A Student Decision on Choosing a University: Impact of Education Costs. This study aims to analyze the effect of the cost of education on students' decisions to continue their studies in tertiary institutions. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The research sample consisted of 380 respondents and statistically processed with the simple linear regression method using the SPSS version 26.0 application. The results showed that the cost of education had an effect on students' decision to choose a university. These findings indicate that higher education institutions must take into account the tuition fees charged to students. This is related to the level of students' ability to complete their studies at a college. Several studies have shown that in general the cost of education is important for universities to attract and retain students who are studying.

Purpose – This marketing research aimed to analyze the effect of co-creation and experience value on students loyalty as the customers of universities. Methodology – The survey was conducted on 278 alumni who came from five private universities in Palembang. The data were collected through online form from each university's alumni unit. The validity and reliability had been met. Data analysis was carried out by partial least square in structural equation model approach (SEM-PLS). Findings – The results showed that co-creation positively and significantly affected on experience value and alumni loyalty. Students who gain experience value from lectures could interact and could active on campus. High interaction among students, lectures, and campus showed a strong co-creation level and better experience value, impacting alumni loyalty to recommend and care about their alma mater. There should be provided space to build the campus through a strong alumni engagement. The more experience students have on campus, the more they care about their alma mater. Originality – This study observed the experience of alumni who were more objective in providing their perceptions because they were no problem of interest. Some researchers used students loyalty measure that was less objective because there still an interest as a student.

Employees have an important role in achieving company goals. Objectives in this research to know the motivation of the employee performance in the office of subdistrict tripe district pali through employee engagement. The public in this study population the office of subdistrict of tripe kaupaten Pali, large sample of the research is 50 officials in the office of subdistrict of tripe sub-district Pali. This study using primary data obtained from the questionnaire and analysis techniques used was a SEM. The result of the research indicated that the impact on the employee performance, employee engagement influences the employee performance, effect on employee motivation engagemen, employee engagement mediate influence motivation for the employee performance in the office of subdistrict tripe district pali 2022 years.

Market globalization has implications for MSME actors who have to compete in terms of marketing innovation. The development of technology that is integrated with trade moves so rapidly that it gave birth to the industrial revolution 4.0. There are MSME actors who still rely on conventional methods to run their business. If MSME actors do not want to innovate, there will be an impact that causes business to be disrupted. With the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 until now, the economy in Indonesia has been affected in all fields. With the increase in the number of MSMEs, their competitiveness will also increase, to win market share, various innovations are needed, especially marketing innovations. The purpose of this research is to analyze and prove the influence of innovation on marketing performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey of MSME actors in the culinary field in Palembang City as many as 100 respondents from a population of 45,827 thousand MSME actors. The data in this study were obtained by direct questionnaires to SMEs in the culinary field. Data processing is done by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data collection technique used the Random Sampling method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between innovation on marketing performance. The implications of this research can be useful for MSME actors in the city of Palembang so that they can partner to improve their ability to innovate so that MSMEs can advance to class and be able to overcome the various negative impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on MSME marketing performance.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence whether understanding and utilization of accounting information systems affect the quality of financial reporting. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the method. 41 employees from 10 BAZNAS agencies throughout the province of South Sumatra were sampled in this study. The results showed that the understanding of the accounting information system was not a determinant of the quality of the financial statements produced by BAZNAS, while the use of the accounting information system had an impact on the quality of the financial statements of BAZNAS. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memeroleh bukti empiris apakah pemahaman dan pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelaporan keuangan. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai metode. 41 pegawai dari 10 instansi BAZNAS se-Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman sistem informasi akuntansi bukan penentu kualitas laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan BAZNAS, sedangkan pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi memiliki dampak terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan BAZNAS.

Kualitas dan kemampuan untuk menyediakan fasilitas tambahan yang tidak tersedia pada buku teks kertas ke elektronik book sangat penting untuk kemajuan masa depan jika ingin tetap bersaing, seperti kebutuhan pedoman untuk membantu perancang bahan pembelajaran elektronik book menghasilkan alat yang lebih efektif. Untuk alasan ini evaluasi ke bentuk pemasaran digital adalah langkah yang sangat baik dalam proses keputusan pembelian sebuah produk misalkan dalam pembelian bahan pembelajaran berbentuk elektronik book agar pendidikan semakin lebih maju. Kriteria dan ukuran untuk evaluasi perlu diperkenalkan bersama dengan metode yang sesuai untuk mempelajari bagaimana sangat pentingnya elektronik book ini terutama pada sektor pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Responden pada penelitian ini meliputi 6 Perguruan Tinggi dikota Palembang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument berupa kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS dengan Software WarpPls 7.0. Pengujian ini dilakukan secara simultan menggunakan pegujian Outer Model dan pengujian Inner Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Transformasi Ebook berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pemasaran Digital dan Keputusan Pembelian buku-buku perguruan tinggi.

Several types of research showed math anxiety as the learning outcome, but another showed that as the predictor variable. Math anxiety was predicted based on other variables, such as self-regulated learning and self-concept. Self-regulated learning is associated with academic achievement. This study aimed to obtain valid and significant indicators of each latent variable and to develop the structural model of those latent variables on students’ academic achievement. The research used an interval scale questionnaire to measure all latent variables except academic achievement. The PLS-SEM was applied by SmartPLS software. The structural model showed that math anxiety directly affected academic achievement but indirectly affected self-regulated learning, which is self-concept as the mediating variable. For students with low math anxiety, their self-regulated learning tends to be high by controlling their self-concept in math.

This study aims to analyze the effect of co-creation and self-innovation on the marketing performance of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. This research method used a quantitative approach with a survey of 58 respondents distributor of PT Semen Baturaja. The research instrument used a questionnaire with data analysis techniques performed by multiple linear regressions. The results showed that co-creation and self-innovation had a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of PT Semen Baturaja. This partially shows that co-creation has a more dominant influence than self-innovation. The limitation of this research is the relatively small number of samples obtained. A confirmatory study to prove the model formed should use adequate samples. The managerial implications of this research become the basis for policymaking in determining marketing strategies by involving customers (distributors) to be involved in determining the products and marketing strategies carried out. The novelty of this research is the need for co-creation from the company PT Semen Baturaja as the only cement producer in South Sumatra

Kasus Covid-19 bergerak dinamis dan masih cenderung meningkat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian pengujian perbedaan kasus baru Covid-19 antar kelompok periode waktu di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Data diamati dari 1 Januari 2021 hingga 31 Juli 2022 yang dikumpulkan dari publikasi website provinsi. Metode penelitian menggunakan uji Kruskall-Wallis sebagai alternatif uji one-way ANOVA. Periode waktu dibagi menjadi tujuh kelompok yang terdiri dari empat kelompok kondisi gelombang dan tiga kelompok kondisi melandai. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada kondisi gelombang, kondisi melandai, dan kombinasi antar kondisi gelombang dan melandai. Hasil kondisi gelombang menunjukkan keempat kelompok periode waktu memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap kondisi kasus Covid-19. Pengujian hipotesis pada kasus Covid-19 antara kondisi melandai dan kombinasi gelombang dan melandai menunjukkan signifikansi hasil yang sama. Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi bahwa jumlah kasus Covid-19 pada periode waktu yang bertepatan dengan pasca hari besar keagamaan, atau hari libur nasional menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata kasus yang signifikan berbeda secara statistik dibandingkan dengan kelompok periode waktu lainnya. Hasil tersebut memperkuat informasi bahwa jumlah kasus baru Covid-19 bergerak dinamis dan berbeda-beda berdasarkan kelompok periode waktu akibat adanya momen aktivitas tertentu. Hasil ini menyarankan untuk tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan terutama ketika kita berada dalam beraktivitas sosial.

Berlandaskan informasi dari Scimago Journal & Country Rank tahun 2022, Indonesia terletak di urutan 40 dunia serta 9 Asia dalam pemublikasian karya ilmiah. Salah satu aspek yang bisa mempengaruhi jumlah pemublikasian karya ilmiah ialah pemberian insentif. Tujuan riset ini ialah dalam rangka menganalisa pengaruh dari insentif kepada peningkatan publikasi karya ilmiah serta dampaknya pada pengembangan karier Dosen. Simple random sampling dipakai sebagai cara pengumpulan sampel pada riset ini. Informasi riset diolah memakai aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0.
