Abstract

Development is basically a process of change that leads to better results, among others, through the process of economic growth. Abstract

Street sweepers in carrying out their work are very vulnerable to various risks, especially safety and health risks such as the risk of hearing loss due to noise, stress, dehydration, being hit by a vehicle, as well as health problems due to fatigue, bacteria, respiratory system disorders caused by inhaling dust and vehicle fumes. The purpose of the study was to determine the dangers and conduct an assessment of the safety and health risks of workers and to find out the control efforts that have been made to road sweepers. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative. In conducting risk identification and assessment using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) standard AS/NZS 4360 method. The total risk level is 27 categories with details of 7 (seven) Low risk levels, 15 (fifteen) Medium risk levels, and 5 (five) levels of High risk. After controlling for each existing risk using the OHSAS 18001 guidelines, namely elimination, substitution, engineering control, administration, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). After the risk is handled with the hierarchy of control, the assessment is carried out again on the remaining risks of control with the results of the study on 27 risks down to 22 low risks and 5 medium risks. Abstract

Good raw and clean raw material storage and good recording from restaurant workers is a standard of the Indonesian health minister's regulation on food hygiene and sanitation services. This research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The number of samples in this study as much as 2 samples. Sampling of this sample data through interviews and observation. Data analysis is used to calculate the percentage of observations. The results of this study show that 80% of the standard food management in Permenkes RI No.1096 / Menkes / per / VI / 2011. And other results from this research is showing 20% ​​where the management of raw material storage in the restaurant is not in accordance with Permenkes. These mismatches because no Activities of first in First out and rooms that are too humid. Abstract

Obedience is like obeying orders, obeying orders or rules. Meanwhile, compliance is behavior according to the rules and discipline. The work of operators in the production department is a job that requires expertise, creativity and high concentration in doing work because the workplace is exposed to a lot of dust and chemicals, besides that personal protective equipment (PPE) is an important component in reducing exposure to dust and chemicals. to operator workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to operator worker compliance in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This study uses the observation method and the interview method with a Cross Sectional approach which is carried out with the Chi-Square test. The subject of this research is the total sampling that is in the production section as many as 25 respondents. Based on the Chi-Square statistical test, it was found that attitudes and supervision had p-value <0.05, while the level of knowledge and condition of PPE had p=value> 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between attitudes and supervision in the use of PPE with worker compliance in the use of PPE, while the variable level of knowledge and condition of PPE did not find a significant relationship with worker compliance in the use of PPE. Abstract

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) is a method for determining and assigning hazards based on their probability, frequency and severity and evaluating their adverse consequences, including potential loss and injury. Work processes in industry must pay a lot of attention to environmental health and safety aspects in order to support industrial effectiveness. The industry must identify the hazard, assess its associated risks to tolerate a sustainable level, the risk assessment has been made using risk guidelines and standards. Control efforts must be systematic and comprehensive in a management that is integrated into the occupational safety and health program. In accordance with Government Regulation no. 50 of 2012 concerning the Occupational Health and Safety Management System article 11 which requires hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control to meet K3 requirements. CV Borneo Asri Rekatama Balikpapan is a company engaged in the distribution of clean water for PT HER housing in Balikpapan city where the hazards in the work environment of the clean water treatment area are in the form of physical hazards, biological hazards, chemical hazards, ergonomic hazards, and psychosocial hazards. The approach used is a qualitative research method. Data collection uses field research methods, interviews and observations, where the data is obtained by describing a list of questions that are quite detailed and complete about the object studied to the respondents. The results and discussion of the research, namely, in the process of operating the WTP is an activity that has a high risk and from the operational process activities of the WTP there are 8 risks that arise based on ISO 31000. After conducting an assessment, it is found that out of the 8 risks that appear 6 risks with a high risk level, 2 risk with a medium risk level of risk. After the risk has been handled with the OHSAS 18001 hierarchy of control, an assessment is carried out again on the remaining risks from control with the results of research on 8 risks down to 6 risks with a medium risk level and 2 risks with a low risk level.

Abstract

HIRA adalah suatu proses untuk mengetahui adanya suatu bahaya kemudian menghitung besarnya suatu risiko dan menetapkan apakah risiko tersebut dapat diterima atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko pada pekerjaan bongkar muat tyre menggunakan forklift pada PT. Surya Putra Perkasa Abadi. Setiap tempat kerja dimana dilakuakan suatu proses kerja mengandung risiko dan bahaya yang berasal dari manusia, mesin, alat kerja, dan material lainnya. Untuk menghilangkan atau mengurangi kasus ataupun kerugian yang terjadi maka dilakuakan penilaian risiko menggunakan menggunakan HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Analisys Determaining Control) yang dilakuakan dari hasil observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis menemukan berbagai macam bahaya yang dapat mengancam bagi pekerja.

Abstract

Kepatuhan berlalu lintas merupakan perilaku atau tindakan pengemudi dalam menaati peraturan lalu lintas, yang dapat mengurangi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan berlalu lintas pengemudi kendaraan berat terhadap kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas di jalan turunan Kilo 0 Kota Balikpapan serta tingkat kepatuhan dan tingkat kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas pengemudi kendaraan berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 104 pengemudi kendaraan berat. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas dan korelasi rank spearman. Hasil penelitian mayoritas pengemudi berada dalam kategori cukup patuh (46,15%), kurang patuh (33,65%), dan (20,19%) yang patuh. Tingkat kejadian kecelakaan cenderung tinggi. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara kepatuhan pengemudi dengan kejadian kecelakaan yaitu, faktor manusia hasil analisis diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar (r = 0,690) dan signifikansi (p = 0,000), faktor kendaraan nilai korelasi (r = 0,681) dan signifikansi (p = 0,000), faktor lingkungan nilai korelasi (r = 0,671) dan signifikansi (p = 0,000), faktor jalan nilai korelasi sebesar (r = 0,702) dan signifikansi (p = 0,000).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kesadaran pengemudi ojek online terhadap keselamatan berlalu lintas di Kota Balikpapan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 55 orang dari komunitas CMBB. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert mengacu pada aspek kesadaran diri menurut Goleman (2016) dan keselamatan lalu lintas menurut Maryam (2014). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keselamatan berlalu lintas (p = 0,000) dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 1,402 dan R² sebesar 0,359. Artinya, semakin tinggi kesadaran pengemudi, semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan untuk berkendara secara aman.

Abstract

Penggunaan Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) dalam industri terus berkembang, namun penilaian terhadap risiko keselamatan operasionalnya masih terbatas, terutama dalam kegiatan observasi di area kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya serta mengevaluasi tingkat risiko pada pengoperasian UAV ringan di PT Pamapersada Nusantara Distrik BPOP. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan analisis dokumen internal. Analisis risiko dilakukan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) dengan tiga parameter utama: keparahan (Severity), kemungkinan terjadi (Occurrence), dan kemampuan deteksi (Detection). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa risiko tertinggi berasal dari komponen baterai, propeller, dan sistem navigasi, dengan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) maksimal mencapai 420. Strategi mitigasi yang disarankan meliputi inspeksi rutin, pelatihan operator, dan integrasi prosedur keselamatan ke dalam sistem manajemen perusahaan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan FMEA dapat diandalkan dalam mengidentifikasi titik kritis risiko operasional UAV, serta menjadi dasar dalam penguatan sistem keselamatan kerja berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Kelelahan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor risiko utama dalam sektor transportasi yang dapat memengaruhi keselamatan dan produktivitas kerja pengemudi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara beban kerja dan durasi mengemudi terhadap tingkat kelelahan pada pengemudi di PT Athar Jasa Transportasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional dan melibatkan 40 responden yang merupakan pengemudi alat berat. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner NASA-TLX untuk mengukur beban kerja, kuesioner durasi mengemudi, serta Chalder Fatigue Scale untuk mengukur kelelahan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan kelelahan (ρ = 0,710; p = 0,000), serta antara durasi mengemudi dan kelelahan (ρ = 0,624; p = 0,000). Secara simultan, beban kerja dan durasi mengemudi juga berhubungan signifikan dengan kelelahan (ρ = 0,626; p = 0,000). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan beban kerja dan lamanya waktu mengemudi secara langsung berdampak pada peningkatan kelelahan kerja pengemudi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengelolaan waktu kerja dan beban tugas yang lebih baik untuk mengurangi risiko kelelahan kerja dan meningkatkan keselamatan kerja di sektor transportasi.
