Abstract

This study aims to determine employee perceptions on job satisfaction in generation Z in Palu City. This research uses a quantitative approach with the aim of seeing the relationship between the variables studied. The population of this study was generation Z in Palu City, totaling 35 respondents. The sampling technique on this surveillance uses purposive samplings. This research data collection used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. Based on the results of descriptive statistics and simple regression analysis conducted, there is a positive and significant influence between Employee Perception (X) on Job Satisfaction (Y) of 64.1%. While the remaining 35.9% is explained by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang adaptasi dan kolaborasi bagi Koperasi kota Palu agar mampu menyesuaikan dengan perubahan lingkungan bisnis di era multi disrupsi, kemampuan dan komitmen agar mampu beradaptasi dan berkolaborasi dengan ekosistem bisnis digital, dan menggunakan strategi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam proses dan layanan bisnis di era multi disrupsi. Target dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Pengurus Koperasi Roata Jaya Bersama, Kelurahan Palupi, Kota Palu Sulawesi Tengah. Materi yang diberikan dalam bentuk ceramah dalam bentuk Focus Group Discussion FGD oleh tim pengabdian, dan kemudian berkembang dalam bentuk tanya jawab dan diskusi. Pihak akademisi dan pemerintah terus memberikan motivasi dan pengembangan diri bagi pengurus koperasi kota palu dalam pengelolaan koperasi yang adaptif, mampu berkolaborasi dan berinovasi.Hasil pengabdian menemukan bahwa koperasi kota Palu selama ini koperasi dalam menjalankan usahanya masih menggunakan cara yang tradisional dan belum menggunakan sistem Digital dalam proses pengelolaan usahanya. Adapun Kolaborasi yang koperasi lakukan masih dalam level koperasi primer dengan UMKM, namun belum di lakukan dalam model kerja sama yang terstruktur dan terprogram, sehingga sangat membutuhkan pendampingan. Adaptation and Collaboration Towards Innovative Cooperatives in Palu City  The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge about adaptation and collaboration for Koperasi Kota Palu, to be able to adapt to changes in the business environment in the era of multi-disruption, the ability and commitment to be able to adapt and collaborate with the digital business ecosystem, and use information technology utilization strategies. in business processes and services in the era of multi-disruption. The target of this service activity is the Management of the Koperasi Roata Jaya Bersama, Kelurahan Palupi, Kota Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. The material was given in the form of a lecture in the form of a Focus Group Discussion FGD by the service team, and then developed in the form of questions and answers and discussions. Academics and the government continue to provide motivation and self-development for the Koperasi Kota Palu management in managing cooperatives that are adaptive, able to collaborate and innovate. business management process. The collaboration that cooperatives do is still at the primary cooperative level with MSMEs, but has not been carried out in a structured and programmed cooperation model, so it really needs assistance.

Abstract

Tujuan program pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada 20 orang masyarakat Desa Towale, terdiri dari 7 pelaku usaha kuliner tradisional, 5 yang akan memulai usaha kuliner, dan 5 yang belum memiliki usaha kuliner, serta dihadiri oleh kepala desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan anggota pokdarwis. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai  diversifikasi produk kuliner tradisional dengan sentuhan modern dan memberikan pendampingan untuk pengembangan usaha kuliner tradisional, yang akan mendukung perkembangan Desa Towale sebagai desa wisata.Program pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam 2 tahap: pertama, observasi lapangan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan kendala pelaku usaha kuliner, dan kedua, penyuluhan dan pendampingan dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi FGD oleh tim pengabdian.Manfaat dari program ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada  pelaku usaha kuliner tradisional dalam  mendukung pengembangan desa wisata, meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara. Hasil pengukuran pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa 92% peserta lebih memahami bagaimana mengidentifikasi potensi kuliner dan mengembangkan produk kuliner traditional daerah. Dengan pemahaman ini, diversifikasi produk menjadi faktor penting dalam pengembangan Desa Towale sebagai desa wisata yang terkenal, hal ini memerlukan peran serta dan partisipasi aktif dari seluruh elemen masyarakat dan pelaku usaha wisata di sekitar Desa Towale. The Identification and Development of Traditional Culinary Product Diversification in Towale Tourist Village, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi The purpose of this community service program is to provide knowledge to 20 people in Towale Village, consisting of 7 traditional culinary entrepreneurs, 5 individuals who are starting culinary businesses, and 5 who do not yet have culinary businesses. The program is also attended by the village head, community leaders, and members of the local community development group (pokdarwis). The objective of this program is to impart an understanding of diversifying traditional culinary products with a modern touch and to provide support for the development of traditional culinary businesses, which will contribute to the growth of Towale Village as a tourist destination.This community service program consists of two phases: first, field observations to identify the potential and challenges faced by culinary entrepreneurs, and second, education and support in the form of lectures and focus group discussions (FGD) conducted by the service team. The benefits of this program include enhancing the knowledge of traditional culinary entrepreneurs in supporting the development of the tourist village, increasing the number of local and international tourists visiting, and promoting traditional culinary products. Pre-test and post-test measurements show that 92% of the participants have a better understanding of how to identify culinary potential and develop local traditional culinary products. With this understanding, product diversification becomes a crucial factor in the development of Towale Village as a renowned tourist destination, requiring active participation and involvement from all community members and tourism entrepreneurs in the vicinity of Towale Village

Abstract

Pelaku usaha KTM (Kelompok Tani Mangrove) Baturoko Kabupaten Donggala, terkendala pada pemasaran produk, sebagian besar belum memahami manfaat dari branding, dan rendahnya ilmu pengetahuan tentang digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat yang tergabung dalam KTM Baturoko terkait Branding dan Digital Marketing. Target khusus yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah 20 orang anggota KTM Baturoko, memahami proses pembuatan branding dan menggunakan digital marketing sebagai sarana promosi, terutama dalam design merek produk sehingga mampu secara mandiri mengembangkan usahanya dengan memperhatikan apa yang dibutuhkan dan diinginkan konsumen. Kegiatan abdimas ini menggunakan metode pelatihan, desain merek dan penerapannya, diawali dengan diskusi tentang pentingnya branding, kemudian membuat brand/merek, dan menerapkannya pada produk usaha, selain itu diajarkan cara memasarkan produk menggunakan digital marketing melalui media sosial.  Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi mitra yaitu mitra memiliki tambahan pengetahuan tentang branding, penerapannya adalah memliki logo dan label usaha yang baru untuk mendukung peningkatan penjualan produk usaha mereka agar lebih menarik dan diminati konsumen. Branding and Digital Marketing at KTM Baturoko  The business actors of the Mangrove Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Mangrove) in Baturoko, Donggala Regency, face challenges in marketing their products. Most of them do not yet understand the benefits of branding and have limited knowledge of digital marketing. This community engagement activity aims to provide knowledge and skills to the members of the Baturoko Mangrove Farmer Group related to Branding and Digital Marketing. The specific target for this activity is 20 members of the Baturoko Mangrove Farmer Group, who will gain an understanding of the branding process and the use of digital marketing as a means of promotion, especially in product brand design. This will enable them to independently develop their businesses while considering the needs and desires of consumers. The community engagement activity utilizes training methods, brand design, and its implementation, starting with discussions on the importance of branding, followed by creating a brand and applying it to their products. In addition, they will be taught how to market their products using digital marketing through social media. The results of this community engagement activity have had a significant impact on the partners, as they have gained additional knowledge about branding. They have applied this knowledge by creating new logos and labels for their businesses to enhance the sales of their products, making them more attractive and appealing to consumers.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mengedukasi dan mempelajari keahlian dasar yang berkaitan dengan pendapatan, pengeluaran, tabungan, dan pinjaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan pendampingan pencatatan keuangan. Temuan utama kegiatan ini adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman tentang kecerdasan mengelola keuangan (financial intelligence) di Desa Lero Kecamatan Sindue Kabupaten Donggala disebabkan oleh tingkat pendidikan mereka yang rendah, keterbatasan ekonomi dan lingkungan tempat tinggal sehingga menjadikan mereka kekurangan pengetahuan terhadap keuangan. Implikasi kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) serta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi terkait pencatatan keuangan. Dari kegiatan tersebut diharapkan masyarakat Desa Lero memiliki kecerdasan dalam mengelola keuangan. Financial Intelligence Education for SMEs in Lero Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency The purpose of this activity is to educate and learn basic skills related to income, expenses, savings, and loans. The methods used are lectures and financial recording assistance. The main findings of this activity are the low understanding of financial intelligence in Lero Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency due to their low level of education, economic limitations, and residential environment, which makes them lack knowledge about finance. The implications of this community service activity provide understanding to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and can improve literacy skills related to financial recording. From this activity, it is hoped that the people of Lero Village will have intelligence in managing finances.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of E-WOM (electronic word of mouth) on the facebook social media platform on the level of consumer satisfaction at SMEs Markasku, with purchasing decisions as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative survey approach to 100 active consumers, the data was processed using the structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results indicate E-WOM significantly and positively influences consumer satisfaction, both directly and through mediation of purchasing decisions. Positive reviews on facebook have been shown to increase consumer trust, influence purchasing decisions, and have an impact on increasing consumer satisfaction. In addition, purchasing decisions strengthen the relationship between E-WOM and consumer satisfaction. This study provides an important contribution to the development of digital marketing literature and offers practical recommendations for SMEs to maximize E-WOM as a strategy to increase consumer satisfaction in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Wosu Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Wosu yang berjumlah 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, persamaan regresi yang di dapat adalah sebagai berikut Y = 11.057 + 0,423X1 + 0,426X2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi dan Kepemimpinan seacara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Wosu Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali. Kemudian secara parsial baik variabel Kompeteni dan Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Wosu Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali. Koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,585 yang menunjukkan bahwa 58,5% variabel kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh variabel kompetensi dan kepemimpinan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to partially determine the positive and significant effect of social influence and live streaming on purchasing decisions and to determine the effect of social influence and live streaming simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The research method applied is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were TikTok Shop users who live in Palu City. This study involved 120 respondents as a sample obtained using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form, then analyzed using SPSS 26 with the multiple linear analysis method. The research findings show that social influence has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, live streaming also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, social influence and live straming together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the effects of live streaming, flash sales, and the free shipping tagline on Gen Z consumers impulse purchases of facetology products at Shopee. Research Methodology: Purposive sampling is one of the quantitative sampling strategies used in this study. In this study, the sample comprised 120 respondents. A Likert scale was used as a measurement tool in a questionnaire used to collect data SPSS. Results: The results of this study show that live streaming, flash sales, and the free shipping tagline, both partially and stimulatingly, contribute to and have a positive impact on impulse purchases. Marketing strategies using live streaming, flash sales, and free shipping taglines are effective in simulating impulse purchases, based on an R-squared of 58,9%. Conclusion: This study concludes that interactive promotional tools such as live streaming, limited-time flash sales, and attractive free shipping significantly drive Gen Z consumers’ impulse buying behavior on e-commerce platforms. These strategies enhance consumer engagement and create a sense of urgency that leads to higher spontaneous purchases, particularly of beauty and cosmetic products. Limitations: Sample capacity is one of the limitations of this study. The resulting findings may not fully reflect the behavior of all Shopee users or beauty product consumers in general. Contribution: This research examines Generation Z consumer behavior in e-commerce and provides insights that can be used by marketers to develop effective marketing strategies, particularly through the use of live streaming and free shipping tagline promotions to increase the sales of cosmetics products on digital platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work engagement among staff of the Central Sulawesi Broadcasting Commission, a public agency responsible for broadcast oversight. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observations over six months with five purposively selected informants from a total of ten staff members. Data analysis followed an interactive model involving data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that factors such as simple appreciation, access to modern technology, and participation in special events like elections enhance vigor. Dedication is driven by pride and meaningful work, while absorption is influenced by task urgency, the work environment, and physical condition. The study concludes that both tangible incentives and intangible motivators significantly impact work engagement. It emphasizes the importance of effective workload management and a supportive environment to sustain motivation. Recommendations include improving human resource policies and expanding research scope to include multiple locations and mixed methods for a comprehensive understanding.
