Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hambatan-hambatan dalam mempromosikan inklusivitas, pemahaman budaya, keterlibatan masyarakat, dan kebanggaan masyarakat di daerah terpencil. Masyarakat terpencil menghadapi tantangan yang unik, termasuk isolasi geografis, sumber daya yang terbatas, dan hambatan budaya, yang menghalangi pencapaian tujuan-tujuan tersebut. Dengan mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan ini dan mengkaji strategi yang berhasil, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi untuk menciptakan masyarakat terpencil yang inklusif dan terhubung. Pendekatan metode campuran digunakan, menggabungkan data kualitatif dari wawancara dan studi kasus dengan data kuantitatif dari survei. Hasilnya menyoroti berbagai hambatan seperti isolasi geografis, keragaman yang terbatas, hambatan bahasa, dan kesenjangan sosial ekonomi. Kurangnya paparan terhadap budaya yang beragam, pelestarian nilai-nilai tradisional, dan stereotip diidentifikasi sebagai tantangan terhadap pemahaman budaya. Keterbatasan infrastruktur masyarakat, akses terhadap pendidikan dan informasi, dan keterlibatan yang berarti dalam proses pengambilan keputusan ditemukan berkontribusi terhadap terbatasnya keterlibatan masyarakat. Kurangnya kebanggaan masyarakat ditemukan berdampak pada kohesi sosial dan pengembangan masyarakat. Strategi yang berhasil termasuk inisiatif yang dipimpin oleh masyarakat, program pertukaran budaya, program peningkatan kapasitas, dan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Dengan mengatasi hambatan-hambatan ini dan menerapkan strategi-strategi tersebut, masyarakat terpencil dapat mendorong inklusivitas, pemahaman budaya, keterlibatan masyarakat, dan kebanggaan masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil pengaruh etos kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di yayasan pendidikan kamiliyah Palembang, baik secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptip, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan statistik melalui program SPSS 25 for windows. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Guru Yayasan Pendidikan Kamiliyah Palembang, diambil menajdi Sampel sebanyak 74 responden. Pengujian data menggunakan uji t, bahwa etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan t hitung sebesar 5.030 > ttabel 1.994, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan t hitung sebesar 9.807 > ttabel 1.994 dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan t hitung sebesar 3.120 > 1.994 dan etos kerja, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru dengan F hitung 84.374 > 2.736. Hasil penelitian bahwa etos kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru yayasan pendidikan kamiliyah palembang baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

This research was aimed to investigate the impact of the attitude of trustful, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive and collaborative on the employee’s motivation partially as well as simultanously. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative by using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this research was all employee of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. There were 145 persons taken as the sample that was determined by using slovin equity. The data was analyzed by using instrument analysis (validity and reliability test), regression test (multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination) and hypotheses analysis (t test and F test). The data was analyzed in terms of normality analysis, multicolinearity test and heteroscedastisity test as well. The result of the research showed that the t value of each variable (trustful, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive and collaborative) > t distribution table, so there was a significant influence of each attitude on the the employee’s motivation, and the t value of harmonious < t tabel so there was no a significant influence on the the employee’s motivation, the F value of (trustful, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive and collaborative) > F table so there was a simultaneous significant influence on the the employee’s motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of organizational climate, leadership, and motivation on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method by multiple linear regression analysis tests. The sample in this study is the employees who are in the PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang. The results showed that the value of the calculated organizational climate variable T (4,540) > T table (1,969) means that there is an influence between the organizational climate of the employee performance, the value of the calculated leadership variable T (8,040) > T table (1,969) means that there is an influence between the leadership of the employee performance, the value of the calculated motivation variable T (9,999) > T table (1, that there is an influence of the organizational climate, leadership, and motivational variables on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Produk, Premi, Lokasi dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Polis Asuransi Kendaraan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier berganda. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Produk, Premi, Lokasi dan Promosi sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Keputusan pembelian produk Asuransi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel produk terhadap keputusan nasabah 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), yang berarti pengaruh yang diberikan oleh produk cukup besar. Variabel premi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 kurang dari 0,05 (0,003 < 0,05), yang berarti pengaruh yang diberikan oleh premi cukup besar. Variabel lokasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,996 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,97993 (2,996 > 1,97993). Variabel promosi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,256 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,97993 (2,256 > 1,97993).Variabel produk, premi, lokasi dan promosi secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Effect of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy on Customer Satisfaction Woman at Osbond Gym Palembang. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula so that the total number of 93 samples was aimed at respondents who exercised at Osbond Gym Palembang. Data retrieval was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis method used in this study is the multiple regression analysis method with the application of SPSS Statistics 23. The study's results based on a partial test (t-test) showed that tangible significantly affected customer satisfaction with a signification value of 0.038 < 0.05. Reliability significantly affected customer satisfaction with a signification value of 0,000 < 0.05. Responsiveness substantially affects customer satisfaction with a signification value of 0.027 < 0.05. Assurance significantly affected customer satisfaction, with a signification score of 0.012 < 0.05. Empathy substantially impacted customer satisfaction with a signification value of 0,000 < 0.05 tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in the simultaneous test (F test) together significantly impacted customer satisfaction with a signification value of 0,000 < 0.05. The Coefficient of Determination test result was obtained by Adjusted R Square of 0.444, which showed that the dependent variable (Y) of 60.2% was influenced by the independent variable (X). The remaining 39.8% was affected by factors yet to be studied in this study. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa tangible berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,038 < 0,05. reliabilty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Responsiveness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,027 < 0,05. Assurance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,012 < 0,05 dan Emphaty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty dalam uji simultan (uji F) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,444. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel dependen (Y) sebesar 60,2% dipengaruhi variabel independen (X), sedangkan 39,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

South Sumatra has several traditional musical instruments in the form of Burdah OKU, Gong, Kolintang, Flute, Gambus, Trumpet, Weaving, Genggong, Tambourine, Kenong Basemah. In this research, an application for recognizing traditional South Sumatran musical instruments has been designed and implemented by utilizing Augmented Reality technology. Augmented Reality is a combination of real objects and virtual objects that run interactively in real time. With the existence of technology in the form of Augmented Reality, it will facilitate the process of recognizing information and displaying objects of traditional musical instruments in South Sumatra. This research aims to help reintroduce residents to increase their knowledge of traditional musical instruments in South Sumatra. The software development method used to design and implement traditional musical instrument recognition applications is the Rational Unified Process method. Application testing is carried out using black-box testing and user testing. User testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Marfu'ah to grade 5 students. User satisfaction testing was calculated using a Likert scale and the results of the questionnaire questions obtained had a final score of 91% which was included in the strongly agree category

Abstract

Scheduling has a division of time based on a work sequence arrangement plan in the form of a list or table of activities or an activity plan with a detailed division of implementation time which is very necessary in carrying out institutional/company business processes. It is important to note the complexity of the process in scheduling appropriate subjects from various perspectives, both teachers, students and classrooms. Provision of teacher teaching schedules based on abilities in the field of subjects, suitable time each semester is very important to consider for very complex schedule arrangements, the number of classrooms that can be used in teaching activities is relatively small, and preventing teacher teaching conflicts so that the need for optimization of eye scheduling lesson to be made. Furthermore, at the stage of application development using the Waterfall method. The purpose of this research is to build a lesson scheduling application at SMPIT Mufidatul Ilmi by applying the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to compile lesson schedules. Particle Swarm Optimization is a population-based algorithm that exploits individuals in search. In PSO the population is called a swarm and individuals are called particles. Each particle moves at a speed adapted from the search area and stores it as the best position ever achieved. Design analysis includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results of this study provide several primary data (service) features, especially features to provide scheduling results from processing with the PSO algorithm

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh Kompetensi dan Komunikasi Perangkat Desa terhadap Penyaluran Dana BLT yang dimediasi oleh Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Studi pada Desa Talang Kemang, Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin Tahun 2022). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian Deskriptif, dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Rakyat(BPD), dan Tim Pengawas Desa Talang Kemang Kecamatan Rantau Bayur, Kabupaten Banyuasin yang berjumlah 55 Orang . Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Variabel Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pelaksanaan BLT. Variabel Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pelaksanaan BLT. Variabel Pengelolaan Dana Desa mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan BLT. Variabel Kompetensi dan Komunikasi secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Dana Desa. Variabel Kompetensi, Komunikasi, Pengeloaan Dana Desa secara simultan atau bersama-sama tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pelaksanaan BLT.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is none other than how the communication strategy carried out by the management of BPR Grazia in facing competition from its competitors. This research was conducted with the intention of analyzing marketing communication strategies in an effort to improve the marketing of BPR Grazia Credit products. The method used is qualitative descriptive with interview techniques and field observations of the Three informants determined through purposive sampling techniques of Commissioners, Branch Heads, Executive Officers and 2 Marketing Staff of BPR Grazia as key informants. With this, researchers try to discuss the efforts that have been and are being carried out by BPR Grazia in its efforts to market banking service products to the wider community, marketing strategies that are applied by the small BPR Grazia so that it can continue to 'survive' and continue to develop into a large and solid bank. From the results of the research analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the marketing communication element where the outline consists of Executive Officers, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct and internet marketing has been carried out by BPR. Overall, BPR Grazia has implemented a good communication strategy to increase sales of its credit products in order to achieve the Bank's Business Plan (RBB) target which has been prepared and approved by the Financial Services Authorit.
