai kebutuhan atau permintaan konsumen agar perusahaan mendapatkan laba dari penjualan tersebut, sehingga pengendalian persedian dimaksudkan untuk mengoptimalisasi biaya dan menjaga barang yang disimpan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan agar meningkatkan kepedulian mahasiswa terhadap lingkungan sosialnya.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the quality control analysis of processed Rapoviaka Simple chocolate products with total quality control (tqc). The research was carried out through direct observation of all stages of rapoviaka chocolate production, starting from selecting raw materials to the final packaging process. Quality data is obtained through measuring various parameters such as texture, taste, aroma and visual appearance of the product. Quality control analysis is carried out using statistical tools in the form of check sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, control maps c. The research results show that the implementation of TQC is effective in improving product quality. After carrying out analysis using the Simple Rapoviaka Chocolate C Control Map, it can be said to be under statistical control. This is because the defect proportion (CL) value is within the expected range, between the specified UCL (Upper Control Limit) and LCL (Lower Control Limit). In other words, the Rapoviaka Simple chocolate production process is within the established statistical control limits. By paying attention to each stage of production and implementing strict quality controls, variability in products can be reduced significantly. This research provides an important contribution in the context of developing a quality control system in the food industry, especially for processed chocolate products.
