Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure and Good Corporate Governance on financial performance. The research method used is quantitative research. The object of this research is Islamic commercial banks registered with OJK in 2020-2022. The sample selection used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 13 Islamic commercial banks. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from the Financial Services Authority website and the websites of each Islamic commercial bank. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows 25 software application. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, where the more Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure increases, financial performance increases and Good Corporate Governance has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, where the more Good Corporate Governance increases, financial performance increases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between Price Earning Ratio and Risk (Beta) on Stock Returns. The research method used is quantitative research. The object of this research is Mining Industry Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The sample selection used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 10 Mining Industry Companies. The data in this study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the website of each company. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows 26 software application. The results of the hypothesis test show that the price earning ratio variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. This means that the higher the price earning ratio, the effect on increasing stock returns and the results of hypothesis testing show that the Risk (Beta) variable has a negative and significant effect on stock returns. This means that the higher the Risk (Beta), the effect on the decrease in stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of a production system approach focused on cost efficiency at Toko Serba Oleh-Oleh. One of the methods employed is a just-in-time inventory management approach, which seeks to reduce production costs and enhance the effectiveness of raw material management within the company. The researcher utilized a descriptive research technique with a quantitative approach, in which data were collected, processed, and articulated to ensure clarity and ease of understanding. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and document analysis. The data analysis methodology involved calculating the quantity of raw material orders and total costs based on the company's existing policies, determining the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) using the EOQ method, assessing the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) through a JIT/EOQ approach, and evaluating the economic benefits realized as cost savings resulting from the successful implementation of a just-in-time system. The findings of the study indicate that the just-in-time strategy was able to reduce overall inventory costs by 39.12%, with the number of shipments reduced to seven deliveries per order cycle. Raw material procurement occurred three times, with an ideal order quantity of 395 sacks of glutinous rice flour.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas penggunaan Google Form pada Penilaian Akhir Tahun (PAT) tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 berbasis online di MTs AL-Qadr Betun. Siswa diminta untuk memberikan tanggapan berupa jawab quiz secara online menggunakan smartphone atau laptop yang dimiliki oleh siswa yang terkoneksi internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan tingkat efektifitas penggunaan aplikasi Google Form dalam pelaksanaan PAT Berbasis Online di MTS Al-Qadr Betun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui aplikasi Google Form dengan 15 responden dari beberapa kelas, menggunakan skala likert dengan limaskala. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik menyukai penggunaan Google Form dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 70,26 dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 66,7% dan kategori sedang sebesar dan20%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Google Form sangat efektif digunakan dalam pelaksanaan PAT Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 di MTs Al-Qadr Betun Malaka.

Abstract

The lack of counselors in tertiary institutions is a problem in the implementation of counseling service programs. Lack of support from each tertiary institution, both from the leadership of each tertiary institution, inadequate use of socialization regarding the Guidance and Counseling Service Unit, budget funds and basic implementation provisions that are not yet adequate and are known to be problems. The low level of student awareness also influences the management of guidance and counseling at each university to be less than optimal. Many students do not take advantage of the guidance program with their respective academic supervisors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of UMP and work motivation on employee performance, with employee loyalty as a mediating variable, particularly in the car rental service sector in South Sulawesi. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey of 222 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using SEM-PLS techniques to examine the relationships among variables. The findings reveal that UMP and work motivation have positive and significant effects on employee loyalty and performance. Employee loyalty is also proven to mediate the influence of UMP and work motivation on performance. A combination of fair UMP policies and effective work motivation strategies results in sustainable employee loyalty, which directly impacts productivity improvement. This study recommends that organizations integrate UMP policies and motivation strategies with a holistic approach that includes rewards, training, and career development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct  effects  of  Tyrannical  Leadership  on  Leader  Trust,  Performance,  and  Loyalty,  as  well  as evaluate the mediating role of Leader Trust. A quantitative approach was employed, with a population consisting of Polri members and a sample selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The findings revealed that Tyrannical Leadership had no significant effect on Leader Trust and Loyalty but had a small significant effect  on  Performance.  In contrast, Leader Trust  had  a significant  and  strong influence on both Performance and Loyalty. These results highlight the importance of trust as a key element in enhancing subordinate performance and loyalty, while also demonstrating that tyrannical leadership is less effective in fostering productive working relationships. This study recommends Polri to adopt a trust-based leadership style focused on transparent communication, consistency, and the creation of a fair and supportive work environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan Shopee PayLater dan diskon terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa Manajemen angkatan 2021 di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UMI Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 174 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Shopee PayLater dan diskon secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Temuan ini mendukung teori Theory of Planned Behavior dan Financial Management Behavior, yang menjelaskan bahwa intensi dan sikap keuangan individu dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dalam pengelolaan keuangan pribadi serta memberikan masukan bagi pengembang platform e-commerce untuk mempertimbangkan aspek edukatif dalam fitur-fitur keuangan mereka. Kata Kunci: Shopee PayLater, Diskon, Perilaku Keuangan, Mahasiswa, E-Commerce

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the influence of financial stress on the consumption and savings behavior of college students during the economic crisis. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey technique using a questionnaire to 200 college students as respondents. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression tests to examine the relationship between variables. The results showed that financial stress had a positive and significant effect on college students' consumption behavior, while it had a negative and significant effect on savings behavior. These findings confirm that financial stress encourages increased consumption, both for primary needs and lifestyle, while simultaneously reducing students' ability to save. This study has important implications for college students, educational institutions, and policymakers regarding the need for financial literacy and personal financial management strategies amid the economic crisis.

Abstract

The underlying problem of this research is that Lazismu Parepare faces financial management challenges in its 14 service offices (mosques and educational institutions) because the administrators, mostly elderly, still rely on memory to record small transactions. This leads to data discrepancies and the absence of crucial written evidence during audits, potentially resulting in zero points in public accounting audits. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of transparency and accountability in Lazismu Parepare City's financial management, focusing on the practices and strategies implemented to ensure that public funds are managed professionally and responsibly.This research was conducted at LAZISMU Parepare City using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques. Several LAZISMU Parepare City administrators participated in data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that LAZISMU Parepare City has implemented PSAK 109 and uses a specialized accounting system or software for financial management. Transparency is achieved through the publication of annual reports or detailed public financial reports regularly on the official website or through the Lazismu admin's WhatsApp and is notified to LAZISMU Muzakki. Financial reports are always audited by an independent auditor to ensure transparency and accountability.
