Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap ketidakstabilan semua sektor, terutama sektor ekonomi yaitu UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 105 responden dari populasi yaitu pelaku UMKM pada industri kuliner di Kota Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Probability Sampling yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik Simple Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Software Lisrael. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan bisnis berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi. Kemitraan bisnis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pelaku UMKM agar dapat bermitra guna meningkatkan kemampuan dalam berinovasi sehingga dapat berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja

Abstract

ABSTRAK Anggaran merupakan pernyatan mengenai estimasi kinerja yang hendak dicapai selama periode tertentu yang dinyatakan dalam ukuran finansial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan anggaran belanja operasional dan realisasi anggaran pada satuan kerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, serta untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban penggunaan anggaran pada satuan kerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin sesuai dengan PSAK yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian: 1. Pelaksanaan anggaran belanja operasional pada satuan kerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 190/PMK.05/2012 tentang Tata Cara pembayaran dalam Rangka Pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara sudah sangat baik dengan capaian sebesar 99,35%, sebagaimana telah ditentukan kategori nilai IKPA berdasarkan pada Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perbendaharaan Nomor PER-4/PB/2021. 2. Pelaksanaan pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban penggunaan anggaran, realisasi anggaran di KPU kabupaten Musi Banyuasin pada tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2021 sangat baik yaitu 90%, namun tahun 2020 menurun 3% karena adanya optimalisasi anggaran tahun 2020 untuk pencegahan covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil riview dari BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan terdapat temuan sebesar Rp 51.677.000,- atas Honor yang melebihi standar biaya masukan sehingga laporan pertanggungjawaban pada tahun 2019 masih belum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, karena ketidak patuhan terhadap standar biaya masukan yang telah ditetapkan. Kata Kunci: Anggaran Belanja Operasional, Realisasi Anggaran, Pertanggungjawaban Anggaran ABSTRACT The budget is a statement regarding the estimated performance to be achieved during a certain period expressed in financial measures. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the operational budget and budget realization in the work unit of the Musi Banyuasin Regency General Election Commission, as well as to determine the implementation of reporting and accountability for budget use in the Musi Banyuasin Regency General Election Commission work unit in accordance with the existing PSAK. The analytical method used ini this study is descriptive quantitative analytical methode. The results of the study: 1. The implementation of the operational expenditure budget in the work unit of the General Election Commission of the Finance District of the Republic of Indonesia Number 190/PMK.05/2012 concerning Payment Procedures in the Framework of Implementing the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and has been classified as very good with the achievement of the Performance Indicator value. Budget implementation in 2021 is 99.35%, as determined by the IKPA value category based on the Director General of Treasury Regulation Number PER-4/PB/2021. 2. In the implementation of reporting and accountability for budget use, budget realization at the Musi Banyuasin Regency KPU in 2019, 2020 and 2021 has been very good at 90%, but in 2020 there was a decline of 3% due to the optimization of the 2020 budget for the prevention of covid-19 . Based on the results of a review from the South Sumatra Province BPKP, there were findings of Rp. 51,677,000, - for honors that exceeded the input cost standard so that the 2019 accountability report was still not in accordance with applicable regulations, due to non-compliance with the predetermined input cost standards. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kelayakan Lokasi Usaha dan Media Sosial terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan, Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang menekankan pada data –data numerik (angka) yang diolah dengan metode statistika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mengarah pada studi yang bersifat korelasional. Studi korelasi ini merupakan hubungan antara dua variabel, tidak saja dalam bentuk sebab akibat melainkan juga timbal balik antara dua variabel. Sumber Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban Kuesioner yang diberikan kepada Karyawan di UMKM Kerupuk Ikan Memey. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial Lokasi Usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan di UMKM Kerupuk Ikan Memey. Secara parsial Media Sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan di UMKM Kerupuk Ikan Memey. Secara simultan Lokasi Usaha dan Media Sosial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan di UMKM Kerupuk Ikan Memey pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai dalam bekerja di Rumah Sakit memerlukan adanya motivasi agar kemampuannya tersalurkan secara optimal yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerjanya. Kepuasan kerja juga dirasakan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Dengan adanya pemberian remunerasi dan peningkatan kompetensi pegawai bagian Administrasi di Rumah Sakit Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang diharapkan dapat memberikan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja bagi pegawai, sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja dari pegawai itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Remunerasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai pada Bagian Administrasi di Rumah Sakit Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Metode Penelitian Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara Remunerasi dengan Kepuasan Kerja; 2. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara Kompetensi dengan Kepuasan Kerja; 3. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja dengan Kinerja; 4. Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Remunerasi dengan Kinerja; 5. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kompetensi dengan Kinerja; 6. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kompetensi dengan Kinerja yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja; dan 7. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan Remunerasi terhadap Kinerja yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of compensation and commitment to employee motivation. The type of research used is associative research by using quantitative methods. The number of samples used was 100 (one hundred) employees in A Sub-District, Palembang. The sampling technique was carried out randomly and the data analysis used was structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that the t-value for compensation 0.44 (<1.96) so that compensation did not significantly influence the motivation of A Subdistricts in Palembang. While the t-value for commitment was 4.42 (> 1.96), so commitment has a positive and significant effect to employee motivation. Therefore a strong commitment is needed to increase employee motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of managerial competency on improving education quality in preschool education. When the kindergarten head has managerial competency, she is able to manage, regulate and move the educational institution to the maximum in achieving the institution’s targets and ideals stated in the vision and mission of the institution with high and measurable quality of education. This research survey was conducted in one sub-district in Palembang city, Indonesia. The samples were 131 kindergarten heads, teachers and administrative staff from 12 kindergartens in Ilir Barat 1 district Palembang city. The sampling technique used is random and the data analysis used is structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The results show that the managerial competency of the kindergarten head has a positive and significant impact on improving the preschool educational quality , as well as improving the image of the institution in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and workability on employee performance and its impact on employee job satisfaction at UPTD Muara Komam Health Center. The background of this study is based on the importance of employee performance in improving the quality of health services, as well as various problems related to suboptimal work environments and workability conditions. This study integrates the variables of work environment, workability, performance, and job satisfaction in one analysis model to provide a more comprehensive picture of the factors that influence the performance of Puskesmas employees. The research sample consisted of 63 UPTD Muara Komam Health Center employees who were selected randomly. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that work environment and workability significantly affected employee performance. Job satisfaction was proven to mediate the relationship between work environment and workability on employee performance. A conducive work environment and good work ability directly improve employee performance and high job satisfaction, further strengthening this relationship. This study provides an important contribution to the development of human resource management policies in the health sector, especially in efforts to improve the performance and job satisfaction of Puskesmas employees. The managerial implications of this study include the need for good work environment management, such as providing adequate facilities and creating harmonious working relationships, as well as improving employee work skills through ongoing training and development programs

Abstract

This research analyzes brand image and social influence on students' decisions in choosing private universities, with digital marketing as a moderating variable. Private universities increasingly utilize digital marketing to increase their visibility and attractiveness in the current digital era. This study uses quantitative methods with a survey of prospective students as respondents. The collected data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques to identify the relationship between brand image, social influence, and student decisions, as well as the role of digital marketing in strengthening or moderating this relationship. The research results are expected to provide insight into how brand image and social influence influence college selection decisions and how digital marketing can be used to increase the effectiveness of private higher education marketing strategies. This research can help private university managers formulate marketing strategies that are more effective and relevant to the needs and preferences of prospective students. Abstract

This research, aimed at testing the influence of financial literacy and payment gateways on the financial performance of MSMEs in Palembang, yields significant findings. The sampling technique, non-probability with purposive sampling, was employed to gather data from 100 respondents in the culinary subsector MSMEs in Palembang. The research method, a quantitative approach involving the distribution of questionnaires, was used. The data analysis, facilitated by SmartPLS 3 software, included the evaluation of measurement models, structural models (inner models), and hypothesis testing. The research results, which are of paramount importance, reveal that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, payment gateway has a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on payment gateways, and payment gateways are unable to mediate and have a negative impact between financial literacy and financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of family and non-family companies. The objects in this study are banking sub-sector companies and state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The number of samples taken in this study were 37 companies and 11 non-family companies. A purposive sampling technique was used. This study indicates differences in profitability, activity, and liquidity ratios between family and non-family companies. No difference exists in leverage ratio, capital structure, and stock price between family and non-family companies. This research is expected to contribute to and refer to further research comparing the financial performance of family and non-family companies.
