The purpose of writing is to determine the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on issuers that invest and an increase in the number of issuers investing in the capital market each period, whether it has increased or decreased. The research method is field research (field research) using a qualitative approach, which is to try to describe and explain and collect detailed information using data collection procedures during the case occurred. The data collection technique used is by interviewing and using secondary data found on the website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The results of the study, it can be concluded that the Regulation from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) is to ensure the safety of investors in investing, and the number of issuers investing is still experiencing a decline, this is because the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) office does not only focus on supervision and regulation of the service industry. finance but also carry out the function of education and protection of financial consumers, such as the rampant illegal investment offers that are quite unsettling to the public.

This research was conducted in the City of Bukittinggi, with the aim of research to determine the effect of general allocation funds on regional expenditures and to determine the effect of regional original income on regional expenditures as well as to determine and analyze the effect of general allocation funds and regional original revenues together on regional expenditures in Bukittinggi City period. 2016-2020. The research method is descriptive and quantitative data analysis with multiple linear analysis, with the help of SPSS 16 software testing. The research findings and the results of the general fund allocation variable have a significant effect on regional spending in Bukittinggi City, with the results of the statistical t test Tcount > Ttable with a significant value of 0.040 < 0, 05, the local original income variable has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure with the result that the value Tcount > Ttable is significant 0.019 and the variable general allocation fund and regional original income simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on regional expenditure in Bukittinggi City in 2016 to 2020 at the value of Tcount > Ttable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolan zakat baik masa Khalifah Abu Bakar sampai sekarang dalam rangka meningkatkan ekonomi ummat, manfaat penelitian mengetahui sebesar apa kontribusi zakat bisa meningkatkan ekonomi ummat dan mengentaskemiskinan. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik literature review dengan ulasan kritis dari teori-teori yang ada. Temuan penelitian dimana zakat yang dikelola dengan manajemen zakat profesional dengan prinsip Good Corporate Governance terdiri dari empat prinsip, yaitu keadilan (fairness), transparansi (transparancy), akuntabilitas (accountability), dan tanggungjawab (responsibility). Hasil penelitian, manajemen zakat dapat meningkatkan ekonomi ummat dan berperang menyumbang sebesar 29,76% dari APBN tahun 2022.

Banuhampu is a small sub-district within Agam Regency. Based on observational data, before the establishment of the State Islamic Institute (UIN SMDD) Bukittinggi, the socio-cultural life of the community was still underdeveloped and unwilling to accept change, furthermore, their income was still low due to their livelihood as farmers, and the level of education at the tertiary level was still low. Many of their children who had graduated from high school/vocational school preferred to continue their education outside the area, such as Padang, and also preferred to work rather than continue their education. However, after the establishment of the UIN SMDD College, the level of education at the tertiary level has increased. This article aims to explain the impact of the presence of the UIN SMDD Bukittinggi campus on socio-cultural changes and income in Kubang Putiah. The method used is observational methods with qualitative research, as well as library studies in the form of literature studies. In addition to the increased level of education and changing the socio-cultural structure, the presence of the UIN SMDD campus also affects economic activities, namely local residents who live near the campus have new jobs as traders and build boarding houses and other economic activities so that they can increase their income. This research is limited to the community in Nagari Kubang Putih. It also uses the theoretical approach of William Fielding Ogburn (W.F. Ogburn).

Indonesia, renowned for its strong philanthropic culture rooted in traditions like gotong royong and Islamic giving (zakat), paradoxically faces persistent poverty affecting over 60% of its population. This study explores the complex interplay between generosity and economic disparity in Indonesia by reviewing literature on financial inclusion, digital inequality, and poverty alleviation strategies. Despite notable economic growth and extensive charitable activities, structural issues such as unequal access to education, healthcare, and financial services particularly in rural areas continue to hinder inclusive development. The research highlights the limitations of traditional charity in addressing long-term poverty and underscores the importance of integrated approaches that combine government policy, technological advancement, financial literacy, and community empowerment. Strengthening digital infrastructure, expanding access to financial services, and supporting small and medium enterprises are identified as crucial pathways toward reducing inequality. The study concludes that aligning Indonesia’s philanthropic spirit with inclusive development strategies is essential to achieving sustainable poverty alleviation and economic resilience.

Every bank operating, including Islamic commercial banks, has the potential to experience the risk of fraud. Fraud cases that occurred in Islamic Commercial Banks from 2022 to 2024. This study aims to analyze the influence of Sharia compliance indicators, measured by the Islamic Income Ratio (IIR), Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR), Islamic Investment Ratio (IsIVR), and Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR), on fraud. Secondary data sources were taken from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website, where 14 Sharia Commercial Banks submitted complete financial reports to the OJK for a three-year period. This resulted in a sample of 40 selected using a purposive sampling method. The analysis was conducted using panel data regression with Eviews 12. The results showed that IsIVR had a positive effect on fraud, while IIR, PSR, and ZPR did not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables had a positive and significant effect on fraud in Sharia Commercial Banks

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain evaluatif untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di Kota Padang Panjang, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara struktural dengan perwakilan perusahaan, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat penerima manfaat, serta studi dokumen untuk menganalisis dokumen resmi dan laporan kegiatan CSR. Populasi melibatkan seluruh perusahaan dengan program CSR di Kota Padang Panjang dan masyarakat setempat, dengan pemilihan sampel berdasarkan signifikansi dan representativitas. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif, menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan wawasan mendalam dan kuantitatif untuk mendukung temuan dengan statistik. Hasil penelitian menyoroti efektivitas program CSR dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi lokal, dengan penilaian berdasarkan pemberdayaan ekonomi, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dukungan terhadap UMKM, infrastruktur, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Dampak program CSR pada ekonomi wilayah dievaluasi melalui peningkatan lapangan pekerjaan, pertumbuhan usaha kecil, dan perkembangan infrastruktur. Partisipasi masyarakat dianggap krusial, dengan penekanan pada keterlibatan dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Tantangan yang diidentifikasi melibatkan keterbatasan sumber daya lokal, ketidakpastian sosial ekonomi, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat, dan kompleksitas peraturan. Solusi diusulkan, termasuk pengelolaan sumber daya yang efisien, perencanaan yang adaptif, kampanye kesadaran masyarakat, dan kerja sama dengan pemerintah lokal. Perbandingan hasil penelitian dengan praktik terbaik CSR di wilayah serupa membuka peluang untuk mengeksplorasi inovasi, partisipasi masyarakat, pembangunan infrastruktur, keberlanjutan, dan pengukuran kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap literatur CSR dengan menggali efektivitas program CSR dalam konteks ekonomi wilayah, memberikan wawasan praktis, best practices, dan solusi untuk tantangan lokal. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini berpotensi memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kontribusi program CSR terhadap pembangunan ekonomi di Kota Padang Panjang, Sumatera Barat, dengan implikasi praktis dan kontribusi literatur yang dapat menjadi acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya

This research aims to examine the communication strategies of nagari government officials in resolving nagari market management problems in Agam Regency. Agam Regency has many traditional markets spread across several regions. One of them is Rabaa Market which is located in Nagari Padang Tarok District. Baso, Agam Regency. The market is located on the side of the road connecting Bukittinggi-Payakumbuh-Pekan Baru. There are various problems, including administrative problems regarding ownership of the market land, and there is a tug-of-war regarding land ownership status between the local community and the Agam Regency Government, which in this case is the Nagari Padang Tarok Government, which becomes an obstacle in developing market management. The method used in this research is the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm communication model and the Swot Analysis method. The problem of asset ownership status and the status of Pakan Rabaa Nagari Padang Tarok is still unresolved and still triggers disputes . The results of this research found that the communication strategy used was the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm model of communication approach , which was very effective in resolving Nagari market disputes.

This study discusses the determination of marketing strategies based on internal and externaldata of the company. BPR Rangkiang Aur, using a descriptive approach to bankfunding from 2013 to 2017, with a population of 10 bank employees and 20 customers aswell as samples. Determination of marketing strategies using the SWOT analysis method.Data from internal companies come from the leadership, staff and employees of thecompany. Pembangunan ekonomi di negara berkembang tidak terlepas dari pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan di pedesaan, dengan mengedepankan perlindungan terhadap lingkungan dan menjaga ekosistem dipedesaan, agar tidak terjadi urbanisasi keperkotaan, seperti apa yang telah dilakukan negara-negara belahan dunia sebelum ini. Untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan masyarakat dipedesaan sesuai dengan tujuan pembangunan ekonomi oleh pemerintah, untuk itu pemerintah perlu terlibat bagaimana menciptakan proyek-proyek pembangunan dipedesaan dengan melibatkan masyarakat pedesaan serta tetap mempertahankan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode literatur yang ada dan melihat perkembangan beberapa tahun kedepan, dengan tujuan agar tercipta program-program pembangunan untuk masyarakat pedesaan dengan mamaparkan leteratur yang ada. Pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan, pemerintah perlu mendorong atau menciptakan proyek-proyek pembangunan dengan melibatkan masyarakat dipedesaan, serta mendukung hasil-hasil produk pedesaan dan membantu sumber pendanaan maupun pemasaran, kemudiam memperkuat kelembagaan dipedesaan.
