Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR on ROA of Conventional Commercial Banks listed at OJK in 2018-2020. The population and sample in this study were 77 conventional commercial banks with a sample of 231 observational data. The type of data used is secondary data on banking annual financial reports published at OJK for 2018-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with panel data regression analysis method with Eviews 10 analysis tool. The results showed that CAR had a positive and significant effect on ROA, NPL and BOPO had a negative and significant effect on ROA, and LDR had a positive but not significant effect on ROA. significant to ROA

Abstract

Abstract. The research aims to analyze and determine the effect of transformational leadership and task complexity on performance and the effect of transformational leadership and task complexity on employee performance mediated by motivation on employee performance mediated by motivation. Research is descriptive quantitative type. The population is all employees at the SFR Class I Bandung Monitoring Center, consisting of 40 individuals, consisting of 34 individual civil servants (excluding the Head of UPT) and 6 administrative PPNPN persons using total sampling. The analysis used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model). The results of the analysis show that there is a positive effect of Transformational Leadership on Performance and is statistically significant. There is a negative effect of Task Complexity on Performance but not significant. There is a positive influence of Transformational Leadership on Performance which is mediated by Motivation and is not significant. There is a negative effect of Task Complexity on Performance which is mediated by Motivation and is not statistically significant Keywords: Transformational leadership; Employee Performance; Task Complexity; Motivation Abstrak. Riset bertujuan menganalisa serta mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kompleksitas tugas terhadap kinerja serta pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompleksitas tugas terhadap kinerja pegawai yang diperantarai oleh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh motivasi. Riset berjenis kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi ialah seluruh pegawai di Balai Monitor SFR Kelas I Bandung sebanyak 40 individu, terdiri atas 34 individu PNS (tidak termasuk Kepala UPT) dan 6 orang PPNPN administrasi menggunakan total sampling. Analisa yang dipakai ialah PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model). Hasil analisis terdapat pengaruh positif Kepemimpinan Transformasional pada Kinerja dan secara statistik signifikan. Terdapat pengaruh negatif Kompleksitas Tugas terhadap Kinerja namun tidak signifikan. Adanya pengaruh positif Kepemimpinan Transformasional pada Kinerja yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi dan tidak signifikan. Terdapat pengaruh negatif Kompleksitas Tugas  pada Kinerja yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi dan secara statistik tidak signifikan. Katakunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional; Kinerja Pegawai; Kompleksitas Tugas; Motivasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on performance with work motivation as an intervening variable.The variables in the study consisted of 2 independent variables, namely reward and punishment, 1 dependent variable, namely performance, and 1 intervening variable, namely motivation.The number of samples in this study were 91 respondents who are permanent employees of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk.Determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula.Data obtained by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale.Data processing uses Structural Equation Modeling analysis with SmartPLS.The data analysis technique consists of the Outer Model test and the Inner Model test.The results of the study show that 1) Reward has a significant and positive effect on performance.2) Reward has a significant and positive effect on motivation.3) Punishment has no significant and negative effect on performance.4) Punishment has a significant and positive effect on motivation.5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance 6) Motivation is able to mediate rewards on performance 7) Motivation is able to mediate punishment on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CRM on customer satisfaction, the effect of CRM on customer loyalty, and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Resto Padang in Palembang City. As many as 100 customers obtained the quantitative research method by sampling using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the CRM study had a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction counting (24,037) > t-table (1.96) with P-Values (0.000) values < 0.05. The customer satisfaction statistical test results significantly affect customer loyalty (t-value=8,459) > t-table=1,984). The CRM statistical test does not significantly affect customer loyalty. This is clearly seen with the calculation result (0.296) < t-table (1.96) with P-Values (0.767) > 0.05. Consumer satisfaction statistics test significantly affects customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of commitment and compensation on lecturer performance in private universities (PTS). The performance of lecturers in Indonesia, especially in PTS, is still considered unsatisfactory when compared to lecturers in state universities (PTN). The main factor that is suspected to be the cause is the commitment of the foundation as the owner and leader of the higher education institution as the manager and the compensation which is still low. The research sample was the permanent lecturers of the foundation at PTS in Palembang, totaling 44 respondents. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling at Universities, Colleges, Academies, and Polytechnics. The statistical analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that commitment and compensation had a significant effect on the performance of lecturers at private universities in Palembang City. The most dominant factor in the performance of PTS lecturers in Palembang City is compensation, meaning that by increasing the compensation for lecturers, their performance will increase. The results of this study really provide input for the improvement of private universities in Palembang City because when viewed from the permanent income of private universities in Palembang City, it is still below the average decent income of a lecturer. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS). Kinerja dosen di Indonesia khususnya di PTS masih dirasa belum memuaskan jika dibandingkan dengan dosen di Perguruan Tinggi negeri (PTN). Faktor utama yang diduga menjadi penyebabnya adalah komitmen yayasan sebagai pemilik dan pimpinan perguruan tinggi sebagai pengelola serta kompensasi yang dirasa masih rendah. Sampel penelitian adalah dosen tetap yayasan pada PTS di Kota Palembang yang berjumlah 44 orang responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling pada Universitas, Sekolah Tinggi, Akademi dan Politeknik. Teknik analisis statistik digunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada PTS di Kota Palembang. Faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja dosen PTS di Kota Palembang adalah kompensasi, artinya bahwa dengan meningkatnya kompensasi bagi dosen, maka kinerjanya akan meningkat. Hasil penelitian ini sangat memberikan masukan bagi perbaikan PTS di Kota Palembang karena jika dilihat dari pendapatan dosen tetap pada PTS di Kota Palembang masih dibawah rata-rata pendapatan layak seorang dosen.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam perekonomian rakyat yang saat ini sangat membantu pemerintah dalam penyerapan terhadap para pekerja karena hal ini terbukti pada saat pencarian krisis moneter beberapa dekade yang lalu dan dimasa pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini digunakan untuk menganalisisi sanksi pajak, tingkat pemahaman pajak, tarif pajak, dan pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM di bidang kuliner. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada objek UMKM kuliner. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 32.727 UMKM di bidang kuliner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 140 responden dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara acak. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman pajak dan tarif pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak UMKM. Saran dengan adanya temuan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan para pelaku UMKM dibidang Kuliner agar dapat segera memanfaatkan dan melakukanan atau melaksanakan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak , Sanksi Pajak, Tingkat Pemahaman Pajak, Tarif pajak, dan Pelayanan Fiskus dengan baik dan tepat, dan dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan agar UMKM di bidang Kuliner dapat menaati atau meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam membayar pajak UMKM.

Abstract

Research Originality: The findings of this research will contribute to the Islamic finance literature by answering the research gap between the relationship between MSME adaptation of Islamic finance implementation and MSME performance and providing practitionerinsight for policymakers and MSMEs in the halal food industry.Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the adaptation of Islamic finance to the performance of MSMEs in the halal food industry. Research Methods: The method used a quantitative and explanatory approach. The number of samples in this study was 212 MSME units taken by simple random sampling (SRS). The number of samples in this study is based on the needs of the analytical tools used. The analysis technique used is the structural equation model (SEM) approach with the help of the LISREL program.Empirical Results: The main findings show that halal industry MSMEs that adapt to Sharia finance tend to have a higher level of innovation than those that do not. Data shows that financing by Sharia principles enables MSMEs to allocate their resources more effectively, strengthening their ability to innovate in products and services. Innovations carried out by halal industry MSMEs that adopt a Sharia financial approach are more consistent with Sharia values, which leads to increased acceptance by Muslim consumers.Implications: MSME halal industry managers may consider adopting Islamic finance strategies as part of their business plans. This adoption includes using Sharia financing, investing according to Sharia principles, and managing their finances according to Sharia values. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test hypotheses and produce empirical evidence regarding the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) to Gocap's share price. This study uses secondary data accessed through www.idx.co.id And application Data Share Indonesia with see report finance annual period 2022. Population Study This as much 866 Company in Exchange Effect Indonesia. Taking sample done use technique purposive sampling with total sampleas much 67 sample. Engineering Method Analysis data Which used is quantitative And partial Least Square (PLS) with program SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of this study are expected to increase the researcher's understanding of the basics that form the basis for making investment decisions for an investor in the capital market and are expected to be a reference for other parties interested in conducting similar research in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Kompensasi dan Komitmen Pimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Objek penelitian adalah Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Palembang. Populasi Penelitian ini berjumlah 618 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan total sampel sebanyak 242 sampel. Metode Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Kompensasi dan Komitmen Pimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Layanan. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik pemberian kompensasi dan komitmen pimpinan akan berdampak positif bagi kepuasan layanan. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan baru dan informasi berharga kepada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Palembang. Kontribusi berupa informasi kepada perusahaan terkait pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen pimpinan terhadap kepuasan layanan sehingga dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan. dan diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pihak lain yang tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian yang sama di masa mendatang. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu hanya berfokus pada pengujian variabel kompensasi dan komitmen pimpinan terhadap kepuasan layanan, maka tidak dipungkiri adanya variabel lain diluar variabel tersebut yang mempengaruhi kepuasan layanan. Abstract

Kegiatan ini untuk berbagi pengetahuan tentang Digital Marketing Para Pelaku UMKM di Provinsi Lampung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan banyak para pelaku UMKM tidak memahami serta mempergunakan ilmu digital marketing dalam meningkatan ilmu pengetahuan dan mempermudah mencari sumber penghasilan, dari sosialisasi ini diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat memaksimalkan pengelolaan dalam peningkatan digital marketing. Para pelaku UMKM juga belum memiliki keterampilan untuk menjadikan digital marketing sebagai sumber penghasilan. Dengan dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan tersebut diharapkan bisa meningkatkan pengetahuan serta mengembangkan ketertarikan pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan digital marketing UMKM naik kelas di Provinsi Lampung
