Abstract

The research objective is specifically to determine the influence of the variables Influence of Perceived Benefits, Perceived Convenience, and Service Features on Customer Satisfaction (Case Study on Using the PLN UP3 Palembang Mobile PLN Application)." partially or simultaneously. The research method uses questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. The sample of this research was 80 employees on Customer Satisfaction (Case Study on the Use of the PLN Mobile PLN UP3 Palembang Application). Data processing used SPSS 23 analysis. Testing the data using the t test, that research had an effect on Perception of benefits with t table 0.909 < t count 1.992, Perception of convenience on customer satisfaction with t table -1.851 > t count 1.992, and Service features on customer satisfaction with t table 32,212 > t count 1,992 and Perception of Benefit, Perception of Convenience, and Service Features on Customer Satisfaction with F table 6,0304 < F count 1,992, the common thread of research is that the Influence of Perception of Benefit, Perception of Convenience, and Service Features on Customer Satisfaction requires improving service quality, conducting training for employees and always paying attention to product quality both in terms of service and quality so that customers remain loyal and continuously use the application. Abstract

In an era of competitive banking industry, improving employee performance is essential for company to achieve their strategic objectives. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, training, and career development towards employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, among internship employees at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Palembang. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. The sample consisted of 100 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 through t-test and F-test. The t-test result shows that work discipline, training, and career development did not have a significant partial effect towards employee performance. However, the F-test result at a 5% significance level indicates that these three variables have a significant effect towards employee performance simultaneously. This study provides valuable insights for developing human resource strategies, particularly in strengthening training and career development based on discipline to improve employee performance. The findings may serve as a useful reference for future research and practical decision-making in managing internship employees in the banking sector.

Abstract

Purpose: The performance of government employees called ASN in Indonesia is still considered low by various surveys and data. Factors that are considered to be the phenomenon causing low ASN performance are compensation, discipline, and competence. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of compensation, discipline, and competence on employee performance. Methodology: The research design used is quantitative research. The population of the study was all employees of the General Section of the Kupang City Regional Secretariat totaling 114 employees. All employees were the research sample with a saturated sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaire interviews (Likert scale), observation, and documentation. The research data consisted of primary and secondary data. The data analysis method was multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The results of the study showed a t-value of compensation of 3.283 > t-table of 1.98137. Discipline has a t-value of 5.036 > t-table of 1.98137. The t-value of competency is 2.772 > t-table of 1.98137, and the F-value of 13.263 > F-table of 2.70, which indicates that compensation, discipline, and competency have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Kupang City both partially and simultaneously. The three exogenous variables have a "strong" correlation to performance with an R2 value of 97.9%. Findings: This study highlights the importance of adequate employee compensation, high employee discipline as a professional commitment, and high employee competence to achieve high employee performance. Novelty: This study elaborates on the interaction between compensation, discipline, and competence in the context of employee performance in government organizations. Originality: This study contributes to the literature on employee performance at the Kupang City Regional Secretariat by addressing the gap in understanding these variables. Conclusion: Practical thinking is a recommendation for the Regional Secretariat organization to develop strategies to improve employee performance in accordance with the organization's expectations and goals. Type of Paper: Quantitative empirical research paper.

Abstract

Purpose: Analyse and prove the effect of workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style on the performance of the waste crew of the Kupang City Environmental and Hygiene Service. Methodology: This research is classified as quantitative research. The research population was 103 employees, and the entire population was sampled using the saturated sample technique. The types of research data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, closed questionnaire interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis Results: workload and emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on performance. Performance is not influenced by leadership style. Performance is simultaneously influenced by workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style. The contribution of workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style is 70.2% to performance, which means the correlation between variables is ‘strong’. Findings: The results of this study indicate that the implementation of workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style has been in accordance with the needs of the organization, thus having an impact on employee performance. These three variables need to be maintained and increased exogeneity so that they have an endogeneity effect on employee performance. Novelty: This research contributes to developing comprehensive human resource management science and further research in this field.  Originality: Improving employee performance in government organizations can be done by simultaneously paying attention to aspects of workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style. Conclusion: Employee performance at the Kupang City DLHK  is influenced by workload, emotional intelligence, and leadership style. Type of Paper: Empirical research paper.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Transactional Leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. The Transactional Leadership style emphasizes reciprocal relationships between leaders and subordinates through a system of rewards and supervision, while work motivation serves as the primary driving force influencing teacher productivity. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The sample consisted of 75 teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS V27 software, which included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the t-test results, both transactional leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Furthermore, based on the F-test results, both transactional leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang, with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

Empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a strategic agenda for driving inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. This study explores MSME empowerment strategies through rengginang product innovation in Mainan Village. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case studies, the research highlights various aspects of product development, marketing digitalization, and branding strategies. The results show that product innovation, packaging, and the use of digital technology can improve business competitiveness and sustainability. Continuous mentoring, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and a locally-based approach are key factors in the success of MSME empowerment in this village.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (KKN) was conducted in Mainan Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency, with a focus on branding digitalization strategies for local sewing MSMEs. The home-based sewing business targeted by the program is owned by Mrs. Sandiya, who previously lacked a business identity, such as a brand name, logo, banner, or attractive product packaging. The methods used included surveys and interviews, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation stages included creating the business name "Sandiya Fashion", designing a logo, banner, packaging stickers, and creating social media accounts (Facebook) to expand marketing reach. The results of the mentoring showed increased brand awareness, ease of consumer recognition, and location of the business, and increased product visual appeal. This branding digitalization is expected to strengthen the business identity, expand the market, and encourage MSME sales growth in the technology era.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economy, yet they still face challenges in digitalization. The Thematic Community Service Program (KKNT) in Mainan Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency, aimed to enhance the digital capacity of MSMEs through the use of Google My Business (GMB). The methods used included observation, seminars, training, and evaluation. The results showed that MSMEs were able to create and manage Google My Business (GMB) accounts independently. A case study of the Rengginang Ceu Eem business demonstrated that the business profile was successfully displayed on Google Search and Google Maps with complete information, including the business name, category, address, operating hours, and telephone number. The use of Google My Business (GMB) has been proven to increase business visibility, expand marketing reach, and strengthen consumer trust. This activity significantly contributes to encouraging the digital transformation of MSMEs in villages to be more adaptive to modern market competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Giokindo Indah Lestari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 78 karyawan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, di mana karyawan yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya cenderung memiliki keinginan lebih rendah untuk berhenti. Self-efficacy juga berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, mengindikasikan bahwa keyakinan terhadap kemampuan diri membantu karyawan bertahan di perusahaan. Secara simultan, kepuasan kerja dan self-efficacy memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam menurunkan turnover intention. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan self-efficacy guna mengurangi turnover intention. Temuan ini juga mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) nomor 8, yang berfokus pada pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil analisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yayasan Dhuafa Mulia Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, populasi 110 karyawan Yayasan Dhuafa Mulia Palembang, 110 diambil sebagai sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus product moment, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner/angket. Pengelolaan data menggunakan tools analisis SPSS versi 23. Waktu penelitian ialah sejak Agustus 2022 sampai dengan Januari 2023. Hasil output data diolah dengan SPSS, bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikasi nilai F hitung adalah sebesar 79,309. Sedangkan nilai F tabel didapat dengan melihat pada distribusi F tabel dengan N = 110 signifkan 0,05 serta jumlah variabel independen 3 maka nilai F tabel sebesar 2,690. Berdasarkan perhitungan di atas nilai F hitung sebesar 136,906 > F tabel sebesar 2,690 serta nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 maka H4 diterima dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja serta Kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa (1) Disiplin kerja karyawan dengan mematuhi segala peraturan instansi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yayasan Dhuafa Mulia Palembang (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yayasan Dhuafa Mulia Palembang (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yayasan Dhuafa Mulia Palembang. Dari hasil regresi diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yayasan Dhuafa Mulia Palembang yaitu sebesar 3,162
