Abstract

Esherichia coli adalah bakteri dari famili Enterobacteriacea, perjalanan terjadinya penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh Escherichia coli  paling sering terjadi karena kurangnya sanitasi lingkungan, kebersihan pribadi yang buruk khususnya pada penyaji atau penjual, menyebabkan kontaminasi, kualitas mikrobiologi makanan jajanan dapat ditentukan berdasarkan  nilai  MPN dan TPC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara analisis bakteri Escherichia coli pada es kacang merah menggunakan metode TPC dan MPN. Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk ekperimental. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 10-16 April 2021 di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Balai Besar Laboratorium Kesehatan Kota Palembang yang berjumlah 10 sampel es kacang merah. Didapatkan hasil penelitian menggunakan uji alternatif  Mann-Whitney dengan nilai P=0,11 artinya tidak terdapat nilai signifikasi. Adapun hasil pada penelitian menggunakan metode MPN dua sampel terindetifikasi bakteri Escherichia coli dan pada metode TPC tidak ditemukan bakteri Escherichia coli sehingga dapat disimpulkan pada sampel es kacang merah yang terindentifikasi bakteri Escherichia coli tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi. Kata Kunci : Escherichia coli, Es kacang merah, metode TPC dan MPN

Abstract

Sedau Village is one of the villages in the Narmada sub-district, West Lombok district, West Nusa Tenggara province. Most of the people in Sedau Village are more interested in growing fruits, some other residents are planting medicinal plants. Citronella plants are cultivated by some residents of Sedau Village in small quantities, so they have not been able to provide economic benefits for the local community. In addition, there is also no community in Sedau Village who can process citronella plants into essential oil which can increase the selling price of the citronella. The purpose of this series of socialization and training activities by the Unram Thematic KKN team is to increase people's understanding and creativity about medicinal plant demonstration plots, how to cultivate several medicinal plants in the demonstration plot, especially citronella and post-harvest processing methods of citronella into essential oils , so as to increase the selling price of the fragrant citronella. The method used in this activity is the socialization method, participative through training and learning. While the technique used in distillation is the steam distillation process to obtain essential oils. Citronella oil is usually light yellow to dark yellow in color, and is volatile. Essential oil itself is an oil produced by plants. The resulting aroma is fragrant according to the producing plant, generally insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. The citronella oil distillation process consumes around 15-20 kilograms of raw materials with a distillation time of approximately 3 hours. From the distillation of citronella, 125 ml of essential oil was obtained.

Abstract

Tourism is currently a hype in the life of modern society. The tourism village model is a trend of alternative tourism development in Indonesia that continues to increase in popularity. Desa Leuwidingding is one of the villages that has the potential to be developed as an agricultural-based tourism village. The natural resources and superior potential found in Desa Leuwidingding are worth utilizing and developing sustainably. However, the number of visitors who come is still relatively low because the construction has not been optimized and stopped during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through community service activities, as a form of participation in the development of the tourism village, students create a work program that carries the concept of "Agro-Edu-Tourism,” or known as agricultural educational tourism. The concept was developed into products in the form of verticulture of medicinal plants and ornamental plants, an educational banner of medicinal plants, and guide boards.

Abstract

Hepatitis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang banyak terjadi di indonesia, hepatitis adalah suatu proses peradangan difus pada jaringan hati yang memberikan gejala klinis khas yaitu badan lemah, lekas capek, nafsu makan menurun, urin seperti teh pekat, dan mata serta seluruh badan menjadi kuning. Virus Hepatitis B (VHB) merupakan virus DNA yang tergolong dalam famili virus Hepadnaviridae. Penularan virus ini melalui kontak dengan darah atau cairan tubuh dari orang yang terinfeksi Virus Hepatitis B. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi kepada siswa di SMA Negeri 4 Palembang mengenai penyakit Hepatitis B sehingga dapat mendeteksi secara dini dan mengetahui cara untuk mencegah tertularnya Virus Hepatitis B dengan mengisi kuesioner pre test dan post test. Hepatitis is a diffuse inflammatory process in the liver tissue that gives the typical clinical symptoms of a weak body, fatigue, decreased appetite, urine like concentrated tea, and the eyes and the whole body becomes yellow. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a DNA virus belonging to the Hepadnaviridae family of viruses. This virus specifically attacks the liver, but a small portion of Hepatitis DNA can also be found in the kidneys, pancreas, and mononuclear cells. HBV transmission is the same as transmission of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), which is through contact with blood or body fluids from people infected with the Hepatitis B virus. The implementation of counseling activities aimed to provide knowledge and information to students in SMA Negeri 4 Palembang about Hepatitis B so that they can detect it early and know how to prevent the transmission of Hepatitis B virus by filling out pre-test and post-test questionnaires.

Abstract

Penderita gangguan jiwa berdasarkan analisis dinas kesehatan berjumlah 14 juta orang yang ditandai dengan adanya kecemasan. Terdapat banyak terapi yang dapat diberikan untuk menurunkan kecemasan dan menimbulkan rasa nyaman pada pasien gangguan jiwa salah satunya terapi guided imagery. Terapi guided imagery merupakan terapi keperawatan yang dilakukan dengan cara mengajak partisipan untuk membayangkan hal-hal yang membahagiakan dalam hidupnya, sehingga mendorong alam bawah partisipan agar menimbulkan rasa senang dengan cara menvisualisasikan dalam pikiran partisipan sehingga partisipan dapat melupakan beban pikiran yang dirasakan. Tujuan: Menggali informasi bagaimana pengaruh setelah diberikan terapi guided imagery terhadap pasien gangguan jiwa .Metode Penelitian: Metode peneitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, responden hanya berjumlah 2 orang dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam serta observasi, pemilihan responden menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan mengambil sample proporsi sesuai dengan karakteristik sample yaitu berusia dewasa, kooperatif. Hasil  Penelitian : berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi peneliti memperoleh beberapa tema yang dapat diperoleh melalui pengkategorian ungkapan partisipan marah karena faktor social dan ekonomi.gangguan jiwa mengakibatkan marah serta berteriak saat marah, guided imagery memberikan perasaan tenang dalam pikiran , merilekskan badan, menurunkan emosi, dan menyenangkan.Kesimpulan : berdasrkan keterangan dari partisipan bahwa sebelum dilakukan terapi guided imagery penyebab marah partisipan ialah faktor social dan ganguan jiwa sehingga partisipan menunjukkan respon emosionalnya denagan cara marah dan berteriak, efek setelah dilakukan terapi guided imagery responden berpendapat bahwa terapi guided imagery menenangkan pikiran, merilekskan badan, menurunkan emosi dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan adalah Lingkungan Kerja, bahwa Lingkungan Kerja yang baik memberikan pengaruh terhadap meningkatnya kinerja pegawai. Tujuan dalam penelitan ini adalah: 1) mengetahui besaran pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja Pegawai. 2) mengetahui besaran pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja Pegawai. 3) mengetahui besaran pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Mallawa Kabupaten Maros. Penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebesar 51 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan uji R2, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,02 ≤ 0,05. Sedangkan Lingkungan Kerja non fisik juga mempunyai pengaruh yang postif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 ≤ 0,05.

Abstract

Caffeine is a natural alkaloid compound found in plants in the leaves, seeds and fruit. The decision of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency regarding provisions for supervision of supplements in Chapter VIII Article 18 paragraph two states that caffeine levels must not exceed 150 mg/day. The aim of this research was to find out caffeine level in energy beverages. This research method applied the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method and the TLC method. The maximum wavelength obtained in this study was 272.55 nm and the linear results and correlation coefficient obtained were obtained. The linearity value obtained at y= 0.0381x + 0.3285 with the correlation equation R2= 0.9389. Caffeine levels obtained from “brand A” energy drink powder samples for first replicate at 49.59 mg/g, second replicate was 48.78 mg/g, third replicate was 47.15 mg/g, and “brand B” sample for first replicate was 31.5625 mg/g, second replicate at 32.375 mg/g. The caffeine levels obtained in the “brand C” sample from first replicate at 59.43 mg/g, second replicate was 60.28 mg/g, and third replicate was 60.09 mg/g. The results of the standard Rf value for caffeine standard were 0.7, the “brand A” energy drink powder sample was 0.75, the “brand B” sample was 0.75 and the “brand C” was 0.75. The conclusion from this research was that the maximum wavelength was 272.55 nm, which was slightly different from the theoretical maximum wavelength of pure caffeine, namely 273 nm. The caffeine levels obtained for samples of energy drink powder from brands A and B met the requirements because it was <50 mg/package and brand C did not meet the requirements because it was >50mg/package. The Rf value results are satisfactory because they were at range 0.2-0.8.

Abstract

Garbage is a major problem in the development of beach tourism in Kolo Village, Bima City. Garbage causes beaches to become dirty, beaches become less beautiful, brings unpleasant odors, causes disease and environmental pollution. The results of observations of the state of waste in Kolo Village showed that the prominent waste problems are waste heaps, waste sources, waste sorting, waste storage/TPA, waste transportation, waste destruction, and low compliance/awareness of regional regulations regarding waste handling . The 2024 Mataram University PMD KKN program in Kolo sub-district aims to provide understanding to the community about the importance of the Zero Waste concept, digitize the promotion of Zero Waste Tourism and creative economy MSMEs, train community creativity in processing waste into craft products with selling value. Apart from that, the PMD KKN program is also to promote and maintain the cleanliness of tourist and residential environments. The results of the activity show that the Mataram University PMD KKN program in Kolo sub-district has influenced the community's enthusiasm for implementing zero waste and using recycled waste into products of economic value such as shopping bags (Z-Bags), key chains, and compost for agriculture. It is hoped that the Zero Waste concept will spur community creativity and develop a creative economy and waste-free tourism.

Abstract

Kombucha adalah minuman fermentasi yang secara tradisional dibuat dari teh hijau atau hitam menggunakan kultur simbiotik bakteri dan ragi (SCOBY). Minuman ini telah dikonsumsi secara luas di Asia Timur selama berabad-abad dan kini semakin menarik minat ilmiah global karena potensi manfaat kesehatannya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren publikasi ilmiah tentang fermentasi kombucha dan aspek kesehatannya melalui pendekatan bibliometrik, guna mengidentifikasi titik panas penelitian dan celah yang perlu dieksplorasi di masa depan. Studi bibliometrik kuantitatif deskriptif dilakukan menggunakan basis data Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Scopus. Kata kunci “fermentasi kombucha” digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2016 dan 2025, menghasilkan 30 publikasi ilmiah. Tren publikasi dan jaringan ko-munculan kata kunci divisualisasikan dan dipetakan menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa penelitian kombucha terutama berfokus pada kandungan probiotiknya, aktivitas antioksidan dan antimikroba, serta produksi senyawa bioaktif seperti polifenol dan asam glukuronat. Senyawa-senyawa ini berkontribusi pada efek pendukung kesehatan, termasuk detoksifikasi hati. Namun, hanya sebagian kecil (kurang dari 20%) dari publikasi yang ditinjau memberikan wawasan rinci tentang mekanisme molekuler atau studi in vivo. Meskipun fermentasi kombucha telah menunjukkan potensi biomedis yang signifikan, studi komprehensif tentang jalur biokimia spesifik, senyawa aktif, dan efek klinisnya masih terbatas, terutama di Indonesia dan negara-negara berkembang lainnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian di masa depan perlu memperluas cakupan ke penyelidikan molekuler dan klinis untuk memaksimalkan peran kombucha sebagai terapi pendukung inovatif untuk penyakit degeneratif.

Abstract

Performance or performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program of activities or policies in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization as outlined through the strategic planning of an organization. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with with the responsibilities assigned to him. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of compensation, motivation, job satisfaction on performance at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan City. This research method uses a quantitative approach with path analysis and uses the SPSS version 20.0 program. This study uses a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable, motivation, on job satisfaction through performance is 54.5% and the remaining 45.5% is influenced by other variables. While the compensation variable, motivation on job satisfaction is 55.7% and the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other variables. intervention at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan City with 95% confidence level and 5% error rate. Maqashid al-shari'ah can be interpreted as God's goal as shari' in establishing an integrated law for his servants. The essence of maqashid al-syari'ah is to realize goodness while avoiding evil or attracting benefits (maslahah).
