Abstract

Pengenalan mengenai peningkatan praktik tata kelola yang baik (Good governance) melalui literasi digital dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi kependudukan di Dusun Jenis, Sendangsari, Bantul, Yogyakarta, merupakan langkah progresif dalam usaha meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pemerintahan setempat. Penguatan praktik tata kelola yang baik melalui literasi digital dan penggunaan sistem informasi kependudukan, diharapkan akan terbentuk sebuah lingkungan yang lebih terbuka, tanggap, dan inklusif di Dusun Jenis. Harapan ini akan berperan secara positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan bagi penduduk setempat. Metode pelaksanaan untuk penguatan praktik tata kelola yang baik melalui kegiatan literasi digital dengan pemanfaatan sistem informasi kependudukan di Dusun Jenis, Sendangsari, Bantul, Yogyakarta, dapat dibagi menjadi beberapa tahap yang terstruktur dan berkesinambungan. Berikut adalah langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil analisis kebutuhan dan potensi lokal, perencanaan program, pelatihan dan pendidikan literasi digital, pemanfaatan sistem informasi kependudukan, monitoring dan evaluasi, dan pengembangan lanjutan. hasil dan pembahasan yang dilakukan bahwa sistem informasi kependudukan yang dibuat untuk mendukung literasi digital di Dusun Jetis, Sendangsari, Pajangan telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Hasil pengujian yang melibatkan pretest, post test dan wawancara dengan pengguna menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merasa sangat terbantu dengan adanya sistem ini. Pengguna memberikan feedback yang bagus dan menyatakan kepuasan mereka terhadap solusi yang diberikan. Dengan demikian implementasi sistem informasi kependudukan ini tidak hanya mendukung literasi digital di Dusun Jetis, tetapi juga memberikan solusi yang efektif dan mudah digunakan bagi pengguna dalam mengelola data penduduk dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam berbagai aktivitas pengguna.

Abstract

Manusia pada dasarnya selalu bersinggungan dengan interaksi dalam lingkungannya. Interaksi tersebut melibatkan banyak aspek dalam diri individu. Salah satu aspek yang memiliki peran besar dalam setiap interaksi dalam lingkungan masyarakat sekitar adalah aspek moral. Aspek tersebut menjadikan individu diterima atau tidak dalam suatu lingkungan masyarakatnya. Pentingnya perkembangan moral bagi anak dalam kehidupan dan besarnya manfaat dan pencapaian tujuan pada metode mendongeng dalam menanamkan dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral, menjadikan keduanya dinilai dapat menjadi saling berhubungan dan memberikan pengaruh. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode mendongeng dalam meingkatkan perkembangan moral pada anak. Penentuan subjek dilakukan secara acak, dan didapatkan lima subjek usia anak sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksperimental yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebab akibat dari dua variabel melalui suatu perlakuan yang dilakukan. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kontrol group pretest-posttest. Hasil penelitian melalui uji paired t-test menunjukkan angka signifikasansi sebesar (2-tailed) p = 0,02, < 0,05 dimana adanya perubahan yang signifikan pada perkembangan moral anak antara sebelum diberi perlakuan dan setelah diberi perlakuan mendongeng. Maka metode mendongeng menjadi salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam membimbing perkembangan anak.

Abstract

The sol gel process is one of the processes used in the manufacture of thin films on membranes because it can control the pore size in the resulting silica matrix. In addition, another way to build membrane size can be done by adding catalysts and precursors to be used. In this study, using a combination of tetraethyl ortho silicate (TEOS) and triethoxy vinyl silane (TEVS) precursors and citric acid as a catalyst to produce a silica matrix with mesoporous size so that it is suitable for application in the desalination process. The organo silica membrane was calcined at 350 C for 1 hour using the RTP calcination technique under vacuum, thus preventing the decomposition of carbon in the silica matrix. The membrane was dipcoated 4 times to obtain 4 layers. The FTIR (Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscopy) test was carried out to see the functional groups on xerogel, namely silanol, siloxane and carbon. In addition, the performance of this membrane is carried out by desalination through pervaporation using 0.3% NaCl feed water with variations in feed air temperature, namely 25, 40and 60. The resulting flux of air value increased with increasing feed water temperature, namely 6.1; 11.2; and 12.1kg.m-2h-1while the resulting salt rejection was 99.72; 99.64 and 99.23%. So that the organo silica membrane is suitable when applied to the desalination process through pervaporation.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of assessment or the importance of measuring the extent of early childhood moral and religious development. The purpose of this study is to describe how the assessment of moral and religious development at TK IT DARUL FALLAH in Karang Sari. The approach used is qualitative descriptive, with a focus on the moral and religious development of children of the age of dinoi at TK IT DARULL FALLAH in conducting assessments. Data collection techniques use an approach used through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that out of ten children in TK IT DARULL FALLAH there were eight children who had developed very well and there were two children who had not yet developed., the assessment of moral and religious development was carried out incidentally, the development of moral and religious values at TK IT DARUL FALLAH, Karang Sari, Central Lampung teachers used assessment instruments in the form of checks and anecdotes.

Abstract

This reseach aims to determine the role of teachers in increasing students’ creativity and active learnig Class X MIPA 2 SMAN 16 Bone. The type of reseach used is a qualitive reseach are oservation, interviews and document study in which the autor directly sees the situation in the  field. The results of this research show that the role of teachers in increasing students' creativity and active learning is that teachers and students are always active in reading, teachers give appreciation for the results of students' creativity, involve students in determinin goals and evaluations and always involve students in active and creative learning. Increasing students creativity and active learning, namely teachers provide assignments that suit students needs so that they are able to increase creativity and activeness according to student abilities.

Abstract

This research aims to increase understanding and acceptance of concepts in Islamic religious learning, create a learning environment that motivates students, and optimize students' cognitive function in learning Islamic religious education. This research method uses a survey method and One Way ANOVA test analysis to see the relationship between student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning through the Brain-Based Learning (BBL) model and the student's school origin. The population of this study was class VIII students at MTs Arrukhshatul 'Ulum, SMP Nurul Huda Syafiiyyah, and SMP Roudlotul Ulum with a sample of 30 students at MTs Arrukhshatul 'Ulum, 29 students at SMP Nurul Huda Syafiiyyah, and 31 students at SMP Roudlotul Ulum for a total of 90 students. In this study, the average scores for student learning outcomes at Arrukhshatul 'Ulum MTs, Nurul Huda Syafiiyyah Middle School, and Roudlotul Ulum Middle School were 63.47, 64.28, 64.77. Meanwhile, the values ​​of the standard deviation are 14,044, 17,169, and 14,585. Based on the ANOVA one way test, there were no differences in student learning outcomes in learning Islamic religious education through the Brain-Based Learning model between students at MTs Arrukhshatul 'Ulum, SMP Nurul Huda Syafiiyyah, and SMP Roudlotul Ulum. So that further research can be carried out using the ANOVA two way test which can classify according to gender and cognitive level of students to find out the inherent conclusions based on inferential statistics.

Abstract

This paper aims to identify research trends on procedural justice on performance globally. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a bibliometric analysis. As for the data found, 122 documents were obtained and analyzed from 2014-2023. This dataset was converted to CSV format and for Bibliometrix in the analysis using VOSviewer. The study included publication distribution year, country, keywords, and authors. The findings of this research showed that the research trend from 2014 to 2023 Experienced a significant increase in interest and research related to procedural justice on performance. The United States is the country that contributes the most research publications, research trends show an increasing focus throughout this decade. The increasing focus on procedural justice on performance reflects a paradigm shift in understanding and dealing with the challenges and opportunities faced by organizations in applying the principles of procedural justice used in organizations to their employees. The main limitation of this study should be considered - the use of data derived only from the Scopus database. This paper reveals research trends and areas of procedural justice on performance over the past few years. The results can help organisations to quickly understand procedural justice in performance research. This paper also provides an alternative approach in conducting literature reviews with qualitative research analysis tools that were previously widely adopted in various disciplines and are relatively new compared to conventional systematic literature

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi sebagai industri jasa harus menyediakan layanan pendidikan berkualitas, terutama bagi mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan utama. Layanan ini mencakup fasilitas perpustakaan dan penggunaan teknologi seperti e-learning. E-learning meningkatkan kualitas bahan ajar dan minat belajar meskipun terkadang terkendala oleh masalah jaringan. Layanan ini penting bagi dosen, mahasiswa, dan stakeholder terkait. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan di perguruan tinggi melalui analisis literatur. Menganalisis apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dalam pelayanan dimana mencakup kualitas dosen saat mengajar, fasilitas yang mendukung pembelajaran mahasiswa, biaya pendidikan, dan masih banyak lagi. Pengukuran kepuasan melibatkan survei, Net Promoter Score (NPS), dan analisis keluhan. Kepuasan pelanggan sangat penting untuk keberhasilan institusi pendidikan, dan strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan juga dibahas. Kualitas layanan dan kepuasan mahasiswa di lembaga pendidikan tinggi sangat krusial. Kepuasan mahasiswa mencerminkan keinginan antara harapan dan realitas pelayanan yang mereka terima. Analisis kepuasan juga membantu lembaga perguruan tinggi untuk memahami persepsi mahasiswa dengan cara menyesuaikan strategi pengembangan layanan, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan tersebut untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas lembaga. Dengan begitu, lembaga dapat mengembangkan strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan yang lebih efektif, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa dan memperkuat kredibilitas lembaga di mata masyarakat. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan berkelanjutan dalam evaluasi dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di perguruan tinggi untuk meraih keunggulan yang maksimal dalam Pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of metacognitive-scaffolding learning strategies to improve the numeracy skills of third-grade students of SD Negeri Lembursawah 1. Metacognitive-scaffolding learning is a learning strategy that helps students to involve their metacognitive abilities in the process and learning outcomes to improve students' numeracy skills, considering the lack of students' understanding of their numeracy skills. This is unfortunate because numeracy skills have as important a role as literacy skills. Through this numeracy ability, students are expected to be able to apply and solve various mathematical concepts in everyday life. The research method applied in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data collection instruments used were questionnaires, pre-tests, post-test, and document studies. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the metacognitive-scaffolding learning strategy, which was indicated by an average value of 59.1 which was included in the Less category, while after the implementation of the action through the metacognitive-scaffolding learning strategy showed an increase that could be seen from the results of Post-Test cycle 2 with an average value of 70.2 in the Good category. Meanwhile in the Pre-Test cycle 1, the number of students who had not completed as many as 19 out of 42 students with 16 students in the Less category and 3 others in the Very Poor category. The increase in student learning outcomes also continued with the number of students who had not completed only 3 out of 42 students in the Less category after the Post-Test cycle 2 was implemented.

Abstract

Abstract : Human Rights begin with the natural dignity and human rights that humans possess that cannot be revoked and are seen as rights that are inherent and rooted in the nature and dignity of humans as creatures of God Almighty that are carried from birth and are absolute. Including current developments related to witnesses and victims is part of Human Rights. The research method used in this article is normative, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials, with a focus on the legislative approach. The formulation of the problem is that the Protection of Witnesses and Victims is Legal Protection and Human Rights in Indonesia. And Human Rights and Human Rights Violations. Article 1 number (1) of Government Regulation Number 2 of 2002 concerning Procedures for Protection of Victims and Witnesses in Serious Human Rights Violations states that: Protection is a form of service that must be carried out by law enforcement officers or security officers to provide a sense of security, both physical and mental, to victims and witnesses, from threats, harassment, terror, and violence from any party, which is given at the stage of investigation, inquiry, prosecution, and or examination in court. Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights and Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning Human Rights Courts provide the same understanding of Human Rights. Keywords: Protection, Witnesses, Victims Abstrak : Hak Asasi Manusia dimulai dari martabat alamiah dan hak-hak kemanusiaan yang dimiliki oleh manusia yang tidak dapat dicabut dan dipandang sebagai hak-hak yang melekat dan berakar pada hakikat dan martabat manusia sebagai makhluk ciptaan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa yang dibawa sejak lahir dan bersifat mutlak. Termasuk perkembangan saat ini terkait saksi dan korban merupakan bagian dari HAM. Metode penelitian artikel ini yang digunakan adalah normatif yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan kepustakaan, dengan fokus pada pendekatan perundang-undangan. Adapun menjadi rumusan masalah yaitu Perlindungan Saksi Dan Korban Merupakan Perlindungan Hukum Dan Ham Di Indonsia. Dan Hak Asasi Manusia dan Pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia. Pasal 1 angka (1) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 2 Tahun 2002 tentang Tata Cara Perlindungan Terhadap Korban dan Saksi Dalam Pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia yang Berat bahwa: Perlindungan adalah suatu bentuk pelayanan yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh aparat penegak hukum atau aparat keamanan untuk memberikan rasa aman baik fisik maupun mental, kepada korban dan saksi, dari ancaman, gangguan, teror, dan kekerasan dari pihak manapun, yang diberikan pada tahap penyelidikan, penyidikan, penuntutan, dan atau pemeriksaan di sidang pengadilan. Undang-undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia dan Undang-undang Nomor 26 Tahun 2000 tentang Pengadilan Hak Asasi Manusia memberikan pengertian yang sama tentang Hak Asasi Manusia.   Kata Kunci: Perlindungan, Saksi, Korban
