Non-renewable fossil fuels have raised global concerns due to their impact on the environment, including air pollution and climate change. As an alternative fuel, Briquettes offer an environmentally friendly solution by utilizing organic waste such as sawdust and coconut shells. This study explores Palembang residents' perception of briquettes as an alternative fuel, focusing on awareness, accessibility, price, and promotion. Interview findings indicate that although some residents know the benefits of briquettes, their adoption is hampered by uneven distribution, ineffective promotion, and less competitive prices. This study highlights the importance of technological innovation in improving the quality of briquettes as well as the role of the government in providing subsidies and education to the community. With the right strategy, briquettes have great potential to support the transition to more sustainable energy use

Researchers around the globe have conducted studies on organizational performance till these days, but it is still interesting to investigate this topic. Technological developments encourage civil servants to improve their performance. This study aims to identify the influence of the Docudigital system and service qualities on the organizational performance of the civil servants of the National Civil Service Agency (NCSA) in Palembang. One hundred and eighty-five respondents from the NCSA Palembang working area participated in the survey of this study. The analysis technique was carried out using a structural equation model (SEM) approach through the LISREL program package. The results of the study show that the Docudigital application system quality has a positive impact on the service quality of NCSA Palembang. Furthermore, the service quality has a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of NCSA Palembang. Moreover, the Docudigital application system has a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of NCSA Palembang. In short, NCSA Palembang needs to enhance the service quality by improving the application system and prioritizing accuracy, speed, and convenience.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh profitabilitas dengan menggunakan alat ukur Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Investment (ROI) terhadap biaya utang dengan menggunakan alat ukur Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) yang dimoderasi dengan laporan keuangan melihat kelengkapan laporan keuangan yang dilaporkan per triwulan atau per semester. Desain penelitiannya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap 34 Perusahaan Teknologi Informasi yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan model persamaan struktural (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap biaya utang, laporan keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap biaya utang, dan laporan keuangan tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap biaya utang. Dapat digunakan bagi perusahaan dan para investor dengan adanya penelitian diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam berinvestasi. Dapat digunakan teori dan pengetahuan dibidang akuntansi khususnya akuntansi keuangan dan diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bekaitan dengan pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap biaya utang yang dimoderasi dengan laporan keuangan.

This study delves into the effects of resilience, job resources, and job demands on the performance of BPS's statistical partners mediated by work engagement. The research uses a quantitative method with inferential analysis followed by a cluster sampling method from the questionnaire population of the statistical partner of the Central Statistic Agency (BPS) at the Mandailing Natal district of South Tapanuli in the year 2023. Results show that there is no positive relationship between resilience and performance. Resilience and job resources have a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Job resources and job demand have a positive and significant effect on performance. No positive relationship between resilience and performance. Job demand and work engagement also have no positive relationship. Work engagement mediates the relationship between job resources and performance but does not mediate the relationship between job demand and performance.

This study aims to analyze the utilization of digital marketing in increasing sales at the micro, small, and medium enterprise (UMKM) Pempek Minah Tanggo Rajo Cindo, located in 7 Ulu, Palembang City. The research employs a field research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with the business owner, Mrs. Aminah, and customers who use online communication media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Additionally, direct observation was conducted to understand the implementation of digital marketing in the business. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the use of digital marketing through social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp has a positive impact on increasing sales. This includes providing transparent product information, ease of product updates, and product comparative analysis. Furthermore, the digital marketing techniques applied include advertising, direct marketing, personal selling, and sales promotion, which enhance customer response and drive sales. This research highlights how digital marketing can play a crucial role in the development of UMKM businesses through more effective and efficient marketing strategies.

This study aims to investigate the influence of Employee Engagement and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Agronusa Alam Perkasa, an oil palm plantation company. Data was obtained through surveys and interviews with company employees. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that Employee Engagement has a positive, although not statistically significant, influence on Employee Performance. In contrast, Work Environment has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance. This indicates that aspects of a conducive work environment, such as good lighting and noise, play an important role in improving employee performance. Therefore, companies need to pay greater attention to improving the Work Environment as a strategy to improve employee performance. The limitation of this study is that it does not consider other factors that may affect employee performance. Future research should include these additional factors to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyse how employee behaviour in the face of organisational change is moderated by management support. This research understands how management support factors can moderate the relationship between employee change behaviour and its impact on the organisation The research design uses a quantitative approach through a survey. The unit of analysis in this research is employees and teaching staff at Bina Darma University with a total of 73 respondents. The data analysis technique was carried out with the SEM-PLS approach to test the hypothesis. The results of data analysis show that there is a negative influence between employee behaviour on organisational change of 0.188 and statistically significant because the t-count value is 1.318 (smaller than 1.96). There is a positive influence of management support on organisational change by (0.00). There is a weak moderating effect on organisational change with a value of 0.188. The managerial implications of this study can provide guidance for the management of private universities in improving management support, encouraging management to more actively communicate with employees during the organisational change process. It also underlines the importance of managerial training in dealing with organisational change and identifying barriers to change that may arise. The results of this study can also help the management team in developing a more effective change strategy, Bina Darma University can increase the level of em-ployee satisfaction and performance, and ultimately improve the overall efficiency of the organisation in the future

The purpose of this study is to test hypotheses and produce empirical evidence regarding the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) to Gocap's share price. This study uses secondary data accessed through www.idx.co.id And application Data Share Indonesia with see report finance annual period 2022. Population Study This as much 866 Company in Exchange Effect Indonesia. Taking sample done use technique purposive sampling with total sampleas much 67 sample. Engineering Method Analysis data Which used is quantitative And partial Least Square (PLS) with program SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of this study are expected to increase the researcher's understanding of the basics that form the basis for making investment decisions for an investor in the capital market and are expected to be a reference for other parties interested in conducting similar research in the future.

Research aim: This study aims to determine the effect of adaptability on the performance of MSMEs in Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency during the Covid-19 period. Design/Methode/Approach: The research design used a survey approach to 350 respondents, namely MSMEs in OKU Regency. The analysis technique was carried out using a structural equation model (SEM) approach. Research Findings: This study's results found that adaptability significantly affects the performance of MSMEs in the OKU District. This means that the better adaptability of MSME actors will positively impact their business performance. Theoretical Contribution/ Originality: This research can provide new insights and valuable information to stakeholders in OKU District. Adaptability reflects the extent to which MSMEs are able to face changes in the external environment and change their business strategies responsively. Focusing on this variable can provide a deeper understanding of how MSMEs can survive and thrive in changing situations. Practitionel/Policy implication: The government and other stakeholders can use the results of this research to provide better resources and support to MSMEs in OKU District. This kind of support can help MSMEs in developing their adaptability and improve their overall business performance. Research limitation: Although this study demonstrates a relationship between adaptability and MSME performance, it should be noted that observational studies such as this one cannot establish a direct cause-and-effect relationship. Even though there is a strong statistical relationship between the variables studied, there may be other unmeasured factors influencing the relationship. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further research, such as experiments or longitudinal research, to better understand the nature of the causality between adaptability and MSME performance.

Penelitian pendahuluan ini dilakukan dalam rangka Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) untuk memahami perkembangan dan implementasi smart homes di Indonesia melalui observasi lapangan pada beberapa kompleks hunian yang baru dibangun. Studi ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan terkait adopsi teknologi hunian cerdas, serta menggali bagaimana temuan lapangan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai edukasi lintas generasi. Perkembangan konsep smart homes di Indonesia mengalami percepatan signifikan dalam delapan tahun terakhir, seiring meningkatnya integrasi teknologi Internet of Things (IoT), desain arsitektur yang ramah lingkungan, serta kebutuhan masyarakat akan hunian yang aman, efisien, dan adaptif terhadap era Gen-AI. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung, dokumentasi visual, dan diskusi informal dengan penghuni, menghasilkan sejumlah insight praktis mengenai kesiapan masyarakat, potensi investasi, dan kebutuhan peningkatan literasi digital. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa minat terhadap smart homes terus meningkat dan menawarkan prospek pengembangan yang kuat, namun masih dihadapkan pada kendala seperti kesenjangan pemahaman teknologi dan variasi tingkat adaptasi antar usia. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa edukasi publik dan pemberdayaan komunitas menjadi aspek krusial dalam mendorong transisi menuju hunian cerdas berkelanjutan. Ke depan, penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi desain intervensi edukatif, strategi peningkatan efikasi diri pengguna, dan model kolaborasi antara akademisi, pengembang, serta masyarakat dalam pengembangan ekosistem smart living. ABSTRACT This preliminary study, conducted under the Community Service Program (PKM), explores the development and implementation of smart homes in Indonesia through field observations in several newly built residential complexes. The study aims to identify opportunities and challenges related to the adoption of smart home technologies and to examine how the findings can be utilized as cross-generational educational insights. The development of smart homes in Indonesia has accelerated notably over the past eight years, driven by the increasing integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, environmentally conscious architectural design, and the growing societal demand for secure, efficient, and AI-adaptive living environments. The methods employed in this study include direct observation, visual documentation, and informal discussions with residents, resulting in practical insights concerning community readiness, investment potential, and the need for improved digital literacy. The findings reveal rising interest in smart homes and strong prospects for further development, although challenges persist, particularly those related to technological understanding and varying levels of adaptation across age groups. The study concludes that public education and community empowerment play crucial roles in supporting the transition toward sustainable smart living. Future research is recommended to explore the design of educational interventions, strategies for enhancing user self-efficacy, and collaborative models involving academia, developers, and communities to advance the smart living ecosystem.
