Abstract

Abstrak: Kesehatan kulit merupakan aspek penting dari kesejahteraan santri yang sering terabaikan akibat keterbatasan akses informasi medis di lingkungan pesantren. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan kulit pada santri melalui aplikasi Android DermaKlik. Program dilaksanakan dengan rancangan one group pre-test and post-test design pada hari yang sama, melibatkan 143 santri tingkat menengah atas di salah satu pesantren di Tasikmalaya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode edukasi interaktif dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi DermaKlik. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner berisi 20 pertanyaan yang telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari 56,2 menjadi 78,5 (naik 39,7%), serta skor perilaku dari 60,1 menjadi 82,3 (naik 36,9%). Santri juga memberikan respon positif terhadap aplikasi, dengan lebih dari 80% menilai konten jelas, fitur kuis bermanfaat, desain ramah pengguna, dan integrasi nilai Islami relevan. Program ini menegaskan efektivitas DermaKlik sebagai inovasi edukasi digital yang interaktif dan kontekstual untuk meningkatkan kesehatan preventif di pesantren.Abstract: Skin health is an important aspect of students’ well-being that is often overlooked due to limited access to medical information in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Therefore, this community service program was conducted to improve skin health literacy among students through the Android-based application DermaKlik. The program employed a one-group pre-test and post-test design conducted on the same day, involving 143 high school–level students from an Islamic boarding school in Tasikmalaya. The activities were carried out through interactive educational sessions and training on the use of the DermaKlik application. The instrument used was a questionnaire consisting of 20 items, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 56.2 to 78.5 (a 39.7% improvement) and in the behavior score from 60.1 to 82.3 (a 36.9% improvement). Students also gave positive responses toward the application, with more than 80% rating the content as clear, the quiz feature as useful, the design as user-friendly, and the integration of Islamic values as relevant. This program demonstrates the effectiveness of DermaKlik as an interactive and contextual digital educational innovation for promoting preventive health in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan utama pendidikan dasar adalah rendahnya minat belajar siswa serta keterbatasan guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran inovatif. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, demonstrasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru memperoleh pemahaman baru tentang pentingnya integrasi sains, teknologi, teknik, dan matematika dalam pemecahan masalah nyata. Beberapa guru juga menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam merancang pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan interaktif. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berupa pertanyaan teknis seputar materi, serta observasi kualitatif terhadap guru selama kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi ditunjukkan melalui penilaian post-test sebesar 73 poin, meningkat 1,39% dibanding penilaian pre-test yang mencerminkan keberhasilan program dalam memperkuat kompetensi guru. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam mendorong inovasi pembelajaran yang berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar.Abstract: The main problems in basic education are low student interest in learning and teachers' limitations in applying innovative learning methods. This Community Service Program aims to improve teacher competence through the application of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) based learning. The activities were carried out in three stages, namely socialization, demonstration, and evaluation. The results of the activities show that teachers gained a new understanding of the importance of integrating science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in solving real-world problems. Several teachers also showed an improvement in their skills in designing contextual and interactive learning. The evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire consisting of technical questions about the material, as well as qualitative observations of teachers during the activities. The evaluation results were reflected in a post-test score of 73 points, an increase of 1.39% compared to the pre-test score, which reflects the program's success in strengthening teachers' competencies. This program is expected to be the first step in encouraging learning innovations that have the potential to improve the quality of basic education.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masa nifas merupakan periode penting yang memengaruhi kesehatan ibu dan keberhasilan menyusui. Namun, masih banyak kader ASI yang belum memiliki keterampilan inovatif dalam mendampingi ibu nifas. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader ASI melalui pelatihan Spa Ibu Nifas sebagai inovasi kesehatan sekaligus peluang usaha. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Sidoarjo pada Agustus 2025 dengan melibatkan 40 kader ASI dan 40 ibu nifas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis situasi, penyuluhan, praktik spa nifas, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta setelah pelatihan dengan rata-rata peningkatan ut=ntuk kader ASI 27,7% dan ibu nifas 29,8%. Selain mendukung pemulihan kesehatan ibu nifas dan keberhasilan ASI, program ini juga membuka peluang ekonomi lokal melalui jasa spa nifas.Abstract: The postpartum period is a critical phase that affects maternal health and breastfeeding success. However, many breastfeeding cadres still lack innovative skills to support postpartum mothers. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of breastfeeding cadres through Postpartum Spa training as both a health innovation and an economic opportunity. The program was conducted in Wage Village, Sidoarjo, on August 2025, involving 40 breastfeeding cadres and 40 postpartum mothers. The methods included situational analysis, counseling, practical spa training, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills after the training. In addition to supporting maternal recovery and breastfeeding success, the program also provided potential for local economic empowerment through postpartum spa services.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program Kosabangsa di Desa Oepuah Selatan, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara, dilaksanakan sebagai upaya mengatasi rendahnya produktivitas usaha rumah tangga dan tingginya prevalensi stunting yang dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan akses pangan bergizi dan pengelolaan usaha berbasis teknologi. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, manajemen, dan pemasaran kelompok industri rumah tangga berbasis ikan, serta memperkuat peran Posyandu dalam pengelolaan pangan lokal bergizi dan digitalisasi layanan gizi balita. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, workshop, pendampingan, dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna yang dilaksanakan secara partisipatif. Peserta kegiatan terdiri atas Kelompok Industri Rumah Tangga Nekmese sebanyak 27 orang dan kader Posyandu Desa Oepuah Selatan sebanyak 20 orang. Evaluasi program dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, angket kepuasan mitra, dan analisis capaian indikator kinerja program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial mitra industri sebesar 40% pada aspek produksi dan pengemasan, serta peningkatan penjualan produk olahan ikan sebesar 30%. Pada mitra Posyandu, sebanyak 80% kader mampu mengoperasikan sistem pencatatan gizi berbasis digital secara mandiri, disertai peningkatan kesadaran gizi masyarakat. Program ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan nilai ekonomi produk lokal, memperkuat kapasitas layanan gizi masyarakat desa, serta menjadi model kolaborasi pemberdayaan berbasis teknologi dan potensi lokal yang berkelanjutan.Abstract: The Kosabangsa Program in Oepuah Selatan Village, North Central Timor Regency, was implemented to address low household business productivity and high stunting prevalence resulting from limited access to nutritious food and inadequate technology-based enterprise management. This program aimed to enhance production capacity, managerial competence, and marketing of fish-based home industries, as well as to strengthen the role of Posyandu in managing nutritious local food and digitalizing child nutrition services. The implementation methods included socialization, training, workshops, mentoring, and the application of appropriate technology through a participatory approach. The program participants consisted of 27 members of the Nekmese Home Industry Group and 20 cadres of the Oepuah Selatan Posyandu. Program evaluation was conducted through direct observation, partner satisfaction surveys, and performance indicator analysis. The results demonstrated a 40% increase in technical and managerial competencies related to production and packaging, along with a 30% increase in sales of processed fish products. Among Posyandu partners, 80% of cadres were able to independently operate digital nutrition recording systems, accompanied by increased community nutrition awareness. This program contributes to enhancing the economic value of local products, strengthening community-based nutrition services, and providing a sustainable model of technology-driven and locally grounded empowerment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) kerupuk puli di Desa Jaddih, Bangkalan, masih bergantung pada metode produksi konvensional, khususnya pengeringan dengan sinar matahari, yang menyebabkan waktu proses yang tidak konsisten, adanya risiko kontaminasi, serta kualitas yang bervariasi karena tergantung cuaca. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan keberlanjutan usaha melalui pengembangan alat pengering hybrid berbasis energi matahari dan gas, serta peningkatan kapasitas dan standarisasi pengolahan pangan. Program melibatkan 10 perajin lokal melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan praktis. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui evaluasi kinerja alat, observasi langsung, serta penilaian kualitas produk. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan teknis sebesar 43,3% terkait penggunaan peralatan, peningkatan kesadaran higienitas dan standar BPOM sebesar 25%, serta peningkatan efisiensi produksi pada tahap pengeringan yang mencapai 50%. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi teknologi yang dikombinasikan dengan pengembangan keterampilan mampu memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha pangan industri skala kecil. Abstract: The puli cracker home industry in Jaddih Village, Bangkalan, still relies on conventional production methods, particularly solar drying, which results in inconsistent processing times, risks of contamination, and variable quality due to weather conditions. This community empowerment program aims to improve product quality and business sustainability through the development of a hybrid dryer (solar and gas-based), capacity building, and standardization of food processing. The program involved 10 local artisans through training and practical mentoring. Evaluation was conducted through equipment performance evaluation, direct observation, and product quality assessment. Results showed a 43,3% increase in technical skills related to equipment use, a 25% increase in hygiene and standard BPOM, and a 50% increase in production efficiency during the drying stage. The results of this activity indicate that technological interventions combined with skills development can strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of micro-food businesses.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pecampuran pakan yang masih manual dengan waktu yang lama dan hasil yang tidak homogen menjadi permasalahan dalam peternakan. Tujuan program ini adalah meningkatkan hard skill anggota peternak dalam mengoperasikan mesin pengaduk pakan berbasis ESP32 berkapasitas 100 kg sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pencampuran pakan dari kapasitas 20–30 kg manual menjadi 100 kg per siklus. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan participatory learning and action (PLA) dengan menggunakan 7 tahapan yaitu: (1) kajian dan analisis kebutuhan, (2) persiapan, (3) pembuatan teknologi, (4) sosialisasi dan edukasi, (5) pelatihan, (6) pendampingan dan evaluasi, dan (7) penutupan. Penerapan mesin ini dilakukan kepada 34 anggota kelompok ternak Sumber Mendho Nusantara di Desa Sumberpucung, Kabupaten Malang. Evaluasi menggunakan angket pre-test dan post-test dengan indikator adanya peningkatan hard skill mitra dalam mengoperasikan mesin. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman secara keseluruhan sebesar dari 46,67% menjadi 88,08% dengan rincian sebagai berikut: aspek pengetahuan pakan meningkat 20,11%, aspek teknologi mesin dan produksi meningkat 54,57%, aspek pelatihan dan pendampingan meningkat 54,13%, serta aspek dampak dan keberlanjutan meningkat 36,68%. Pendekatan PLA terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hard skill mitra, khususnya dalam penguasaan teknologi.Abstract: Manual feed mixing, which takes a long time and results in non-homogeneous output, is a problem in animal husbandry. The program aimed to enhance the hard skills of farmer members in operating an ESP32-based feed mixer machine with a capacity of 100 kg, thereby improving feed mixing efficiency from a manual capacity of 20–30 kg to 100 kg per cycle. The implementation method uses the participatory learning and action (PLA) approach with 7 stages: (1) needs assessment and analysis, (2) preparation, (3) technology development, (4) socialization and education, (5) training, (6) mentoring and evaluation, and (7) closing. The machine was implemented among 34 members of the Sumber Mendho Nusantara livestock group in Sumberpucung Village, Malang Regency. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires with the indicator of improved hard skills of partners in operating the machine. The evaluation results show an overall improvement in understanding from 46.67% to 88.08%, with the following breakdown: feed knowledge aspect increased by 20.11%, machine technology and production aspect increased by 54.57%, training and mentoring aspect increased by 54.13%, and impact and sustainability aspect increased by 36.68%. The PLA approach proved effective in improving partners' hard and soft skills, particularly in mastering technology, feed production management, and business sustainability awareness.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masa usia dini merupakan periode krusial dalam perkembangan anak, khususnya dalam aspek mental dan emosional. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menghambat perkembangan tersebut adalah stres yang tidak tertangani dengan baik. Pola asuh yang kurang tepat, konflik keluarga, serta kurangnya pemenuhan kebutuhan emosional anak menjadi pemicu utama gangguan stres. Oleh karena itu, peran keluarga, khususnya orang tua, sangat penting dalam mengenali dan menangani stres pada anak usia dini. Edukasi parenting menjadi sangat penting sebagai upaya preventif bagi orangtua sebagai penguatan peran keluarga dalam menangani stres pada anak usia dini. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan orang tua dalam mengenali, merespons, dan mengelola stres anak secara tepat melalui pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Februari 2025 di TK Dharma Bakti IV, Kasihan, Bantul, dengan melibatkan 37 ibu dari siswa TK. Edukasi diberikan dalam bentuk penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi studi kasus. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan 27% peserta memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang stres pada anak usia dini, yang kemudian meningkat menjadi 95% pada post-test. Hasil ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman orang tua. Kegiatan pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi parenting mampu memperkuat peran keluarga dalam mendukung kesehatan mental anak usia dini melalui pengasuhan yang lebih responsif dan suportif.Abstract: Early childhood is a crucial period in a child's development, particularly in terms of mental and emotional aspects. One factor that can hinder this development is stress that is not properly managed. Inappropriate parenting styles, family conflicts, and the failure to meet a child's emotional needs are the primary triggers of stress-related disorders. Therefore, the role of the family, particularly parents, is crucial in recognizing and addressing stress in young children. Parenting education is vital as a preventive measure for parents to strengthen the family's role in managing stress in young children. The aim of this activity is to enhance parents' knowledge and skills in recognizing, responding to, and managing children's stress appropriately through an educational-participatory approach. The activity was conducted on February 28, 2025, at Dharma Bakti IV Kindergarten, Kasihan, Bantul, involving 37 mothers of kindergarten students. Education was provided in the form of lectures, interactive discussions, and case study simulations. Pre-test results showed that 27% of participants had good knowledge about stress in young children, which increased to 95% in the post-test. These results indicate a significant improvement in parents' understanding. This community service activity demonstrates that parenting education can strengthen the family's role in supporting the mental health of young children through more responsive and supportive care.

Abstract

Abstrak: Workshop penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dengan pendekatan Deep Learning dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih banyak guru kesulitan menyusun RPP yang selaras dengan Kurikulum Merdeka, khususnya dalam merumuskan tujuan berbasis higher order thinking skills (HOTS) dan merancang asesmen autentik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk (1) memberikan pemahaman konseptual tentang pendekatan Deep Learning, (2) melatih guru menyusun RPP berbasis Deep Learning, (3) meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran inovatif, dan (4) memperkuat kualitas pembelajaran SMK agar relevan dengan tuntutan dunia kerja. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui workshop, praktik penyusunan RPP, diskusi interaktif, dan evaluasi menggunakan pre-test, post-test, serta angket. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: 92% guru lebih memahami konsep Deep Learning, 77% lebih percaya diri menyusun RPP, 85% mampu merumuskan tujuan dengan kata kerja operasional tingkat tinggi, serta 77% mampu merancang asesmen autentik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa workshop berimplikasi positif terhadap peningkatan kapasitas guru, sejalan dengan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar dan tuntutan pembelajaran abad 21. Program serupa perlu dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dengan pendampingan lebih intensif agar kualitas pembelajaran vokasi semakin optimal.Abstract: A workshop on preparing Lesson Implementation Plans (RPP) using the Deep Learning approach was held as a form of empowerment for Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in improving their pedagogical competence. The problem faced was that many teachers still had difficulty preparing lesson plans that were aligned with the Independent Curriculum, especially in formulating objectives based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) and designing authentic assessments. This community service activity aimed to (1) provide a conceptual understanding of the Deep Learning approach, (2) train teachers in preparing lesson plans based on Deep Learning, (3) improve teachers' abilities in designing innovative learning, and (4) strengthen the quality of vocational high school learning so that it was relevant to the demands of the world of work. The activity method was implemented through workshops, lesson plan preparation practices, interactive discussions, and evaluation using pre-tests, post-tests, and questionnaires. The results of the activity showed significant improvements: 92% of teachers had a better understanding of the Deep Learning concept, 77% were more confident in preparing lesson plans, 85% were able to formulate objectives with high-level operational verbs, and 77% were able to design authentic assessments. These findings indicate that the workshop had positive implications for improving teacher capacity, in line with the Merdeka Belajar policy and the demands of 21st-century learning. Similar programs need to be implemented sustainably with more intensive mentoring to optimize the quality of vocational learning.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tingginya angka harapan hidup menyebabkan jumlah lanjut usia (lansia) di Indonesia terus meningkat dan berpotensi menimbulkan permasalahan kesehatan seperti penyakit degeneratif, penurunan aktivitas fisik, serta menurunnya kualitas hidup. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan produktivitas lansia melalui pemeriksaan kesehatan dasar, senam lansia, serta penyuluhan kesehatan dengan demonstrasi Gym Chair. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Kabupaten Jayapura dengan melibatkan 26 peserta lansia. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi dan antusiasme lansia dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik. Evaluasi kegiatan ini terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 100% terkait bentuk latihan Gym Chair maupun manfaatnya bagi kesehatan. Pendekatan partisipatif melalui kolaborasi antara akademisi dan mitra sosial terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemandirian lansia untuk menjaga kesehatannya.Abstract: The increasing life expectancy in Indonesia has led to a growing elderly population, which potentially contributes to various health problems such as degenerative diseases, decreased physical activity, and reduced quality of life. This community service activity aimed to improve the quality of life and productivity of the elderly through basic health examinations, elderly exercise programs, and health education accompanied by a Gym Chair demonstration. The activity was conducted at the Tresna Werdha Social Home in Jayapura Regency and involved 26 elderly participants. The results showed an increase in participation and enthusiasm among the elderly in performing physical activities. The findings also indicated a 100% improvement in participants’ knowledge regarding Gym Chair exercises and their health benefits. A participatory approach through collaboration between academics and social partners proved effective in increasing awareness and independence among the elderly in maintaining their health.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) mendorong transformasi peran dosen dan guru pamong dalam pendidikan profesi guru. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital, kemampuan koding dasar AI, dan mindset inovatif melalui Workshop Coding AI bagi 56 dosen dan guru pamong di Universitas Katolik Santu Paulus Ruteng. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis proyek melalui tiga tahap, yaitu pendalaman konsep dasar AI dan logika pemrograman, praktik koding AI berbantuan assistant, serta refleksi pedagogis integrasi AI dalam pembelajaran PPG. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan angket dan wawancara pasca kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan capaian yang sangat baik, dengan 85% peserta berada pada kategori tinggi dalam literasi digital, 83% mengalami peningkatan kemampuan koding dasar AI, dan 86% menunjukkan penguatan mindset inovatif. Peningkatan tersebut tercermin dalam pemahaman konsep AI, pemanfaatan teknologi digital pembelajaran, serta kesiapan mengintegrasikan AI secara kontekstual dan reflektif. Secara keseluruhan, workshop ini berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital dosen dan guru pamong serta memperkuat ekosistem pembelajar yang adaptif dan inovatif di lingkungan PPG FKIP Unika Santu Paulus Ruteng.Abstract: The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has transformed paradigms in education, particularly the roles of lecturers and mentor teachers as key agents in the Professional Teacher Education (PPG) program. This community service program aimed to develop AI literacy and foundational coding competencies through an AI Coding Workshop involving 56 participants consisting of lecturers and mentor teachers at Saint Paul Catholic University of Ruteng. The program employed a participatory, project-based learning approach through three main stages: (1) conceptual exploration of AI and programming logic, (2) hands-on practice in developing simple AI-assisted coding models, and (3) pedagogical reflection on integrating AI into PPG learning and assessment. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of AI concepts, skills in applying AI-based coding tools, and pedagogical awareness of utilizing AI for learning innovation and supervision. This activity not only strengthened participants’ digital competence but also fostered a transformative mindset—from being mere examiners to becoming learning innovators empowered by artificial intelligence. The program serves as a model for enhancing the capacity of lecturers and mentor teachers to face the ongoing digital transformation in education.
