Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini menjadi penting mengingat rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak dalam manajemen pakan masih menjadi faktor pembatas utama produktivitas ternak ruminansia di tingkat petani. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak dalam pengelolaan pakan melalui edukasi berbasis praktik langsung yang melibatkan mahasiswa Program Studi Peternakan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelompok Tani Tungku Mose, Kabupaten Manggarai sebanyak 21 orang, dengan metode kombinasi pretest, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), praktik pencacahan dan pemberian pakan, serta posttest sebanyak 10 soal untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan kompetensi peternak. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peternak dari 45,60% menjadi 98,00 % terkait formulasi pakan seimbang, frekuensi pemberian pakan, pemanfaatan hijauan lokal, serta penerapan teknik pakan fermentasi. Partisipasi mahasiswa dalam pendampingan memperkuat transfer ilmu dan pengalaman lapangan. Kesimpulannya, edukasi manajemen pakan secara langsung dan partisipatif efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran peternak mengenai praktik pakan yang efisien dan berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan dapat mendukung produktivitas ternak ruminansia dan kesejahteraan peternak di NTT.Abstract: This activity is crucial as inadequate farmer knowledge and skills in feed management continue to hinder the achievement of optimal and sustainable ruminant livestock productivity.This study aimed to improve farmers’ knowledge and skills in feed management through hands-on education involving students from the Animal Husbandry Study Program. The activities were carried out at Tungku Mose Farmers Group, Manggarai Regency, total of 21 people, using a combination of pretest, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), practical forage chopping and feeding, and posttest total of 10 questions to evaluate improvements in farmers’ competencies. The results showed a significant increase in farmers’ understanding from 45.60% to 98.00% of balanced feed formulation, feeding frequency, utilization of local forage, and application of simple fermented feed techniques. Student participation in mentoring strengthened knowledge transfer and practical field experience. In conclusion, participatory and hands-on feed management education effectively enhances farmers’ knowledge, skills, and awareness of efficient and sustainable feeding practices. This program is expected to support ruminant livestock productivity and improve farmers’ welfare in NTT.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran digital UMKM melalui pendampingan terstruktur yang mengintegrasikan edukasi, partisipasi, dan praktik langsung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 20 pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner, fashion, kerajinan, dan jasa, dengan 4 UMKM mendapatkan pendampingan intensif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei kebutuhan, workshop pemasaran digital (Branding, Konten, Marketplace, dan Google Maps), serta pendampingan individual sesuai kebutuhan mitra. Sistem evaluasi dirancang secara terpadu melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman, observasi praktik pemasaran digital, serta monitoring lanjutan pascakegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 40%, perubahan praktik pemasaran digital, peningkatan aktivitas unggahan konten, serta mulai munculnya transaksi melalui platform e-commerce. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendampingan pemasaran digital yang aplikatif dan berkelanjutan mampu memperkuat branding, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan kesiapan UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan di era digital.Abstract: This community service program aims to improve the digital marketing capacity of MSMEs through structured mentoring that integrates education, participation, and hands-on practice. The activity was carried out with 20 MSMEs in the culinary, fashion, craft, and service sectors, with 4 MSMEs receiving intensive mentoring. The implementation method included a needs survey, digital marketing workshops (branding, content, marketplace, and Google Maps), and individual mentoring according to the partners' needs. The evaluation system was designed in an integrated manner through pre- and post-tests to measure improvements in understanding, observation of digital marketing practices, and follow-up monitoring after the activity. The results showed a 40% increase in participant understanding, changes in digital marketing practices, increased content upload activity, and the emergence of transactions through e-commerce platforms. This program proves that applicable and sustainable digital marketing mentoring can strengthen branding, expand market reach, and improve MSME readiness to face competition in the digital era.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah Kesehatan mental pada remaja semakin meningkat akibat tekanan sosial, akademik, dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang menjaga kesehatan psikologis. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman remaja mengenai kesehatan mental melalui metode edukasi interaktif berbasis quiz. Sasaran kegiatan adalah warga Kelurahan Cibodas Kota Tangerang , dengan total peserta sebanyak 50 orang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan singkat mengenai kesehatan mental, penyampaian materi dengan media audio visual, serta sesi quiz interaktif untuk memperkuat pemahaman peseta. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest guna mengukur peningkatan pengatahuan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta dari 58,3% menjadi 92,6% yang berkaiatan mengenai tanda-tanda gangguan mental, cara menjaga keseimbangan emosi, serta pentingnya dukungan sosial. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kepedulian remaja terhadap kesehatan mental melalui pendekatan edukatif yang menyenangkan dan partisipatif.Abstract: Mental health issues among adolescents are increasing due to social pressure, academic demands, and a lack of understanding of psychological well-being. This community service program aimed to enhance mental health awareness among adolescents through interactive quiz-based education. The program was conducted in Cibodas Village, Tangerang, involving 50 participants. The implementation included a brief counselling session on mental health, the delivery of educational materials using visual media, and interactive quizzes to reinforce understanding. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test assessments to measure knowledge improvement. The results showed increase percentage from 58,3% to 92,6% in participants’ understanding of mental health indicators, emotional balance, and the importance of social support. This activity proved effective in raising awareness and fostering positive attitudes toward mental health among adolescents through an engaging and participatory learning approach.

Abstract

Abstrak:.Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkuat ekonomi keluarga dan ketahanan pangan melalui pemberdayaan perempuan desa berbasis inovasi pertanian organik. Mitra adalah Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Silih Asih di Kabupaten Karawang yang menghadapi rendahnya pemanfaatan pekarangan dan ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia. Metode mengintegrasikan penyuluhan, pelatihan teknologi tepat guna (ember tumpuk untuk kompos/pupuk cair serta budidaya polybag–vertikultur), pendampingan lapangan, dan penguatan kelembagaan kelompok. Kegiatan melibatkan 50 peserta selama delapan bulan. Evaluasi melalui observasi serta kuesioner pre–post menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan rata-rata 55 poin dan keterampilan praktik pembuatan pupuk organik 68 poin. Sebanyak 70% rumah tangga memanfaatkan pekarangan untuk sayuran/TOGA dan menghemat belanja pangan sekitar 25% per bulan. Penerapan ember tumpuk juga menurunkan volume sampah organik rumah tangga sekitar 40%, serta 85% peserta menyatakan komitmen melanjutkan praktik secara mandiri. Dampak sosial-ekonomi diperkuat melalui pembentukan tiga kelompok usaha perempuan untuk produksi pupuk organik, pengolahan hasil panen, dan pemasaran lokal. Program ini meningkatkan hardskill (kompos/pupuk cair, budidaya pekarangan, perawatan tanaman) serta softskill (kolaborasi, manajemen kelompok, kewirausahaan sederhana) dan layak direplikasi pada desa sejenis.Abstract: This community service program aims to strengthen household economic resilience and food security through the empowerment of rural women based on organic agricultural innovation. The partner group was the Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Silih Asih in Karawang Regency, which faced limited utilization of home yards and high dependence on chemical fertilizers. The implementation integrated counseling, appropriate technology training (the ember tumpuk system for compost and liquid organic fertilizer production, as well as polybag–vertical gardening), field mentoring, and group institutional strengthening. The program involved 50 participants over eight months. Evaluation using observation and pre–post questionnaires indicated an average increase of 55 points in knowledge and a 68-point improvement in practical skills related to organic fertilizer production. Approximately 70% of households utilized their home yards to grow vegetables and medicinal plants, resulting in an average reduction of household food expenditure of about 25% per month. The application of the ember tumpuk system also reduced household organic waste by approximately 40%, and 85% of participants expressed commitment to continuing the practices independently. Socio-economic impacts were further reinforced through the establishment of three women’s business groups focused on organic fertilizer production, post-harvest processing, and local marketing. Overall, the program enhanced both hard skills (composting/liquid fertilizer production, home-yard cultivation, and plant maintenance) and soft skills (collaboration, group management, and basic entrepreneurship) and is considered replicable in similar rural contexts.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program Digitalisasi Desa Wisata di Kabupaten Malang dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital perangkat desa dan kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis), dengan fokus pada penguatan promosi pariwisata berbasis komunitas. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang menempatkan masyarakat sebagai subjek aktif dalam proses transformasi digital desa. Melalui pelatihan intensif, keterampilan digital pengelola desa dalam memproduksi dan mengelola konten kreatif untuk media sosial, khususnya Instagram, mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Pelatihan yang melibatkan 16 perangkat desa dan anggota pokdarwis memungkinkan peserta memproduksi konten secara mandiri dan konsisten, sehingga memperkuat digital branding desa. Selain pelatihan, program ini juga mencakup pemetaan potensi wisata secara partisipatif yang menghasilkan tiga jenis peta digital, yaitu Peta Rupa Bumi, Peta Batas Administrasi, dan Peta Potensi Wisata. Ketiga peta tersebut berfungsi sebagai referensi spasial untuk mendukung perencanaan desa yang lebih terarah. Integrasi data spasial ini selanjutnya dimanfaatkan sebagai konten utama dalam perancangan ulang website desa yang sebelumnya tidak aktif. Sebagai upaya menjaga keberlanjutan promosi, disusun Content Calendar selama enam bulan untuk menciptakan konsistensi unggahan konten, sekaligus memposisikan media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi publik yang strategis.Evaluasi program dilakukan melalui tugas praktik pembuatan konten poster sebagai indikator peningkatan keterampilan peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 87% peserta mengalami peningkatan keterampilan dalam pembuatan konten visual.Abstract: The Digitalization Program for Tourism Villages in Malang Regency was implemented to enhance the digital capacity of village officials and tourism awareness groups (pokdarwis), with a focus on strengthening community-based tourism promotion. The program adopted a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, positioning local communities as active subjects in the village digital transformation process. Through intensive training, the digital skills of village tourism managers in producing and managing creative content for social media particularly Instagram improved significantly. The training, which involved 16 village officials and pokdarwis members, enabled participants to independently and consistently produce content, thereby strengthening the village’s digital branding. In addition to capacity-building activities, the program included participatory mapping of tourism potential, resulting in three types of digital maps: Topographic Map, Administrative Boundary Map, and Tourism Potential Map. These maps serve as spatial references to support more structured village planning. The integrated spatial data were subsequently utilized as core content in the redesign of the village website, which had previously been inactive. To ensure the sustainability of digital promotion efforts, a six-month Content Calendar was developed to maintain content consistency and position social media as a strategic public communication platform. Program evaluation was conducted through practical assignments involving poster content creation as an indicator of skill improvement. The evaluation results show that 87% of participants experienced an increase in visual content creation skills.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program Cahaya Tahfizh merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Nagari Dilam, Kabupaten Solok, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, dengan mitra sasaran anak-anak usia sekolah dasar kelas 3–6 sebanyak 17 orang. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur’an peserta selama bulan Ramadhan melalui pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang menitikberatkan pada pemanfaatan aset lokal masyarakat, seperti sumber daya manusia, fasilitas masjid dan mushala, serta dukungan sosial masyarakat setempat. Sistem evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan desain pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan hafalan Al-Qur’an peserta sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti program selama 14 hari. Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan meliputi peningkatan jumlah hafalan surah, peningkatan nilai median hafalan peserta, serta perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hafalan yang signifikan, dengan nilai median meningkat dari 3 menjadi 7 dan hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan p-value < 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ABCD efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan tahfizh peserta serta mendorong partisipasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal.Abstract: The Cahaya Tahfizh program is a community service activity conducted in Nagari Dilam, Solok Regency, West Sumatra Province, targeting 17 elementary school students from grades 3 to 6 as community partners. The program aims to improve participants’ Qur’anic reading and memorization skills during the month of Ramadan through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which emphasizes the utilization of local community assets, including human resources, mosque and prayer room facilities, and social support. The evaluation system employed a pre-test and post-test design to measure improvements in participants’ memorization after a 14-day program. Indicators of success included an increase in the number of memorized surahs, an improvement in the median memorization score, and a statistically significant difference between pre-test and post-test results. The findings show a significant improvement in participants’ memorization, with the median score increasing from 3 to 7 and Wilcoxon test results indicating a p-value < 0.05. These results demonstrate that the ABCD approach is effective in enhancing Qur’anic memorization skills while fostering community participation and empowerment based on local potential.

Abstract

Abstrak: Karang Taruna Depok merupakan organisasi kepemudaan aktif yang sebagian besar anggotanya bekerja di sektor informal seperti pengelasan, pertukangan, dan usaha bengkel rumahan. Minimnya pemahaman terhadap prinsip Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) mengakibatkan tingginya risiko kecelakaan kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan dasar K3 yang aplikatif kepada 20 pemuda Karang Taruna guna meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan K3. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, praktik penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), dan simulasi keadaan darurat. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test sebanyak 20 soal menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dari 35% menjadi 85%, dengan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek hardskill dan softskill peserta. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pelatihan partisipatif dan berbasis praktik efektif dalam membentuk budaya kerja aman di lingkungan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu menjadikan peserta sebagai agen perubahan yang dapat menularkan nilai-nilai K3 di komunitas mereka.Abstract: Karang Taruna RT.03/RW.10, Sukmajaya Subdistrict, Depok, is an active youth organization whose members are largely engaged in the informal sector, such as welding, carpentry, and home-based workshops. The lack of understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles has led to a high risk of work-related accidents. This community service activity aimed to provide practical basic OHS training to 20 Karang Taruna youth members to increase their awareness and skills in applying OHS. The methods used included material presentations, interactive discussions, hands-on practice with personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency response simulations. Pre-test and post-test evaluations showed an increase in understanding from 35% to 85%, with significant improvement in both participants’ hardskills and softskills. These results demonstrate that participatory and practice-based training methods are effective in building a safety-oriented work culture within the community. This program is expected to empower participants as agents of change who can disseminate OHS values in their environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman jamaah Majlis Pengajian Ummu Salamah Precet, Ngawi, terhadap makna bacaan zikir pagi dan petang dalam bahasa Arab. Selama ini sebagian besar jamaah hanya melafalkan bacaan secara rutin tanpa mengetahui arti dan kandungan maknanya, sehingga praktik zikir cenderung bersifat verbal dan belum menumbuhkan penghayatan spiritual secara optimal. Program pelatihan ini melibatkan 35 peserta perempuan berusia 30-60 tahun dengan latar belakang pendidikan umum dan merupakan anggota pengajian mingguan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui empat tahap, yaitu pengenalan teks zikir dan terjemahan, latihan pelafalan huruf dan lafaz Arab secara benar, pendalaman makna melalui diskusi interaktif yang mengaitkan kandungan zikir dengan konteks religius dan kehidupan sehari-hari, serta evaluasi akhir yang disertai pembagian buku saku berisi tulisan Arab, transliterasi Latin, dan terjemahan Indonesia sebagai media belajar mandiri. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi performa pelafalan, tes pemahaman sederhana berupa sepuluh pertanyaan lisan terkait makna, dan wawancara singkat mengenai pengalaman spiritual peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman terhadap makna zikir, keterampilan pelafalan yang lebih tepat berdasarkan kaidah fonetik dasar, serta meningkatnya motivasi berzikir secara sadar dan terbentuknya suasana kebersamaan dalam majelis, sehingga praktik zikir menjadi lebih bermakna dalam aktivitas ibadah harian.Abstract: This community service program was carried out to improve the understanding of members of the Ummu Salamah Precet Islamic Study Group in Ngawi regarding the meanings of morning and evening dhikr recitations in Arabic. Previously, most participants merely recited the dhikr routinely without knowing its meanings and conceptual content, resulting in verbal practice that did not lead to optimal spiritual internalization. The training program involved 35 female participants aged 30-60, with general educational backgrounds and regular attendance in weekly study sessions. The implementation consisted of four stages: introducing the dhikr texts and their translations, providing exercises on correct articulation of Arabic letters and words, deepening meaning through interactive discussions that linked the content of the dhikr with religious contexts and daily life, and a final evaluation accompanied by the distribution of pocket books containing Arabic script, Latin transliteration, and Indonesian translation as self-study media. Evaluation was conducted through observation of articulation performance, a simple test consisting of ten oral questions related to meaning comprehension, and brief interviews about participants’ spiritual experiences. The results indicated improved understanding of the meanings of the dhikr, greater accuracy in articulation based on basic phonetic principles, and increased motivation to perform dhikr with awareness, along with enhanced group cohesion, thereby making dhikr practice more meaningful in daily worship activities.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kusta merupakan penyakit menular kronis yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Stigma negatif terhadap penderita kusta menyebabkan mereka mengalami diskriminasi dan kesulitan reintegrasi sosial. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan penderita kusta melalui penguatan UMKM dan peningkatan akses pelayanan kesehatan di Panti Rehabilitasi Kusta. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyediaan alat pelindung diri untuk pertukangan, pengadaan obat dan alat medis dasar, serta pembentukan sistem pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada sebagai pengrajin mebelair yang dirawat luka secara rutin. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keselamatan kerja pengrajin mebelair, terfasilitasinya ruang pengobatan yang lengkap, dan terbangunnya sistem pelayanan kesehatan rutin. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas hidup 44 penghuni panti yang terdiri dari 19 kepala keluarga. Keberlanjutan kegiatan PKM dilakukan secara rutin oleh mitra kerjasama lintas institusi. Hal ini terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi masalah kompleks penderita kusta dan diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan penderita kusta yang berkelanjutan.Abstract: Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease that remains a public health problem in Indonesia. The negative stigma against leprosy sufferers causes them to experience discrimination and difficulty in social reintegration. This community service program aims to empower leprosy sufferers by strengthening UMKM and improving access to health services at Leprosy Rehabilitation Center. The activity methods include providing personal protective equipment for carpentry, procuring basic medicines and medical equipment, and establishing a basic health care system. Evaluation was conducted through interviews with furniture craftsmen who regularly treat wounds. The results of the activity showed an increase in work safety for furniture craftsmen, the provision of a complete treatment room, and the establishment of a routine health care system. This program successfully improved the quality of life of 44 residents of the center, consisting of 19 heads of families. The continuation of PKM activities is carried out routinely by institutional collaboration partner. This has proven effective in addressing the complex problems of leprosy sufferers and is expected to become a model for sustainable empowerment of leprosy sufferers.

Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan pengurus MGMP Matematika SMP/MTs Kabupaten Bintan, ditemukan permasalahan mendasar berupa lemahnya manajemen organisasi, belum optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, serta rendahnya integrasi Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) dalam pembelajaran matematika berbasis konteks lokal. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama mitra MGMP Matematika SMP/MTs Kabupaten Bintan yang melibatkan 48 guru matematika. Program ini bertujuan memperkuat manajemen organisasi MGMP serta meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan ESD ke dalam media pembelajaran digital. Kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, workshop, pendampingan, dan implementasi pembelajaran di sekolah mitra. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi serta angket pre (13 butir pernyataan) dan post (28 butir pernyataan) yang mengukur konstruk yang sama, yaitu pemahaman guru terhadap penguatan manajemen organisasi MGMP dan integrasi ESD dalam media pembelajaran digital. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kesiapan guru dalam mengintegrasikan ESD, dari skor rata-rata 3,68 (74%) menjadi 4,45 (89%), atau meningkat sebesar 15 poin persentase. Selain itu, manajemen organisasi MGMP mengalami penguatan yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan koordinasi, kolaborasi, dokumentasi kegiatan, serta pemanfaatan website sebagai pusat informasi dan berbagi media pembelajaran. Guru juga melaporkan peningkatan motivasi profesional dan kepercayaan diri dalam memanfaatkan media digital. Program ini berkontribusi pada penguatan kompetensi guru sekaligus memperkuat peran MGMP sebagai komunitas belajar profesional yang berkelanjutan.Abstract: Based on field observations and interviews with the management of the Mathematics MGMP for Junior High Schools (SMP/MTs) in Bintan Regency, several fundamental problems were identified, including weak organizational management, suboptimal use of information technology, and limited integration of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in mathematics learning based on local contexts. This community service program was conducted in collaboration with the Mathematics MGMP of SMP/MTs in Bintan Regency and involved 31 mathematics teachers. The program aimed to strengthen MGMP organizational management and enhance teachers’ competencies in integrating ESD into digital learning media. The activities included socialization, workshops, mentoring, and classroom implementation in partner schools. Evaluation was carried out through observation and pre- and post-questionnaires consisting of 13 and 28 items, respectively, measuring the same construct: teachers’ understanding of MGMP organizational management strengthening and ESD integration in digital learning media. The results showed an improvement in teachers’ readiness to integrate ESD, with the mean score increasing from 3.68 (74%) to 4.45 (89%), representing a 15 percentage-point increase. In addition, MGMP organizational management was strengthened, as indicated by improved coordination, collaboration, activity documentation, and the use of a website as a central platform for information and sharing learning media. Teachers also reported increased professional motivation and confidence in using digital media. This program contributes to enhancing teacher competence while reinforcing the role of MGMP as a sustainable professional learning community.
