Abstract

This research discusses the potential of community-based tourism and management strategies for the Komunitas Peduli Ciliwung Kedung Sahong (KPC Kedung Sahong) tourist destination. The destination was established during the COVID-19 pandemic and focuses on environmental conservation, community empowerment, and sustainable services to tourists. Despite achieving significant progress, challenges such as the lack of facilities and government support persist. The research aims to understand the participation of the local community in destination development, environmental sustainability, and local economic empowerment. The concept of potential for community-based tourism is applied in developing the KPC Kedung Sahong tourist destination in South Jakarta. The potential includes local resources, tourist attraction development, community participation, and sustainable improvement and development. Community-based tourism allows active participation of the local community in destination management and development. The research uses a qualitative method with a SWOT approach to evaluate destination development's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The article discusses the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in the KPC Kedung Sahong Tourist Destination in South Jakarta, emphasizing the involvement of the local community. The research also highlights the importance of periodic evaluations to ensure the sustainability and success of the community-based tourism concept. The article also includes a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in destination development

Abstract

This research is entitled Reward and Punishment System at Alfamart Said Sudirman. This research was conducted to examine the implementation of reward and punishment systems at Alfamart as one of the main players in the minimarket industry in Indonesia. The location of this research was conducted on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman, Sahid City Complex, Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. With a focus on the effectiveness of these strategies in motivating employees and managing rule violations, this study aims to provide an in-depth picture of Alfamart's efforts in maintaining employee performance amid fierce competition. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research, involving observation and interviews with HRD Alfamart to obtain the information needed to compile research. The results showed that Alfamart implemented a reward strategy in the form of rewards for employee achievements and punishment in response to violations of rules. The conclusions and suggestions provided emphasize the importance of communication, transparency, and periodic evaluation in the implementation of both strategies.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing indicators that can have a significant impact on employee performance in the organizational environment of PT Idea Indonesia Tbk. The main focus involves several aspects such as work environment, work motivation, and management support as key elements that play an important role in shaping and influencing employee productivity. This study uses quantitative methods to determine how much influence the variable (X), namely performance indicators and variable (Y), namely company employees at PT Idea Indonesia Tbk. The data obtained was analyzed with multiple linear regression tests. As such, this study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the dynamics involved in improving employee performance. The results of research on performance indicators on employees have an F-test obtained F count of 3, 540 which states that all variables significantly affect the dependent variable (employee).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Marketing Mix at the Bojong Karnival tourist attraction to increase Visiting Interest. This research data uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis with the IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results of this study show that the identified marketing mix on Bojong Carnival tourist attractions has been implemented. Marketing mix that has been implemented are products, prices, places, promotions, physical evidence, people, and processes. The IFAS Matrix shows a scor 3,06 from the total strength-weakness factors, while the EFAS Matrix shows score 2,92 from the total opportunity-challenge factors. The scors from the IFAS Matrix is used as the x and the value from the EFAS Matrix is used as the y in the IE Matrix which shows the marketing mix of Bojong Karnival located in cell IV, described as Growth and Build. SWOC matrix shows that Bojong Karnival's position is in Quadrant 1, which means it is in a strong position and has opportunities. The Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Challenge matrix is used as a tool to create a development model for marketing mix strategies by looking at 4 alternative strategies, SO Strategy, WO Strategy, SC Strategy, and WC Strategy to increasing interest visiting in Bojong Karnival.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the environmental impacts that may occur in the Old City of Jakarta Tourism and its impact on environmental sustainability in the area. The research methods used were field surveys, interviews, and data analysis using SWOC. Research findings show that tourist activities in the Old City of Jakarta have a significant impact on the environment, including waste management, building conservation, tourist behavior and community participation. These impacts can affect the sustainability of Jakarta's Old City tourism, and can also threaten the sustainability of Jakarta's Old City tourism if not handled quickly and appropriately. Therefore, recommendations are given to implement mitigation and sustainable management measures to minimize negative impacts and increase environmental sustainability in Jakarta's Old City Tourism.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of work motivation and the Reward system on employee performance at a travel agent in the Menteng area. The research method used is quantitative. This study uses primary data using a questionnaire which is then distributed to respondents, namely 10 employees who are at Travelinn. Data collection is also by direct observation. Descriptive statistics are used to provide an overview of data from work motivation variables, reward systems and employee performance, as well as the distribution of items from each variable. The inferential analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression involving the t test and F test. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the Reward system also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is recommended to travel agent management to focus on work motivation factors and reward systems that can improve employee performance. This research also confirms the importance of paying attention to motivational and reward factors in achieving organizational goals in the travel industry.

Abstract

This research focus on trend analysis and tourists’ purchasing interest at souvenir center of the Ragunan zoo wildlife park. The research title chosen because souvenir center have has attraction potential that significant for visitors. and understanding factors that influence purchasing interest and tourists trend can provide the important insights for souvenir center management. Methodology that used is qualitative descriptive with analytical approach SWOC, involving observation and literature review. Problem Formulation includes an understanding of economic factor, social motives, that influence purchasing interest, impact of Anggrek park Ragunan to the trends of ornamental plant collection trends, and SWOC analysis to identify strengths, weakness, opportunities, and challenges in Ragunan souvenir center. This research aims to provide contribution to improve management and interest of souvenir product at this tourist destination.

Abstract

This research entitled “Human Resource Management at Mie Gacoan Jatiasih” wants to know how the human resource management system in Mie Gacoan Jatiasih. The purpose of the research is to find out the human resource management system at Mie Gacoan Jatiasih. The research was conducted on Jl. Wibawa Mukti, RT03/RW08, Jatiasih, Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative, with a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOC analysis. Data collection through field observations, interviews with resource persons, and previous research for reference in this study. The result of the research is that the management of Human Resource Management at Mie Gacoan Jatiasih has not been optimal in its development. The company needs to conduct further supervision related to employee performance must be in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, because according to the results of observations that the human resources of Mie Gacoan Jatiasih still have not reached the standards provided by the company, especially in terms of customer service which will affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The title of this research is the identification of facilities in Bogor City Square as an indicator of visitor satisfaction. Research on the identification of facilities in Bogor City Square as an indicator of visitor satisfaction has a significant impact on the management and development of these tourist destinations. In the era of fierce competition in the tourism industry, a deep understanding of the factors that influence visitor satisfaction is the main key to the success of a tourist attraction. This research directly contributes to efforts to improve service quality in Bogor City Square, which in turn can increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of the destination. The place of this research is in Bogor City Square. The research method uses qualitative research. The data used are primary and secondary. The results showed that the diversity of facilities, involving a variety of attractions, activities, and services, provides a richer tourist experience and suits the needs of various visitor segments. Such diversity proved to be a key factor in creating an inclusive atmosphere and flexibility for visitors to customize their visit. The diverse facilities in Bogor City Square make a positive impression and motivate visitors to plan repeat visits and give positive recommendations to others.

Abstract

Tourism has an important role in the Indonesian economy, including in Bogor which has attractive natural tourism potential. One of the natural tourist destinations in Bogor is Curug Leuwi Hejo in Cibadak Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency. This study aims to examine the experience of tourists visiting Curug Leuwi Hejo and analyze the 5A strategy carried out by the manager to improve the tourist experience. The research method used is qualitative with observation techniques and interviews with tourists. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative and SWOC analysis. The results showed that Curug Leuwi Hejo has the potential for natural attractions that attract tourists. In addition, the manager has also provided adequate accommodation for tourists. However, there are limitations in infrastructure development and destination promotion. Therefore, a more optimal development strategy is needed to improve the tourist experience in Curug Leuwi Hejo. In conclusion, this study provides guidance for destination managers, government, and local communities in optimizing the 5A strategy for Curug Leuwi Hejo tourism development. Further research can be carried out with different methods and instruments to obtain more accurate results.
